This paper investigates the effect of independent directorship on the firm performance of Chinese listed companies under the impact of the global COVID-19 epidemic. The study starts by assessing the relationship between independent director-related characteristics and firm performance, then mines independent director characteristics variables, collects variable data, proposes reasonable hypotheses, and constructs a data model. 1597 companies listed on Shanghai and Shenzhen stock index, China, from 2020 to 2021 has been selected as the research sample. An empirical study on the relationship between independent directors' characteristics and firm performance was conducted using SPSS25. The results show that under the impact of the global COVID-19 epidemic, the proportion of independent directors on the board of directors, the age of independent directors, the remuneration of independent directors, and the overseas background of independent directors in Chinese listed companies have a negative relationship with the current firm performance, while the proportion of female independent directors and the part-time rate of independent directors do not have a positive effect on firm performance. The findings of this study strongly imply that independent directors' characteristics play a significant role in corporate governance and firm performance in Chinese listed companies and that the external environment has an impact on how well independent directors can carry out their duties.

본 연구는 TEI를 기반으로 한 전자문헌의 서지정보를 수록한 TEI Independent Header를 MARC으로 변환시켜 주기 위하여 전자문헌의 인코딩, 인코딩언어인 SGML, 인코딩 포맷인 TEI를 연구하였다. 나아가 TEI를 기반으로 한 전자문헌의 자동 목록작성의 가능성을 살펴보기 위하여 TEI Independent Header와 MARC을 비교분석하였다.

These days our nation is standing on tiptoe of welfare nation. so hospital in authority have done reformation to provide quality medical services. This effective nursing work to provide quality nursing by keeping pace with the reformation of management of hospital for quality medical function might be well said to be depending on the degree of function of nursing management of nursing department. This essay has been aimed to prepare the data to build the position of nursing organization which can elevate the quality of nursing by clarifying the difference of the degree of the function of nursing management according to the position of nursing department in hospital organization. 135 nurses of 1 general hospital in Seoul which has independent nursing organization of the hospitals of over 600 beds and 155 nurses of 1 general hospital in Seoul which has the nursing organization under the management of medical department have been the objects of this study. The tool of Yoon. Young Ae(1988) has been used by having it amended and complemented and the degree of reliability of the tool was resulted in Cronbach's Alpha .9155. The collected data have been analysed by SPSS program as mean. frequency, chi-square. t-test. F-test(ANOVA) and the results are as the follows; 1. Compared result of general characteristics of the two groups by $x^2$-test showed statistically significant difference between religion ($x^2$=10.375, p=.015) and educational background($x^2$=51.222. p=.000) 2. The t-test aimed to compare the degree of function of nursing management according to the position of nursing department is as the below: Compared result of the degree of the function of nursing management according to the areas has shown higher point in independent type(M=3.22) than in the type under the management of medical department(M=2.85) in the personnel and administrative activities of nursing department. the standard and regulation of nursing duty also showed higher point in independent than in the type under the management of medical department (M=3.37) and the education of nursing showed higher point in independent type(M=3.53) than in the type under the management of medical department(M=3.19) and the evaluation of nursing quality has shown higher point in independent type(M=3.33) than in the type under the management of medical department(M=3.05), The area which showed the highest difference of the degree of the function of nursing management between the two organizations was in the activities of personnel and administration management of nursing department (independent type M=3.22. the type under the management of medical department(M=2.85). The degree of function of general nursing management showed higher in independent type nursing organization than in the type under the management of medical department by 3.41 in independent type and 3.11 in the type under the management of medical department. The items which showed the lowest degree of function of nursing management of both organizations have been suitable nursing man power and distribution and the reflection of the opinion of nursing department. In conclusion. the degree of function of nursing management to be able to provide quality nursing for the hospital goal of quality medical works showed visibly higher in independent nursing organization than in the nursing organization under the management of medical department. Therefore it is desirable for the hospital to operate the nursing department in hospital organization by independent type rather than the type under the management of medical department and the chief of nursing department of the nursing organization of the type under the management of medical department should make effort to reform its structure to be able to establish the position of performing independent nursing management. And also the chief of the nursing organization of independent type should endeavor to build substantial independent type organization more than ever under the viewpoint of securing suitable nursing man power and the low degree of management in the reflection of the opinion of nursing department.

This study conducted frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis to determine the impact of quality control managers' perception and implementation of KS certification factory inspection evaluation items on follow-up management. Through a multiple linear regression model, the influence of KS certification officer's awareness and implementation of KS certification factory inspection on post management was found to have a positive (+) influence on post management, with implementation having a greater influence on post management than awareness. It was having an impact. The independent variable (perception) has a statistically significant impact on the mediating variable (execution), and in the stage of verifying the mediating effect, the influence of the independent variable (perception) on the dependent variable (follow-up management) has a statistically significant impact. , In the stage where the independent variable (perception) and the mediator (implementation) are input simultaneously, both the independent variable and the mediator have a statistically significant effect on the dependent variable, indicating that there is a mediation effect.

이 연구는 PP(방송채널사용사업) 현황을 진단하고, 특히 독립 PP의 실상을 구체적으로 파악하고자 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 14개 독립 PP를 선정하여 심층인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 독립 PP의 문제를 경영, 제작, 콘텐츠의 세 측면에서 분석하였다. 연구결과 독립 PP는 MPP에 비해 경영, 제작, 콘텐츠 모두에서 열악한 위상을 가지고 있음을 발견하였다. 독립 PP의 경영 구조는 매우 취약하였으며, 제작 환경도 좋지 않았다. 독립 PP들은 콘텐츠 제작 및 구매도 어려운 환경에 놓여 있으며, 지상파 재방 콘텐츠에 의존하는 등 제작보다는 유통에 치중하고 있는 실정이었다. 이는 PP시장의 불균형을 심화시키고, 궁극적으로는 한국의 콘텐츠 산업의 발전에 부정적인 결과를 초래하게 된다. 따라서 독립 PP의 위상을 높이기 위한 방안이 강구되어야 한다.

A suitable representation for the conceptual simplicity of the data in statistics and signal processing is essential for a subsequent analysis such as prediction, pattern recognition, and spatial analysis. Independent component analysis (ICA) is a statistical method for transforming an observed high-dimensional multivariate data into statistically independent components. ICA has been applied increasingly in wide fields of spectrum application since ICA is able to extract unknown components of a mixture from spectra. We focus on application of ICA for separating independent sources and predicting each composition using extracted components. The theory of ICA is introduced and an application to a metal surface spectra data will be described, where subsequent analysis using non-negative least square method is performed to predict composition ratio of each sample. Furthermore, some simulation experiments are performed to demonstrate the performance of the proposed approach.

In Korea, the school foodservice program has been expanding rapidly in recent years, partly as a result of increased government support. With the growth in the number of schools offering foodservice programs, food safety and sanitation concerns have been increasing. To assist with program improvement, a situation analysis was carried out, with the focus on equipment and sanitary management of school foodservice programs under flour different management systems. A questionnaire was mailed to the foodservice directors of 234 randomly selected schools chi[h included elementary, middle and high schools at the national level. Among them, one hundred and sixty-five responses reasonably completed were used for the analysis. This study classified each school's foodservice management into one of four types : independent-conventional, independent-commissary, contract-conventional, and contract-delivery. The results show that the monitoring of employees' health and personal hygiene, and employees' sanitary education was well conducted, but that the sanitary education of the voluntary parent workers was largely ignored. Eighty-six percent of the schools had their drinking water tested for sanitation, and the results showed that more effort is needed in careful management of drinking water in order to prevent foodborne illnesses and bacillary dysentery. In general, contract management showed lower scores in foodservice equipment and their efficiency, compared with independent management. A relatively high number of schools on the contract-delivery management system employed nurses and leachers instead of dietitians and foodservice directors. The adoption of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system was lowest in contract-conventional and contract-delivery management systems, and highest in elementary schools using the independent-conventional system.

The study estimated employee satisfaction to apply TQM system to hospital foodservice management. A survey was mailed to foodservice employees of five general hospitals with more than 300 beds, three of them were independent and two of them were contract foodservice management. A total of 129 questionnaires were returned and analyzed for statistical analysis. Statistical analysis was completed using SPSS for chi-square test, t-test and Pearson's correlation. The results of this study showed that employees of contract foodservice presented higher scores than independent foodservice in interests, affection, importance of works. And achievement of work was significantly different between contract and independent foodservice employees (p < 0.05). The satisfaction of payment adequacy was lower for contract foodservice employees (p < 0.05). The employees of both contract and independent foodservice were satisfied with attitude of foodservice managers toward employee. Attitude scores of foodservice employees toward co-worker were higher in independent foodservice. Employees of independent foodservice showed higher scores for the attitude toward institution represented satisfaction. (Korean J Nutrition 38(2): 173～179, 2005)

이 연구는 문헌정보와 아카이브적 측면에서 학생독립운동의 지식정보자원관리에 대한 효율적인 자료수집, 자료해제, DB구축과 아카이브를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구는 학생독립운동과 지식정보자원 관련 문헌적 고찰과 일제식민지 치하 학생독립운동 시발과 그 운동과정에서 생성된 자료들의 유통과 이들 자료들이 어떻게 관리되고 있는지에 대한 실제적 조사로 이루어졌다. 이들은 운동과 투옥 그리고 재판의 과정에서 다양한 문헌정보를 생산했으며 이것을 기반으로 정보자원관리와 아카이브가 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 학생독립운동의 지식정보자원에 대한 가치와 역량을 나타내고 진일보한 학생독립운동 연구와 발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.
