세계 각국에서 에너지 문제를 해결하고 새로운 성장 동력을 발굴하기위해 스마트 그리드에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있으며 관련 기술 확보에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그 중 AMI(Advanced Metering Infrastructure)는 가장 먼저 구축되어야 하며 스마트 그리드의 핵심 요소로 주목 받고 있다. 우리나라에서도 제주도 스마트 그리드 실증단지에서 다양한 기술을 접목해 기술개발과 실증을 진행 중에 있으며 한국전력에서는 광대역 전력선 통신 기술을 중심으로 인프라 구축이 활발하게 진행 중에 있다. 전력선 통신 기술을 이용한 AMI 시스템은 별도의 통신회선을 구축하지 않고 전력공급 라인을 이용할 수 있어 전력회사 입장에서 이상적인 방법이나 통신을 위해 고려된 인프라가 아니므로 통신이 불가능한 지역이 발생한다. 본 논문은 Binary CDMA와 전력선통신 기술을 동시에 이용하여 AMI 시스템을 구축하기 위한 요구사항을 분석하고 Binary CDMA를 중심으로 기본 통신 프로토콜을 설계 하고, 네트워크 관리, 중계 기능을 구현하였다. 이를 통해 Ad-hoc 기술인 Binary CDMA 고유 기술을 AMI 시스템에 적용하기위한 방안을 도출하였으며 유선(전력선통신)/무선(Binary CDMA)을 동시에 활용할 수 있는 시스템을 구축할 수 있었다.

The 1995 Informatization Promotion Act was passed to advance the national quality of life and to develop national economy by promoting informatization, forming the ground of telecommunication industry, and realizing the advancement of telecommunication infrastructure. This article was written to review whether this act's purpose was being achieved by Korean government. Even if Korean informatization policy implemetation structure is strongly centralized around the Ministry of Information and Communication, Information policies are formulated and implemented among agencies. To explain this phenomenon, I suggested the following factors : (1) The Korean government's lack of informatization experiences, (2) The political abuse of information policy, (3) the conceptual rigidity on the structure of information superhighway, (4) the absence of the basic principles for electronic government, (5) the uniformed regional informatization.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between ICT(Information & communication technology) infrastructure, investment environment, and innovation performance from a national perspective. Design/methodology/approach We derived 5 hypotheses based on the literature review. To measure each concept, We converted the scores of each country provided by the Global Innovation Index into a 7 Likert scale and performed a regression analysis. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that knowledge and technology output mediated the relationship between ICT infrastructure and creative goods and services. In addition, this study confirmed that the investment environment has a moderating effect between ICT infrastructure and knowledge and technology output.

To build an information oriented armed forces, the Korean military telecommunication networks adopt TCP/IP standard communication infrastructures based on ATM packet switched networks. Utilizing this network infrastructure, the Korean armed forces also applies to the areas of battleship management for efficient operation command controls and resource management for efficient resource allocations. In this military communication networks, it is essential to determine the least cost network topology under equal performance and reliability constraints. Basically, this type of communication network design problem is known in the literature as an NP Hard problem. As the number of network node increases, it is very hard to obtain an optimal solution in polynomial time. Therefore, it is reasonable to use a heuristic algorithm which provides a good solution with minimal computational efforts. In this study, we developed a simulated annealing based heuristic algorithm which can be utilized for the design of military communication networks. The developed algorithm provides a good packet switched network topology which satisfies a given set of performance and reliability constraints with reasonable computation times.

이 논문에서는 동기적 그룹 작업을 위해 기본적으로 갖추어야할 환경인 다자간 멀티 미티어 회의 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 내용을 소개한다. 이 시스템은 공유 자료를 일관성 있게 유지하는 한편 중앙으로의 통신 부담을 줄이기 위하여 중앙 집중 구조(centralized architecture)의 장점을 결합한 혼합형 하부 구조(hybrid infrastructure)와 복제 구조 (replicated architecture)의 장점을 결합한 혼합형 하부 구조(hybrid infrastructure)을 가지고 있다 공동 작업의 관리는 가상 노드로의 중앙 집중형 구조에 기반하며, 오디오, 비디오, 텍스트 등의 실제 데이터는 복제형 구조에 기초를 둔다. 이 시스템은 실시간으로 오디오와 비디오를 처리하기 위하여 동적 큐와 다중 스레드를 이용하였다.

우리나라 항만 인프라는 공용연수가 30년이 넘은 노후 항만시설물은 2019년 약 23%에서 2029년에는 47%로 증가하여 노후화가 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 오래된 기존의 항만은 경쟁력을 상실하고 항만 인프라의 발전을 저하하며 시설물에 대한 인적자원 기반 유지보수에 따른 인명사고가 증가한다. 이러한 문제를 디지털 트윈 기반의 체계적인 관리 기술 구축으로 해결하고자 한다. 본 연구는 항만 인프라의 재해와 노후화 현황과 스마트 항만의 사례를 살펴본 뒤 스마트 항만 기술이 반영된 디지털 트윈 구현 단계를 구체적으로 제시하고자 한다. 항만 인프라 연계 시스템을 분석하고 디지털 트윈 구현에 필수적인 시나리오를 작성하여 맵핑을 한다. 재해와 노후화 관리를 위한 3D 모델링과 시뮬레이션 데이터를 수집하여 디지털 트윈을 구현하며 항만 인프라에서 획득한 센싱 데이터, 영상 데이터 등의 데이터를 실시간으로 연동하여 상황별 항만 디지털 트윈 시뮬레이션 구현한다. 항만 인프라 재해와 노후화 관리를 위한 디지털 트윈 항만을 구현하는 경우 실시간 통합관제로 예지적인 항만 인프라 관리로 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 재해에 관한 안전을 확보할 수 있다.

In this paper, we introduce the network infrastructure in an advanced emu test line in Deabul. New technology has been applied to advanced EMU(DMU, integrated broadcasting system, black box and etc). In order to efficient and safely test of new developed train, failure, operation, status of test line and weather information should be monitored in real time. We has implemented a wireless and optical network infrastructure for reliability and scalability. The wireless communication capability between a car and ground is 20Mbps and back-hole network has 50Mbps of the communication performance. The network between test tracks and control office was established in the optical network. That can improve communication reliability.

North Korea has stressed Information Technology in policy fostering science as Kim Jong-il has been interested in IT industry. In view of development of e-business in Northeast Asia, South Korea is to cooperate with North Korea. It is the time to look into the current situation, strategy and issues of IT in North Korea. Although North Korea is forced to select the development of IT Industry as growth engine, the problems in the IT Infrastructure are as follows:lack in communication infrastructure, lack in diversity of software, low level of hardware, limited use of internet. This paper deals with the IT Infrastructure of North Korea and IT and e-Commerce Cooperation, introduction of e-Trade between South and North Korea.

자율협력주행 도로시스템은 자율주행차와 V2X 통신으로 연결되어 상호정보를 주고받으며 자율주행차의 안전주행을 지원하는 도로인프라 시스템을 말합니다. 본 연구는 자율협력주행 도로시스템 서비스의 성능평가 방안 제시를 목적으로 하며, 도로인프라에서 자율주행차에 정보를 제공하는 I2V 서비스 중 '작업구간 정보제공 서비스'를 예를 들어, 먼저 서비스에 대한 Use Case 분석과 서비스 성능을 확인하기 위해 필요한 요구사항 및 서비스 범위를 정의하고, 이러한 서비스의 성능평가 수행을 위한 평가시스템을 제안하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서 제안한 평가시스템을 활용하여 '작업구간 정보제공 서비스'의 현장시험을 통해 평가 가능여부를 검증하였다.

In order to survive in a competitive environment, many companies are taking much interest in building IT infrastructure and are investing in that area. But, despite of all the interest and investments, many companies are unsatisfied and confused because of the lack of guidance and understandings of IT infrastructure. Therefore the purpose of this study is to prove that the level of IT usage is different according to organizational characteristics and industrial categories, and to give a guideline to companies' planning on newly building IT infrastructure. In conclusion, companies newly planning on building IT infrastructure should consider the amount of information technology functional uses according to the organizational characteristics and industrial category and they follow the below guidelines. On building the IT infrastructure the organization having the characteristics of formalization should consider and provide the standardization function first. The companies having the characteristics of decentralization should consider and provider firstly the application and communication function. And the companies having the characteristics of specialization should consider and provider the security function.
