Nurses awareness of paramedics and their opinions on a paramedic's proper duties in emergency medical centers

  • 본 연구는 전국 권역·지역응급의료기관 내 경력 간호사들을 대상으로 1급 응급구조사에 대한 인지와 적정 업무에 대한 의견을 알아보고자 하였다. 설문문항은 총 61문항으로 일반적인 사항, 응급의료센터에서의 1급 응급구조사에 대한 인식, 1급 응급구조사의 업무 관련 문항으로 구성되었다. SPSS21.0 version을 통해 빈도 분석과, 분산 분석 등의 자료 분석을 실시하였다. 응급의료기관 내 1급 응급구조사 업무에 대한 긍정적인 의견은 33개의 문항에서 나타났다. 또한 응급의료기관 내 1급 응급구조사의 필요성과 업무의 중요성 그리고 전문성 및 증원의 필요성에 대해 긍정적인 의견이 높게 나타났으며, 집단 간 차이는 없었다.

영유아 보육시설의 급식 운영 실태 조사 - 충남 아산 지역 중심으로 - (A Survey on the Foodservice Management System of the Child Care Centers in Chungnam Asan Area)

  • We investigated the foodservice management practices in various operation types of childcare centers in Asan, Chungnam Province, with the intention of improving the quality of foodservice and providing the basic information for establishing more effective and efficient foodservice model system. Self-completed questionnaires were collected from the directors of 174 child care centers. The statistical analysis was completed using SPSS Ver. 12.0 program. The followings are about the results of this study. Approximately 94.8% of the directors were women with the average age of 40.3. All of the investigated facilities executed foodservice; the facilities of 96.2% had been self-operated, 1.9% was contract-managed and the remaining 1.9% served delivered meal from outside. Only 20.0% of the investigated centers employed a dietitian. In most of the centers, meals were prepared in a conventional manner and approximately 85.3% of the centers are serving only snacks twice a day as a supplementary due to financial difficulties. Menu planner of the facilities, which have no dietitian was the director (35.8%) or the cook (25.7%). In most centers, the directors purchased the food materials (67.5%). Material inspection was done by the director (54.9%) or the cook (40.5%). However, home care centers did not inspect the food material. These results indicate that food service management guidelines need to be established by the facility type with the government control and financial support. Especially, dietitian employment and the efficient foodservice model system establishment are questions that confront us.

CloudSwitch: A State-aware Monitoring Strategy Towards Energy-efficient and Performance-aware Cloud Data Centers

  • The reduction of power consumption in large-scale datacenters is highly-dependent on the use of virtualization to consolidate multiple workloads. However, these consolidation strategies must also take into account additional important parameters such as performance, reliability, and profitability. Resolving these conflicting goals is often the major challenge encountered in the design of optimization strategies for cloud data centers. In this paper, we put forward a data center monitoring strategy which dynamically alters its approach depending on the cloud system's current state. Results show that our proposed scheme outperformed strategies which only focus on a single metric such as SLA-Awareness and Energy Efficiency.

교통정보센터 간 정보 연계체계 개선방안 (Improvement of Information Connection System among Traffic Information Centers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신뢰성 높은 교통정보 서비스를 위하여 교통정보센터 간 정보 연계체계 개선방안을 도출하는 것이다. 교통정보 연계체계의 문제점으로 교통정보센터 간 연계시간 과다 소요로 인한 오차 발생, 정보 생성시각 및 생성주체에 관한 정보 부재 등으로 인한 정보의 신뢰도 부족, 정보 연계 관리체계 미비 등의 문제점을 인식하였다. 교통정보 연계체계 개선방안으로 연계시간 최소화, 정보의 신뢰성 향상 및 연계 관리체계 구축방안을 제시하였다.

국내 노인 주간보호시설 종사자의 작업치료사에 대한 인식조사 : 관리자 또는 시설장을 중심으로 (A Survey on the Awareness of Occupational Therapists by the Adult Day Care Center Staff in Korea: Focusing on Managers or Center Directors)

  • Purpose : This study aims to investigate the awareness of occupational therapists among managers and directors of adult day care centers in Korea to explore the cause of the low employment rate of these therapists and offer the results as basic data that can be used to expand occupational therapy at adult day care centers. Methods : This study collected data by conducting an online questionnaire with managers and directors of adult day care centers located in Seoul, Busan, Incheon, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Ulsan. A total of 70 completed questionnaires were divided into two groups a 'group with experience in occupational therapy information (OT experience)' and a 'group with no experience in occupational therapy information (OT inexperience)' and analyzed. Results : First, the 'OT experience' was found to have higher levels of awareness of the scope of work of occupational therapists than the 'OT inexperience'. Second, significant differences were found in the degree of awareness and necessity of occupational therapists and plans to employ occupational therapists later between the 'OT experience' and the 'OT inexperience'. Third, it was shown that there were significant correlations between whether the respondents were familiar with occupational therapy and the degree of awareness and necessity of occupational therapists and plans to employ occupational therapists later. Conclusion : Based on these findings, the following measures are recommended to expand the area of occupational therapy in adult day care centers, the need for occupational therapists should be mentioned in the health and welfare-related education for workers at these adult day care centers, policies such as a medical fee system for occupational therapy at these adult day care centers should be prepared.

회색문헌 통합관리 체계에 관한 연구 (Expanding Information Services of Grey Literatures through the Central Management System)

  • 본 연구는 국내 각 기관에서 소장하거나 생산하고 있는 회색문헌을 체계적으로 수집하고 공유하여 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해서 회색문헌이 갖고 있는 특성과 유형을 분석하였으며, 회색문헌이 갖는 특성 가운데 회색문헌의 공유를 저해하는 열람제한의 특징에 대해서도 조사하였다. 또한 이러한 제한을 극복하기 위한 방법을 도출하고 실제적인 회색문헌 집중관리 시스템을 개발하기 위해 필요한 기초 정보를 조사하였다. 기초자료와 정보를 입수하기 위해 회색문헌을 수집, 처리 및 서비스하는 기관의 정보관리 담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문결과 정보관리담당자들은 보고서를 회색문헌의 여러 종류중에서 가장 중요하다고 판단하였으며, 지도와 학위논문과 같은 자료에 대해서는 그 중요도를 상대적으로 낮게 보고 있었다. 또한 자관 회색문헌에 대해서는 보수적인 입장을 견지하고 있으며 외부 자료에 대해서는 열람을 희망하고 있었다. 따라서 회색문헌 공유를 위한 유인책으로는 경제적 지원보다 자료의 공유라는 유인책이 효과적임을 확인하였다.

구조방정식을 이용한 공공도서관과 문예회관의 문화교육프로그램의 품질과 만족도에 관한 비교분석 (Comparative Analysis on the Service Quality and Satisfaction of the Cultural and Educational Programs in the Public Libraries and the Culture & Art Centers Using Structural Equation Model)

  • 이 연구에서는 대구광역시의 공공도서관과 문예회관에서 운영하는 문화교육프로그램에 대한 수강자들의 인식과 만족도에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 도서관 수강자들은 전반적인 만족도와 충성도, 프로그램 내용 및 강사 품질을, 문예회관 수강자들은 기관의 지원 및 제반서비스와 시설 및 환경에 대해 더 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 도서관 수강자의 고객만족도(LCSI)는 78.02점으로 나타났으며 문예회관 수강자의 고객만족도는 77.22점으로 산출되었다.

1차 의료기관의 경영성과에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study for the Management Performance of Primary Medical Centers)

  • 본 연구는 1차 의료기관의 경쟁력 확보의 방향을 제시하고자 권력 프로세스의 관점에서 1차 의료기관의 경영성과를 측정하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 서울, 인천, 경기지역의 1차 의료기관 중간관리자와 책임자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS을 통하여 군집분석과 분산분석을 하였다. 그 결과에 의하면, 1차 의료기관의 유형은 권력 결정요소 변수들의 상호작용에 의해 결정되었으며, 권력 결정요소 변수들의 상호작용이 강한 1차 의료기관 일수록 조직의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

충청북도 어린이집의 평가인증에 영향을 미치는 특성 분석 (An Analysis of the Characteristics of Accredited Childcare Centers in Chungbuk Province)

  • This study aims to analyze what factors are associated with child care accreditation in Chungbuk province. This study examined three questions about which factors influence the accreditation of childcare centers: 1) if they passed the accreditation criteria, 2) the total score on the accreditation criteria, and 3) the domain scores for the six domains of environment, management, process, interaction and teaching, health and nutrition, and safety. The characteristics of 1,212 childcare centers, the independent variables, were commit management, type, specialized service, maximum capacity of children, registration ratio, target age groups of children, duration, and city size. The formal expert committee evaluated objective scores for 952 childcare centers. I derived the data for this study from the i-sarang Childcare Information Portal site (http://info.childcare. go.kr/). Frequency, descriptive statistics, binary logit model, and OLS model analysis were used to examine the accreditation and scores by factors of childcare centers. The findings of the present study are as follows. First, about 80% of the 1,212 childcare centers in Chungbuk province were accredited. Second, the accreditation of the child care center was affected by the specialized service, registration ratio, and duration. Finally, the total score of accredited childcare centers was associated with the maximum capacity of children, registration ratio, and duration. The factors of childcare centers influencing sub-area scores were different by environment, interaction and teaching, health and nutrition, and safety. The present study is important because it offers preliminary data identifying accreditation characteristics that can judge problems related to the quality of service of childcare centers and suggest childcare policy implications.

지역적 지속가능성장을 위한 국내 업사이클링 센터 현황 및 운영프로그램 조사연구 (Research on Korean Upcycling Centers and Operational Programsfor Regional Sustainable Growth)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic information on the development of local governments and upcycling industries that want to establish centers in the future. The study investigated the current situation and programs of domestic upcycling centers for regional sustainable growth. As a result of comparing and analyzing the programs operated by the upcycling centers by region, they could be classified into culture and arts experience programs, resource circulation experience programs, and environmental culture education programs according to the nature of the operation programs that are more focused on in addition to the experience and education programs reflected by each center. Among the upcycling materials and items used in the operation program, fashion-related education was being operated in a more diverse manner in the area of culture and arts experience programs. As a result of the analysis, it was found that it was necessary to establish a smooth material supply network, develop an in-depth step-by-step upcycling fashion education program, and strengthen the upcycling center program using regional characteristics. The results of this study are significant in that they provide the local governments with basic information for the establishment of upcycling centers in areas where the upcycling centers have not been established. In addition, this study presents the types and directions of programs necessary for establishing upcycling centers in the future.
