A Study of Low Power Algorithm along a Circuit Implementation Device (회로 구현 디바이스에 따른 저전력 알고리즘 연구)

  • 본 논문에서는 회로 구현 디바이스에 따른 저전력 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 회로를 구현할 디바이스의 면적과 동작 주파수를 고려하여 저전력의 회로를 구현할 수 있는 방법이다. 저전력의 회로를 구현하기 위해 우선 구현하고자 하는 회로를 구성하고 있는 라이브러리들 중에서 최소의 면적을 가지고 있는 라이브러리들을 선택한다. 선택된 라이브러리들의 면적과 지연시간을 이용하여 회로 구현 대상 소자의 면적에 따라 필수 라이브러리들의 면적을 제외한 나머지 면적에 대해 복제가 가능한 라이브러리들의 수를 구한다. 최대의 지연시간을 가지고 있는 라이브러리부터 면적에 따라 차례로 복제를 수행하여 회로 전체의 수행시간을 감소시킨다. 회로 구현의 라이브러리들과 수가 결정되면 회로 동작이 허용하는 범위내에서 주파수를 조절하여 최소의 소모 전력을 갖는 회로를 구현한다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 알고리즘의 효율성을 입증하기 위해 RT 라이브러리를 이용하여 회로를 구현하여 비교 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과 8.3%의 소모 전력이 감소된 결과를 나타내어 제안한 알고리즘의 우수성이 입증되었다.

  • 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 특정 지역 내에 공청방송시스템과 인터넷 망이 설치되어 있다는 가정 하에서 콘텐츠 송출 시스템과 콘텐츠 분배기 및 TV 제어기로 구성된다. 이 시스템의 목적은 재난경보방송을 위한 긴급방송 콘텐츠를 송출하여 이를 TV를 통해 건물 내에 있는 사람들이 강제적으로 시청하게 함으로써 재난정보를 알리는 것이다. 그 지역 내의 일반적인 인프라와 경제적인 측면을 고려하여 콘텐츠 송출시스템과 콘텐츠 분배기는 LAN에 연결되며 콘텐츠 분배기와 TV 제어기는 RF로 연결되도록 구성하였으며, TV 제어기는 IR로 TV를 제어한다. 제안하는 시스템은 재난경보방송 외에도 안내정보 등을 공유하려는 목적으로도 다양하게 활용될 수 있다.

  • Introduction of digital communication network such as Integrated Services Digital Networks(ISDN) and digital storage media have rapidly developed. Due to a large amount of image data, compression is the key techniques in still image and video using digital signal processing for transmitting and storing. Digital image compression provides solutions for various image applications that represent digital image requiring a large amount of data. in this paper, the proposed DWT(Discrete Wavelet Transform) filter bank is consisted of simple architecture, but it is efficiently designed that a user obtains a wanted compression rate as only input parameter. If it is implemented by FPGA chip, the designed encoder operates in 12MHz.

  • The Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) method has been one of the most suitable techniques for fabricating organic thin films with well-controlled structures, compositions and thickness at the molecular level. We investigated the surface activity of dendrimer films at air-water interface by ${\pi}$-A isotherm. Also, we attempted to fabricate a 1G(4,3)-chloride dendrimer LB films. And their surface morphologies were observed by atomic force microscopy (AFM).

  • 본 연구는 자동차가 갑자기 고장이 나거나 사고가 났을 때 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 이용해 현 사고지점 위치정보를 사용자에 의해 서버에 전송하고, 휴대폰에 내장된 GPS 모듈 및 Bluetooth를 이용하여 삼각대에 부착된 Bluetooth와 연결하여 자동으로 서버에서 현 사고지점 위치정보를 받아들여 분석할 수 있는 시스템에 관한 것이다. 서버에는 사용자에 의해 등록되어진 현 사고지점의 위치정보, 사고다발지역을 분석하고 관리하는 시스템을 구축한다. 이 시스템을 활용하면 운행 중 사고지점의 정보를 실시간으로 활용할 수 있어 2차 사고에 대한 예방 및 최적의 운행정보를 감지할 수 있다.

Position Recognition System for Autonomous Vehicle Using the Symmetric Magnetic Field

  • The autonomous driving method using magnetic sensors recognizes the position by measuring magnetic fields in autonomous robots or vehicles after installing magnetic markers in a moving path. The Position estimate method using magnetic sensors has an advantage of being affected less by variation of driving environment such as oil, water and dust due to the use of magnetic field. It also has the advantages that we can use the magnet as an indicator and there is no consideration for power and communication environment. In this paper, we propose an efficient sensor system for an autonomous driving vehicle supplemented for existing disadvantage. In order to efficiently eliminate geomagnetism, we analyze the components of the horizontal and vertical magnetic field. We propose an algorithm for position estimation and geomagnetic elimination to ease analysis, and also propose an initialization method for sensor applied in the vehicle. We measured and analyzed the developed system in various environments, and we verify the advantages of proposed methods.

  • We attempted to fabricate polyurethane derivatives (PU-CN, PU-DCM) LB films by using LB method. Also, we investigated the monolayer behavior at the air-water interface by surface pressure-area ($\pi$-A) isotherms. And, the surface morphologies and the physicochemical properties of LB films were investigated by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and UV-vis spectroscopy, respectively. Also, the electrical properties of polyurethane derivatives LB films were investigated by using the conductivity, the dielectric constant and activation energy. In the surface morphologies, physicochemical, electrical properties of polyurethane derivatives LB films, the properties is different as to the Polyurethane derivatives, it is considered that this phenomena could be described by the difference of lumophore pendant which was adhered at PU main chain.

  • Electronic circuits are becoming more vulnerable owing to the development of integrated circuit. Computer and info-communication facilities are very sensitive to surges caused by lightning, and they can suffer a malfunction and damage. Recent concern about damage and upset caused by transient overvoltages has focused on surge protection. The most important parameter in surge protection is the transient grounding impedance. In this paper, the transient grounding impedances of a rod electrode have been measured under impulse current waves. Z-t, Z-i and V-i characteristics of the grounding electrode in according to the length of the grounding lead wire were obtained and analyzed.

Also, any information related equipments like PC and mobile, computing is possible whenever and wherever you want and due to the development of the wireless network, the service environment is continually developing. In this article, I'd like to suggest the u-Campus which is very suitable to the user's environment which had used application of mobile. In u-Campus, various techniques are adopted and applied along with development of info-communication related technidques. Especially, the new type of campus which is constructed by adopting the ubiquitous computing net-work technique to the campus of university is the u-Campus. In this article, by suggesting u-Yuhan designing methods, more effective and advanced school activities of students to make possible.

  • There are two reasons that the remote medical is newly embossed. One is the development of the info-communications technology that is possible to the remote diagnosis. Another is changing the thinking about the new medical services for the offerers and consumers. Therefore, we suggest the WPKI mobile-environmental remote diagnosis system. The system could apply more efficient connetion with the very fast developing diagnosis and medical treatment.
