본 논문은 우리나라 물리학분야를 대상으로 하여 독특한 구조 및 특성을 지닌 학술적인 정보들이 공식, 비공식 채널들을 통하여 연구자들 사이에서 어떤 형태로 어느 정도 전달되고 있는지와 함께, 정보전달과정에 있는 연구자들의 행태적 특성이 어떤 것인지를 규명하여 이를 도서관과 정보서비스의 관점에서 해석하고자 하였으며, 데이터의 분석결과 밝혀진 사실들을 근거로 하여 도서관과 정보사서들의 관점에서 필요한 몇가지 사항들을 제언하였다.

미디어 정치경제학은 미국을 중심으로 한 주류 커뮤니케이션 연구의 실증주의와 행태주의적 경향에 반기를 들며 등장한 비판커뮤니케이션 연구전통의 하나이다. 비판커뮤니케이션 연구는 주류 커뮤니케이션 연구가 메시지의 효과에 과도한 관심을 기울인다고 비판하면서, 사회의 권력관계와 지배구조 재생산에 커뮤니케이션 메시지와 제도가 어떤 기능을 하는지에 주목하였다. 특히 미디어 정치경제학은 커뮤니케이션 제도의 소유와 통제, 미디어의 생산, 유통 및 수용과정, 그리고 커뮤니케이션과 자본주의 재생산 간의 관계에 대한 분석을 통해 권력의 문제를 다루는 데 주력해왔다. 이 글의 목적은 미디어 정치경제학의 학문적 지형과 이론적 과제를 살펴보는 데 있다. 먼저 미디어 정치경제학의 학문적 지형에 대한 검토는 미디어 정치경제학의 학문적 특성, 주요 관심주제, 주요 연구자들, 학문적 허브, 주요 논문, 주요 학술조직과 학회지 등을 살펴보는 것에 의해 이루어진다. 이어서 본 연구는 미디어 정치경제학 내에서 혹은 문화연구 등과의 이론적 논쟁을 통해 제기된 미디어 정치경제학의 이론적 한계들을 간략하게 되짚어보고, 이를 극복하기 위한 노력과 앞으로의 당면 과제들을 검토할 것이다.

본 연구는 종합병원 간호사의 의사소통 인식과 직무성과 영향 관계를 파악하여 인적자원관리 효율화와 병원경영의 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 수행된 연구이다. 자료조사는 광주·전남지역 소재 14개 종합병원에서 근무하는 간호사 392명을 대상으로 2019년 8월 5일부터 2019년 8월 23일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 t-검정과 분산분석, 사후검정, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 인구사회학적 특성 및 건강 특성과 직무성과 차이를 검정한 결과 연령, 근무년수, 급여수준, 직업만족, 소재지, 건강상태, 건강교육 경험, 만성질환, 우울경험에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호사 의사소통 인식과 직무성과 영향 요인으로 30대 연령, 직업만족도(보통, 불만족)에서 부(-) 영향을 미쳤고, 소재지에서 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 의사소통 하부요인인 수평적 의사소통이 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 하향, 비공식, 상향 의사소통이 직무성과에서 영향관계가 있었으며 설명력은 45.2%이었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 종합병원에서 간호사의 직무성과를 높이기 위해서는 간호사 근무환경 개선, 직업만족도를 향상시켜 상황 변화에 대응할 수 있는 수평, 하향, 비공식, 상향적 의사소통이 원활히 이루질 수 있도록 간호 조직문화 개선과 인적자원관리의 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 할 것이다.

This paper proposes a methodology for development of protocol models. The methodology attempts to employ two modeling environments in models development, NS2 and DEVSim++, which will interoperate during simulation. NS2 is a widely used network simulator in protocol research, which employs an informal modeling approach. Within the approach time and state information of protocol models are not explicitly described, thus being hard to validate model. On the other hand the DEVS formalism is a mathematical framework for modeling a discrete event system in a hierarchical, modular manner. In DEVS, model's time and state information is described explicitly, By using DEVS formalism, models can easily be validated and errors in the modeling stage can be reduced. However, the DEVS simulator, DEVSim++, supports a small amount of models library which are required to build simulation models of general communication network. Although NS2 employs an informal modeling approach and models validation is difficult, it supports abundant models library validated by experimental users. Thus, combination of DEVS models and NS2 models may be an effective solution for network modeling. Such combination requires interoperation between DEVSim++ simulator and NS2 simulator. This paper develops an environment for such interoperation. Correctness and effectiveness of the implemented interoperation environment have been validated by simulation of UDP and TCP models.

When the game is used in mathematics loaming, students take pleasure of game in themselves and communicate through interaction with other students naturally. It is important because the game is activity for intellectual growth and social development. Also students have had affirmative attitude about mathematics by Emu. The communication in mathematics loaming helps that linking informal and intuitive thinking of students with abstract and basic mathematical language and that it also helps changing from the dependent situation to teacher to the self-directive teaming of students. The purpose of this thesis is to effect on extension of mathematical communication ability to the second grade of elementary school students by applying of computational-strategy games. It has conclusion as follows. Application of computational-strategy games had effected on extension of mathematical communication ability importantly. When students have mathematical communication through computational-strategy games, at the beginning, the words which students used was long, incorrect, and unnecessary words. But at the later, students became to use clear, correct concise words as they connect their routine language with mathematical symbol. Therefore we can make sure that mathematical communication ability of the second grade students' is extended by applying of computational-strategy games.

본 연구는 방송 환경에서의 갈등 요인을 정책과 관행을 포괄하는 제도 개념을 설정하고 있는 신제도주의적 관점에 입각하여 외주 정책과 시장 행위 간의 상호작용 과정을 조망하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 상호작용 과정을 조망해보기 위해 일차적으로 신제도주의적 관점에서 제시하고 있는 공식적 차원의 정책과 비공식적 차원에서의 관행 간의 상호작용 과정에 입각한 메커니즘을 경로의존성 개념을 통해 조망해봄으로써 새로운 관행으로의 정착에 이르기까지 필연적으로 발생할 수밖에 없는 갈등의 과정을 행위 주체 간의 관계를 통해 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 정책이 어떻게 변화하고, 그에 따른 행위가 다시 어떠한 메커니즘하에서 형성되는지의 과정을 이론적 차원에서 모델링해보는 데 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적이 있다.

This study aims to identify specific topics, trends, and structural characteristics of scholarly communication research, based on 1,435 articles published from 1970 to 2018 in the Scopus database through Latent Dirichlet Allocation topic modeling, serial analysis, and network analysis. Topic modeling, time series analysis, and network analysis were used to analyze specific topics, trends, and structures, respectively. The results were summarized into three sets as follows. First, the specific topics of scholarly communication research were nineteen in number, including research resource management and research data, and their research proportion is even. Second, as a result of the time series analysis, there are three upward trending topics: Topic 6: Open Access Publishing, Topic 7: Green Open Access, Topic 19: Informal Communication, and two downward trending topics: Topic 11: Researcher Network and Topic 12: Electronic Journal. Third, the network analysis results indicated that high mean profile association topics were related to the institution, and topics with high triangle betweenness centrality, such as Topic 14: Research Resource Management, shared the citation context. Also, through cluster analysis using parallel nearest neighbor clustering, six clusters connected with different concepts were identified.

In organizations, evaluating the competency of individuals through the position or status has many limitations. To overcome these limitations, this study analyzes the organization's informal network using social network analysis. We measured out-degree centrality and in-degree centrality by making use of social network analysis technique. Out-degree centrality is interpreted as 'madangbal' in that actors actively help other people, while in-degree centrality is interpreted as 'prestige' in that other people want to have a relationship with. This research examines the effects of individual's 'prestige' and 'madangbal' in the instrumental network and communication network on IT competency. We carried out empirical analysis using social network data that were collected from undergraduate students. The result reveals that relationship between IT competency and centrality in the instrumental network is statistically significant, while relationship between IT competency and centrality in the communication network does not show significant results.

Due to advance in Internet technology, most tourists tend to search travel information in the Online Travel Communities(OTC). Given this new paradigm in terms of finding travel information, most of relevant studies in this area are still dealt with explaining tourists' behaviors regardless of the types of communications. Therefore, to overcome some limitations in previous studies, we attempt to examine the relationships between both formal and informal communications and tourists' behavioral changes in the OTC context. Specifically, we developed a research model by employing the PPM(push-pull-mooring) framework and tested it to understand why and how tourists' behaviors might be changed. Survey data collected from 323 online tourists were used to test the model the model using SEM(structural equation modeling). The implications of our empirical findings for both research and practice are discussed.
