In this study, thermoplastic composites were manufactured using a thermoplastic resin (PEEK) with the same melting temperature and a highly heat-resistant carbon UD tapes with different carbon fibers (Type A, Type B). And the bonding characteristics and mechanical characteristics of each of the two produced thermoplastic composites by induction heating welding were examined. The bonding characteristics and mechanical characteristics of the thermoplastic composites were performed using C-Scan and B-Scan, which is a non-destructive inspection, and the single lap shear test, respectively. The temperature of the carbon composites surface was monitored using a thermal image camera.

In this paper, we investigate the strategy for the promotion of IT industry in Yongin region and suggest some directions for operations strategy of them. we divide the strategy into centralization of supporting facilities , construction of supporting network, development of lesion based firm, and modernization of marketing/logistics based on the result of the Previous study on the 19 critical success factors. The strategy foactors are analyzed by AHP and evaluated by the three groups(IT firms, local government official worker, professor) which have an influence on IT policy. This research contribute to assist planners and policy-makers in supporting IT industry by providing useful information about the suggested strategy, and by suggesting the effective means to assist the IT industry.

In this paper, we analyzed on the importance of radio spectrum and radio industry for promoting radio ecosystem. For this, we investigated the changes of future society and analyzed the recognition and importance of radio industries by survey on opinion changes of experts. We suggested a direction for radio industry promotion, which is composed of technology development, service development, advancement of law and regulations, business model development, assistance of production and use, publicity enforcement for promotion. The importance changes and radio use industry sector practices of the radio industry are analyzed by survey of experts. From this result, the 5 policy options are proposed.

This study was conducted to diffusion of the health promotion program about no smoking in industry. No smoking program model composed of assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation was developed through the method of literature review and applied to 27 smokers of the management team and dept. of the 1st production in one industry, from October 27 to November 3D, 1993. For the analysis, descriptive statistics and paired t-test were used. The result of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The object was composed of no smoking and reduced smoking. The achievement rate of object was $48\%$. 2. As a result of the implementation of no smoking program, $11\%$ of no smoking rate was obtained. 3. After application of no smoking program, the health age was a little lower but statistical significations was not found. 4. Health education and support of family were effective in health promotion program. Complementary measures about indivisual activity for no smoking were required in no smoking program. In conclusion, subject's response about no smoking program was high and health education and support of family were effective in health promotion· program. And nurses were expected to do their roles as a planner, intervener, manager and supporter in health promotion services.

Korea continues to invest in the IT industry and is currently regarded as one of the five major powerhouses in the field of intellectual property. However, it is evaluated that this status is only limited, and the level of intellectual property protection and dispute resolution does not reach a level commensurate with the status of one of the five major intellectual property powers. To address these problems, the Korean government has enacted the Arbitration Industry Promotion Act in 2017, which aims to strengthen national competitiveness by fostering the arbitration system as an industry and provide systematic support so that the arbitration industry can become a future growth engine. In addition, in accordance with Article 3 of the 「Arbitration Industry Promotion Act」, the Minister of Justice must establish "the Basic Plan for Arbitration Industry Promotion" every 5 years. Great efforts must be put into establishing an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) system at the KCAB for five years from 2024 to 2028, the Second Basic Plan for the Promotion of the Arbitration Industry period. Under these circumstances, this study presents implications and improvement measures for the development of the intellectual property-related arbitration system to protect Korea's intellectual property rights and contribute to more active intellectual property creation. In particular, this study proposes a plan to build an one-stop digital platform for KCAB to implement an efficient ODR system.

Autonomous driving can be limited by only using sensors if the sensor is blocked by sudden changes in surrounding environments or large features such as heavy vehicles. In order to overcome the limitations, the precise road-map has been used additionally. In korea, the NGII (National Geographic Information Institute) produces and supplies high definition map for autonomous vehicles. Accordingly, in this study, errors occurring in the process of e data editing and dtructured esditing of high definition map are systematically typed providing by the National Geographic Information Institute. In addition, by presenting the error search process and solution for each situation, we conducted a study to quickly correct errors in high definition map, and largely classify the error items for shape integrity, spatial relationship, and reference relationship, and examine them in detail. The method was derived.

Since the government announced the roadmap to revitalize the hydrogen economy, we are constantly making the effort to expand the use of fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV) and hydrogen charging stations. There is however a significant issue to build and operate the hydrogen charging station due to the lack of the profit model. Many researchers believe that the supply of FCEV will be increased in the near future and finally ensure the economy of hydrogen charging stations. This study shows that the sales changes of hydrogen gas and consumption patterns by the operation of the hydrogen charging station in Changwon City. The results will be used as the evidence to support for operating the hydrogen charging station by private businesses and the validity of additional establishment of hydrogen charging stations.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in requirement and activity related to workers' health promotion according to business type and enterprise size. Methods: This study is a secondary analysis of data extracted from a survey on the Enterprise Health Promotion Index. For the present analysis, 7,784 companies were selected. Results: Requirements for lifestyle management and activities to prevent musculoskeletal disorders were the highest. The requirement and activity of musculoskeletal disorders and cerebrovascular disease were high in the manufacturing industry. Meanwhile, in the non-manufacturing industry, the requirement and activity of job stress management were high. Small-sized companies had a high requirement to prevent musculoskeletal disorders and cerebrovascular disease. Conclusion: Government support should be strengthened in workers' lifestyle management. Additionally, workers' health promotion in small-sized companies needs to focus on preventing musculoskeletal disorders and cerebrovascular disease.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to systematically review the background of the Korean distribution promotion policy and distribution adjustment policies along with related regulations and policies. Research design, data, and methodology - Domestic distribution policy and relevant laws were examined through a review of existing research literature. The results of the development process of the domestic distribution policy, promotion policies, and adjustment policies are summarized below. Results - The results are summarized as follows. First, the purpose of the development of the domestic distribution promotion policy was to strengthen the competitiveness of the small and medium business industry through structural advancement of the small and medium industry. By expanding the managerial base for the small and medium industry, a new balance could be created in the national economy. There was a requirement for an early assistance policy for small and medium businesses as a base of these businesses in the distribution industry developed from their original model of catering to a traditional market of retail shops. Since 1996, there was a need for this early assistance policy due to the expansion and rapid growth of large scale stores causing a change in the consumption pattern for distribution markets and the decline of large enterprises. Second, the government supports small and medium business distribution through distribution promotion policies by supporting an organization promoting small business and supporting innovation in the distribution system. Third, in 1961 a business mediation system was established to protect small and medium industries. The Small and Medium Business Administration advises conglomerates to postpone acquisitions, restrain expansion of the business, or to reduce business scale if small businesses undergo an adverse effect such as decreasing demand because large companies are expanding into their areas. Fourth, the Distribution Adjustment Policy managed large-scale store regulation as follows: ① limitation on construction by urban planning ordinance, ② limitation on location based on traffic impact assessments, ③ regulation based on business guidelines by chiefs of autonomous bodies, ④ regulation on mandatory holidays and limitation of business hours. This large-scale store regulation is a policy introduced by authority to increase competitiveness of small and medium business distribution by the government. Conclusions - As discussed in this study, the distribution promotion policy and distribution adjustment policy are government distribution policies focused on the protection of the small and medium distribution businesses. This study is timely, since it was planned when the strengthening of the revisions of the Distribution Industry Development Act, aimed to protect small and medium retailers and merchants, was under discussion. The significance of this study is that it offers insights for the development of new policies in the future and an opportunity to consider the background of the distribution policy by the government.
