In the 4th industrial revolution, there are many projects for diverse software applications of smart city environments. Most of the stakeholders focus on considering software quality for their developed software. Nobody doesn't guarantee requirement satisfaction after complete development. At this time, we can only work on user acceptance testing for requirement satisfaction on frequently changing requirements. Why keeps the requirement traceability? This traceability is to identify risks related to requirements, to assure correct software development based on customer requirements. To solve this, we are researching how to implement requirement traceability across each artifact's relationship to each activity of a whole development lifecycle.

This paper investigate into practice industrial safety consciousness and requirement for the spot workers in engaged the metal industry. Industrial accident defines "unwanted event" happened unexpectedly in opposition to hope workers and industrial accident is being possible to prevent. 소프트웨어의 품질은 요구사항 품질과 강하게 관계되어 있다. 이에 따라서 기업들은 요구사항의 품질을 향상시켜 주기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 그러나 명세서 형태의 요구사항은 검증하기 어려우며, 분석가의 비정형화된 업무 지식에 의존해야 한다. 또한 명세서 형태의 요구사항 품질을 향상시켜 주기 위한 정형화된 방법론이나 자동화된 기법이 미흡한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 요구사항의 품질을 향상시켜 주기 위한 요구사항 검증 프로세스 및 자동화 검증 도구를 제안한다. 검증을 위해 요구사항에 대한 외적뷰 설계와 내적뷰 설계를 비교한다. 사례연구를 통해 제안된 요구사항 자동화 검증 기법의 타당성을 검증한다.

Research on information systems and software engineering has often neglected behavioral effects, which may play a role in decision making on software development. The current study addresses this issue by empirically investigating the behavioral roots of over-requirement in the context of a software development project via an experiment. The negative phenomenon of over-requirement refers to specifying a software system beyond the actual needs of the customer or the market, which overload the system with unneeded features. The research question addressed here is whether over-requirement is due in part to the emotional involvement of developers with the software features they developed because of behavioral effects. Previous studies have demonstrated that under the endowment, I-designed-it-myself, and IKEA effects, people become emotionally involved and overvalue physical items that they respectively possess, self-design, or self-create. The findings of our experiment show that participants over-valued features they were assigned to be responsible for, to specify, or to construct, thereby confirming that the three behavioral effects play a role in software development decisions and affect over-requirement. Thus, the study contributes to software development research and practice from the behavioral economics perspective, highlighting the roots of over-requirement.

The reliable authentication of a communicating party and a network component is an essential factor to achieve the security in a computer network. The Kerberos Authentication Services has been the most successful solution which is widely used today but its requirement for synchronized clocks has been a serious limitation to use it. In this paper we presented an extended Kerberos method which avoids the synchronization requirement for a single-time ticket user. We modified the Kerberos protocol minimally by replacing the synchronization requirement with the challenge-response method.

This paper investigates the relative effect of each ISO 9001 : 2000 quality management system's requirement and business performance. The empirical tests are conducted in ISO 9001 certification companies. As a result, the $1^{st}$, it shows the requirements positively affect performance of financial. The $2^{nd}$, also it shows the requirements positively affect non-financial performance. The $3^{rd}$ also it show the non-financial performance positively effect performance of financial performance.

ISO 9001, quality management system, is widely known as advancing internal efficiency and productivity in various industry. As a result, the number of companies that have adopted ISO 9001's certification have been increasing continuously year by year since ISO 9000' family standard was published in 1987s. This fact shows that a lot of businesses are trying to get the accreditation for improving the competitiveness of quality. The purpose of this study is to present that ISO 9001's certification motives affect to the requirement's implementation and show that the execution of requirements influences on management performance in the small manufacturer. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 96 survey sheets and inspected twenty assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the factors of certification motive influence on the requirement's implementation except resources management. Second, the two elements of ISO 9001 requirement, resources management and product realization, have an important effect on the operational performance and financial performance considerably in the companies that choose the internal motive. Finally, the two requisites of ISO 9001 requirement, resources management and measurement, analysis and improvement, affect to the operational performance and financial performance significantly in the businesses that select the external motive. Based on the results, the companies that choose the internal motive have a good performance to execute the ISO 9001 requirements. Also, to implement the requirements of ISO 9001 is helpful for the companies to produce the operational and financial performance.

In this paper, we consider the Ring Loading Problem with integer demand splitting (RLP). The problem is given with a ring network, in which a required traffic requirement between each selected node pair must be routed on it. Each traffic requirement can be routed in both directions on the ring network while splitting each traffic requirement in two directions only by integer is allowed. The problem is to find an optimal routing of each traffic requirement which minimizes the capacity requirement. Here, the capacity requirement is defined as the maximum of traffic loads imposed on each link on the network. We formulate the problem as an integer program. By characterizing every extreme point solution to the LP relaxation of the formulation, we show that the optimal objective value of the LP relaxation is equal to p or p+0.5, where p is a nonnegative integer. We also show that the difference between the optimal objective value of RLP and that of the LP relaxation is at most 1. Therefore, we can verify that the optimal objective value of RLP is p+1 if that of the LP relaxation is p+0.5. On the other hand, we present a strengthened LP with size polynomially bounded by the input size, which provides enough information to determine if the optimal objective value of RLP is p or p+1.

An AS/RS construction cost minimization model under throughput rate requirement constraint has been developed, whose objective function includes S/R machine cost, storage rack cost, and interrace conveyor cost. S/R machine cost is a function of the storage rack height, the unit load weight, and the control logic used by the system, while storage rack cost is a function of the storage rack height, the weight and the volume of the unit load. Since the model is a nonlinear integer programming problem which is very hard to solve exactly with large problem size, a solution procedure is developed to determine the height and the length of the storage rack with a fixed number of S/R machines, while increasing the number of S/R machines one by one to meet the throughput rate requirement.

The primary role of MRP(Material Requirement Planning) is to make a production plan so that we have an exact quantity of right materials on needed time at right place. But the ignorance on capacity constraints makes some problems whenever production schedule is established. To increase the performance of MRP system, a novel approach which is based on new input data structure is suggested. The new input data structure includes all the information about Material BOM, Routing and resource data so that we can easily examine the usage of resources and generate higher performance production plans.
