  • The airline industry has been growing steadily since 2016 with more than 100 million air passengers, renewing the largest number of air passengers every year. Increasing air demand leads to an increase in air traffic in limited airspace, increasing the likelihood of accidents between aircraft. Due to the massive human and material damage caused by a single mistake, aviation safety is being heavily focused around the world to efficiently use limited airspace. Studies related to various human factors are underway as most of the aviation accidents are found to be caused by human factors, but research on human factors by controllers is insufficient while they are active in terms of control and operation. Given that 82% of air accidents caused by controllers are caused by human error, the importance of management of human error and changes in perception are urgently needed. This study aims to understand the seriousness of the controller's human error by analyzing the accident cases caused by the controller's human error using TEM to identify threats and errors and derive common human factors.

  • This study analyzed the impact of YouTube creator characteristics and channel access factors on the intention to continue watching content, noting that the development of the digital media environment has diversified media audiences' content preferences and access routes. Specifically, we analyzed the effects of YouTube creator trustworthiness, attractiveness, familiarity, and social influence, as well as the effects of recommendation services on perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and perceived enjoyment. The study found that creator credibility and recommendation service had a positive impact on the perceived usefulness of content, while intimacy and charm were important factors in increasing the easy of use and playfulness of content. These perceived usefulness, ease, and playfulness also had a strong positive impact on users' intention to continue watching the channel. This suggests that trust and intimate relationships with creators and appropriate content recommendations play an important role in increasing user satisfaction and channel persistence. The significance of this study's analysis of creator and channel access factors based on the extended technology acceptance model is that it shows the potential for extending and applying the existing technology acceptance model to the digital content environment.

화장의 사회.심리적 기대효과에 따른 화장이미지와 자의식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Makeup Image and Self-Consciousness According to the Level of Expected Socio-Psychological Effect of Makeup)

  • This study was made to investigate the differences in Korean woman's perceived makeup image and self-consciousness according to their expectation level in socio-psychological effect of makeup, and to gather information needed for the better understanding of cosmetics consumers and more effective marketing activities of cosmetics industries. Normative-descriptive survey method using questionnaire was employed for the present study. The survey was conducted in August 2001 and the sample consisted of 942 women between the ages of 18 and 50 residing in Seoul and Kyungi province. Data were analyzed by SPSS package. Factor analysis, ANOVA, and MANOVA were employed for the analysis of the data. The results are as follows : (1) Six factors emerged from the data related to the category of expected socio-psychological effect of makeup. Those factors were named as "increasing positiveness", "refreshment", "covering weakness", "self-expression", "consideration for others", and "the tool for self-change". Four factors were found in the category of makeup image, and the factors were named as "refinement", "nobility", "favorable impression ", and "personality ". (2) There was a tendency that those who highly expect the socio-psychological effect of makeup have more positive self-image. Considering this differences in self-image according to the level of expected socio-psychological effect of makeup. service activities for the consumers' positive opinion and attitude to the effect of makeup are needed, and it seems that those service activities will have a good influence on the consumers' emotional health. (3) Subjects with higher level of social anxiety showed higher expectations in refreshment, covering weakness and self-expression. Considering this trend, marketers have to make an constant effort for the variety of cosmetics and makeup manner by which consumers satisfy their expectation in makeup. It seems that the satisfaction of their expectation on the help of makeup effect will contribute to lessen social anxiety, and to get emotional stability. (4) Subjects with higher personal self-anxiety showed higher expectations of the effect. "increase of positiveness". 휴반용 분무기의 Nozzle에 관한 연구(I) (A Study on the Wide Reach Nozzle of Sprayer(I))

  • Nozzle is a part of sprayer and is consists of several elements; swirl plate, vortexchamber, cap and body. The travelling distance of sprayed particles is important in the wide reach nozzle. The factors to influence the travelling distance of the sprayed particles may be the helical angle of swirl plate, the distance of vortex hamber, the slope and the size of cap hole. The study was conducted to examine the effects of these factors on the travelling distance. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1) There was higher positive correlation(+0.96) between the maximum travelling distance for which amount of sprayed particles was 5cc/cm min. and centro-position of the travelling distance. 2) There was a higher positive correlation(+0.85) between total discharge of sprayed particles and the centro-position of the travelling distance. 3) Main effects and interaction effects of helical angle, pressure, vortex chamber distance and cap slope were significantly affected the travelling distance of sprayed particles. 4) Main effects of helical angle, pressure and cap slope were especially highly significant to influence the travelling disance. 5) Helical angle, pressure, vortex chamber distance and cap slope influenced spraying forward velocity of dise hole, among which cap slope and pressure of nozzle was the most important factors. 6) Effect of change of helical angle on the travelling distance of sprayed particles, was generally a quadratic, the least value of the distance being showed about $45^{\circ}$ and the largest at about $15^{\circ}\;and\;55^{\circ}$, the decreasing rate of the change between $15^{\circ};and\;25^{\circ}$ was very small. 7) Effect of change of pressure on the travelling distance sprayed particles was generally a linear, the increasing rate of the charge was about 1.68, which was the most effective compared to the change of the other factors. 8) Effect of change of vortex chamber distance on the spraying distance was also generally a linear, the increasing rate being about 0.16, which was the least effective. 9) Effect of change of cap slope on the travelling distance was also generally a linear, the increasing rate was about 0.61 and its effect was about medium.

Gender Differences in Continuance Intention of On-line Shopping Services

  • Given the extensive role of IS in everyday life and the increasing presence of women in IS users, understanding gender differences in individual technology continuance usage decisions is an important issue. Nevertheless, much of the large body of research on gender differences has just examined mean differences between women and men in terms of abilities, usage habit, and traits. Even though lots of psychology studies have shown that women, more than men, were influenced by affective factors, gender-affection-continuance use linkage has not been examined in the context of on-line shopping services. Therefore, the primary purpose of this paper is to seek to examine gender differences in terms of influence of affective factor in the context of IS continuance use. Meanwhile, IS continuance has been an important subject of study in the IT research area. To date, to explain why and how users are motivated to continue to use on-line shopping services, lots of theory-based research such as expectation-confirmation model (ECM) has been proposed. In particular, various affective factors have been proposed to explain continuance use of on-line shopping services recently. Affective factors have been regarded as essential factors for increasing relational strength and satisfaction. Several affective factors have been studied by prior IS adoption and continuance studies. Among them are enjoyment and anxiety. In IS continuance research, positive affect has been commonly and narrowly conceptualized and measured as the enjoyment which a person derives from using computers. Hence, in this study, we introduced intimacy factor, which was conceptually related to the quality of interactions and relationships in previous research. It also has been regarded as essential factors for strengthening human relationships. As a result, we have observed gender effect while examining intimacy-continuance bond. As expected based on the previous literatures, women seem to be more sensitive in affective factors. The contribution point here is that we find evidence in the context of on-line shopping services.

소방응급의료서비스 향상을 위한 평가요인의 중요도에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Importance of Evaluation Factors for Improvement of Fire Emergency Medical Service)

  • This study is performed to determine the priorites of the evaluation factors for the improvement of fire emergency medical service by increasing it's efficiency to protect the people's lives effectively, and by recognizing it's mid-long term development. Based on the output of the analysis, the critical evaluation factors of the fire emergency medical services to be improved shall be identified, and shall be intended to use strategically for increasing the efficiency of all the activity in the EMT service, and also for providing the basic date to product and manage the good quality services. To calculate the priority of the evaluation factor for each level as shown on this study, AHP(anaysis hierarchy process) with pairwise comparison method is applied. According to the priority analysis for the evaluation factors in main category (evaluation zone), 'medical service professional aspect' is recognized as highest one, and 'service infrastructure aspect', 'service management aspect' are indicated in order. According to the priority analysis for the evaluation factors in evaluation index, 'professional personal arrangement' in the service infrastructure aspect, 'appropriateness and timeliness of emergency medical care' in the medical service professional aspect, and 'clinical training' in the service management aspect are respectively recognized as most important factors.

퇴비화 첨가재인 톱밥의 공기투과성에 미치는 영향요인 및 기여도 평가에 관한 연구 (Estimation on Affecting Factors and Contribution Rate for Air Permeability of Sawdust as Bulking Agent on Composting)

  • 본 연구에서는 퇴비화공정에서 첨가재로 주로 사용되는 톱밥을 대상으로 톱밥 내 공기투과성 변화에 영향을 미치고 있는 요인별 특성과 총차감압력에 미치는 기여도를 평가하였다. 공기투과성 변화에의 영향요소로서 층류속도(v), 난류속도($v^2$), 수분함량(MC*v), 공기공극률(AFP*v), 입자크기(SIZE*v)를 선정하여 차감압력 산정을 위한 회귀식을 제시하였다. 차감압력에의 증가요인은 층류속도(v)와 입자크기(SIZE*v)이며, 감소요인은 난류속도($v^2$), 수분함량(MC*v), 공기공극률(AFP*v)이다. 공기유입속도를 높이면 총차감압력이 지속적으로 증가하였으며, 이러한 총차감압력 변화에 영향을 크게 미치는 증가요인은 입자크기(SIZE*v)이며, 감소요인은 공기공극률(AFP*v)이다. 또한 총차감압력에의 증가기여도는 낮은 유속에서는 층류속도(v)가 높은 유속에서는 입자크기(SIZE*v)의 기여도가 높았으며, 감소기여도는 공기공극률(AFP*v)이 가장 높았다. 반면에 수분함량 변화에 따른 총차감압력 변화는 그리 크지 않았다. 따라서 총차감압력은 증가요인보다는 감소요인인 공기공극률(AFP*v)과 수분함량(MC*v)에 의하여 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구결과로서, 효율적 퇴비화공정을 위하여는 적정 수분함량 유지와 함께 공기공극률이 높은 첨가재를 선정하여 공기투과성을 향상시키는 방법이 적절할 것이다.

잡 크래프팅(Job Crafting)이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 -주도적 행동의 매개효과- (The Effect of Job Crafting on Organization Effectiveness - Mediating Role of Proactive Behavior -)

  • 본 연구는 잡 크래프팅이 조직유효성에 영향을 미치는 메커니즘에서 주도적 행동의 매개역할을 고찰하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 통해서 다음과 같은 이론적 및 실천적 측면에 기여하고자 하였다. 첫째, 잡 크래프팅, 주도적 행동, 조직유효성 간의 새로운 발현 기제를 증명하여 이를 통해 이론적 논의를 확장하고자 하였다. 둘째, 실증된 잡 크래프팅, 주도적 행동, 조직유효성 간 발현 기제를 토대로 국내 조직 구성원에게 적용될 수 있는 실천적 시사점을 제공하여 조직 구성원의 직무만족을 더 높이고 이직의도를 줄이는 일터 환경을 조성하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 독립변수인 잡 크래프팅 행동을 구조적 직무자원 증가, 사회적 직무자원 증가, 도전적 직무요구 증가, 방해적 직무요구 감소의 네 가지 유형으로 분류하였으며 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 잡 크래프팅의 하위요소인 구조적 직무자원 증가, 사회적 직무자원 증가 및 도전적 직무요구 증가는 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구조적 직무자원 증가, 사회적 직무자원 증가 및 도전적 직무요구 증가는 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 잡 크래프팅은 주도적 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 주도적 행동은 잡 크래프팅의 하위요소인 구조적 직무자원 증가, 사회적 직무자원 증가 및 도전적 직무요구 증가와 직무만족 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 주도적 행동은 구조적 직무자원 증가 및 사회적 직무자원 증가와 이직의도 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 잡 크래프팅이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 대한 이해를 제공하고 있으며 향후 잡 크래프팅에 관한 연구에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

Factors Affecting Income from Public Agricultural Land Use: An Empirical Study from Vietnam

  • The study aims to determine the factors and their influence on the income from using public agricultural land of households. Public agricultural land is agricultural land, including land for growing annual crops, perennial crops, and land for aquaculture, leased by commune-level People's Committees with a lease term of not more than 5 years. Secondary data were collected for the 2017-2021 period at state agencies. Primary data were collected from a survey of 150 households renting public agricultural land. The regression model assumed that there were 28 factors belonging to 7 groups. The test results show that 25 factors affect income, and 03 factors do not. The group of COVID-19 pandemic factors has the strongest impact, followed by the groups of agricultural product market factors, land factors, capital factors, production cost factors, labor factors, and climatic factors. The impact rate of COVID-19 pandemic factors is the largest (23.00%); The impact rate of climatic factors is the smallest (6.04%). Proposals to increase income include good implementation of disease prevention and control; increasing the land lease term; accurately forecasting the supply and demand of the agricultural market; raising the level of the household head; ensuring sufficient production capital, and adapting to the climate.
