With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution and the combination of IoT, there have been diverse domestic and foreign researches for the development of construction industry. Especially, in the large-scale earthwork site where many and various construction equipments are put into, the control system between construction equipments is important for the increase of productivity. Thus, after developing the fleet management system for the optimum operation of construction equipments, the problems were checked and improved for each step in the process of application at site. In order to verify the site application process of the fleet management system for the optimum operation of construction equipments, the analysis on the productivity was performed by inputting the data used for the actual site and the site data using this system and then comparing the data through simulation. The analysis was limited to excavator and dump. In the results of the analysis, the rate of work per hour was increased to the range of 4 % while the cost price was decreased to 4 %. Even though the results of the analysis could be different depending on the site applied, the results showing the increase of workload of equipments and the decrease of cost price in the complex project at earthwork site verify the increase of productivity.
In 2000, post-construction evaluation was introduced for the purposes to evaluate demand, cost, and construction period of public construction projects and to reduce errors of public order agencies. However, pricing guide of post-construction evaluation has not been established, which becomes a cause of quality degradation of post-construction service and conflict occurrence. This study suggests the pricing guide in the form of percentage of construction cost method and cost plus fee method based on data of post-construction evaluation. This study investigates the construction costs and service costs for post-construction evaluation and conducts the comparative analysis of 'percentage of construction cost method' and 'cost plus fee method.' The analysis result shows 'cost plus fee method' is more accuracy than 'percentage of construction cost method.' In particular, cost plus fee method includes various correction coefficients, such as distance, area, and integration, in order to reflect the project characteristics of each infrastructure, and suggests linear construction (roads, railways), nonlinear construction I (housing and industry complex), and nonlinear construction II (airports, seaports, dams, water and sewage).

Several complex processes that are employed in industries, such as shipping, power plants, and the petrochemical industry, involve time-varying behavior as well as strong nonlinear behavior during operation. The fixed-parameter proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controllers have difficulty in dealing with control problems that occur in such processes. In this paper, we propose a method of designing a nonlinear PID controller for industrial processes that exhibit a large number of nonlinearities and time-varying behavior. The gains of the nonlinear PID controller are characterized by a simple nonlinear function of the error and/or error rate depending on the process set-point and output. We tune the user-defined parameters using a genetic algorithm by minimizing the integral of time absolute error (ITAE) index. We verify the effectiveness of the proposed method by performing a comparison of the proposed method and two other nonlinear and adaptive methods that are employed for reference tracking, disturbance-rejection performances, and robustness to parameter changes on a continuously stirred tank reactor.

In the construction industry, projects are becoming increasingly large and complex, involving multiple subcontractors. Traditional centralized coordination techniques used by the general contractors become less effective as subcontractors perform most wok and provide their own resources. When subcontractors cannot provide enough resources, they hinder their own performance as well as that of other subconractors and ultimately the entire project Thus, construction projects need a new distributed coordination approach wherein all of the concerned subcontractors can reschedule a project dynamically. To enable the distributed coordination framework of project schedule changes, the author developed an agent-based compensatory negotiation methodology, which allows intelligent software agents to simulate negotiations on behalf of their human subcontractors. In addition to this theoretical work, 1 designed and implemented a prototype to demonstrate the effectiveness of the framework. Thus, this research formalizes the necessary steps that would help construction project participants to increase the efficiency of their resource use, which in turn will enhance successful completions of whole projects.

There is an increase in interest and investment in high-rise housing as it is perceived to be a new value-added market in the construction industry. In constructing a high-rise housing, the finishing works are executed in accompaniment with many other activities that are progressed repeatedly and spontaneously on each floor. It was reported that the duration of finishing works differs according to the management ability of the executing company and has a significant effect on the entire project duration. We suggest a need to concentrate on important management factors by analyzing the factors affecting the productivity of finishing works based on the site characteristics in high-rise housing. There are various complex productivity-affecting factors including the technical factors involved in planning and managing the processes of finishing works. From the viewpoint of planning and management factors, the importance of productivity-affecting factors was analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). A continuous examination of the management of high-importance factors will make it possible to improve productivity by enhancing the understanding of productivity-affecting factors of finishing works and suggesting a practical management direction.

Many applications in computer graphics require complex and highly detailed models. However it is often desirable to use approximations in place of excessively detailed models in order to control the processing time. Thus, we aim to develop a notion of optimal matrix to simplify surface which can rapidly obtain the high quality 2D patterns flattening 3D surface as follows. Firstly, two 3D bodies are modeled based on existing Size Korea data. Secondly, each model is divided by shell and block for its pattern draft. Thirdly, each block is flattened by grid and bridge method. Finally, we selected the optimal matrix and demonstrated the efficiency and quality of the proposed method. This proposed approach accommodates surfaces with darts, which are commonly used in the clothing industry to reduce the deformation of surface forming and flattening. The resulting optimal matrix could be an initiation of standardization for pattern flattening. It is expected that this method could facilitate much better approximation in both efficiency and precision.
Several complex devices and equipments are installed in the car's engine room, including various kind of oils or other flammable materials. So re-ignition is very likely to take place in it. In addition, it is restrictive for the driver or the occupant to open the bonnet and to spray the fire extinguisher in the engine room due to the high possibility of explosion. Therefore, a fire extinguishing system, which can detect a fire and inject the fire extinguishing agent to extinguish it, and fire extinguishing agents including HFC-227ea, which can stand the high temperature within the engine room and hold the viscosity sufficient to keep it in the kind of foam, were developed and tested. And the suffocation effect and the cooling effect come from the fire extinguishing principle of the foam fire extinguishing agent and the inhibiter catalyst effect come from the one of HFC-227ea was led simultaneously, and fire extinguishing agents without the secondary damage caused by residuals after the fire extinguishment like a case of the powder fire extinguishing agent, were developed. And experiments using a vehicle collision after the discharge is complete, foreign material can be removed without extinguishing the advantage that experimental results obtained.
Ubiquitous health care system, which is one of the developing solution technologies of IT, BT and NT, could give us new medical environments in future. Implementing health information systems can be complex, expensive and frustrating. Healthcare professionals seeking to acquire or upgrade systems do not have a convenient, reliable way of specifying a level of adherence to communication standards sufficient to achieve truly efficient interoperability. Great progress has been made in establishing such standards-DICOM, IHE and HL7, notably, are now highly advanced. IHE has defined a common framework to deliver the basic interoperability needed for local and regional health information networks. It has developed a foundational set of standards-based integration profiles for information exchange with three interrelated efforts. HL7 is one of several ANSI-accredited Standards Developing Organizations operating in the healthcare arena. Most SDOs produce standards (protocols) for a particular healthcare domain such as pharmacy, medical devices, imaging or insurance transactions. HL7's domain is clinical and administrative data. HL7 is an international community of healthcare subject matter experts and information scientists collaborating to create standards for the exchange, management and integration of electronic healthcare information. The ASTM specification for Continuity of Care Record was developed by subcommittee E31.28 on electronic health records, which includes clinicians, provider institutions, administrators, patient advocates, vendors, and health industry. In this paper, there are suggestions that provide a test bed, demonstration and specification of how standards such a IHE, HL7, ASTM can be used to provide an integrated environment.
Today, the police alone can not prevent a crime. And the police is limited to meet for people's the increased needs on public safety. So the police and the community needs the cooperation of a variety of resources. Police in cooperation with community resources to respond to the crime's most professional and the private sector is a private security. However, the role of private security for cooperation policing is insufficient in South Korea. So for this study to build a cooperative policing in South Korea as private security for the following four kinds of directions are presented. First, as a private security of the United States and Japan, specializes in diversified business sectors. Simple human-oriented private security of the building security get out. Instead, take the high-tech crime prevention or industry complex security should be changed to a professional organization. Second, the interaction between police and private security should be increased. Police and private security through regular meetings between the need for mutual interests and build consensus is needed. The role of private security companies to be represented on the Security Association of South Korea's active role in the matter. Third, efforts to improve the image of private security activities and the publiciy activity of private security is needed. Some of the private security in an effort to escape a negative image to the people and actively promote a positive image is necessary. Finally, for South Korea to the level the cooperation between the police and private security are required to develop system models. Front-line policing priority in the field and the mutual understanding between the police and private security in an effort to have a positive perception is needed. Equal partners, especially the police and private security to private security companies to have recognized experts in their own recruitment and training should be improved by strengthening the expertise.
