SCM 특성과 관계통제가 RTE 특성에 미치는 영향 (The SCM Characteristics and Relationship Control on RTE Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify and comprehensively explain the SCM-related factors involved in the realization of RTE, including the quality of information concerning SCM, the quality of SCM partnerships, and relationship controlling factors (planning control, behavioral control, and outcome control). This study systematizes the interactions among these factors into a form of a model, elucidating how these interactions affect and shape RTE characteristics. To validate the research model proposed in the study, filed survey was conducted with 79 staffs in Korean company using SCM. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows: First, the quality of information concerning SCM had significant effect on the quality of SCM partnerships, planning control, behavioral control, and outcome control. Not only does the quality of SCM information directly influence the quality of SCM partnerships, planning control, behavioral control, and outcome control; but it also indirect influence on forecasting, agility, and visibility of SCM though its influence on the different forms of relationship control. Second, the quality of SCM partnerships also had significant effect on planning control, behavioral control, and outcome control. In addition to directly influencing these forms of relationship control, the quality of SCM partnerships also indirectly influenced forecasting, agility, and visibility though its influence on relationship control. Third, planning control significantly influenced forecasting, agility and visibility. Fourth, behavioral control significantly influenced forecasting, but neither agility nor visibility. Fifth, outcome control had significant influence on forecasting, agility, and visibility.

판매원 속성이 남녀 대학생과 판매원간 관계몰입과 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Salespersons Attributes on Relationship Commitment between College Students and Salespersons and Their Performance)

  • This study is a survey of college students who have been exposed to a variety of clothing consumption environments such as online transactions through the Internet, with the purpose of examining the influence of salespersons attributes on college students' relationship commitment and perception of salespersons performance. The study conducted a questionnaire survey on 464 male and female students and used SPSS 12.0 for statistical data analyses such as mean, standard deviation, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, salespersons attributes such as appearance, expertise, customer orientation, and customer management fumed out as the factors that influence the satisfaction under relationship commitment at statistically significant levels. Likeability, customer orientation, and customer management were found to have statistically significant influence on perceived reliability of salespersons. Second, with respect to the influence of relationship commitment on customer performance, statistically significant factors included satisfaction and reliability. Customer orientation is considered most important by both male and female students among the salespersons attributes, followed in order by expertise, customer management, appearance, ethic and similarity. Likeability was found to be the least important attribute.

이혼가족 청소년의 비양육부모와의 관계에 관한 연구 (Factors Influencing Adolescent's Relationship With Non-Custodial Parents)

  • Objective: This study examined the facotrs influencing the relationship of adolescents with non-custodial parent. Specifically, this study focused on the comparative influence of the family function as a factor controlling other factors such as socio-demographic characteristics, beliefs about parental divorce, and social support. Methods: Data were collected from 322 adolescents from divorced families using a structured questionnaire. SPSS 22.0, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression were performed to analyze the data. Results and Conclusion: The results revealed that beliefs about parental divorce, social support, and family function affected the relationship with non-custodial parent. After controlling the influence of other factors, family function was found to have a significant influence on the relationship with non-custodial parents. Based on the results, practical suggestions were provided to enhance the relationship between adolescents and non-custodial parents.

중국 조선족 아동의 어머니와의 애착이 자아개념, 또래관계 및 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Attachment with Mother on Self-Concept, Peer Relationship and School Adjustment in Korean-Chinese School Age Children)

  • The present study examined the relationships among maternal attachment, self-concept, peer relationship, and school adjustment. The subjects were 293 Korean-Chinese elementary school students living in Yanji and Shenyang, China. The Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (Armsden & Greenberg, 1987), Social Competence Inventory(Doh & Falbo, 1999), and Self-Perception Profile for Adolesents(Harter, 1988) were used to measure the subjects' maternal attachment, and peer relationship, school adjustment, and self-concept, respectively. When structural equation modeling was applied, the results supported not only the model that maternal attachment and self-concept exert an influence on peer relationship, but also the model that they exert an influence on school adjustment. The results of this study suggest that the secure maternal attachment of Korean-Chinese works as an important mechanism that explains their peer relationship and adjustment at elementary school.

  • This paper aimed to exam core factors of the relationship factors and analyze their effects on structural bonds and social bonds. And this paper analysis structural bonds and social bonds effects on relationship commitment. To accomplish this purpose, this study examined previous studies and summarized core factors of the relationship making. The result of this study are as follow: First, we examined that 6 factors-tech-shared, product characteristic, transaction specific asset, reputation, trust, communication-were relationship factors of buyer-seller industrial market. Second, it is shown that tech-shared, product characteristic, transaction specific asset factors have a positi-ve influence on the structural bonding. Third, it is shown that reputation, trust, communication factors have a positive influence on the social bonding. Fourth, it is shown that structural bonding, social bonding have a positive influence on the relationship commitment.

  • The purpose of this study were to empirically examine the effect of dimension of service quality of internet shopping mall on quality of customer relationship(customer satisfaction) and Relationship of between Future Intention. This study first extracted environment, general interaction between customer and internet shopping mall, personalized interaction between customer and internet shopping mall, interaction between customers and outcome from service quality of internet shopping mall. Then established study model and hypotheses through the review of the effect of service quality of internet shopping mall on quality of customer relationship. and the effect of customer relationship quality on future intention. The results were as follows: At among of the six hypotheses, four hypotheses were accepted and two hypotheses were rejected First, for the relationship between dimensions of service quality of internet shopping mall and Customers satisfaction, only the environment had not significant influence on Customers satisfaction, other dimensions had significant positive influence on satisfaction. second, for the relationship between quality factors of customer relationship and future intention, only Customers satisfaction had not significant influence on future intention.

도시주부의 대인적 지지, 생활긴장감 및 만족도 (Interpersonal support, Tension in life changes & Life satisfaction in Urban Housewives)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate interpersonal support, tension in lifechanges & satisfaction. The selected sample is composed of 387 housewives in ChongJoo city. SAS pc program was used for the statistical analysis of the data. Data was analyzed by frequency, F-test, percentage, mean, Duncan's Multiple Range Test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Regression Analysis. Major findings as follows: 1)At wedding & funeral ceremony, kin networks of her parents & parents-in law side were variables to have influence on tension in life changes. And the number of social organization participated were a variable to have influence on the satisfaction. The age of couple, education of couple, duration of marriage, income, family lifecycle, the number of children, pattern of family were variables to influence tension in life changes, but were not variables to influence on the satisfaction. 2) At usual or wedding & funeral ceremony, kin networks of her parents side were variables to influence on instrumental & companionship support. And the number of friends was a variable to influence on companionship & informational support. The number of neighbors was a variable to influence on instrumental, companionship & informational support. The number of social organization participated was a variable to influence on companionship & emotional support. The age of couple, education of couple,income, duration of marriage, family life cycle, number of children, family size, family type were variables to influence on interpersonal support. 3)The relationship between tension and satisfaction in life changes was negative, and between instrumental support and satisfaction was negative also. But between companionship support and satisfaction was positive relationship and between tension of personal &social life and instrumental support was positive relationship. The relationship between tension of marriage life and companionship support was negative and between tension of family life and information support was negative relationships. The received companionship support was lower tension in life changes than not received it. But the received instrumental support was higher tension of personal & social life. The received companionship & informational support was higher satisfaction than not received them. But the received instrumental support was lower satisfaction than not received it. 4) Instrumental & companionship support, at usual kin network of her parents in taw side, at wedding & funeral ceremony kin network of her parents side,were variables to influence on tension in life changes.   • Due to the recent trend of relationship marketing and characteristics of the apparel retail industry that relys heavily on employees' performance, internal marketing toward the employees gives a critical influence on firms' overall performance. This study is aiming at the factors of internal marketing and relationship management that enhance positive attitude toward change. A survey questionnaire was developed and about two hundreds department store sales staffs working for apparel brands participated in the empirical study. Factor analysis ensured the existence of five aspects of internal marketing: educational training, internal communication, power endorsement, management capability and incentive system. Results indicated that age, marital status, years of employment, position rank, and salary types of salespersons had significant influence on internal marketing factors. Incentive system had significant influence on internal customer relationship management. Internal customer relationship management had significant impact on employees' attitude toward change. Educational training had significant influence on employees' perceived importance of change. Educational training, power endorsement and incentive system affected employees' perceived outcome of change.

경험적 영향함수와 표본영향함수 간 차이 보정의 t통계량으로의 확장 (Extending the calibration between empirical influence function and sample influence function to t-statistic)

  • 본 연구는 Kang과 Kim (2020)의 후속 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 직접 유도하지 않았던 통계량의 표본영향함수를 유도한다. 그리고 이 결과를 바탕으로 경험적 영향함수와 표본영향함수는 어떠한 관계를 가지고 있는지 이론적으로 살펴보고, 경험적 영향함수를 통해 표본영향함수를 근사시켜 추정하는 방안에 대해 생각해 본다. 또한, 임의추출한 300개의 데이터를 바탕으로 모의실험을 통해 유도한 함수와 그 관계에 대한 그 타당성도 검증한다. 모의실험 결과 t통계량으로부터 유도한 표본영향함수와 경험적 영향함수와의 관계 및 경험적 영향함수를 통한 표본영향함수의 근사 방안에 대한 타당성도 검증해 냈다. 본 연구는 경험적 영향함수를 이용한 표본영향함수의 근사에서 오차를 줄이기 위한 방안을 제안하고 그 타당성을 검증하였으며, 이를 통해 기존의 연구에서 경험적 영향함수로 표본영향함수를 바로 근사시켰던 연구 방법에 효과적인 근사 방안을 제안한 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

청소년의 학교생활 부적응에 영향을 미치는 가족관련 변인 (Family-Related Variables Affecting Adolescents′ School Life Maladjustment)

  • The researcher worked with 1001 middle and high school students so as to inquire into family-related variables affecting adolescents' school life maladjustment, relying on average, standard deviation and hierarchical regression. The following are the major findings. 1) The research shows that to look into school life maladjustment on the basis of analysis models including family environment variables and family relationship variables in addition to family background variables offers more explanatory power. 2) Of all the variables, parent relationship variables turned out to have the greatest influences on maladjustment to teacher relationship and teaming activity areas among the subordinate areas of school life maladjustment. 3) Of all the variables, family's physical variables have the greatest influence on maladjustment to regulation-keeping relationship and opposite sex relationship among the subordinate areas of school life maladjustment. 4) Of all the variables, sibling relationship variables have the greatest influence on maladjustment to friendship among the subordinate areas of school life maladjustment. 5) Parent relationship variables have the greatest influence on total school life maladjustment followed by family physical environment, structural environment, the number of family members, cultural environment and residential variables in the right order.
