노인의 차별경험과 상실감이 자살생각에 미치는 영향 (The Effects Elderly's Discrimination Experiences and Sense of Loss on Suicidal Ideation)

  • 본 연구는 노인의 차별경험이 자살생각에 미치는 영향과 상실감의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 노인차별경험과 상실감이 자살생각으로 이어지는 경로를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 31개 시군구를 층화표집하여 노인복지관 10개소를 이용하는 65세 이상 노인 400명 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 불성실한 응답을 제외한 총 380부를 최종 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 노인차별경험 하위요인인 개인적 차별경험과 사회적 차별경험이 많을수록 자살생각이 증가하였다. 둘째, 개인적 차별경험은 상실감을 부분매개로 자살생각에 정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 차별경험은 상실감을 완전매개로 자살생각에 정적인 영향력을 보였다. 따라서 상실감은 노인의 자살생각에 위험 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 사회적 차별경험을 예방하고 노인복지 실천현장에서 상실감 해소를 통해 노인자살을 예방하기 위한 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

유아교사의 문제행동지도 효능감에 대한 개인적 변인과 대인관계 변인의 영향 (Effects of Individual and Interpersonal Variables on Early Childhood Teachers' Efficacy of Problem Behavior Guidance)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of individual and interpersonal variables on early childhood teachers' efficacy of problem behavior guidance. Individual variables consisted of teachers' socio-demographic characteristics, experience of training course on problem behavior guidance and warm-hearted attitude. Interpersonal variables consisted of intimacy with colleagues, support from the principal of a kindergarten, parental partnerships. Subjects were 122 early childhood teachers in Busan. Major findings were as follows. There were significant differences in teachers' efficacy of problem behavior guidance with respect to teachers' age, teaching experience, position, marriage status, experience of training course on problem behavior guidance, warm-hearted attitude, intimacy with colleagues, and support from the principal of a kindergarten. In other words, a higher level of teachers' efficacy of problem behavior guidance was shown in the teachers who were older, highly experienced, or in higher positions. In addition, teachers who were married, had completed a training course on problem behavior guidance, had a higher warm-hearted attitude, had a intimacy with colleagues, or had a support from the principal of a kindergarten were found to have higher efficacy of problem behavior guidance. As results of examining relative effects of individual and interpersonal variables on efficacy of problem behavior guidance, the influential variables are teaching experience, warm-hearted attitude, support from the principal of a kindergarten, and position in that order.

한복브랜드 창업가 및 종사자 특성에 따른 한복 교육, 공공지원 수요 연구 (Assessing the Demand for Hanbok Education and Public Support Using the Characteristics of Hanbok Brand Entrepreneurs and Workers)

  • The growth of the fashionable hanbok market has led to a significant increase in the number of entrepreneurs or prospective entrepreneurs with small hanbok businesses. To develop the hanbok industry, the public sector is developing and providing education and support programs to enhance the competencies of individual hanbok brand entrepreneurs. This study conducted a survey of 213 subjects such as business operators, workers, and prospective workers in the changing hanbok industry. This study investigated their hanbok education experiences as well as future demands for education and public support programs. To explore differences based on individual characteristics, this study measured such characteristics using entrepreneurial orientation as well as the artistic and entrepreneurial competencies important in running a hanbok brand and analyzed the relationship demand for education and public support. Hanbok brand worker characteristics were classified into four groups based on individual characteristics: "traditionalist," "entrepreneur," "opportunist," and "businessman." Differences existed in terms of detailed education experience and demand as well as demand for public support, depending on the group. The results of this study contribute to development of hanbok curriculums that consider individual characteristics, the effective incubation of new and prospective hanbok brand entrepreneurs, as well as the research on founding small-scale fashion businesses.

분만경험에 대한 주관성연구 (Subjectivity of the Delivery Experience - A Q methodology Approach -)

  • The researcher would like to suggest that the delivery experience varies depending on the personal situation and the childbirth experiences of the mother. The goals of this study are : 1. To find out the subjectivity structure on delivery experience. 2. To describe the differences in delivery experience depending on the delivery methods. 3. To suggest effective nursing intervention for each type. Q-methodology was used for the research design. One of the main reasons to use this Q methodology. Because each individual's delivery experience can be different. The result of this study shows that the subjectivity related to the delivery experience of mother has at least four distinctive types. Type I mothers can be named as "Motherhood Identity Recognition Type". Type I subjects accept delivery experience very positively, show interest in the health of the baby, and identify their motherliness with responsibility. Type II mothers can be named "Leaping to Maturity Type". It can be explained as a state that mothers experience pain, but by understanding and enduring the pain, the pain is changed to maturity. Type III mothers can be named as "Pride Experience Type". Type III feels vaginal delivery as a process to become a real mothers, and have great pride in making this type of significant emotiange delivery. Therefore, they think the labor pain is worth the value and believes that there are other differences between vaginal delivery and cesarean section. Mothers of Type III take the delivery experience to be meaningful. Type IV mothers can be named as "Lack of Motherhood Transition Type". This type does not seem to feel sorry for their babies for going through a cesarean section delivery. The also do not have the satisfaction of delivery and motherliness identity is low. In addition, they especially do not feel affection towards their babies. Also, because they delivered babies in a state of anesthetics, they do not seem to feel much different, but show negative reactions toward themselves.ow negative reactions toward themselves.

보육교사의 외상경험이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Childcare Teachers' Traumatic Experience on Teachers' Organizational Commitment)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the difference between teachers' traumatic experience and teachers' organizational commitment while considering individual differences of the childcare teachers and to investigate the effect of childcare teachers' traumatic experience on organizational commitment. Methods: This study used an online survey and collected data from 235 respondents. Then the data were analyzed by using a one-way ANOVA test, Scheffe post-hoc analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: First, this study found that there was a statistically significant difference between the traumatic experience of childcare teachers and teachers' organizational commitment depending on the age and career stage of the childcare teachers. Second, the childcare experience of childcare teachers showed a positive correlation with experience, and the traumatic experience showed a negative correlation with the organizational commitment. Third, childcare teachers' traumatic experience had a negative effect on normative and continuous immersion, respectively. Conclusion/Implications: This study contributes to the literature by recognizing the events that occurred in the process of childcare and identified the cause of the decrease in childcare teachers' motivation to work. It also suggests the need for continuous research on traumatic events that childcare teachers' experience during work in order to protect the rights and interests of childcare teachers.

최종사용자 컴퓨팅의 실태와 최종사용자 개인적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Current Status of EUC andindividual Characteristicsofend-users in Korean Firms)

  • This study has two research objectives related to end-user computing (EUC) . One of the research objectives was to investigate the current status of EUC of Korean firms. Another research objective was to examine the relationship between individual difference of end-users and EUC success. Using survey data from 752 end-users of 23 firms, the surrent status of EUC and the relationship between individualdifferences of end-users and EUC success were investigated. The current status of EUC was examined from six perspectives : 1) what is the characteristics of EC strategy of Korean firms , 2) what are the individual characteristics of end-users in Korean firms, 3) what are the characteristics of tasks performed by end-users using computer 4) what are the application a areas of EUC 5) How end-users are satisfied with the support of firms, 6) what are system usage and satisfaction of end-users. It was also found that individual differences of endf-users are related to EUC success.More specifically , it was shown that the male gender, younger age, higher level of education , higher ran아 and organizational tenure, higher math ability , thinking type of cognitive style, positive and optimistic attitudes toward computer, more experience with computer, more computer education and knowledge are individual differences variables associated with EUC success. The results of stepwise regression analysis suggested that the individuaal difference variables accounted for 14%, 25% 39% and 30% of the variances of four EUC success variables, satisfaction for outcome , satisfaction for ability , frequency of computer use, and thenuber of tasks, respectively. These empirical findings suggest that EUC managers should consider individual differences of end-users in managing EUC , such as education, training, support, and human resource management , to maximize potential benefits of EUC.

중학생 가출경험에 영향을 미치는 예측요인 - 개인.가정.사회환경 요인을 중심으로 - (Predictive Factors of Middle-school Students' Runaway Experience - About Individual, Home and Social Factors -)

  • Purpose: In recent years, the problem of runaway youths, which is rapidly increasing and worsening in nature, has emerged as a serious problem to individuals, home and the society as a whole. Against this back drop, this study was designed to illuminate the danger signals through extensive analysis of factors influencing the running away of middle-school students and, on this basis, build a forecast model on runaway middle-school students. Method: The subjects of this descriptive survey on the causal relation were 592 subjects enrolled in middle schools selected through convenience sampling. The data collected from June 19 to July 19, 2003 were analysed through the SPSS 10.0 program. The differences between the runaway group and the non-runaway group were determined through chi-square and t-test. Also logistic regression analysis was conducted on the basis of the purposeful selection method for constructing the forecast model. Result: The findings are as follows: Individual-related factors predicting runaway middle-school students were smoking experience, delinquent experience, psychosomatic symptoms and stress. A home-related factor was attachment to family. A society-related factor was the number of delinquency friends. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that a broad intervention program should be provided to middle-school students' culture related to runaway group. It is also recommended that a variety of individual, home and society-related programs should be developed for the runaway group.

성별에 따른 청소년의 주관적 수면충족감에 영향을 미치는 요인: 2016년 제 12차 청소년건강행태온라인조사를 기반으로 (Factors Influencing Subjective Sleep Sufficiency among Korean Adolescent by Gender: Based on 2016 12th Korean Youth Risk Behavior Survey)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 성별에 따라 한국 청소년의 개인적, 가족적 및 환경적 특성과 수면충족감 정도를 비교하고, 개인적, 가족적 및 환경적 특성과 주관적 수면충족감과의 관련성을 파악하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 2016년 제 12차 청소년건강행태온라인조사의 원시자료를 활용하였고, 남학생 33,803명, 여학생 31,725명, 총 65,528명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 수면충족감을 나타낸 비율은 남학생 33.4%, 여학생은 19.5%로 나타났다. 남학생과 여학생 모두, 개인적 특성은 우울경험, 자살생각, 학업성적, 스트레스, 주관적 행복감, 주관적 건강인지, 음주 및 흡연, 약물 경험, 알레르기비염 및 아토피피부염 진단여부, 가족적 특성은 경제 상태, 부모님 학력, 주거형태, 환경적 특성은 학교급, 학교유형, 고민상담자 유무가 주관적 수면충족감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 개인적 특성 중 아침식사 빈도와 천식 진단 여부는 남학생에서만, 신체활동 여부는 여학생의 수면충족감에만 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 개인적 특성의 정신건강이 청소년의 주관적 수면충족감에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로, 한국 청소년의 주관적 수면충족감을 증진시키기 위한 간호 중재는 성별에 따른 차이를 고려해 적용해 나가야 할 것이다.

스트레스적 경험에 대한 아동 기억의 신뢰성과 인지 및 정서적 개인차 특성들과의 관계 (Explaining Variance in Children's Recall of a Stressful Experience: Influence of Cognitive and Emotional Individual Differences)

  • 본 연구는 자연스럽게 스트레스 반응이 유발되는 치과 진료를 경험한 4-9세 아동 85명을 대상으로 스트레스적 사건에 대한 아동의 회상에 아동의 인지 및 사회 정서적 개인차 변인들이 어떤 영향을 미칠 수 있는 가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 스트레스 수준과 아동의 기억 수행은 전반적으로 부적 상관 관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 국외 선행 연구들의 결과를 반복 검증하였다. 그러나 보다 흥미로운 결과는 스트레스적 경험에 대한 아동 회상보고의 정확성에 아동의 인지적(예: 수용적 언어 능력, 작업 기억 역량) 개인차 특성과 정서적(예: 평소 아동의 우울 및 불안 상태, 정보 부호화 시 아동의 불안 정도) 개인차 특성들이 유의한 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점이다. 이와 같은 결과는 치명적인 범죄 사건과 관련하여 아동의 회상 보고를 해석할 경우 아동의 인지 및 정서적 개인차 특성들도 신중하게 고려되어야 함을 함의한다. 궁극적으로 본 연구는 다양한 개인차에 따른 아동의 기억 특성에 대한 심화된 지식을 규명하고 실제 수사 면담 시 아동의 개별적 특성을 고려한 면담 방식의 구축에 유용한 정보를 제공하는 데 그 의의를 두고자 한다.

기술이전 경험과 수행과제 수가 개인의 기술사업화 성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of prior experience and the number of project on individual-level technology commercialization)

  • 대학 및 출연연구기관과 같은 공공연구기관들의 기술사업화에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기존 연구들은 기술이전 조직이나 기관 및 제도적 특성이 기술이전 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 다양한 연구결과들을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 기술이전이 연구자 개인의 사업화에 대한 태도, 사회적 네트워크나 사업화를 위한 노력정도에 따라 실질적인 기술이전이 이루어지고 있음에도 불구하고 연구자 개인특성에 따른 기술사업화 성과에 대한 연구는 미흡하였다. 본 연구에서는 국내 대표적인 출연연구기관인 K연구원 소속 연구자들을 대상으로 과거 기술이전 경험과 수행과제 건수가 해당 연구자의 기술사업화 성과에 미친 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 과거 기술이전 경험이 있는 연구자일수록 추가적인 기술사업화 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수행과제 건수와 기술사업화 성과는 역U자형 영향관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 국내 공공연구기관에서의 기술사업화 성과향상을 위한 시사점과 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다.
