노사관계의 질이 직무태도와 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of QUMR to Job Attitude and Job Performance)

  • 본 연구의 주된 목적은 노사관계관리의 관점에서 노사관계의 질이 직무태도와 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 구체적으로는 노사관계의 질이 종업원의 조직몰입과 이직의도 그리고 직무성과에 미치는 영향, 노조원 여부의 조절효과를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 연구결과 노사관계의 질은 조직몰입에정(+)의 영향을, 이직의도에는 부(-)의 영향을 그리고 직무성과에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으나, 노조원 여부의 조절효과는 발견되지 않았다. 그리고 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 효과적인 노사관계관리에 필요한 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다.

병원사업에 있어서 "필수유지업무"에 관한 법리적 검토 (Legal review on essential business of hospital business)

  • This paper is to discuss essential business of hospital business. While the labor world and ILO made continuous recommendation for improvements towards the compulsory arbitration system along with the controversy over unconstitutionality of the system, the Constitutional Court ruled that the system is constitutional on December 23, 1996(90hunba19) and on May 15, 2003 (2001hunga31). Despite this decision from the Constitutional Court, there has been much controversy over whether the compulsory arbitration system infringes the rights of collective action against the principle of trade union & labor relations adjustment which allows Commissioner of the Labor Relations Commission to decide on submission of arbitration by virtue of his/her authority in case where industrial disputes take place in the essential public-service businesses. The revision on the above provision was closely examined from the year 2003 and an agreement was made on the abolition of the compulsory arbitration system and the introduction of essential business with a grand compromise among labor unions, employers and the government on September 11, 2006 followed by revision(Essential business system enacted on January 1, 2008) of the Trade Union & Labor Relations Adjustment Act on December 30 in the same year. Accordingly, in order to perform the essential business, parties to labor relations must have an agreement or obtain a decision by the Labor Relations Commission before taking industrial actions. This paper firstly examined the concept of essential public-service businesses and essential business, legal meaning of essential business, procedures for making agreement and decision and legal effects. Secondly it intensively explored a theory against the principle of the legality which was raised from some part of society. In other words, it is claimed that a theory against the principle of the legality is not consistent with the rule of legislation and some abstract wording is against void for vagueness doctrine because part of crime constitution requirements is delegated to the Presidential Decree or to consultation among parties to labor relations. But analysis on the rule of legislation and void for vagueness doctrine reflected in the decision by the Constitutional Court led that argument for a theory against the principle of the legality is not reasonable. Close examination was done on a formal act of essential business agreement and necessity of prior agreement before submission of decision to the Labor Relations Commission which might have difficulties in performing work. In addition, an example agreement on hospital essential business is attached to help you understand this paper better.

BSC 성과측정지표간의 인과관계에 관한 연구 - C대학병원 사례 중심으로 - (A Study on Causal Relations among BSC Performance Measurement Indexes - Focused on the case of C University Hospital -)

  • 본 연구는 경영혁신의 한 기법으로 BSC를 비영리기업인 대학병원에 도입할 경우 영리기업에서와 같이 그 효과가 있는지를 검증하고자 한다. 대학병원 사례에 의한 BSC 성과측정지표간의 인과관계를 알아보기 위하여 구조방정식 모델을 이용하여 분석하였다. BSC 성과측정지표간의 인과관계를 분석한 결과 모두 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타나 연구가설이 모두 채택되었다. 향후에는 실제 재무자료를 학습 및 성장 관점, 내부프로세스 관점, 고객 관점과 연계하여 BSC 성과측정지표간의 인과관계를 연구할 필요가 있다.

협상의 장애요인과 노사분쟁 (Negotiation Barriers and Labor Disputes)

  • 한국은 거의 모든 부문이 분쟁으로 시달리고 있지만 특히 노사관계 부문은 분쟁 발생의 빈도가 높고 분쟁 해결의 양상이 과격하다. 그러나 분쟁의 발생과 해결에 대한 연구가 부족하며 특히 분쟁 해결의 장애요인에 대한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 본 논문은 분쟁을 해결하기 위해서 협상을 하게 될 때 장애요인을 조사하고 전형적인 노사분쟁의 사례에 적용하여 정책적인 시사점을 제시한다. 협상 당사자의 심리적 문제, 협상 이슈에 대한 정보의 비대칭성 문제 그리고 당사자와 이슈에 관련된 제도적 문제가 어떻게 협상의 장애물로 작용하는지 살펴보고 각각의 경우에 대해서 노사 당사자가 협상의 장애물을 극복할 수 있는 방안을 찾는다.

의료산업의 선진화를 위한 연구 (A Study for Advancing Health Industry)

  • Nowadays many People know well that happiness depends not on richness but on health and wellbeing, and many researchers have studied about such subjects. This paper studies correlations, causal relations and factors of many variables to be considered to be able to explain human health and welfare in a country system, using Kendall's tau and factor analysis methods. Also it finds what main variables are to be controlled for a country system to become more advanced in various sides of health and welfare, using Mann-Whitney statistics. The contribution of this paper is that it can suggest essential variables and important relations which are helpful to construct an efficient system of health and welfare in Korea.

동북아시아 환적물동량 예측모델 연구 (Forecasting Model of Container Transshipment Traffic Volume in Northeast Asia)

  • Major ports in Northeastern Asia engage in fierce competition to attract transshipment traffic volume. Existing time series analyses for analyzing port competition relationships examine the types of competition and relations through the signs of coefficients in cointegration equations using the transshipment traffic volume results. However, there are cases for which analyzing competing relationships is not possible based on the results of the transshipment traffic volume data differences and limitations in the forecasting of traffic volume. Accordingly, we used the Lotka-Volterra (L-V) model,also known as the ecosystem competitive relation model, to analyze port competition relations for the long-term forecast of South Korean transshipment traffic volume.

합리적 차별이론과 고용관계 및 거래 관계에 대한 영향 (Rational Theories of Discrimination and the Implications for Employment Relations and Transactions)

  • Group level discriminations are observed in employment relations and other transactions in the form of residential occupational and production segregation and differential treatments. Recent developments in the rational theories of discrimination both on the market level and the non-market level are reviewed in terms of their relative strengths, weaknesses and complementarities. Taste discrimination could remain much suppressed in the market but could effect much chain reaction through various ways of statistical discrimination, price discrimination, human capital investment and segregation. Taste discrimination could also take the more structured form of co-workers' requiring compensation for reduced productivity due to increasing interactions with members of different language and culture in a non-segregative system. If could also be viewed in the framework of brand learning models. Non-market models of discrimination are seen to be an essential part to explain extended modes of discrimination.

국내 서비스업체의 TQM 관행에 관한 실증적 연구 -호텔산업을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on TQM Practices in Korean Service Industry)

  • This empirical study examines the current status of TqM implementation in Korean service industry The data were collected from employes in hotels located in Seoul, korea with the questionnaire. The several statistical method such as t-test multiple regression were used for analysis. The major findings include the followings : First TQM practices have become common in Korean hotel industry. Second, There exist significant TQM factors which effect on customer satisfaction. For the high level hotel group supplier management, quality data management employee relations, and training are important factors for customer satisfaction while top management role and employee relations are significant factors for low level hotel group.
