모유중 미량금속함량에 관한 조사연구 (A study on the Trace Metal Content in Breast Milk of Korean Lactating Women)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the levels of copper, zinc, manganese, nickel, cadmium and mercury content in breast milk among urban, rural and industrial lactating women in Korea. A total of 59 samples, which were collected from 17 in urban, 20 in rural and 22 in industrial area, and from 21-38 years-old healthy lactating women, were analyzed by Rigaku Mercury Analyzer for mercury, and by atomic absorption apectrophotometry for the other metals. The results are summarized as follows : The mean trace metal contents in breast milk were determined to be 0.34$\pm$0.14 ppm for copper, 2.01$\pm$1.43 ppm for zinc, 8.49$\pm$5.11 ppb for manganese, 7.75$\pm$5.73 ppb for nickel, 1.65$\pm$2.42 ppm for cadmium, 34.45$\pm$26.71 ppb for lead and 0.90$\pm$0.68 ppb for mercury. For the trace metal content in breast milk by area, the highest of copper, zinc, cadmium and mercury content were in urban, the highest of manganese content was in industrial, and the highest of nickel and lesd content were in rural. For copper, zinc, manganese and lead content in breast milk by lactation period, the highest levels were found in under 4 weeks after lactating, and subsequently the levels declined as lactation progressed, but the levels of zinc and manganese content increased from over 25 weeks after lactating. For cadmium and mercury content in breast milk by lactation period, the lowest levels were found in under 4 weeks after lactating, the highest levels were found in 5-12 weeks after lactating, and subsequently the levels declined as lactation progressed.For nickel content in breast milk by lactation period, the highest level was in 13-24 weeks after lactating, the lowest level was in 5-12 weeks after lactating.

4차 산업혁명 시대에 필요한 초등 과학교육학 과목의 학습 내용에 대한 초등 교사의 인식 (Elementary School Teachers' Conception of the Learning Content of Elementary Science Education Subject Required in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era)

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 적합한 초등과학 교사 양성을 위해 필요한 초등 과학교육학 과목의 학습 내용에 대해 초등 교사들이 어떻게 생각하는지 알아보고자 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현행 초등 과학교육학 과목의 학습 내용이 4차 산업혁명 시대에 적합하지 않으며 학습 내용 수정이 필요하다고 생각하는 초등교사가 다수 있었다. 초등 교사들이 그렇게 생각한 이유는 주로 과목의 학습 내용이 4차 산업혁명의 특징을 포함하지 못할 뿐만 아니라 시대변화를 반영하지 못하고 과거에 머물러있다고 생각했기 때문이었다. 둘째, 초등 교사들이 4차 산업혁명 시대에 적합한 초등 교사를 양성하는 데에 중요하다고 생각한 내용은 주로 학생의 흥미와 호기심, 과학 실험이나 탐구와 관련이 있는 것이었다. 그에 비해 삭제하거나 축소해야 한다고 생각하는 항목으로는 과학 학습이론, 과학과 교수·학습 모형, 과학의 본성, 영재아 지도가 있었다. 셋째, 초등 교사들이 초등 과학교육학 과목의 학습 내용으로 추가할 필요가 있다고 생각한 내용은 SSI 교육, 과학교육 관련 사회 변화와 미래예측, 첨단과학기술, STEAM 지도, 과학 분야 내의 통합교육이었다. 넷째, 4차 산업혁명 시대에 적합한 초등 교사 양성을 위해 초등 과학교육학 과목의 학습 내용으로 우선 도입해야 한다고 생각하는 항목은 SSI 교육, 과학 분야 내의 통합 교육, STEAM 지도와 과학과 핵심역량이었다. 그 외에 추가로 도입될 필요가 있는 내용으로는 소프트웨어교육, 안전교육, 프로젝트 학습법이 있었다.

산업용 증강현실 전용엔진을 이용한 산업용 증강현실 콘텐츠 개발에 대한 생산성 분석 (Productivity Analysis for Industrial Augmented Reality(iAR) Content Development Using an iAR Specialized Engine)

  • 최근 수년 동안 벤츠, BMW등 많은 글로벌 제조업체는 증강현실 활용범위를 조립공정, AS, 전시장, 소비자 매뉴얼등 다양한 분야로 확산시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 산업용 증강현실을 활용한 제조업의 혁신 프로세스 적용 현황을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 기존 ERP와 산업용 증강현실의 접목 가능성을 분석하였다. 또한, 산업용 증강현실 콘텐츠 개발에 있어서 전용 콘텐츠 개발 엔진의 선택이 개발 생산성에 가장 중요한 요인임을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 유니티3D로 개발한 동일 콘텐츠를 뷰포리아 스튜디오로 재개발하여 비교 분석한 결과, 개발 납기를 8배 빠르게 줄여주었다. 본 연구는 산업용 증강현실 콘텐츠를 2가지 엔진으로 실제 개발하여 직접적으로 생산성을 입증하는, 실제 구현하기 어려운 차별성을 가진 연구로써 유사 적용 산업분야의 많은 개발자에게 효율적인 개발도구 선택의 가이드가 될 것이다.

A Study on the Authentication of Digital Content in Cloud Computing Environment

  • 본 논문은 클라우딩 컴퓨팅 환경에서 디지털 콘텐츠 관리 기술을 제안한다. 네트워크를 활용한 컴퓨팅 서비스는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 빠질 수 없는 기본 인프라 서비스이다. 스마트폰을 활용한 금융 서비스, 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스, 산업 및 홈 네트워크 서비스는 국부적인 영역의 서비스에서 전체 서비스가 가능한 클라우드 서비스 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 적합한 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스가 안전하게 지원되도록 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안 시스템은 사용자의 시스템 접근의 편의성과 안전성을 제공하고, 디지털 콘텐츠 저작자의 저작권을 보호하며, 안전한 디지털 콘텐츠 유통 및 관리 시스템을 제공한다. 본 연구의 목적은 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 적합한 디지털 콘텐츠 유통구조를 제공하여 디지털 콘텐츠 시장을 안정화시키고 활성화하는데 있다.

꼬마사과를 활용하여 다양한 발효 제조방법과 설탕량이 발효에 미치는 영향 (The Study of Thinned Young Apples Fermentation by Manipulating Preparation Treatment and Sugar Content)

  • This paper investigates the possibility to increase the economic value of the thinned young apple trough fermentation process. It is studies the optimal fermentation condition of thinned young apple by manipulating preparation treatment and sugar content. To do this following steps are done. Firstly, different preparation treatment for thinned young apple such as whole apple, cutting apple, and blending apple were done. The different sugar content such as $24^{\circ}Brix$, $15^{\circ}Brix$ and $4^{\circ}Brix$ was added. Secondly, the sugar contents and pH level were measured during fermentation process. Finally, statistical analysis was used to examine the relation between the preparation treatment, sugar content and pH level during the fermentation process. The experimental result shows that the different preparation treatment influences to the fermentation process. The blending apple treatment gave lower pH level compared to other kind treatments. The sugar content of thinned young apple was decrease during the fermentation process. The statistical analysis shows that the manipulation preparation treatment and sugar content affect the final pH level and whole fermentation process. Experimental result shows that the thinned young apple fermentation could be proposed as new alternative product in the market. The best fermentation process was obtained from blending thinned young apple treatment with $24^{\circ}Brix$.

소금의 종류에 따른 사과발효산물의 특성 연구 (A Study on the Apple Fermentation According to Product Various Salt)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the characteristics of apple fermentation when different types of salt were used during apple fermentation, and when salt was added or not. The pH decreased in all experimental groups during the fermentation process, and the final pH was 4.72-3.31. The sugar content was 17.8-18.5 °Brix, the lowest in the sea salt (FAS), and the highest in the control group (FA). The acidity was measured as 0.48-0.56%, which was high in the control group (FA), and was 0.83-1.06% on the 7th day of final fermentation. The alcohol content was generated from the 5th day of fermentation, and the control group (FA) showed a distribution of 39.23-29.4%, and the alcohol content was higher in the control group than in the experimental group, As for the total polyphenol content and total DPPH content, it was confirmed that the purified salt (3.11 mg GAE/mL) showed the highest total polyphenol content than the control (2.25 mg GAE/mL). When salt was added, the fermentation progress was excellent, and when the salt concentration was high, it was confirmed that the possibility of apple fermentation was high.

전주공업단지 주변 주민들의 모발내 Pb 및 Cd함량에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Concentrations of Lead and Cadmium in of the Inhabitants of Jeon-Ju Indurstrial Area)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the concentrations of heavy metal in hair of the inhabitants of Jeon-Ju industrial area. The major findings of this study are as follows 1. The average content of lead in hair of the inhabitants of Jeon-Ju industrial area was 15.06$\pm$ 4.06 ppm and the content of lead of driver's hair showed higher than that of house wives and students, and showed significance statistically ( P < 0.05). 2. The average content of cadmium by occupation in hair of inhabitants of Jeon-Ju industrial area was 0.76$\pm$ 0.21 ~ 0.52$\pm$ 0.16 ppm and the cadmium concentration in hair of driver's showed the highest level among occupations and showed significance statistically (P < 0.05). 3. Lead and cadmium contents in the hair of the inhabitants of Jeon-Ju industrial area showed higher than that of control area residents and showed significance statistically ( P < 0.05 ). 4. The contents between lead and codmium in hair of Jeon-Ju industrial area residents revealed high degree of correlation ( r = 0.7938).

Effect of Si Addition on Microstructure, Mechanical Properties and Thermal Conductivity of the Extruded Al 6013 Alloy Systems

  • This research investigated the effect of Si addition on the microstructure, mechanical properties, electric and thermal conductivity of as-extruded Al 6013 alloys. As the content of Si increased, the area fraction of the second phase increased. As the Si content increased, the average grain size decreased remarkably, from 182 (no Si addition) to 142 (1.5Si), 78 (3.0Si) and 77 ㎛ (4.5Si) due to dynamic recrystallization by the dispersed second particles in the aluminum matrix during the hot extrusion. As the Si content increased, the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength increased. The maximum values of yield strength and ultimate tensile strength were 224 MPa and 103 MPa for the 6013-4.5Si alloy. As the amount of Si added increased, the electrical and thermal conductivity decreased. The electrical and thermal conductivity of the Al6013-4.5Si alloy were 44.0 % IACS and 165.0 W/mK, respectively. The addition of Si to Al 6013 alloy had a significant effect on its thermal conductivity and mechanical properties.

  • The demand for mobile content has been increased dramatically upon proliferation of usages of mobile devices and the development of various contents. In addition, mobile services to satisfy various desires of these users spread rapidly into our daily lives. So, companies need to grasp what values the users think most important among the mobile content services in order to develop successful goods and services. Therefore, this paper will analyze what decision factors the service quality of mobile content of theses mobile communication services has and how they influence to customer satisfaction, and it will give suggestions for improving content qualities
