  • 1,2,4,5-테트라진 유도체를 이용한 inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) 반응은 다양한 생체물질, 고분자, 나노 물질 복합체의 효율적인 합성에 폭넓게 활용되고 있다. IEDDA는 유기용매에서뿐만 아니라 생리학적 조건 하에서도 매우 특이적이며 빠른 반응속도를 가지고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 특성으로 인해 본 반응은 다양한 생물학적 활성을 가지는 물질의 방사성동위원소 표지와 분자영상 및 질병 치료를 위한 방사성의약품 개발에도 활발히 응용되고 있다. 본 리뷰 논문은 IEDDA 반응을 방사화학 및 핵의학 분야에서 이용한 최근 연구 동향 및 연구 결과 그리고 향후 전망에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

Analysis of Korea's nuclear R&D priorities based on private Sector's domestic demand using AHP

  • Korea successfully achieved energy independence in the shortest period of time from being the poorest country in terms of energy 50 years ago through steady development of nuclear technology. In the past, the nuclear industry has been driven through government-centered policy development, public institution-based research, and industrial facility and infrastructure construction. Consequently, South Korea became a nuclear energy powerhouse exporting nuclear power plants to the UAE, surpassing the level of domestic technological independence. However, in recent years, the nuclear industry in Korea has experienced a decline in new plant construction since the Fukushima accident in Japan, which caused changes in public perspectives regarding nuclear power plant operation, more stringent safety standards on the operation of nuclear power plants, and a shift in governmental energy policy. These changes are expected to change the domestic nuclear industry ecosystem. Therefore, in this study, we investigate the priority of technology development investment from the perspective of experts in private nuclear power companies, shifting the focus from government-led nuclear R&D policies. To establish a direction in nuclear technology development, a survey was conducted by applying an analytic hierarchy analysis to experts who have worked in nuclear power plants for more than 15 years. The analysis items of focus were the 3 attributes of strategic importance, urgency, and business feasibility of four major fields related to nuclear energy: nuclear safety, decommissioning, radioactive waste management, and strengthening industrial competitiveness.

  • 국내에 수요자원 거래시장은 개설이 되었지만 아직까지 여러 목적에 맞는 최적 입찰전략에 대해서는 논의된 바가 많지 않다. 본 논문에서는 수요자원 중에서도 특히 산업용 수용가 ESS(Energy Storage System)에 대해서 경제성 DR(Demand Response) 시장에 참여 할 때 최대의 이익의 얻을 수 있는 입찰전략을 제시하였다. 그리고 이익 뿐만 아니라 유찰 위험까지 고려할 수 있는 현대 포트폴리오 이론을 적용한 입찰전략을 제시하였다.

한국의 산림바이오매스에너지 중장기 수요-공급전망과 화석연료 대체효과 분석 (Mid- and Long-term Forecast of Forest Biomass Energy in South Korea, and Analysis of the Alternative Effects of Fossil Fuel)

  • This study analyzed the anticipated supply-and-demand of forest biomass energy (through wood pellets) until 2050, in South Korea. Comparing the utilization rates of forest resources of five countries (United Kingdom, Germany, Finland, Japan, and S. Korea), it was found that S. Korea does not nearly utilize its forest resources for energy purposes. The total demand for wood pellets in S. Korea (based on a power generation efficiency of 38%) was predicted to be 3,629 and 4,371 thousand tons in 2034 and 2050, respectively. The anticipated total wood pellet power generation ratio to target power consumption is 1.13% (5,745 GWh), 1.17% (6,336 GWh), and 1.25% (7,631 GWh) in 2020, 2030, and 2050, respectively. Low value-added forest residues left unattended in forests are called "Unused Forest Biomass" in S. Korea. From the analysis, the total annual potential amount of raw material, sustainably collectible amount, and available amount of wood pellet in 2050 were estimated to be 6,877, 4,814, and 3,370 thousand tons, respectively. The rate of contribution to Nationally Determined Contributions was up to 0.64%. Through this study, the authors found that forest biomass energy will contribute to a carbon neutral society in the near future at the national level.

협의 사례 분석을 통한 에너지사용계획 검토기준 재설정 연구 (A Study on the Reset of Examination Criteria for Energy Use Plan through Consultation Case Analysis)

  • The Consultation about Energy Use Plan is prescribed by the Energy Use Rationalization Act. In order to reset Examination Criteria for Energy Use Plan, consultation case analysis from 2001 to 2010 were carried out and National Energy Master Plan was reviewed. This study proposes that Examination Criteria for Energy Use Plan be should divided into Urban & Tourism complex development project and Industrial complex development project for the prevention of civil complain. Also predicts that effect of energy savings calculated by Reset Examination Criteria on $1^{ST}$ energy demand BAU at 2030 is 2.2%, effect of new & renewable energy utilization at 2030 is 3% and the rate of $CO_2$ reduction to greenhouse gas emission BAU at 2020 is 1.1%.

저에너지건축물 설계를 위한 건축물 단열성능의 효과적 조정과 야간외기 도입에 따른 에너지 시뮬레이션 연구 (A Study on the Effective Adjustment of Building Insulation Performance and the Application of the Night Purge Ventilation System for Low Energy Building Design)

  • 본 연구는 최근 자원고갈 문제에 따른 에너지 절감을 바탕으로 총 에너지 수요에서 높은 비중을 차지하고 있는 건축물 에너지의 수요 감축에 목적을 두었고 국내에서 에너지절약형 건축물 설계를 위해 고시한 단열기준을 보다 효과적으로 조정하기 위한 보완점을 제시하고 에너지절약형 고단열, 고기밀 건축물의 쾌적성 유지의 한계점을 추가 보완하고자 야간외기 환기시스템을 도입하며 종합하여 최종 저에너지건축물 설계모델을 제시하였다. 먼저, 단열성능의 효과적 조정 모델은 건축물의 각 경사면별로 다르게 조정하여 각각의 수요 민감도를 충분히 고려할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고, 야간외기 도입 모델의 경우 건축물의 에너지 성능을 최대로 할 수 있는 모델을 선정하였다. 두 가지 모델을 결합한 최종 저에너지건축물 모델은 결과적으로 대상 건축물의 남, 북의 경사면 단열을 강화한 모델과 야간외기를 통한 환기 시스템을 단시간 운전한 모델이었으며 국내 단열기준에 의거한 Base 모델과 비교할 때 약 6~7%의 절감효과를 보였다. 따라서, 본 연구에서 제시하는 효과적 단열조정법과 야간외기 도입은 저에너지건축물 모델 설계에 있어 수요 민감도 분석 선행의 필요성을 환기시키는 점에서 시사점이 높고 대상 건축물의 건물에너지 수요를 저감할 수 있는 설계모델로 활용도가 높을 것이다.

Characterization of Silver Inkjet Overlap-printing through Cohesion and Adhesion

  • We introduce an understanding of silver (Ag) inkjet overlap-printing characteristics from the viewpoints of cohesion between ink droplets and adhesion between an ink droplet and a surface. The printing characteristics were closely monitored by changing the surface energy to elucidate the effect of adhesion and cohesion on printing instability, such as droplet merging and line bulging. The surface energy of the substrate was changed through the hydrophilization of a hydrophobic fluorocarbon-coated surface. The surface energy and ink wettability of the prepared surfaces were characterized using sessile drop contact angle analysis, and printing instability was observed using an optical microscope after drop-on-demand inkjet printing with a 50% overlap in diameter of deposited singlet patterns. We found that the surface energy is not an appropriate indicator based on the experimental results of Ag ink printing on a hydrofluoric-treated silicon surface. The analytical approach using adhesion and cohesion was helpful in understanding the instability of the inkjet overlap-printing, as adhesion and cohesion represent the direct interfacial relationship between the Ag inks used and the substrate.

산업부산물인 바이오매스 플라이애시를 활용한 경화체의 물리적 특성 (Physical Properties of Matrix using Biomass Fly Ash an Industrial By-product)

  • In order to prevent global warming according to fossil fuel use, countries around the world are making efforts through the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Climate Change Convention. In addition, in order to prepare for high oil prices, researches such as the development of various renewable energy are being conducted. At present, the domestic production rate of energy sources in Korea is low at 18.1%, and power plants using forest biomass are being constructed to meet the domestic situation where 63% of the land is a forest. In 2015, the global production of wood pellets, a raw material for wood-based biomass power generation, was 28 million tons, up 7.7% from 2014, and has increased tenfold over the last decade. This is a result of increased demand for biomass. Korea is also increasing every year. However, biomass fly ash, an industrial by-product generated by biomass energy generation, is now being disposed of entirely, and there is little research to utilize it. Therefore, this paper will use biomass fly ash, an industrial by-product, which is currently being discarded due to a lack of separate treatment methods, as an admixture concept to contribute to solving environmental problems, developing new admixtures, improving quality, and seeking recycling plans.

  • 온실가스 감축이 전세계 주요 이슈가 됨에 따라 ETS에 대한 중요성과 관심이 높아지고 있다. 한국은 2015년 ETS 도입 이후 제도의 긍정적 효과와 함께 다양한 문제점에 직면하게 되었다. 본 논문에서 주목하는 점은 산업단지 집단에너지의 ETS 제도 적용에서의 이슈이다. 산업단지 집단에너지라는 산업형태는 세계에서 찾아볼 수 없는 한국의 독특한 산업 형태이다. 따라서 선행된 나라들과 같은 방식으로 제도를 시행할 경우 여러 문제점을 야기할 수밖에 없다. 특히 산업단지 집단에너지는 수요처의 요구에 따라 공급하는 열의 조건과 양이 결정되고 그에 따라 발전량이 결정된다는 특징이 있다. 따라서 수요에 의해 열병합 발전에서 생산하는 열의 온도가 달라지면 탄소배출권 산정결과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보았다.

  • There are some demand response program which is Direct Load Control and so on in Korea. These are used to manage lack of power stability or shift peak time for shading load. It is very important not only using stability power system but controling and scheduling power system on the whole. Interruptible loads are essential resources to solve lack of energy and limit of constructing generator On recently days, Demand Response Program's reliability is recognized as ancillary or reserve service in many country. This paper presents a necessity to apply demand resource to our ancillary program. For this reason, it is introduce overseas ancillary program using load resource.
