Recognition Research on the Field Placement Activation Plan on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry (광양만권 산업체 맞춤 현장실습 활성화 방안 마련을 위한 인식 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out subjective perception types and needs of interested group on the Field Placement on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry by Q methodology, then to search for political measures to improve Field Placement in the implication of the sorted subjective perception types. The result of the study showed that there are three major sorts of subjectivities on the Field Placement Activation Plan on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry: emphasizes indusrty-college cooperation(Type1), emphasizes industry demand analysis(Type2), emphasizes field-centered education(Type3). And a new study showed that results can improve Field Placement on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry: positive industry-college partnership building, manpower training total support system building by manpower demand analysis and the situation of local industry, building the infrastructure for the training on demand of local industry on-the-job, trasition into field-centered education system by national competency standards(NCS).

  • Bioenergy emerges as a promising option for achieving the sustainable growth. However, bioenergy has poor cost competitiveness to the fossil fuels such as oil and coal. So many countries either developed or developing actively works for the implementation of various bioenergies. In this paper, the various supporting policies for the activation of the bioenergy business in the developed countries have been analyzed. Through the work, the desirable strategy for the promotion of bioenergy in our country have been suggested.

  • To purpose of this study is to understand the present situation of the present situation of the fashion careers in apparel industry and to present a activation information for development of a specialty de-partment. This study has been proceeded with the library survey method, and 20 apparel enterprises have been researched with the questionaire and inter-view method. These were large and medium sized enterprises. The results were as follows: 1. Subdivision of fashion careers have been found insufficient on apparel enterprises in Korea. 2. Textile specialists have been needed on apparel enterprises in Korea. 3. Domestic enterprises have dropt out man-agement 4. These enterprises are negative for the consumer research and fashion information col-lection. 5. Fashion sepecialists have been found insuf-ficient on retail division, The propositions for activation of fashion careers are as follows: 1. Fashion careers should subdivide and specialize. 2. The apparel enterprises should employ textile designer. 3. The apparel enterprises should activate practical department. 4. The apparel enterprises should research consumer and collect fashion information. 5. The apparel enterprises should develop fashion specialists on retail division.

  • The purpose of this study is to figure out the plans to improve business in Hotel French restaurants. This study conducts documentary study and empirical study. To achieve the purpose, a survey was conducted by 172 staffs of Hotel French restaurants in Seoul. The result of this research is as follows. Hotel restaurant operators recognize the importance of promotion and development of new sales goods. But they haven't done long-term marketing directions focusing on cost-saving and ephemeral sales promotion effects. Hotel restaurants should establish public information strategies uniformly and look for the plans that offer customers adequate information. Also, they should make a differentiation strategy within the same industry, can always give recency to customers, and enhance the event-connecting promotion menu and business activation.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the curriculum for the Department of Food Service Business in Junior College. The purpose of the curriculum development is to train professionals combined theory and practice for medium or small restaurant managers. We have developed a model curriculum, which was based on Job analyses for related business, analyses of the curricula of departments related with food service, and survey on the questionnaire. The subjects of the model curriculum are as follows. 1) Subjects related with Food and Food Sanitation, 2) Subjects related nth Cuisine, 3) Subjects related with Restaurant Management and Service, 4) Subjects related nth training In practical business, and 5) Subjects related with a foreign language. The effects on opening the Department of Food Service are as follows. 1) To train professionals (or food service business, 2) Activation of the study on Food Service Industry, 3) Establishment of the traditional food culture, 4) Activation of the Tourist Industry, and 5) To improve the Quality of restaurant employees.

  • In this paper, we surveyed the literature on QCC(quality control circle) and try to establish principles of activation of QCC activities in Korea. Although QCC activities in Korea, which originated from Japan, have so far made tremendous contributions to our domestic industry, many problems have also been found during the course of a, pp.ication to our industry. In this paper, we have paid much attention to the solution of the problems found during the initial stages and the a, pp.eciation of the achievements of QCC activities until now. We also suggest principles residing in the activities and propose the right direction of our QCC movement. We have made use of many known facts in our analysis and present some of them as evidences of our arguments.

Delignification Kinetics of Trema orientalis (Nalita) in Kraft Pulping

  • Kraft pulping of Trema orientalis (Nalita) was studied in order to find kinetic data for delignification. Pulping runs were carried out in the temperature range of $160-180\;^{\circ}C$ under constant and well-defined conditions. The delignification was found to be first order with respect to residual lignin and was chemically controlled. The rate of delignification reaction was increased 1.11-1.23 for $10\;^{\circ}C$ temperature increase in the range of $160-180\;^{\circ}C$ range. A mean value of 93% of lignin was removed at the transition between bulk and residual delignification. The influence of cooking temperature on the rate constant was expressed by an Arrhenius-type equation. The obtained activation energy of the delignification reaction was 6,164 cal/mol. The transition point between bulk and residual phase was shifted to lower lignin and carbohydrate yield with the increase of temperature.
