This paper presents the results of the effects on the inclusion of the pigment in the color asphalt mixture. The particle size of the pigment is extremely finer than that of the filler and should be reduced the amount of the filler used. It was found in the present practise that the total weight of 2% of the pigment in the weight of the total aggregate was used during the mix design. The extra inclusion of the pigment in the mixture increased the amount of the filler and affected on the volumetric properties such as void ratio and VMA. It has related with the performance and distress of the pavement and found that the mechanical properties have decreased.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary inclusion of phytase on the growth performance, organ weight, and tibia ash of broilers. A total of 1008 one-day-old Ross 308 broiler chicks (mixed gender) with body weight 42 ± 0.90 g (mean ± SD) were used in a trial for 32 d. Chicks were assigned to one of the two treatment diets. Each treatment consisted of 28 replicate cages, with 18 birds per cage. The dietary treatments were as follows: CON, basal diet; TRT1, basal diet + phytase 1,500 Fan Terminal Unit (FTU)/kg diet. Dietary inclusion of 1,500 FTU/kg phytase supplementation in broilers showed only slight improvements in daily feed intake (P=0.086) and feed conversion ratio (P=0.065) on day 9 compared with that in the control group. However, organ weights of the breast muscle, liver, spleen, kidney, and bursa of Fabricius were not affected by the dietary treatments. In addition, the dietary inclusion of 1,500 FTU/kg phytase supplementation in the broiler diet had no effect on tibia ash. The addition of 1,500 FTU/kg phytase in the basal diet of broilers did not have any adverse effect on growth performance, organ weight, and tibia ash, suggesting that phytase supplementation in broiler diets will exhibit comparable effects as that of corn-soybean meal-based diet.
Substantially improved methods for the preparation of europium-doped yttrium oxide red phosphor with the inclusion of alkali metal halides having a general formula $(Y_{1-x}Eu_x)_2O_3$:MX where 0.025${\leq}$x${\leq}$0.2 and MX is alkali halide in the mole ratio 0.025 to 0.6, more preferably between 0.05 to 0.2 mole, are reported. Another series of the red phosphor materials with general formula $(Y_{1-x-y}Gd_xEu_y)_2O_3$:MX where 0.05${\leq}$x${\leq}$0.40 and 0.025${\leq}$y${\leq}$0.20 and MX is alkali halide in the mole ratio 0.025 to 0.5, more preferably between 0.1 to 0.2 mole, has also been presented. The inclusion of alkali halide greatly increase the luminance of the materials. The materials are very soft with fine particle size less than 100nm. The phosphorescent materials have good luminance in VUV region.

Although the problems of defects and nonmetallic inclusion in metal fatigue are very complicated it is particularly important to view these problems from the perspective that defects and inclusions are virtually equivalent to small cracks. This concept will help us to understand various fatigue phenomena caused by graphite of Ductile cast iron. Therefore in this study different ferrite-pearlite matrix structure and pheroidal ratio of graphite of 70%, 80% and 90% GCD40 , GCD45-2 series have been carried out rotary bending fatigue test estimated the maxi-mum size of graphite investigated correlation. It was concluded as follows : (1) in ductile cast iron which have various spheroidal ratio of graphite the fatigue limit C series of 90% spheroidal ratio of graphite is the highest. While A series of 70% spheroidal ratio of graphite is the lowest (2) fatigue limit was predicted by vickers hardness(Hv) of matrix {{{{ SQRT {area } }}}} of maximum size graphite inputting Murakami and Endo's formula.

Objective: This study was to evaluate the sunflower cake and enzymatic complex fed to broilers from 22 to 42 d of age. Methods: In a completely randomized design, a total of 850 birds were allotted in a $2{\times}5$ factorial scheme (with and without enzymatic complex) and five inclusion levels (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) of sunflower cake. There were 5 replications and 17 birds in each experimental unit. Data from performance, carcass yield and intestinal morphology were evaluated. Results: Feed intake, weight gain, final weight and feed:gain ratio linearly worsened as sunflower cake increased. For weight gain, final weight and feed:gain ratio, the birds whose diets contained levels of 15% and 20% of sunflower cake showed worse values (p<0.05) than the birds fed the control diet. When fed the enzymatic complex, birds improved (p<0.05) crypt depth and villus:crypt ratio in the jejunum. As inclusion levels of sunflower cake increased, villus depth and villus:crypt ratio in duodenum, jejunum and ileum linearly reduced and the crypt depth linearly increased. Carcass yield linearly reduced as sunflower cake increased. Conclusion: Based on performance, sunflower cake can be used up to 10% in broilers feeding from 21 to 42 days of age.
Inclusion complex of sulfamethoxazole with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ was prepared by freeze-drying method in molar ratios of 1:1, 1:1.25, 1:1.5 and 1:1.75, and the complex formation was identified by ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopies, powder X-ray diffractometry and differential scanning calorimetry. Dissolution rate and solid state stability of the complex were investigated in comparison with those of sulfamethoxazole powder and the physical mixture of sulfamethoxazole with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$. As a result, the dissolution rate and the stability of solid complexes in various relative humidity conditions increased more remarkably than those of sulfamethoxazole powder and physical mixture. But the difference according to molar ratio of the complex was not recognized.
Mesothermal, tellurium-bearing gold-silver vein mineralization of the Yuryang mine was formed in mineralogically complex quartz-sulfide veins that filled the fault fractures in Precambrian gneiss within Gyeonggi Massif. Ore grades average 179 g/ton gold with a gold/silver ratio of 1.5 : 1. Ore mineralization was deposited in single stage. Major ore mineralization can be divided into two mineralization phases with increasing paragenetic time: Fe-sulfide and base-metal mineralization phase $\rightarrow$ telluride mineralization phase. Effective thermal conductivity of particulate reinforced composite has been predicted by Eshelby's equivalent inclusion method modified with Mori-Tanaka's mean field theory. The predicted results are compared with the experimental results from the literature. The model composite is polymer matrix filled with ceramic particles such as silica, alumina, and aluminum nitride. The preliminary examination by Eshelby type model shows that the predicted results are in good agreements with the experimental results for the composite with perfect spherical filler. As the shape of filler deviates from the perfect sphere, the predicted error increases. By using the aspect ratio of the filler deduced from the fixed filler volume fraction of 30%, the predicted results coincide well with the experimental results for filler volume fraction of 40% or less. Beyond this fraction, the predicted error increases rapidly. It can be finally concluded from the study that Eshelby type model can be applied to predict the thermal conductivity of the particulate composite with filler volume fraction less than 40%.
A problem of a circular elastic inhomogeneity interacting with a crack under uniform loadings (mechanical tension and heat flux at infinity) is solved. The singular. integral equations for edge and temperature dislocation distribution functions are constructed and solved numeric-ally, to obtain the stress intensity factors. The effects of the material property ratio on the stress intensity factor (SIF) are investigated. The computed SIFs are used to predict the kink angle of the crack when the crack grows.

This paper presents a study on the selection of optimal mix proportions for producing lightweight pre-foam concrete as a substitute for Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete (ALC) without the accelerated curing. The study was conducted using a rapid hardening binder made from by-products of the steel industry as the primary raw material. The experimental results established the optimal mix proportions, which included retarder content, water/binder ratio, foam content, and fiber inclusion amount, for the production of lightweight foam concrete. The optimal mix proportion was determined to have a retarder content at the minimum amount required to secure the working time, W/B of 35%, a foam content limited to 65% or less, and a fiber inclusion amount of 0.05% or less.
