본 연구에서는 인체를 통신채널로 사용하는 PAN(Personal Area Network) 중에서 생체 센서(Bio sensor)에 적합한 인체통신 방식을 제안한다. 생체센서용 통신시스템은 인체내외의 센서에서 수집된 대량의 정보가 허리나 팔 등에 장착된 수신부로 고속 전송할 수 있어야 한다. 제안된 모뎀은 인체채널에 대한 특성을 분석하여 특성이 우수한 10MHz의 저주파 대역을 사용하며 저 전력과 소형화에 유리한 기저대역 통신방식으로 설계되었다. 설계된 모뎀은 20cm거리에서 $BER=10^{-5}$로 5Mbps까지 전송이 가능하며, $2{\times}2cm$의 초소형으로 구현하고 동작을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 입원한 알콜의존환자가 지각하는 신체상, 정서표현신념 및 의사소통 능력의 정도와 상관관계를 파악하고 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 J시 소재 2개 정신전문병원과 S시에 소재한 1개 정신전문병원에 입원 중인 151명의 알코올의존 환자들을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2018년 10월 11일부터 11월 20일 까지였다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0을 이용하여 T-test, ANOVA, 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀 분석을 사용하였다. 알코올의존 환자의 신체상과 정서표현 신념은 유의한 부적 상관관계, 신체상과 의사소통능력은 정적 상관관계가 있었고. 정서표현신념과 의사소통능력은 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 신체상, 학력, 정서표현신념이었고 총 설명력은 24.9%였다. 따라서 알코올의존환자의 의사소통 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 긍정적인 신체상을 가지도록하며 정서표현신념을 낮출 필요가 있다. 본 연구결과가 알코올 의사소통능력을 향상시키는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The largest advantage of magnetic micromachine is wireless operation. This advantage makes it suitable for medical micromachine working inside the human body. In the medical field, low invasion treatment is very important From this point of view, very small machines working in the body without power supply cables meet the needs of the medical field. In this paper, we report about magnetic wireless actuators for medical applications.

The major challenge in wireless body area networks (WBAN) is setting up a protected communication between data consumers and a body area network controller while meeting the security and privacy requirements. This paper proposes efficient and secure data communication in WBANs using a Twofish symmetric algorithm and ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption with constant size ciphertext; in addition, the proposed scheme incorporates policy updating to update access policies. To the best of the author's knowledge, policy updating in WBAN has not been studied in earlier works. The proposed scheme is evaluated in terms of message size, energy consumption, and computation cost, and the results are compared with those of existing schemes. The result shows that the proposed method can achieve higher efficiency than conventional methods.

본 논문은 몸과 마음으로 표시할 수 있는 기본적인 몸과 마음의 방정식을 로미오와 줄리엣에 기반한 사랑 모델을 적용하고 외력은 인가한 상태에서 심신일여의 체육사상의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 몸과 마음이 하나인 심신일원론과 몸과 마음이 나누어지는 심신이원론의 비선형 거동에 대하여 시계열과 위상 공간으로 나타내고, 이들 사이의 차이점을 확인한다.

This paper aims to look into various symbolic meanings of the body shown in the film, Avatar (2009, James Cameron), and to ponder over a variety of media strategies carried by the pursuit of the corporality shown in this film. In a nutshell, the body in Avatar is a symbol of primitiveness rather than civilization, and the body language is a fundamental and effective means of communication much better than verbal language. A variety of physical contacts that appeared in many scenes of the movie emphasizes the role of the body as a means of real communication. Also, in the composition of the film dominated by the confrontation of civilization, numerous creatures in the planet Pandora with a variety of colors as well as a number of agencies and large body sizes express primitive richness. The narrative of the film telling the story of a 'moving' body ultimately emphasizes the superiority of the body with respect to consciousness, unlike the narrative of conventional movies dealing with the problems of the body. In addition, the corporality pursued by this film implies several important media strategies. It may reveal a self-reflection of the material civilization and the imperialism, or, on the contrary, an attempt to conceal or dilute them. It may also represent a self-reflection of the overdeveloped media technology, or simply the dilution of it. Finally, it may be an attempt to recover the feeling of "presence", not fully supported by the 3D technology, by the identification of the spectator's body and the character's body.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of adolescents' body image and communication with their parents on the alienation of male and female middle school students. The subjects were 253 middle school students. The data were analyzed with SPSS win 18.0 using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test and stepwise regression. The findings showed that problematic communication with the father was the strongest factor in explaining the alienation of male middle school students. The second strongest factor was the middles school student's open communication with the mother, and the third strongest factor was the middle school student's perception of physical health. Unlike male students, open communication with the father was the strongest factor in explaining the alienation of female middle school students. Problematic communication with the mother was the second strongest factor. Perception of physical appearance was the third strongest, and perception of physical health was the fourth strongest factor. Based on the results of the study, implications were discussed in terms of the alienation of male and female middle school students.

This study aimed to systematically review the available body awareness interventions in patients with musculoskeletal disorders. A total of 3,462 studies were searched in relevant databases using the search keywords, and six studies that met the selection criteria after review were included in the final analysis. The qualitative level of the studies was classified using the five levels of evidence-based classification, and systematic analysis was conducted according to PICO model (patient/population, intervention, comparison and outcomes). Of the six studies included in the final analysis, there were one, three, and two randomized controlled trials, non-randomized two-group studies, and case reports, respectively. Body awareness therapy was applied to patients with idiopathic scoliosis, non-specific musculoskeletal disorder, hip osteoarthritis, and amputation, who showed positive improvements after the interventions. Our results suggested that body awareness therapy is an important intervention with positive effects on the recovery of patients with musculoskeletal disorders.

Body temperature plays an important role in medicine, some diseases are characterized by changes in human body temperature. Monitoring body temperature also allows doctors to monitor the effectiveness of medical treatments. Accurate body temperature measurement is key to detecting fevers, especially fevers related to infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus that caused the recent Covid-19 pandemic in the world. The solution of measuring body temperature using a thermal camera is fast but has a high cost and is not suitable for some organizations with difficult economic conditions today. Use a medical thermometer to measure body temperature directly for a slow rate, making it easier to spread disease from person to person. In this paper, we propose a completely automatic body temperature measurement system that can adjust the height according to the person taking the measurement, has a measurement logging system and is monitored via the internet. Experimental results show that the proposed method has successfully created a fully automatic human body measurement system. Furthermore, this research also helps the school's scientists and students gain more knowledge and experience to apply Internet of Things technology in real life.

체내 통신은 인체를 통신 매체로 하여 신호를 전송하는 무선 통신 방식이다. 체내 통신 방식은 체내와 송수신 시스템 그리고 외부 접지를 통한 하나의 전류 패스를 형성함으로써 이루어지는데, 인공 와우와 같은 신경 보철 장치의 경우 피하에 이식되어 있기 때문에 외부 접지를 사용하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 접지의 영향을 받지 않는 체내 통신을 제안하여 신경 보철 장치를 위한 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 이식된 보철 장치의 체내에 위치한 전극으로의 신호 전송이 가능하도록 설계되었다. 효과적인 통신을 위하여 실험동물의 피부 위 실험 및 피하 실험을 통해 신호 전송 특성을 조사하였으며, 피부 위 실험의 경우 약 10MHz, 피하 실험의 경우 약 3MHz 이상의 주파수 대역에서 최대 전송 이득을 가지는 것을 확인하였다. 본 시스템은 데이터 전송률 480kbps를 갖는 pulse width modulation (PWM) 방식을 사용한 인공 와우용 내부 전류 자극기에 적용하여 그 성능을 입증하였다.
