In this paper, We are composed the position recognition and speed control using the moving robot in the shield Room with a RF Module and Ultrasonic Sensors. Double look up tables are selected a reference value/duty ratio. The moving robot with the dual fuzzy rules which can decrease a Conversion time than basic fuzzy control rules at start point and curve region. Also, a changing times of double look up table are rise at specific points b1,c1,d1 in the e-${\Delta}e$ phase plane and the one of the look up table is used which for increase rising time at transition area, the other used for rapidly conversion to the reference value. We verified that a dual fuzzy control rules get the good response compare with the basic fuzzy control rule.

Although the previous information technologies had been used for the quick and accurate processing of work, At present, however, as the combination with the Internet, the IOT(Internet-of-Things) era in which the diverse pieces of information are collected and handled through the sensor networks is in progress. Among these application fields of the IoT, the indoors position identification technology has been developing in the direction of providing the position information in the buildings of which the lengths and the interiors are complicated and in the direction of providing the various pieces of information and others of the like to the nearby customers. In this paper, we proposed an indoors position identification system that detects the patrol positions of the prison officers in the correctional facilities and in the prisons by using the ultrasonic waves, that transmits these to the control system and the data gateway, and that transmits the detected data. The Indoors Positioning identification System is organized with the tags for recognizing the positions that transmit the ultrasonic signal, ultrasonic receiver and data gateway. And the indoors position information data were transmitted to the management system through the data gateway. We evaluated the transmission error, by changing the distance of the proposed system for location recognition tag and the receiver, As a result, we found out that, when the transmission distance was 10 cm or less, the errors occurred in the form of the distortions. And when it was 110 cm or more, the transmission errors occurred due to the propagation diminutions of the ultrasonic wave signals. And when the transmission distance was from 10 cm to 100 cm, it was shown that the proposed system was possible without any errors.
An integrated command system is critical for the safety of firefighters and effective work in the headquarters of a special disaster areas such as natural disaster or large man-made hazard. The integrated command system requires environmental information such as temperature, humidity, and $CO_2$ levels, as well as personal physical information such as pulse and air respirator levels. An Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) chip converts sensed information into digital signals, and a Micro Controller Unit (MCU) transmits the digital signals to a transmission board using serial communication through a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). The digital signals are saved in a transmission board and transmitted to the integrated command system by a Radio Frequency (RF) unit. The location of fire-fighters in a building are determined using a gyro sensor and an inertial sensor. The collected information is applied to the integrated command system for firefighter safety and to ensure that they can effectively carry out their duties. Tthis study theoretically and experimentally investigated the technologies of RF transmission, indoor position, and an integrated command system that supports decision making using the transmitted information.

The main purpose of 1-1-9 Caller Location Information System is to identify and display the precise location of emergency incidents such as natural or man - made fires, medical emergencies and accidents. The state - of- the - art technologies such as Am (Automatic Number Identification), GIS(Geographical Information System) and GPS (Global Positioning System) were applied and integrated in the system for efficient and effective location identification. It displays a radius of 25M, 50M and 100M on the map after location identification. The system can also provide the shortest path to an incident location from a fire station or a fire engine. In case of a fire breakout in or near a building, the attribute information of the building, called a building attribute card, is displayed along with the map location. The system then matches the information with the fire situation and sends an alert to a responsible fire station by phone or fax in order to help promptly react to the problem. An attribute card includes the critical information of a premise such as building's location, number of stories, floor plans, capacity, construction history, indoor fire detection and Prevention facilities, etc.

Many traditional retailers are losing money due to loss and accidents in managing their carts. Therefore, we intend to solve these problems by installing a raspberry pie with various functions in order to efficiently manage the cart. First, use ultrasonic sensors to measure the distance between the cart and the object, use vibration sensors to vary the number of vibration sensors, change the number of vibrations to the user, and use Beacon to transmit the cart in real time. It also contributes to consumers' spending patterns and revenue generation by identifying consumers' consumption patterns. Problems with lost are also resolved by issuing an audible warning (outside of Mart) if a distance is removed (outside of Mart).

In this paper, we propose a landmark recognition method which is irrelevant to the camera viewpoint on the navigation for localization. Features in previous research is variable to camera viewpoint, therefore due to the wealth of information, extraction of visual landmarks for positioning is not an easy task. The proposed method in this paper, has the three following stages; first, extraction of features, second, learning and recognition, third, matching. In the feature extraction stage, we set the interest areas of the image. where we extract the corner points. And then, we extract features more accurate and resistant to noise through statistical analysis of a small eigenvalue. In learning and recognition stage, we form robust feature models by testing whether the feature model consisted of five corner points is an invariant feature irrelevant to viewpoint. In the matching stage, we reduce time complexity and find correspondence accurately by matching method using similarity evaluation function and Graham search method. In the experiments, we compare and analyse the proposed method with existing methods by using various indoor images to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed methods.

This paper presents a novel signal tracking algorithm for GNSS receivers using a MLE technique. In order to perform a robust signal tracking in severe signal environments, e.g., high dynamics for navigation vehicles or weak signals for indoor positioning, the MLE based signal tracking approach is adopted in the paper. With assuming white Gaussian additive noise, the cost function of MLE is expanded to the cost function of NLSE. Efficient and practical approach for Doppler frequency tracking by the MLE is derived based on the assumption of code-free signals, i.e., the cost function of the MLE for carrier Doppler tracking is used to derive a discriminator function to create error signals from incoming and reference signals. The use of the MLE method for carrier tracking makes it possible to generalize the MLE equation for arbitrary codes and modulation schemes. This is ideally suited for various GNSS signals with same structure of tracking module. This paper proposes two different types of MLE based tracking method, i.e., an iterative batch processing method and a non-iterative feed-forward processing method. The first method is derived without any limitation on time consumption, while the second method is proposed for a time limited case by using a 1st derivative of cost function, which is proportional to error signal from discriminators of conventional tracking methods. The second method can be implemented by a block diagram approach for tracking carrier phase, Doppler frequency and code phase with assuming no correlation of signal parameters. Finally, a state space form of FLL/PLL/DLL is adopted to the designed MLE based tracking algorithm for reducing noise on the estimated signal parameters.

Recently, there have been many research that recognize the situation using sensors. However, sensor data collection and analysis are still lacking in integration. This is because the data generated by the sensor is difficult to match in terms of metadata and units. Therefore, a methodology for efficiently using data generated from various sensors is needed. In this paper, we propose a system that recognizes the location through information generated from a moving iBeacon. This system constructs the ontology with the data that can recognize the exact position when the patient wearing iBeacon moves in the room. This maps standard items and sensor items, and stores the results of filtering the detected values as knowledge. the system can extract efficient location information by recognizing the value generated by moving the patient carrying iBeacon through the ontology. This can be applied not only to beacons but also to other sensors, and it can be applied variously according to the ontology configuration.

Floor number determination has attracted considerable attention because many applications require accurate floor number information for providing better localization services in multistory buildings. This paper describes a Wi-Fi-based, low-complexity floor number determination method for multistory buildings. In our scheme, with the exception of floor ID and received signal strength of each WAP, detailed information on the wireless access point (WAP) coordinates is not needed. The multi-wall-floor model is used for the simulation and analysis. The simulation results show that the floor determination accuracy is nearly 100 given an adequate deployment density of WAPs on each floor. The results also show that the proposed method provides a good estimate of floor number even when only a few WAPs are implemented on each floor. Specifically, the proposed method can work under extreme conditions, i.e., where there are no WAPs on a floor.

Fingerprinting technique exists at the position assumption system for the service of indoor location-based. However, there is a problem it takes a long time to build fingerprinting map. We need to verify that received signal of WAP(wireless access point) is similar at all times in a similar space in order to solve these problems. This paper proposes a plan that is able to build fingerprinting map by using the received signal data of WAP. To do this, change the positon of WAP in the same space, It is confirmed the process of change of the RSSI corresponding to the distance. We also confirmed that the RSSI collected from elsewhere in the space a similar change in the same manner.
