This study was conducted to analyze the impact of industrial park development on the livelihood of people living around the industrial parks in the Central region of Vietnam. The data was collected from 394 households living around these industrial parks; using the data, the authors employed a quantification model among factors affecting the income of families living in the surroundings of industrial parks and they calculate the adaptive capacity of households to consider the impact of the development of industrial parks on people's livelihood. Research findings show that industrial park development has both positive and negative impacts on the livelihood of people living around the industrial parks. Specifically, the factors that positively affect the income of households living around industrial parks include the area of land acquired due to the construction of industrial parks, the transportation system after the industrial park has located there, and the number of jobs available when the industrial park is being built. The factor that negatively affects the income of households living around industrial parks when they are under construction is the number of unemployed laborers. The study also calculated that the adaptive capacity of the people after the industrial park development is a coefficient of 0.376.

The presented research is devoted to the problems of achieving the goals of sustainable development, which will contribute to the development of industrial parks and their transformation into eco-industrial parks. The importance of the functioning of industrial parks and their transformation into eco-industrial ones in the direction of achieving sustainable development goals is substantiated. The development of industrial parks and their transformation through the coordination of dynamic development processes and the establishment of a system of mutually beneficial relations, due to the peculiarities of their functioning aimed at achieving sustainable development goals ensure the achievement of sustainable spatial development. Transformation of industrial parks will contribute to: increasing tax revenues of local budgets, increasing employment in the regions, raising public awareness of the need for environmentally friendly, energy efficient production, increasing the balance and harmony of social, economic and environmental development, modernization of territorial communities and regional enterprises resources and increase entrepreneurial initiative, rational use of available resources, intensification of small and medium enterprises, including innovation. The authors' scientific achievements are the substantiation of the principles of functioning of industrial parks in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development, which are based on a systematic approach and provide for the transformation into eco-industrial parks.

The article investigates the conceptual principles of transformation of industrial parks into eco-industrial ones in the conditions of sustainable development. It is substantiated that the concept of sustainable development in the transformation of industrial parks is to grow industry and jobs, modernize production and introduce innovative technologies, resource and energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and waste storage, social protection of local communities and create favorable infrastructure. It is determined that for the transformation of industrial parks, it is necessary to improve regulatory changes, introduce criteria for compliance of industrial parks and the importance of their consideration, ensure park management by the management company and create favorable incentives for industrial entry into industrial symbiosis. It is proved that industrial parks can be an incentive for industrial development and competitiveness of enterprises. The availability of talented human capital, attractive territories, minerals, energy and mineral resources, developed domestic market, agricultural potential, transport networks is becoming an attractive place for investment and development. Industrial parks need investment. Transformation into eco-industrial parks through the implementation of sustainable development goals opens additional opportunities for access to investment funds and contributes to the implementation of growth and prosperity strategies of the country.

본 연구는 GIS 기반 자원순환정보구축 방법을 제시하고, 현재 울산 산업단지에서 진행되고 있는 산업공생네트워크 및 해외사례의 물질별 연계업종쌍을 파악하여 추가적인 산업공생관계 파악을 목적으로 하였다. 자원순환정보는 울산의 국가산업단지, 일반산업단지 및 공업지역에 입지하고 있는 제조업체에 대한 속성정보를 투입정보, 이동정보, 산출정보 등으로 구분하여 DB를 작성하였으며, 이를 제조업체의 공간정보와 결합하여 GIS 기반 자원순환정보를 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 활용된 자료는 총 3,768개이다. 분석결과, 물질, 스팀, 폐수를 이용한 추가적 산업공생파악이 가능한 것으로 분석 되었다. 특히 울산산업특성에 적합한 물질별 연계업종이 명확히 제시될 경우 산업공생파악이 효과적으로 이루어 질 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구의 자원순환정보 구축방법은 타 지역의 자원순환정보 구축시 하나의 모형으로 제시가 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

The Hsin-Chu Science-Based Industrial Park (HSIP), established in 1980, has made significant contribution to the development of Hsinchu technopolis. In the past three decades, not only the population structure and industrial patterns have changed significantly, but also a special knowledge-based industrial network has been developed. The 30 years experience of HSIP development provides an excellent opportunity for planners to review the long term impacts of science park development. This paper will review the evolution Hsinchu technopolis in areas of socioeconomic transformation and knowledge interactions between technology community and industrial clustering. In addition to the interpretation of its development by prevailing theories, critical factors influencing the future development of HSIP technopolis will also be discussed in this paper.

This paper describes the development, operations, and applications of ROCSAT-1 and its Ocean Color Imager(OCI) remote-sensing payload. It is the first satellite program of NSPO. The satellite was successfully launched by Lockheed Martin's Athena on January 26, 1999 from Cape Canaveral, Florida.

본 연구는 재활용촉진 수단중 하나인 재활용산업단지의 조성에 관한 기초연구로서, 재활용산업의 필요성, 산업단지의 기능, 산업단지 조성방안 등을 조사 분석하여, 정부에서 재활용산업단지의 조성을 검토할 때 환경적, 경제적인 투자가치를 판단하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있도록 하기 위해 수행되었다. 수도권에서 재활용산업은 연간 약 4,450억의 소득창출 및 4만4천명의 고용창출 효과를 발생시키고, 앞으로 늘어날 정부의 재활용목표 달성에 기여가능하며, 수도권에 소재하는 재활용제품업의 26.1%가 공장부지의 협소, 17.4%가 계약기간 임박과 주민과의 마찰 등의 요인으로 현재의 공장부지에서 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 부터, 재활용산업단지는 재활용제품업체들이 겪고 있는 부지난과 환경문제를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있다고 판단되었다. 재활용산업단지의 조성위치로는 인천강화권이나 서울인접권이 적절한 것으로 나타났으며, 미분양된 일반산업단지의 활용성, 수도권에서의 조성 제한, 재활용 한계치 등을 고려하여 64만평 범위에서 조성하는 것이 적절하며, 입주의사 및 재활용실적의 후진성 면에서 플라스틱업종이 적절하다고 판단되었다.

본 논문은 생태효율성 지표 작성을 통하여 여수산업단지(여수산단) 지표를 개발하였다. 여수산단 매출의 경우 원화의 가치와 원부원료의 수출입 원가 변동 폭이 큰 관계로 제품의 가치(기능)에서 제외하고 대신 총 생산액, 에틸렌 생산량, 경질유 생산량으로 제품의 기능 부문을 구성하고, 환경부하로서는 현재 공식적으로 입수 가능한 자료인 전력 소모량, 용수 사용량 및 폐수 배출량을 사용하였다. 2004년을 기준으로 할 때 2006년의 환경경제효율 지수를 계산한 결과 0.954로 지수가 나빠졌으나, 여수산단의 생태산업단지사업이 성공할 경우 2015년에는 지수가 1.153으로 약 15% 정도 개선될 것으로 예측되었다.

Many insects have gained increasing attention as an alternative protein for humans. Among those, the two-spotted cricket, Gryllus bimaculatus (Orthoptera: Gryllidae), was recently approved as a general food ingredient by the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. For industrial utilization of G. bimaculatus, mass rearing techniques and production system should be standardized first. In this study, we investigated the effects of five different feeds on the growth and development of G. bimaculatus. Feed is the one of the key factors that has considerable effects on rearing insects. With five different kinds of feed on $1^{st}$, $3^{rd}$, and $5^{th}$ instar nymphs, the change of survival rate, body weight were monitored up to eight wk after hatching. We concluded that 50% of soybean flour, 20% of corn powder, 10% of rice bran, 9% of milk serum, 10% of rice flour, 0.5% of microorganisms, and 0.5% of multivitamins and minerals (diet C) was the best mix for promoting growth and development of $3^{rd}$ instar nymphs compared to the control diet.

Recently, SID (Sustainable Industrial Development) or green growth is the major concern of industries. EIP (Eco Industrial Park) is one of the important part of SID which aims to improve eco-efficiency of resources such as material, energy and water. In this study, current status of Banwol & Sihwa industrial complex relating EIP was investigated and the plan to design of Banwol & Sihwa EIP was suggested.
