관수로 시스템 수리진단 기법 개발 (Development of the Hydraulic Inspection Method for Irrigation Pipeline Systems)

  • For improving the flow capacity of pipeline system the hydraulic inspection method was developed conducting on-site with survey of pipeline facility such as diversion work, air vent, etc. and pipe network analysis. The pipe network analysis method determine pipe diameter with trial and error. The validity of the hydraulic inspection method proved adapting on S-district pipeline system.

  • 이동무선 채널 하에서 QPSK 시스템의 성능을 개선시키기 위하여 파일롯 심볼 삽입 기법을 이용하여 성능개선을 시도하였다. 먼저 이동무선 채널에서 파일롯 심볼 삽입 기법을 이용한 시스템을 모델링하고 이를 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 평가하였다. 제안된 시스템의 성능은 보정 기법을 적용하지 않은 시스템에 비해 현저한 성능 개선을 가져왔다.

  • In order to densify LAS(Lithuim Aluminosilicate)system compounds, we used metal alkoxides as precursors. Also Mg was added by sol-gel method using metal alkoxides to the LAS system for improving the sinterability, thermal and mechanical properties. The result was that the synthesizing temperature was lowered about 10$0^{\circ}C$, the sintering temperature was lowered by over 10$0^{\circ}C$ and MOR of samples from metal alkoxides was two times larger than that of sample form oxide.

  • The PCI 2.2 spec introduces Delayed Transaction mechanism to improve system performance for target device with slow local bus. But this mechanism has some restriction since target device doesn't know prefetch data size. So, we propose a new mechanism, which target device prefetch exact data on local bus, to improve data rate on PCI or local interface. The simulation results showed that the proposed mechanism more improves system performance than the Delayed Transaction mechanism.

  • This paper constitutes the simulator of the serial production line using Extended Petri Nets. We analyze each operations and effect of machine down, calculating the performance measures for improving the capability of manufacturing system. The performance measures are system efficiency, average utilization of machines, average buffer level, and so on. We intend to present the information of the operation states and various problem occurring in the systems.

  • In this paper we describe the shape measuring technique and system with a non-contractive sensor, composed of slit-ray projector and solid-state camera. For improving the accuracy and preventing measuring dead point, this sensor part is attached to the end of robot, and each sensing is executed after one step moving. By patching these sensing data, whole measuring data is constructed. The calibration between sensor and world coordinate is implemented through the specific calibration block by transformation matrix method. The result of experiment was satisfactory.

  • A new control method of solar cell output using PWM chopper is described. Theoretical analysis and comparision for all sorts of system are also discussed for improving photovoltic system efficiency. It is expected that the result of this study will be utilized to some other DC or AC application equipments.

  • DGNSS(Differential GNSS) may be the most feasible positioning system to users who need the precise positioning in the future. A number of countries have carried out research and test about DGNSS based on the marine radiobeacon for improving positioning accuracy. This paper describes the status of DGNSS in the world and the system charactersitics. In special , DGNSS network of Korea to be constructed is discussed. And then DGNSS, which are operating for test, is analyzed by an experimental approach.

  • This paper describes an adaptive beamformer which improves the frequency characteristics of the AMNOR system. The proposed beamformer uses a bank of filters to calculate the frequency degradation in each subband. In the process ofdesigning the beamformer, the filter coefficients are updated to minimize the power of the difference between a fictitious desired signal and the output under the permissible degradation value in each subband. Simulation results demonstrating the improved performances of the proposed method are presented.
