중학생의 정서지능, 연예인 우상화가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Intelligence and Entertainer Idolization on School Life Adjustment in Middle School Students)

  • This study examined the effects of emotional intelligence and entertainer idolization on school life adjustment of middle school students. For this study, questionnaires were administered to 300 first graders attending three different middle schools. The results were analyzed using correlation and hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS/PC window program. The results were as follows. Firstly, general trends of emotional intelligence showed a slightly higher than average score. The score of entertainer idolization was relatively low and the characteristic factor score was higher than the assessment factor score. For school life adjustment, the factor having the highest influence was relationship with friends. Secondly, the most influential factor on school life adjustment was emotional regulation, followed by academic grades, emotional recognition, emotional expression, and empathy. In conclusion, the level of entertainer idolization in middle school students was moderate. The important influential factors on school life adjustment were emotional intelligence factors and academic grades. In particular, emotional regulation was found to have the greatest influence.

혈액투석 환자의 자가간호 수행과 영향요인 (Self-care Performance and Influential Factors in Hemodialysis Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose this study was to investigate the relationship between self-care performance and influential factors in hemodialysis patients. Method: The subjects of this study were 102 hemodialysis outpatients who had been visiting C University Hospital in Seoul. The data were collected through the scale of self care, self efficacy family support, daily living activity and hope from the 1st to 31st of December 2004. The collected data were analysed using SPSS PC Win 10.0. Result: The average score of self-care performance of subjects was $3.2\pm0.4$ points(4points scale) and significantly different among groups according to age and duration of dialysis. Self care performance of subjects was in a significant positive correlation with family support and hope. Factors affecting self care performance of subjects were family support, duration of hemodialysis, age and daily living function, and the explanatory power of these factors was 31.4%. Conclusion: These findings indicate that is necessary to enhance family support, to develope and apply self-care education programs in consideration of duration of dialysis and age, to have hope-giving communication with patients and their families, and to provide nursing interventions for maintaining patients' daily living function in order to improve the self care performance of hemodialysis patients

Key Indicators for the Growth of Logistics and Distribution Tech Startups in Thailand

  • Purpose: As Thailand seeks to become a regional startup hub, Thai startups have been acquiring growth and scalability in the last ten years. Hence, this paper examines influential factors in Thailand's growth of logistics tech startups. The conceptual framework incorporates sensing user needs, sensing technological options, conceptualizing, scaling, and stretching, co-producing, and orchestrating, business strategy, strategic flexibility, and startup growth. Research design, data, and methodology: The quantitative method was applied to distribute the questionnaire to 500 managers and above in logistics tech startups in Thailand. The sampling techniques involve judgmental, convenience, and snowball samplings. Before the data collection, The Item Objective Congruence (IOC) Index and pilot test (n=45) were employed for content validity and reliability. The data were mainly analyzed by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results: The findings revealed that sensing technological options, scaling, and stretching, co-producing, and orchestrating, and business strategy significantly influence the growth of startups in Thailand. Nevertheless, sensing user needs, conceptualizing, and strategic flexibility have no significant relationship with startup growth. Conclusions: For Thailand to accelerate its digital economy driven by tech startups, firms must emphasize influential factors to accelerate growth by providing the right tech solutions for people's lives.

Assessment of Korean Preservice Elementary Teachers' Science Teaching-anxiety and Science Teaching-efficacy

  • Science teaching-anxiety and science teaching-efficacy are influential factors in teachers' teaching practices and behaviors. In order to encourage elementary teachers to do better teaching practice, this study identified factors that have caused teachers' science teaching-anxiety, developed an instrument measuring science teaching-anxiety, and investigated the relationship between science teaching-anxiety and science teaching-efficacy. In addition, we attempted to suggest practical implications to enhance teachers' confidence in science teaching. The guiding research questions were 1) which factors affect science teaching-anxiety level of the preservice elementary teachers, and 2) how each factor of science teaching-anxiety is related to science teaching-efficacy. The subjects were 133 Korean preservice elementary teachers (57.1% were female) in a large city. The data sources included teachers' responses to three paper and pencil questionnaires: State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Science Teaching-Anxiety Questionnaire (STAQ), and Science Teaching Efficacy Belief Instrument (STEBI-B). To clarify the science teaching-anxiety, we specified it into six factors: trait anxiety about nature of science and science teaching, state anxiety about instruction, science activities, student assessment, and professional responsibilities. The results indicated three significant aspects of science teaching anxiety and efficacy. First, their level of anxiety about professional responsibility and science teaching was relatively high among six factors. Second, there was a negative correlation between science teaching-anxiety and science teaching-efficacy. Third, trait anxiety about science teaching is the most influential factor for science teaching-efficacy while state anxiety about instruction and professional responsibilities were followed.

CRS 기술수용과 재이용의도의 구조적 관계분석 (An Analysis on Structural Relationship between CRS Technology Acceptance and Reuse Intention - Targeting Employees for Domestic Airlines -)

  • The purpose of this study is to closely examine relationship of the system re-use intention depending on CRS technology acceptance. Accordingly, questionnaire was widely distributed to 160 CRS users by convenient sampling targeting people in charge of task among employees for airlines and travel agencies, who are working-level staffs for CRS. Among these things, totally 142 valid materials were used in analysis. The analytical data processing was utilized SPSSWIN VER 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The findings can be summarized as follows. Influential variables in CRS technology acceptance had significant influence upon the perceived ease use, the perceived usability, and the re-use intention. Also, the significant positive(+) influence was revealed to be had upon the perceived usability by the perceived ease use and upon the re-use intention by the perceived usability and ease use.

건설업 근로자들의 안전분위기와 안전참여의 관계에 대한 연구 (The relationship between safety climate and safety participation in construction industry)

  • Safety climate in the research area of industrial safety begins to be influential meta-theory. With this research trend, this paper is to examine the relationship between safety climate and safety participation, and the moderating effect of age. Data were gathered from 292 manufacturing workers in construction industry. It is found that management involvement, safety education, and precaution activities have affirmative effect on safety participation, and physical job load negative effect on it. Next, education, precaution activities, and safety system were found to have interactional effects on safety participation with age.

  • Most of the theories of collective bargaining outcomes start with a set of economic variables. The economic constraints, pressures, and incentives influence the bargaining power relationship between labor union and employer. In this paper, the critical macro and micro economic variables that need to be considered in analyzing the economic context of collective bargaining power relationship is outlined. The focus is on the role that economic forces play in shaping the results of bargaining, that is the outcome of negotiations. In this study, the elasticity of the demand for labor is introduced as one of the most important economic aspects that influence bargaining power. Unions will be most successful in increasing wages when they enjoy an inelastic demand for labor. If the demand for labor is not naturally inelastic, some institutional arrangement for "taking wages out of competition" must be sought. Inflation, business cycle, and income policy are influential in shaping both parties' goals and expectations as well. In addition to the analysis of the economic variables, the nature of power is diagonized with some introductory notions about its care and feeding before proceeding to the details of the above issues.

유아 의사결정력과 자기주도 학습능력 간의 관계 연구 (A Study of the Relationship between Decision Making Abilities in Young Children and Self-directed Learning Abilities)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between decision making abilities young children and their self-directed learning abilities. A survey was carried out using 160 young children in the J region. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple regression techniques using the SPSS statistics program. The conclusions are as follows : First, decision making abilities in young children exhibited a positive correlation with their self-directed learning abilities. Second, decision making abilities in young children were an influential variable in terms of their self-directed learning abilities. As a result, decision making abilities in young children were an important variable in predicting their self-directed learning abilities.

Most previous research on CSF have focused on identifying critical factors, based on the variance theory, in terms of the correlation between individual factor and Information system (IS) success. However, it is unknown how a set of critical factors Influence each other and lead to IS success, which means the process of IS implementation. in this research, we aim to understand how a set of critical factors influence each other and lead to IS success in the context of IS implementation for Customer Relationship Management based on the process theory. This research has implications In explaining a mechanism leading to CRM systems success based on the influencial relationships among the critical factors.

EDI 활용수준 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Influencing the Usage Level and Performance of EDI)

  • The objective of research is to find out exogenous variables that influence the usage and performance EDI in the Korea firms. Specifically the goals of this research are; (1) to examine relationships between exogenous variables, such as management, technology, inter-firm relationship characteristics, and EDI performance, and (2) to measure EDI volume, EDI diversity, EDI depth among Korea firms. The questionnaire consists of two versions; One for the EDI system managers and the other for the EDI users. The analysis of this study is designed as cross level to examine the causal relationship among variables in different analysis level. The reliability and validity of data was tested by explanatory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. Also, the structural equation model(SEM) analysis was performed to test the usefulness of the model. The analysis results revealed that education level, IS growth, trust, support, power are major influential variables on the usage level and performance of EDI. Especially, persuasive power turned out to be more important than coercive power, and technical financial support from organizations was also found to be a significant variables.
