간호조직에서 변혁적 리더쉽이 간호사의 직무몰입에 미치는 영향 - 개인특성의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effect of Transformational Leadership and Personal Characteristics on Job Involvement : Focusing on Nurses in Hospital Organization)

  • Purpose: This study investigated the effect of transformational leadership and individual characteristics on nurses' job involvement. Method: The sample for this study consisted of 594 nurses from 8 large Korean hospitals. The factor analysis was drawn from the Cronbach's alpha analysis, the Pearson correlation analysis, the multiple regression analysis, and the hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Result: This study found that; (1) charisma dimension of transformational leadership has positive influence on job involvement; but intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration did not showed significant effects on job involvement (2) nurse individual characteristics (age, marital status, educational level, tenure, position) moderated the effect of transformational leadership on job involvement. Conclusion : Therefore, to improve job involvement nurses are required to apply the charisma dimension of transformational leadership in hospital organization.

개인의 인지구조 특성이 식스시그마 수용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effects of Characteristics of Individual Cognitive Structure on the Acceptance of Six Sigma)

  • The purposes of this paper are to find out the characteristics of organizational members' cognitive structure for the effective acceptance of a six sigma innovative method in the organization. The author hypothesized the characteristics of individual cognitive structure is one of the most important factors on the acceptance of a six sigma method in the organizations for verifying through literature reviews, in-depth interviews and an analysis of questionnaire. This study is the first trial to corroborate the influence of characteristics of individual cognitive structure on the acceptance of a six sigma method. This can be utilized as an integrated appraisal model for the evaluation of acceptance of a six sigma method. The result not only helps the organizations that a six sigma method was recently introduced, to decrease the trial-and-errors experienced by the preceding groups, but can be used as fundamental data to establish an concrete strategy of a six sigma acceptance.

청소년의 친사회적 행동에 대한 또래집단의 영향력 검증 -또래영향모델과 개인특성모델의 비교를 중심으로- (The Effects of Peer Group on Adolescent Prosocial Behavior -Focusing on the Comparison between the Peer Influence Model and the Individual Characteristics Model-)

  • 본 연구는 청소년이 바람직한 사회구성원으로서 성장하기 위해 필요한 요소로서 타인에 대한 배려와 돌봄의 행위인 친사회적 행동에 주목하였다. 또래집단의 영향이 청소년의 친사회적 행동에 어떻게 작용하고 있는지 알아보기 위해 또래영향모델과 개인특성모델을 중심으로 분석하였다. 보건복지부의 '아동청소년종합실태조사' 자료를 위계적 다중회귀분석으로 검증한 결과, 청소년의 친사회적 행동은 친구의 친사회적 행동으로부터 긍정적인 영향을, 친구의 반사회적 행동으로부터 부정적으로 영향을 받았다. 개인특성 요인인 자아존중감, 공감능력 변수를 포함한 모형에서는 공감능력, 자아 존중감, 친구의 친사회적 행동, 그리고 친구의 반사회적 행동 순으로 청소년의 친사회적 행동에 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 따라서 또래영향모델과 개인특성모델이 모두 유효하나 개인특성의 영향이 더 큰 것으로 검증되었다. 또한 개인특성과 또래특성 간의 상호작용효과를 살펴본 결과, 자아존중감이 높은 경우 친구의 친사회적 행동이 본인의 친사회적 행동에 미치는 긍정적인 영향이 더 크고, 공감능력이 높은 경우 친구의 반사회적 행동이 본인의 친사회적 행동에 미치는 부정적인 영향이 더 적은 것으로 나타났다. 청소년의 친사회적 행동에 대한 또래집단의 영향력은 개인특성에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타나, 또래영향모델과 개인특성모델은 청소년의 친사회적 행동에 상호보완적으로 작용하고 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로 청소년의 긍정발달을 위한 사회복지적 함의를 논하였다.

개인용 클라우드 컴퓨팅 사용에 미치는 영향요인 분석 (Analysis of Influence Factors on the Intention to Use Personal Cloud Computing)

  • Cloud computing allows users to access software or specific programs that support the cloud platform through an information communicating device that can connect to the internet anywhere or anytime. Also, the cloud architecture not only reduces the expenses of IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, but also speeds up processing and mobility, which leads to a significant ease of use. In spite of the advantages of cloud computing, previous studies have been centered on case studies of the execution, advantages, and problems of cloud computing. In contrast, empirical research on individual cloud computing up till now is very insufficient. Thus, the research aims to create a model of an individual user's perspective and verify validation. This study reveals types of influence that characteristics can have on an individual user's intention to use, by searching the characteristics that the individual user recognizes on cloud computing services. The results are as follows:first, the characteristics of cloud computing indicates a significant influence on usage intention. Second, all characteristics in cloud computing, accessibility, reliability, perceived ease of use, and fusibility, are confirmed in providing significant influences in shaping social influence forms. Third, social influence has a significant influence on usage intention.

농촌지도사의 역할갈등에 대한 이론적 탐색 (A Theoretical Exploration on Agricultural Extension Workers' Role Conflict)

  • The objectives of this study were to explore theoretically the factors that were associated with role conflict of rural extension educators, to investigate the consequences of this conflict, and to suggest possible solutions to the role conflict. This study was carried out through literature review. The findings from this study were as follows : 1) The causes of role conflict were divided into individual characteristics and social or organizational characteristics. Existing research papers examining the cause of rural extension educators' role conflict had focused mainly on individual characteristics. Therefore, social characteristics of the role conflict should be included in future research activities. 2) The consequences of role conflict were made up of individual dimensions and organizational dimensions. However, pervious researches on rural extension educators' role conflict had dealt with the individual dimensions only. Therefore, the consequences of organizational dimensions should be added to future researches. 3) Revision of roles and job specifications, developing professional competencies, and raising achievement motivation were some of the possible solutions to rural extension educators' role conflict. These solutions, if managed effectively, may improve the performance of extension organizations, as well as that of the individuals by solving the role conflict of rural extension educators.

  • 사이버 윤리성의 문제는 기술적 접근이나 법적 접근으로 해결하기에는 한계가 있으므로 본 연구는 사이버 윤리성에 영향을 미치는 개인적 특성과 사회적 영향을 총체적으로 검토하고자 한다. 구체적으로 본 연구의 목적은 (1) 웹 2.0 환경에서 사용자의 개인적 특성(자기효능감, 통제의 소재)은 사이버 윤리성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가, (2) 웹 2.0에 대한 사회전반적인 사회적 영향요인(주관적 규범, 이미지, 가시성)은 사이버 윤리성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가, (3) 사용자의 인성(외향성, 내향성)에 따라 개인적 특성과 사회적 영향이 사이버 윤리성에 미치는 영향은 달라지는 가, 마지막으로 (4) 사용자의 사이버 윤리성은 사용자의 웹 2.0 서비스 참여형태(소비, 생산)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가이다.

SW 교육 훈련특성이 개인 특성과 교육 결과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of SW Education Training Characteristics on Personal Characteristics and Educational Outcomes)

  • 최근에는 교육 훈련에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있는 시기이다. 그러나 4차 산업혁명 시대에 따른 코딩이나 관련 교육들이 실제적으로 어떻게 적용되고, 활용되고 있는 지에 대한 의문 또는 실제 기업과의 연관성에 대한 부분들에 문제점은 사회 현실적인 문제에 봉착하고 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육 훈련특성들을 세분화시켜 개개인의 특성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하고, 이를 통해 교육 결과에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 보고자 한다. 그 결과 SW 교육 과정과 SW 교육 교수는 개인 특성 중 전공역량과 학습성과에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, SW 교육환경은 아무런 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 개인 특성은 교육 결과에 만족에는 모두 정(+)의 영향을 불만족에는 모두 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 SW 교육 과정과 SW 교육 교수에 대한 중요성을 강조하는 결과이며, SW 교육환경에 대한 부분에 대해 다시 한번 생각하게 하는 결과로 보여진다.

최종사용자 컴퓨팅의 실태와 최종사용자 개인적 특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the current status of EUC andindividual characteristicsofend-users in Korean firms)

  • This study has two research objectives related to end-user computing (EUC). One of the research objectives was to investigate the current status of EUC of Korean firms. Another research objective was to examine the relationship between individual differences of end-users and EUC success. Using survey data from 752 end-users of 23 firms, the surrent status of EUC and the relationship between individual differences of end-users and EUC success were investigated. The current status of EUC was examined from six perspectives: 1). what is the characteristics of EUC strategy of Korean firms, 2). what are the individual characteristics of end-users in Korean Firms, #0. what are the characteristics of tasks performed by end-users using computer, 4). what are the application a areas of EUC, 5). How end-users are satisfied with the support of firms, 6). what are system usage and satisfaction of end-users. It was also foud that individual differences of end-users are related to EUC success. More specifically, it wat shown that the male gender, younger age, higher level of education, higher rank and organizational tenure, higher math ability, thinking type of cognitive style, positive and optimistic attitudes toward computer, more experience with computer, more computer education and knowledge are individual differences variables associated with EUC success. The results of stepwise regression analysis suggested that the individual difference variables accounted for 14%, 25%, 39% and 30% of the variances of four EUC success variables, satisfaction for outcome, satisfaction for ability, frequency of computer use, and the number of tasks, respectively. These empirical findings suggest that EUC managers should consider individual differences of end-users in managing EUC, such as education, training, support, and human resource management, to maximize potential benefits of EUC.

대학생의 문화적 가치와 개별특성이 외식에 대한 소비자태도와 소비행동에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Effect of Cultural Values and Individual Characteristics on Consumer Attitude and Consumption Behavior of Food Away from Home for College Students)

  • The purposes of this study were to estimate the effect of related factors such as cultural values and individual characteristics to consumer attitude, and furthermore to estimate the effect of consumer attitude and related factors such as price perception and individual characteristics to consumption behavior(expenditure) of food away from home. To do this, the data was collected from college students and a 2 step approach by using LIMDEP program was applied to estimate the structural equation model. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Consumer attitude toward food away from home was found to be significantly influenced by some cultural values such as health, sensibility, socially responsible consumption and religion, and individual characteristics such as sex and pocket money. If they perceived more positively about the value of health, sensibility and religion, they would be likely to have more positive attitude, while they perceived more negatively about the value of socially responsible consumption, they would be likely to have more negative attitude. In addition, if they were females and had much more pocket money, they would be more likely to have more positive attitude. 2) Expenditure of food away from home was found to be significantly influenced by age and pocket money, while consumer attitude did not have a significant impact on expenditure of food away from home at the second stage in the structural equation model. It might imply that consumption behavior of food away from home for college students would be more constrained by individual characteristics such as sex and economic capital.

  • The development of IT is transforming from the way it has been working face-to-face in performing projects to the online collaboration method using web-based tools. Therefore, various online collaboration tools are being developed and commercialized, including 'Google Docs', which is called the online office. Using these online collaboration tools, users can share documents with other users and collaborate in real time. Therefore, in recent years, companies and educational institutions have been using online collaboration tools to carry out tasks and projects that require collaboration. Various factors can affect the project performance satisfaction through online collaboration tools. In this regard, it is necessary to confirm the factors affecting the satisfaction of the project performance. However, there is not enough empirical research on the satisfaction of the performance through the online collaboration tool. Therefore, this study will investigate the mechanism of project performance satisfaction through online collaboration tool considering the Individual characteristics of the project performing subject, the relationship characteristics between the project members, and the system characteristics of the collaboration tool.
