Entrepreneurship is considered as an important driver of economic growth, new firm creation, business rejuvenation& job creation. Over a period of time research within entrepreneurship literature has shifted from entrepreneur and his personality to his behavioral disposition. This has led to emergence of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) construct, which focuses on the process of entrepreneurship at firm level and it has emerged as the most widely researched area within entrepreneurship field. Though research in this field has been rigorous and exhaustive, still there have been concerns that researchers might have prematurely agreed on the composition, dimensionality, and nature of EO Construct. There has been considerable debate about whether EO Construct comprises three or five dimensions, about co-variance or independence of these dimensions and nature of construct whether formative or reflective. This article builds an argument about the multidimensional nature of EO construct comprising five dimensions, which vary independently and the fact that EO is better explained through formative construct rather than reflective one.

Most power plants have operated many independent computerize systems for maintenance. Independence of systems have caused complexity of business process and inconvenience of computer system management. Because the equipment and material master data is not standardize and structurize, it is difficult to manage equipment maintenance history and material delivery. Especially equipment classification criterion is important for standardization of every maintenance information. It is necessary to integrate function of independent systems for business process simplification and rapid work flow. this paper provides equipment classification criterion design and system integration method with the case of live system development.

A classification task requires an exponentially growing amount of computation time and number of observations as the variable dimensionality increases. Thus, reducing the dimensionality of the data is essential when the number of observations is limited. Often, dimensionality reduction or feature selection leads to better classification performance than using the whole number of features. In this paper, we study the possibility of utilizing the Markov blanket discovery algorithm as a new feature selection method. The Markov blanket of a target variable is the minimal variable set for explaining the target variable on the basis of conditional independence of all the variables to be connected in a Bayesian network. We apply several Markov blanket discovery algorithms to some high-dimensional categorical and continuous data sets, and compare their classification performance with other feature selection methods using well-known classifiers.

The purpose of the present study lies in understanding the historical context as well as regulatory and administrative restraints of records and archival management system of Korea, with the case of Korean Government Archives and Records Service(GARS). Insights gained from the historical analysis of GARS are expected to provide strategies to develop and reinvent GARS so that the national agency could be the basis of reforming Korean archival system in the future. The present study firstly reviews historical context of 1960s and 1970s, during which GARS was established, as well as its role and hierarchical standing in Korean administrative system. Second, its organizational system is analyzed, focusing on the extent of its specialization and organizational independence. Third, the study proposes to develop strategies to reinvent GARS through reinforcing the public records and archives management act(1999).

Sharing power data between electrical power grids is crucial in energy management. The multi-agent approach has been applied in various applications to improve the development of complex systems by making them both independent and collaborative. The smart grid is one of the most intricate systems that requires a higher level of independence, reliability, protection, and adaptability to user requests. In this paper, a multi-agent system is utilized to share knowledge and tackle challenges in smart grids. The shared information is used to make decisions that aid in power distribution management within the grid and with other networks. The proposed multi-agent mechanism improves the reliability of the power system by providing the necessary information at critical times. The results indicate that the multi-agent system operates efficiently and promptly, making it a highly promising candidate for smart grid management.

This paper aimed to examine core factors of the knowledge management and analyze their effects on organizational performance (employee satisfaction and competitive advantage). To accomplish this purpose, this study examined previous studies and summarized core factors of the knowledge management as people oriented, culture oriented and system oriented. 350 questionaries were distributed to the people living in Gumi. 327 questionaries were obtained and 302 data were analyzed by frequencies, correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study are as follows; First, we conducted exploratory factor analysis about three constructs (people oriented, culture oriented and system oriented) using oblique rotation method that did not assume independence among the factors and core factors of knowledge management were grouped together by three factors. Second, it is shown that three core factors of knowledge management have a positive influence on the employee satisfaction and competition (p<0.05). This study, however, have limitations in obtained sample and area. The future study should consider these limitations to improve model applicability in practice.

정부산하공공기관은 경영 자주성, 업무 전문성을 고려하여 기록물을 자체적으로 보존 관리할 것을 원칙으로 하고 있다. 정부산하공공기관을 위한 범용 기록관리시스템이 없는 상황에서 "정부산하공공기관 등 기록관리시스템 기능요건(NAK/S 24:2014(v1.0))" 표준의 제정은 각 기관이 자체적으로 기록관리시스템을 구축할때 공통적으로 고려해야 될 기능요건과 시스템 방향성을 일치시킨다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서는 표준에서 제안하는 기능요건을 분석하고, 기록관리시스템 구축 사례를 중심으로 표준의 기능요건을 적용하기 위한 절차와 방안을 제시하였다.

Even though the distance education via web has a great advantage to overcome time and space, its problem is that the management of trainees is not efficient compared with classroom and group education. This problem is a great obstacle to the objects and achievement standards of distance education, giving controversial arguments to the advocators of distance education. Distance educators need to monitor the trainees'participation and responses continuously and offer appropriate feedback to the trainees. However, the existing distance education system only focuses on teaching and learning activities, and as a result, the efficient management function of distance education is not available. Accordingly, the study attempts to find out the appropriate managing elements of distance teacher training in order to effectively achieve the goals of teacher training and the efficient management of distance education. Also, it proposes distance teacher training management system that offers appropriate feedback to trainees, applying the derived elements of distance teacher training to the training processes. To verify the efficiency of the system, hypotheses on related items of distance teacher education and learning types are suggested, and the achievement degree of learning and its relations are investigated through questionnaire of learning types. In addition, a system using UML which is the standard of object-oriented modeling language is devised, so. that mutual management, language independence and convenient development environment as well as reusability can be offered, and so the design standardization and efficient system realization could be achieved, while flexible change of system according to education process and computing environment is possible.

Since 1986, domestic sewage treatment plants have installed and operated biogas plants that produce biogas (digested gas) using food, livestock manure and sewage sludge as part of the use of alternative energy for energy independence. Despite concerns about safety accidents and risks of large-scale accidents due to the continuous expansion of biogas plants, the Ministry of Environment has managed and supervised biogas plants to be environmental plants, focusing on environmental management. There is a lack of safety awareness of workers' processes. Only recently has the process safety management (PSM) system been implemented in biogas plants, but workers' perceptions of process safety have changed. As there is a difference in the degree of safety process management and safety awareness among workers, it is necessary to establish clear and systematic safety management standards. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to examine whether the application of the plant safety management (PSM) system to biogas plants is effective for workers' safety awareness in order to ensure safe operation of biogas plants and prevent workers' safety accidents in advance.
