개방형 BIM 기반 IFC 모델을 이용한 실내공간정보 시각화 도구개발 및 활용방안 연구 (A Study on the Development and Utilization of Indoor Spatial Information Visualization Tool Using the Open BIM based IFC Model)

  • 2013년 국토교통부는 부가가치와 활용도가 높은 실내공간정보를 국가 핵심 공간정보로 구축 관리하기 위하여 '기본공간정보'로 추가 지정하였으며, 이에 전국의 실내공간정보를 구축하고 관리할 수 있는 법률적 근거와 계기가 마련되었다. 하지만 측량/촬영 및 레이저스캐닝을 이용하여 실내공간정보를 구축할 경우 실내공간의 매핑으로 시각적 서비스차원의 활용은 유리하지만 시간적, 인적, 물적 자원의 소비가 크고 속성정보의 입력을 위해 추가적인 정보가공을 필요로 하는 등 유지관리 측면과 국내 AEC/FM 분야 정보의 활용이 제한적이라고 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개방형 BIM 기반의 IFC 모델을 이용하여 실내공간정보를 추출하고 이를 데이터 시각화 기술과 연계하여 이해와 표현이 쉬운 실내공간정보 시각화 방안을 마련함으로써 실내공간정보의 활용성을 높이고자 하였다. 시각화 도구는 Autodesk사의 Revit 내부 프로그램인 IFC Exporter의 오픈소스를 이용하여 실내공간정보를 추출하였으며 실내공간정보의 시각화를 위해서는 Direct3D Library를 사용하였다. 생성된 실내공간정보 객체는 XML 포맷과 상호호환이 가능하며 시설물 유지관리 분야의 COBie 연계, 항공촬영 혹은 UAV를 활용한 공간데이터베이스 구축, 대규모 군사작전 시뮬레이션, 재해/재난 발생 시 대규모 피난 시뮬레이션 등에 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 실내공간정보 시각화 방안은 국가의 공간정보정책방향에 부합하고 기존 데이터에서 추출하여 생성함으로써 정보생산의 단계가 간편하다. 또한, IFC 기반의 실내공간정보 객체로써 상호운용성이 높고 정보의 편집이 용이하며 데이터의 경량성 측면에서 우수하다.

공동주택을 대상으로 한 탄소배출 평가기준 구축 및 평가방법 개발 (A Study on The Evaluation Criteria of Carbon Emission and the Development of the Evaluation Method in Apartment House)

  • This study creates the evaluation criteria to analyze the $CO_2$ emission quantity in the complex of apartment house among domestic buildings and proposes how to calculate the $CO_2$ emission quantity by the only simple information of apartment house. The study shows that in order to create the index of carbon emission evaluation criteria, $CO_2$ emission quantity for its input materials in these 27 apartment houses are 445,412g-$CO_2/m^2$ for apartment building, 474,322g-$CO_2/m^2$ for the basement parking lot, 483,523g-$CO_2/m^2$ for welfare facility, 729,957g-$CO_2/m^2$ for sales facility, 743,560g-$CO_2/m^2$ for other facility, 26,782g-$CO_2/m^2$ for public facility, 43,659g-$CO_2/m^2$ for landscape, 1,113g-$CO_2/m^2$ for indoor facility, 11,251g-$CO_2/m^2$ for outdoor facility and 891g-$CO_2/m^2$ for common temporary based on the average $CO_2$ emission by facility. We can also see the analysis data that in case of using the selected factors only, the rate of error is 7.51% comparing with the emission quantity by using simplified LCA method this study suggests for the whole range of apartment houses and the rate of error is average 3.24% using selective and main materials. And this it is evaluated that we can get the result which is similar to the actual $CO_2$ emission quantity with only the simple information about the apartment house.

실내 건축 마감자재의 공기오염물질 방출량 분석 (Measurement of Air Contaminants Emission from Interior Finish Material)

  • For the moderns who spend more than 80% of the time inside a building, interior environment became important since it directly affects their health. Recently as noxiousness of the air contaminants of the interior space stood out as well as the above trend, the Ministry of Environment enacted a lawto maintain the interior air quality at certain level of standard in the multi use facility and newly constructed apartment. To make the indoor air clean, removal technology of various contaminants should be developed and interior materials with chemical treatment should be restrained. In other words, selection of interior finish affects indoor air quality from the initial design stage to the construction stage. However, only limited contaminants emission data of building materials are supplied by related companies. There is no average contaminants emission data for overall materials. Moreover, high cost and equipments for one time measurement of VOCs emission of interior finish are the obstacles of active research and data measurement. Therefore, this paper searched the current condition of average VOCs & HCHO emission of various interior finish based on the study requested to research center from the building material company through Stands Test Method for Indoor Air Quality.

A Survey of Indoor Spaces at Elderly Welfare Facilities in Japan on How to Reflect Elders' Behavior Using a Checklist - Focused on 5 elderly welfare centers in Tokyo -

  • With the overall revision of the Welfare of the Aged Act in 1997, elderly welfare facilities have developed differently according to the size of locality, capacity, and social and economic characteristics. In response to the problem, various plans are being executed for expanding services and facilities for the aged. However, such efforts by the government have been focused on quantitative increase rather than on qualitative improvement, and there are not many high-quality elderly welfare facilities that meet the needs of the consumers, namely, the aged. In contrast, elderly welfare centers in Japan began to be founded from the 1960s and increased significantly from the 1970s and, as a result, 2,214 elderly welfare centers were in operation in 1995, maintaining a high level in quantity as well as in quality. Therefore, the present study surveyed using a checklist how elderly welfare centers in Japan, which are playing central roles in welfare facility services for the aged in Japan, design their indoor spaces reflecting elders' behavior and characteristics and, based on the results of the survey, classified spaces into shared spaces and individual service spaces and analyzed the spaces of each center using the checklist. The results from this case study will be used as basic data to establish standards for the space composition of elderly welfare facilities in Korea, which has 10 years' short history of elderly welfare facilities.

Fingerprinting기법을 이용한 실내 위치측위시스템 (Indoor Positioning System Using Fingerprinting Technique)

  • 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 라는 시대적 흐름에 따라 상황(Context)을 고려한 응용 서비스들에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 서비스들은 대부분 사용자의 현재 위치 정보를 기반으로 하는 위치 기반 서비스(LBS : Location Based Service)의 형태를 띠고 있다. 현재 GPS(Global Positioning System)나 지상파를 이용한 위치 측정 방법이 널리 사용되고 있으며 보다 효율적이고 정확한 위치 측정을 위한 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 최근에는 실외를 대상으로 하는 서비스뿐만 아니라 홈 서비스, 대형 건물 안내 서비스와 같은 실내를 중심으로 하는 서비스가 각광을 받고 있다. 실외 위치 측정 분야의 경우 이미 많은 상용 제품들이 출시되어 사용되고 있지만 상대적으로 실내의 위치를 알아내는 방법에 있어서는 이렇다 할 성과를 내지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 널리 쓰이고 있는 무선 통신 방법 중 하나인 무선랜을 이용한 실내 위치 측위 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 지금까지 연구되어져 온 대표적인 두 가지 실내 위치 측위 방법론과 이들에 대한 장단점을 분석하고 실제 구축된 시스템을 사례로 구체적인 시스템 구축 방법 및 실험 결과를 제시하였다 또한 기존 시스템의 위치 정확도를 향상시키고 연산 속도를 개선시키기 위한 몇 가지 새로운 방안을 제시하였다.

Seasonal atmospheric characteristics in a swine finishing barn equipped with a continuous pit recirculation system using aerobically treated manure

  • Objective: This study was conducted to determine the seasonal characteristics of odorous material emissions from a swine finishing barn equipped with a continuous pit recirculation system (CPRS) using aerobically treated manure. Methods: The CPRS consists of an aerobic manure treatment process and a pit recirculation system, where the solid fraction is separated and composted. The aerated liquid fraction (290.0%±21.0% per day of total stored pig slurry) is continuously recirculated to the top of the slurry in the pit. Four confinement pig barns in three piggery farms were used: two were equipped with CPRS, and the other two operated a slurry pit under the slatted floor across all seasons. Results: The indoor, exhaust, and outside odor intensities were significantly lower in the CPRS group than in the control group (p<0.001). In the CPRS group, the odor intensity outside was significantly lower in the fall than in the other seasons (p = 0.015). In the indoor atmosphere, the temperature and CO2, NH3, and H2S contents of the CPRS group were significantly lower than those of the control group (p<0.05). In the CPRS group, indoor temperature did not significantly change in the spring, summer, and fall seasons and was significantly lower in the winter (p = 0.002). NH3, H2S, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl disulfide, trimethylamine, phenol, indole, and skatole levels were significantly lower in the CPRS group than in the control group (p<0.05). There were significant seasonal differences on the odorous material in both the control and CPRS groups (p<0.05), but the pattern was not clear across seasons. Conclusion: The CPRS can reduce the indoor temperature in the summer to a level similar to that in the spring and fall seasons. The CPRS with aerated liquid manure is expected to reduce and maintain malodorous emissions within acceptable limits in swine facilities.

  • The Purpose of this study is to estimate how inclination to move can be appeared by understanding the cognition of a resident on stress due to the residential environment. 240 housewives living in Chiniu were Questioned statistical analysis were used with factor analysis, F-test. Duncan's Multiple range analysis, stepwise regression analysis and stepwise discriminant analysis, The result were summarized as follows 1) The stress of residential environment were clissified by six factors indoor facility, educational environmental. indoor structure, air Pollution noise, traffic convenience. 2) The extent of a stress from residential environment was significantly different in the socio-demographic variable and housing-related variable. 3) The stress of residential environment were affected by the direction of house. 4) The variable discriminating inclination to move were the stress of residential environment(air Pollution). an educational level, the type of housing possession, residential Period and the size of house.

  • Small and medium-size buildings employ a multi-distributed individual air-conditioning system utilizing package air conditioners instead of centralized cooling systems, which can allow easier building management and maintenance along with a diversification of facility use. Inverter driven system heat pumps have been developed to achieve not only easy distribution control allowing free combination of indoor units with different models and different capacities, but also wide applications to an intelligent air conditioning. In this study, the transient performance of a system heat pump was analysed with the variation of compressor speed and EEV openings. The superheat was selected as a control parameter of the system, because the variation of it was consistent with each indoor unit capacity.

지하도상가의 리모델링 및 공간 특성에 따른 포름알데히드 농도 분석 (Estimation of the Formaldehyde Concentration of Subterranean Shopping Centers according to their Spatial Configuration and Renovation)

  • Underground shopping center has become a important commercial facility due to their good accessibility to the public transport. However, underground shopping center has high risk of air contaminants emission like formaldehyde and lowered indoor air quality. In this study, formaldehyde concentration of the underground shopping center was estimated according to the renovation and characteristics of space. It was found that newly renovated underground shopping center has low formaldehyde concentration. In case of closed entrance type, the formaldehyde concentration was 320 % higher than open type. Formaldehyde concentration was varied by product type and especially, high formaldehyde concentration was measured near the stores selling nail polish and cosmetics. It is important to apply appropriate ventilation system according to characteristics of space.

원룸주택거주자의 주거행태와 요구도 (One room Residential Dweller's Housing Behavior and Housing Need)

  • This study examined one room(studio apartment) residential deweller's housing behavior and housing need, and the relationship between the sense of housing values and housing satisfaction of one-room residence, The study surveyed 302 one-room residents in Busan city. The researcher modified, complimented, and used the previous researches on housing values and housing satisfaction. The analysis of the data used SPSS Win 10.0 program. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1. The motive of choosing one-room residence was mainly the closeness to the school or work, Jeonse(Rent with a one-room deposit) was more common than ownership, and the size is one-room residence was 10 to 15 Pyeong. 2. Among the five housing values of one-room residence dwellers, that is, amenity, indoor and outdoor environment, economy/convenience, convenience in transportation, and the interior functionality, the convenience in transportation was ranked highest, and the indoor and out door environment and economy/convenience followed. 3. The housing satisfaction of one-room residents was highest in location, and also high in the safety and the security or privacy, and the convenience of inside facility.
