The Industrial Innovation Movement, based on win-win cooperation with SMEs, is a structure that enables suppliers who have struggled with corporate growth through productivity innovation due to poor manufacturing environment and lack of innovation. To this end, consultants and technical experts will support production innovation activities to improve production methods and improve productivity through process and management consulting. The purpose of this study was to explore the driving factors of the industrial innovation movement to improve the corporate ecosystem by improving the productivity of SMEs using modified IPA. The research results are as follows. First, in order to revitalize the Industrial Innovation Movement, the CEO-related elements of the participating companies should be maintained and strengthened. The motivation, education support, innovation organizational culture, the establishment of an innovation promotion system requires centralization of efforts for improvement. Second, in order to revitalize the Industrial Innovation Movement, the consultant's ability to analyze problems and suggest alternatives should be continuously strengthened. Third, in terms of the Central Promotion Headquarters, it was found that the Industrial Innovation Movement would be successful if the public information, industrial inspection for benchmarking, and provision of various information to support innovation activities were urgently improved.

And in 2000, raised to a higher level, Single PPM Quality Certification System has been established by the Small and Medium Business Administration. Single PPM Qualify Innovation Movement seeks to reduce the number of defects to below 10 out of one million industrial items produced. Ultimately, Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement aims at achieving perfection, by enabling a zero defect rate in industrial production through the participation of all members of an organization. So this study aims to show the tangible and intangible effects of Single PPM Quality Certification System. and to suggest a methodology to improve current problems of Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement.

Goal of "Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement" is to achieve perfect quality through participation of all members in the production line to achieve zero defects. Six Sigma has been used by many leading corporations as a tool for Management Innovation. Recently, the number of small and medium sized companies implementing Six Sigma has increased. Therefore, this research introduces the case of "S" company which utilized Six Sigma and Single PPM together to effectively implement Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement. This paper describes issues identified during the Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement implementation and also suggests improvement plans.

Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement is originally developed quality program in Korea for supplier's quality level-up since 1995. The quality target is below the 10ppm(parts per million) in outgoing quality and delivered goods plus field claim. This Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement program was conducted to realize the anticipated results not only due to management result level's increasing, but also the company's confidence and competitiveness. This study attempted to find the mutual influences on the participation of the constituent members, satisfaction of the constituent members and results of the management from Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement. The reliance analysis for the measurement material on the questionnaire was verified by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Participation of the constituent members, satisfaction of the constituent member and result of the management, the influences upon Single PPM improvement degree level were verified through the structural analysis by using SPSS statistic package. The influence evaluation among the groups was evaluated by the structure equation.

Since management innovation has been practiced only in the large entrepreneur, its application to small business seems to be very difficult. However, if the participation of all employees was properly provided, management innovation could be applied to every size of business with no difficulty or problem. Management innovation can be simply defined as an innovation in consciousness of entire employee to achieve a new target within the short period. Management innovation is not easy indeed, but may be obtained through the regimentation of each member's manpower in the small business. Through the goal setting and proper steps for the goal, management innovation can be obtained. Five S movement may be one of the basic step in the achievement of management innovation. Several factors that can affect the management innovation were reviewed and applied to small business in this study. The purpose of the study is in the settlement of business culture by the application of business innovation.

100PPM 품질인증시스템은 1995년 공업진흥청의 주도하에 추진되어져, 우리나라 산업부분의 품질경쟁력 제고에 기여하였다. 2000년에는 국내의 중소기업을 대상으로 보다 더 완벽한 수준의 Single PPM 품질인증시스템으로 상향 조정토록 하였고, 출하불량률과 시장 불량률 수준을 10ppm 이하로 줄이는 것을 품질목표로 하고 있다. 현재까지 1.818개의 회사들이 Single PPM 품질인증시스템을 인증 받았으며, Single PPM 품질혁신운동은 21C의 사회 경제적인 무결점 목표를 달성하기 위한 품질혁신운동이다. 이 논문의 목적은 Single PPM 품질혁신운동이 현재 처해있는 문제점들을 개선하고자, Kano 모델에 기반을 둔 글로벌 지속가능 품질혁신(GSQI) 지수를 개발하고, 이를 통하여 Single PPM 품질혁신운동의 개선을 도모하고자 함이다.

It is also difficult for SMEs to pursue their own innovation activities due to their limited resources and capabilities. There are various government support policies for small and medium enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of the nation by improving sustainability management based on productivity improvement of SMEs. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that are important for the external support by the government and the related organizations in the machinery industry participating in the industrial innovation movement and identify the appropriate measures within and outside the organization. The results of this study are as follows: First, the higher the innovation commitment quality of the SMEs in the machinery industry, the more positive the non - financial performance. Second, the higher the quality of support from the headquarter, which has comprehensive responsibility for external support, the more positive the non - financial performance of participating companies. Third, it was concluded that the role quality of the consultant did not significantly affect the non - financial performance of participating companies in the machinery industry. Fourth, as the financial performance of the firm is better, the financial performance is also positively improved.

Korean Quality Innovation Movement has achieved excellent results for the past 10 years as Hard Single PPM, the next step should be Smart Single PPM. In this new version of PPM, the systematic or structural problems found through thorough examination of past activities should be resolved, and this will yield benefits for both parent companies and subcontractors. And Smart Single PPM should be understood and promoted as the core business strategy today. Therefore, in this study, the possible scheme to strengthen large and small companies together based on Smart Single PPM will be suggested.

Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement is originally developed quality program in Korea for supplier's quality level-up since 1995. The quality target is below the 10ppm(parts per million) in outgoing quality and delivered goods plus field claim. Recently 1,053 companies is received Single PPM Quality Certification from government. This quality program is to realized the anticipated results not only duality level's increasing, but also company's confidence, competitiveness. We were able to obtain participations of 75 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 10.0. In this study, we find the bottleneck factor for promotion and upgrade S-PPM, and suggest a way out of difficulties.
