Recently, Cyber threats that is doing intelligence and sophistication from the organization's information assets to secure order technical disciplines, as well as managerial and environmental sectors, such as mind-response system is must established. In this paper, possible to analyze the case for the theory in network security, such as the logical network and physical network separation suitable for the corporate environment and constantly respond and manage the Information Security Management Model A secure network design is proposed. In particular, the proposed model improvements derived from the existing network, network improvements have been made in order to design improved ability to respond to real-time security and central manageability, security threats, pre-emptive detection and proactive coping, critical equipment in the event of a dual hwalreu through applied features such as high-availability, high-performance, high-reliability, ensuring separation of individual network security policy integrated management of individual network, network security directional.
The problem of finding shortest paths between every pair of points in a network is solved employing and optimal network decomposition in which the network is decomposed into a number of subnetworks minimizing the number of cut-set between them while each subnetwork is constrained by a size limit. Shortest path computations are performed on individual subnetworks, and the solutions are recomposed to obtain the solution of the original network. The method when applied to large scale networks significantly reduces core requirement and computation time. This is demonstrated by developing a computer program based on the method and applying it to 30-vertex, 160-vertex, and 273-vertex networks.
Like other communication networks, the Internet is establishing and reinforcing connections between market participants. By adapting to these networks, market participants are able to obtain the power of network to create new benefits in on-line markets. In this paper, we develop three stage non-cooperative game models to analyze the community related business market in electronic commerce where network externalities are present. It is found that, regardless of its market share, individual firm in a market tends to favor a community network. The analysis also shows there exist some possibilities that these community networks can trap the market in an inferior state when better alternatives are available to yield greater social welfare.

In this paper, we introduce the fuzzy neural network based on the individual input space to design the pattern recognizer. The proposed networks configure the network by individually dividing each input space. The premise part of the networks is independently composed of the fuzzy partition of individual input spaces and the consequence part of the networks is represented by polynomial functions. The learning of fuzzy neural networks is realized by adjusting connection weights of the neurons in the consequent part of the fuzzy rules and it follows a back-propagation algorithm. In addition, in order to optimize the parameters of the proposed network, we use real-coded genetic algorithms. Finally, we design the optimized pattern recognizer using the experimental data for pattern recognition.
In this study, we collected data through online travel notes from January to December 2018 and analyzed the seasonal travel characteristics of individual visiting Chinese by utilizing social network analysis. The analysis showed that Seoul is a hub for Chinese travel to Korea and the main destinations for individual visiting Chinese are concentrated in Seoul, Busan, Jeju Island, Gyeongju and Gangneung, with wide differences in seasons. The research results can be used as basic data for the development of tourism courses for individual Chinese tourists to Korea, provision of tourism services and optimization of tourism facility layout. Future research can consider continuing to use network travel notes to study the tourist destination and the mode of transportation between tourist nodes, which can provide reference for the development of tourist market and the planning and design of tourist traffic.

The tactical mobile ad-hoc network(MANET) consists of distributed autonomous networks between individual ground nodes, which is effective in terms of network survivability and flexibility. However, due to constraints such as limited power, terrain, and mobility, frequent link disconnection and shadow area may occur in communication. On the other hand, the satellite network has the advantage of providing a wide-area wireless link overcoming terrain and mobility, but has limited bandwidth and high-latency characteristic. In the future battlefield, an integrated network architecture for interworking multi-layer networks through a heterogeneous network gateway (HNG) is required to overcome the limitations of the existing individual networks and increase reliability and efficiency of communication. In this paper, we propose a new HNG architecture and detailed algorithm that integrates satellite network and the tactical MANET and enables reliable data transfer based on flow characteristics of traffic. The simulations validated the proposed architecture using Riverbed Modeler, a network-level simulator.

Recently, probabilistic neural network (PNN) has been proposed to predict the compressive strength of concrete for the known effect of improvement on PNN by the iteration method. However, an empirical method has been incorporated in the PNN technique to specify its smoothing parameter, which causes significant uncertainty in predicting the compressive strength of concrete. In this study, a modified probabilistic neural network (MPNN) approach is hence proposed. The global probability density function (PDF) of variables is reflected by summing the heterogeneous local PDFs which are automatically determined by the individual standard deviation of each variable. The proposed MPNN is applied to predict the compressive strength of concrete using actual test data from a concrete company. The estimated results of MPNN are compared with those of the conventional PNN. MPNN showed better results than the conventional PNN in predicting the compressive strength of concrete and provided promising results for the probabilistic approach to predict the concrete strength by using the individual standard deviation of a variable.

This study is to analyze factors affecting a growth of online community with perspectives of social network. Particularly this study tries to explore structural phenomenon built by interactions between users in a certain of free board belonging to the online community, in which focuses on one's writing a comments responding on those of others. With using SNA(Social Network Analysis), the social network data calculated from users' interaction shown as their comments were collected to draw out each individual's centrality value representing the structure of the online community and also we estimated duration time and the number of each comments as a proxy variable representing growth of the online community. And then cause-and-effect relationship between individual's centrality value and the duration time and the number of each comment were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, Core-Periphery, Centralization and Reciprocity have significant effects on the duration time and the number of each comment, therefore those significant values representing online structure will give an implication to manage, to promote the online community, to forecast its evolution path and to build critical policies.
This article describes a function and structure of access network equipment under BcN environment. Access network until now have constructed separately to offer voice, data service. However, simplifies network structure, function that can do traffic concentration, subscriber certification, individual charging, QoS according to service and routing is required in BcN. In this paper, compare method offering by separate system with existing access network and method that offer integrating function inside system for structure of suitable access network to BcN and search structure of access network equipment for desirable access network of hereafter. Composition of this paper is as following. In Chapter 2, establishment history and structure of access network until present. In Chaprte 3, define suitable requirement and functions to BcN. And compare structure for access net work that is new with present. Last Chapter 4, suggests direction of structure of BcN access network and concludes conclusion.

When the bandwidth resources in a packet-switched network are shared among sessions by MAX-MIN flow control each session is required to transmit its data into the network subject to the MAX-MIN fair rate which is solely determined by network loadings. This passive behavior of sessions if fact can cause seri-ous QoS(Quality of Service) degradation particularly for real-time multimedia sessions such as video since the rate allocated by the network can mismatch with what is demanded by each session for its QoS. In order to alleviate this problem we extend the concept of MAX-MIN fair bandwidth allocations as follows: Individual bandwidth demands are guaranteed if the network can accommodate them and only the residual network band-width is shared in the MAX-MIN fair sense. On the other hand if sum of the individual bandwidth demands exceeds the network capacity the shortage of the bandwidth is shared by all the sessions by reducing each bandwidth guarantee by the MAX-MIN fair division of the shortage. we present a novel flow control algorithm to achieve this extended MAX-MIN fairness and show that this algorithm can be implemented by the existing ATM ABR service protocol with minor changes. We not only analyze the steady state asymptotic stability and convergence rate of the algorithm by appealing to control theories but also verify its practical performance through simulations in a variety of network scenarios.
