마이크로파를 이용한 목재의 액상방염약제 침투효과 연구 (The Liquid Flame Proofing Agent's Permeating Effect of Wood Using Microwave)

  • 목재 자체의 화재저항성능 향상을 위한 기초연구로 마이크로파로 가열된 목재의 침지조건별(상온침지, 열기침지)로 액상 방염약제 침투량과 이에 따른 목재 온도와의 상관성, 방염약제 침투 후 목재의 미세구조와 침투성분 분석을 실시한 결과 마이크로파 가열시간이 높아질수록 침투량이 크게 증대되는 것으로 나타났으며 열기침지의 경우 높은 침투량은 물론 안정적인 방염약제 침투가 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 목재의 온도가 $80^{\circ}C$ 이상 높은 상태에서는 방염약제 침투량이 증대 되었으며 매우 균일한 방염약제 침투성이 확보되는 것으로 나타나 액상의 방염약제는 목재내부로 침투되기 위한 조건으로서 목재의 온도변화에 대한 의존성을 가지는 것으로 판단된다. 미세구조 분석결과 벽공을 통한 방염약제의 세포간 이동성 향상이 방염약제의 침투량이 증대되는 원인으로 사료되며 침투성분 분석 중 열기침지의 경우 변재 및 심재 내부의 벽공 주변에 결정화된 방염약제 성분이 분석됨에 따라 열기침지 시 방염약제는 목재 심재부위까지 침투가 가능한 것으로 나타났다.

  • This research produced internal model tester ($2.0m{\times}2.0m{\times}1.0m$) to evaluate the field application of Paju Unjeong District water recycling system for small streams eco-friendly river bed disparity method for the first time in Korea and conducted comparative analysis of the Paju Unjeong District water recycling system field test results and infiltration rate result of internal tests by each rainfall intensity following surface material. Infiltration rate result of internal tests concrete pavement by rainfall intensity following surface material, asphalt pavement, bentonite mate, stabilized soil construction and mixed soil construction manifested low infiltration rate. On the contrary, compaction soil, grassland and water permeable packaging materials resulted in significant amount of infiltration rate. As for the field permeability test results, they were manifested similar tendency as indoor permeability test results and they satisfied the standard for standard of water permeability of domestic disparity facility (less than $1.0{\times}10-7cm$/sec). As compaction rate increased, unconfined compression strength increased as well while coefficient of water permeability decreased.

  • 지금까지 우리는 건물분야에서의 합리적인 에너지 사용을 위하여 건물외피의 단열성능을 향상시킴으로써 열손실을 줄이려는 데에 주력하여 왔으며, 침기로 인한 열손실을 줄이려는 노력은 상대적으로 미흡하였다. 그러나, 침기로 인한 난방에너지의 소비가 상당량에 이르는 것으로 조사됨으로써 재실형태에 따라 최소환기기준을 만족시키면서 침기에 의한 불필요한 에너지의 손실을 줄이려는 노력이 매우 유효한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 실제로 침기에 의한 불필요한 에너지의 낭비가 얼마나 되는가를 평가하기 위해서는, 건물에서의 침기율을 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 방법이 전제되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 감압/가압법의 일종인 Blower Door System을 사용하여 공동주택에서의 기밀성능을 측정, 평가함은 물론 측정결과를 토대로 합리적인 수준까지 기밀화할 경우 난방에너지의 절약가능성에 대하여 추정하였다.

  • The squeeze infiltration process is potentially of considerable industrial importance. The performance enhancements resulting from incorporation of short alumina fiber into aluminum are well documented. These are particularly significant for certain automobile components. But the solidification process gets complicated with manufacturing parameters and factors for porosity formation do not fully understand yet. In this study porosity defects were observed under several infiltrating conditions ; a kind of matrix, an initial temperature of melt, and a volume fraction of reinforcement. The desimetry and the microscopic image analysis were done to measure the amount of porosity. A correlation between manufacturing parameters and defects was investigated through these.

  • The drying up of seepage in Kumagaya City was caused by the increase of impermeable area with urbanization. The project of rain fall infiltration facilities has been planned for improvement of a hydrological cycle in Kumagaya City. With GIS and remote sensing, the most suitable arrangement for the rainfall infiltration inlets was examined. Distribution maps for infiltration, evapotranspiration and groundwater recharge at each town in Kumagaya City was designed from the land cover classification map with hydrological analysis. In these distribution maps, influence of the leak from drinking water and sewage networks was counted to the hydrological cycle.

  • There is a case to use dredged-sea sand as a filling material because of difficulty of obtaining required filling material for tideland reclamation project from the land. At this time, side slope erosion is occurred because the precipitation falling to the top of bank acts as infiltration water when it pass through inside of the semi-permeable filling section. This study has confirmed the declining effect of permeability by conducting permeability test to the condition of mixing of bentonite to the dredged sea-sand. And also this study has confirmed that the above processed-soil could be used as a water-proof layer to protect infiltration of water through the infiltration flow analysis.

  • The purpose of this study is the infiltration characteristics of soil cut-slope by rainfall. Stability analysis of soil cut-slopes has been conducted by limit equilibrium method on Seep/w and finite element method on Slope/w. Result is same as following. First. the hour when seepage line and groundwater in contact is proportionate from rainfall rate condition and upper natural slope gradient condition which is identical. Second, when seepage line and groundwater is contact, seepage line moves gradually at soil cut-slope surface. Finally, seepage line is formed similarly with soil cut-slope gradient. Third, when rainfall is ended, from the recording upper natural slope where the hour will pass it is stabilized

하수관거 유량자료의 보정방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Modification Method of Flow Data in the Sewage System)

  • In order to modify incorrect flow data in the sewage system, the method using the stage-discharge relation and hydraulic characteristic curve of sewer pipe are applied. The modified data were verified with field measured data and the infiltration analysis using the modified data was carried out. When flowrate were measured using the flow-meter in fair weather, the stage data were comparatively consistent but velocity data were very poor for the most part. Therefore, it was recommended that sewage flowrate variation characteristic curve and infiltration were computed using the modified data on the basis of stage data. Especially, in the case of using the hydraulic characteristic curve, extrapolation results of the rainy season flowrate using regression curve on the basis of the data in fair weather were also reasonable.

  • Slope-related disasters have been occurred in July and September due to the typhoon and concentrated precipitation. It is shown that rainfall is the most important factor which leads to slope-related disasters in Korea. In this paper, slope analysis was applied by rainfall intensity as a rain factor and was assumed that all rainfall would be infiltrated on the slope. Also, groundwater level on a slope was estimated by using SEEP/W program according to infiltration. Where, amount of Infiltration can be calculated by using NRCS model. Finally, safety factor on a slope was invested by groundwater level.

선행강우의 영향에 따른 불포화토의 침투특성 분석 (Effect of Antecedent Rainfall on Infiltration Characteristics in Unsaturated Soil)

  • 불포화 지반에서 선행강우에 의한 강우침투특성을 분석하기 위하여 국내 편마암 풍화토에 대한 일차원 실내강우 침투실험을 수행하였다. 춘천 및 충주지역 시료에 대한 실내모형실험에서 불포화토의 음의 간극수압은 강우 재하시 급격히 감소하고, 강우 종료후 점차 회복되었다. 강우강도가 증가함에 따라 침투속도가 증가하였으며, 선행강우시보다 본강우에서 침투속도가 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 이는 선행강우에 의하여 증가된 지반의 높은 포화도가 본강우시 강우침투속도를 증가시킨 것으로 사료된다. 특히 점토함유량이 많은 충주시료에서 음의 간극수압의 회복 속도와 침투속도가 느리게 나타났다. 유한요소 사면안정에 대한 수치해석 결과는 강우 침투에 의한 음의 간극수압의 감소에 따른 사면 안전율을 감소와 강우 종료후 간극수압의 확산에 의한 추가적인 사면 안정성 저감을 보여주고 있다. 사면의 안전율은 선행강우시 보다 본강우에서 더욱 감소하였다. 선행강우는 불포화지반의 초기 간극수압의 크기와 깊이별 패턴에 지대한 영향을 미치며, 이는 강우 사면의 안정성 해석에 고려해야 할 중요한 요소이다.
