The first thing to be prioritized is to set the scope of the management system when establishing an information security management system for systematic and effective information security management. It is important to set the scope for an organization's information security goals due to the scope affects the organization's overall information security activities. If the scope is set incorrectly, it might become impossible to protect important services and therefore, the scope of the management system should be determined in consideration of the core business services of the organization. We propose a core service selection model based on the organization's mission-critical service and high risk service in order to determine the effective information security management system scope in this paper. Core service selection criteria include the type of service, contribution to sales, socio-economic impact, and linkage with other services.

Recently many organization to become survival in changing marketplace, they must commit to implementing tools, systems, and quality management techniques. In this paper we develop process method of Team's problem-solving to reduce in failure costs. This paper suggest the step process how to measure quality cost reasonably that works in all types organizations. Or what is continuous improvement? Continuous improvement can be described as the continuous reduction of variation. Variation has many sources(machines, methods, materials, measurements, people, and environments) and cause(special & common in organization). As quality cost are not the answer to every organization financial, or quality-related problem, it's real results are designing & implementing quality cost system might be the answer.

In knowledge information society entering global unlimited competition era, our middle and small sized companies are the base of national and enterprise competitiveness and core base of national economy as an origin of jobs. The competitiveness of middle and small sized companies is so important to decide the level of the competitiveness of the whole industries, but the gap from big sized company is much low in comparison with advanced countries from angles of important factors of enterprise growth, productivity and technological competitiveness, so, it's urgent to improve the competitiveness through productivity enhancement. The purpose of this research is to do a positive study on effects of learning organization management outcomes of middle and small sized company on enterprise productivity among various types of outcome brought for strengthening of enterprise competitiveness. It confirmed learning organization has functions and usefulness as a management tool bringing positive effects on enterprise productivity through the Productivity improvement.

시스템의 규모와 요구기능은 점점 대형화되고 복잡해지고 있다. 이러한 시스템 개발 프로젝트의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는 프로세스에 따른 체계적인 시스템공학(SE)과 프로젝트관리(PM) 활동이 요구되고 있다. 시스템 개발 조직에서는 SE&PM 프로세스 개선 및 능력평가 모델인 CMMI를 채택하여 SE&PM 능력 확보에 노력하고 있으며, 이를 위해 조직의 비즈니스 특성에 맞는 조직 표준 프로세스를 구축하여 적용하고 있다. 하지만 시스템 개발조직 현장에서는 CMMI 프로세스영역 간 상호연관성에 대한 충분한 이해부족으로 조직 프로세스 구축에 어려움이 따르고 있다. 또한 SE와 PM활동은 시스템 개발에 있어서 상호 밀접하게 연관되어 있기 때문에 SE와 PM 프로세스는 상호 통합 및 연계성이 확보되어야만 효과적이고 효율적인 프로젝트 수행이 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 개발 조직에서 CMMI 기반 조직 프로세스 구축에 참조되고 활용될 수 있는 조직의 SE&PM 통합 프로세스 아키텍처를 제시한다.

본 연구는 병원조직내에서 상존하는 갈등을 해결하는 형태를 파악해 봄으로써 갈등을 효과적으로 해결하는 방법을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 일개 대학병원에서 간호사, 의료기사, 행정직원 269명을 대상으로 한 무기명 자기기입식 설문지 조사법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 갈등해결 유형면에서 성별, 연령별, 근무부서별 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 갈등해결 유형면에서 성별로는 회피유형에서 차이가 있었으며 연령별로는 경쟁, 회피, 협동방식에서 차이가 있었다. 근무부서별로는 회피, 협동 유형이 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 비록 본 연구가 일개 대학병원내의 설문자료라는 한계가 있어 일반화 하는데 어려움이 있지만 병원이라는 특수 조직내에서는 늘상 갈등이 발생하기 마련인데 본 연구를 통하여 성별, 연령별, 부서 간 갈등해결 방식에 차이가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 개인 간, 또한 부서 간 상호 협조와 경쟁 (Co-Petition)을 이루어내는 방법을 모색함으로써 병원조직전체의 업무성과가 향상될 것으로 생각된다.

경영의 중요 이슈는 조직과 조직환경이 상생과 협력의 공동체를 구성하여 함께 성장하는데 있다. 본 논문은 파워순환적 접근에 기초하여 조직과 조직환경 모두가 함께 하는 공동체 구축을 위한 이론과 방안을 제시하여 상생과 협력의 사회를 구축하는데 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 파워순환적 원리와 특성을 논의하고 이를 기반으로 조직과 조직환경의 상생과 협력을 위한 학술적 및 경영적 방안을 제시하고 있다. 또한 본 논문에서는 상생과 협력물 위한 상황적 및 개체군 생태학적 접근의 가정과 이론을 대해서 논의하고 파워순환적 접근이 이들과의 상대적 위치에 대해 규명하였다. 파워순환적 접근은 조직 공동체와 조직환경 공동체의 구축 이론을 통합할 수 있는 원리와 경영적 방안을 제공한다.
