The study is devoted to substantiation of directions of intensification of development of small innovative enterprise, which has a significant impact on the overall innovation activity of the country and promotes innovative development, transition to more advanced technological systems. The outlined role of small business in innovative development in the direction of intensifying innovation in the economy, improving organization and production, as well as in the form of direct participation in the innovation process, production of science-intensive products, stimulating demand for innovation. A group of factors hindering the development of small innovative entrepreneurship was identified, including: financial aspects of the activity, shortcomings of organizational and communicative nature, underdeveloped technology market, information plan problems, internal production problems of small business, market problems. The directions of intensification of the development of small innovative entrepreneurship are substantiated, namely: financial and credit support of small innovative entrepreneurship; introduction of tax incentives; material and technical support; nationwide intensification of innovation activity; information support; development of innovation infrastructure. The involvement of the outlined directions of intensification of small innovative entrepreneurship will help to obtain a synergistic effect of innovative development of both small innovative business structures and the economy as a whole.

The purpose of this paper is to seek the development direction of the studies on improving of broadcasting language, by examining the fruits and the limitations of existing research. Firstly, this paper makes sure that the study on improving of broadcasting language is one of the subtypes of study on broadcasting language. Then the current state of the studies on improving of broadcasting language is analyzed by genre, problem, and assessment standard. According to this analysis, existing research is concentrated too much in certain genres such as current affairs and news, but also in certain problems such as accuracy or publicness infractions. Finally, this paper concludes by suggesting three development directions of the future studies on improving of broadcasting language as follows: (1) Accuracy or publicness related problems need no more studies on themselves but continuous and systematic monitoring and institutional device. (2) We need more interest and research on language used in certain genres such as TV home shopping and commercial break. (3) Fairness or soundness related problems need more studies on themselves, because the judgement or assessment standard of these problems is not only difficult to find out, but also in need of viewer and listener awareness investigation and social agreement procedure.

The road construction near the existing lighter's wharf has completed but the lighter's wharf has been still unavailable and neglected. Therefore, the site needs the urgent measures to clean up and properly take advantage of the lighter's wharf. This study sought to improve the regional amenities and revitalize the coastal environment by creating an environment-friendly waterfront park utilizing features of the existing lighter's wharf as part of improvement measures. In addition, surveys were conducted to develop an waterfront park capable of effectively using the land and improving the cleanliness and safety of the coastal scenic beauty, leading to various meaningful opinions on the residents' awareness of the potential park site, the facilities necessary for the park, the development directions of the park and the timing of park development. If an waterfront park is created through the residents' participation, It can share a sustainable utility value of the coastal area. Therefore, this will result in boosting the connection with redevelopment plan for the North Port, along with improving the quality of the residents' life, strengthening Busan's status as a maritime tourism city.

Natural ventilation is an effective method for improving IAQ(Indoor Air Quality) and removing heats in buildings. In oder to use natural ventilation, many factors such as wind pressure around the buildings and possibility of air intake on different shapes need to be known. On this paper, the natural ventilation performance in multi-housing units of tower-type buildings was investigated. Tower-type multi-housing buildings are recently more and more constructed for they may change urban landscape and get more openness in multi-housing site. However, such housing buildings have problems with natural ventilation because of the various directions of the building units. The purpose of this paper is to find the proper building direction regarding to wind direction in order to optimize air intake in every units in the building.

The aim of this paper is to find directions for improving creativity education in a research-oriented college of engineering. As a method, we interviewed 17 professors and 7 students from a research-oriented college of engineering in Seoul, South Korea and learned about their experiences related to creativity education. As a result, we were able to identify 6 topics on which the interviewees' opinions vary. We found that most professors we interviewed did not think creativity was important in their classrooms as they thought passing on engineering knowledge was more important in foundational engineering education, and creativity is hard to define. However, their evaluation method in class showed that they valued creativity, and were trying to teach creativity with little success. Also, while the professors thought they needed more communication with the students to improve creativity education, the students thought they needed more autonomy. In consideration of our findings, we proposed 4 directions for improving creativity education in a research-oriented college of engineering. First, shift perspective on the foundational education for engineering. Second, connect basic curriculum and extracurricular activities. Third, actively connect basic curriculum with the industry. Finally, provide appropriate facilities that enable different types of interactions between professors and students.

Study of the effect of interbody stabilization exercises on the static and dynamic balance of face-to-face, non-face-to-face, and self-group. We recruited healthy young adults The subjects were randomly divided into three groups to perform inter-body stabilization exercises, and static and dynamic balance were measured, respectively, before and after intervention. In the Face to Face Group, dynamic balance significantly increased in the anterior and posteriomedial directions before and after intervention. There was also a significant increase in static balance. In the Non face to face Group, there was a significant increase in the three directions of dynamic and static balance. The self-exercise group significantly increased in three directions of dynamic balance, but there was no significant difference in static balance. No significant differences between groups were found in any variables. The results of this study showed that interbody stabilization exercises are effective in improving static and dynamic balance. In the face-to-face group, the inter-body stabilization exercise was effective in improving dynamic balance and static balance, and in the non-face-to-face group, the inter-body stabilization exercise was effective in improving dynamic balance and static balance. In the self-contained group, it was effective in improving dynamic balance.

Falling is one of the major public problems to the elderly, resulting in limitations of daily living activities. It can be induced by the functional loss of the balance ability and muscle strength in the elderly. It has been, however, not well investigated to suggest an effective methodology improving the balance ability and muscle strength for the prevention of the falling due to lack of information about the characteristics of the balance and muscle activations responded to the dynamic motions. The aim of the current study is, therefore, to identify the characteristics of the balance and muscle activations responded to the dynamic motions in Anterior-Posterior(AP) and Medial Lateral(ML) directions. For that, a motion capture system with eight infrared cameras, surface electromyogram system and Wii Fit system with a customized variable unstable base were used and kinematic and kinetic data obtained from the systems were analyzed for five healthy male($24.8{\pm}3.3years$, $177.4{\pm}2.0cm$, $73.9{\pm}12.9kg$, $23.5{\pm}4.0kg/m$). The results showed that the characteristics of the balance and muscle activations were differently responded to between the dynamic motions in Anterior-Posterior(AP) and Medial Lateral(ML) directions. These findings may indicate that customized dynamic motions should be applied to the training of the balance ability and muscle strength for the effective prevention of the falling. This study may be meaningful to providing basic information to establish a guideline improving effectively the balance ability and muscle strength.

The article reveals and theoretically substantiates the trends of foreign language teachers' professional training in universities of Ukraine in terms of European integration, which are systematized in three areas: macro-level (system of education), meso-level (universities) and micro-level (subjects of educational process). The article aims to substantiate the trends of foreign language teacher training in the context of European integration and the main directions of creative use of constructive ideas of European experience in the innovative development of education. The article lights up the system for improving foreign language teacher training in universities, which is based on updated goals, content and approaches to the implementation of basic concepts, principles and features of teacher training in European experience, enable us to improve the quality of teacher training, its competitiveness in the European labor market. In the article developed the conceptual model of strategic development of the university in the conditions of European integration. It is emphasized that information technologies provide great opportunities for the development of professional skills and intellectual potential of future professionals. At present, the computerization of the educational process in higher education institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education. The article offered directions of internationalization of educational activity of university in the conditions of European integration. Diagnostic tools for the development of the university in terms of integration into the European educational space, individual rating and ranking of structural units of the university have been developed; main directions of activity of the laboratory of the skill of the teacher of higher school and methodical recommendations on the creation and the organization of work of scientific laboratories.

This study investigated the current science teaching evaluation system implemented in schools and directions for improving teaching evaluation using literature review, survey, and teacher interview. The first part of this paper analyzed the types, roles, and major issues of the current science teaching evaluation. In-service teachers argued that the current teaching evaluation system was discredited because of the bureaucratic procedures of teacher performance review, showcase classrooms, teachers' views on classroom as their own personal space, low ratio of teaching component in the current teacher evaluation, untrained evaluators, and the absence of professional teaching standards. The second part of the paper investigated the need for a formative teaching assessment, an ideal type of teaching assessment, and the role of participants in the teaching evaluation processes. The way forward, therefore, is to start not at the level of the administrative superstructure but at the level of teachers who will assume responsibility for developing standards of practice as the basis for evaluating their own work and improving their own professional learning to provide quality assurance.

This study aimed at proposing an policy improving directions of the rural empty homes grant scheme in Korea. The implementation procedures and results of the relevant schemes / projects on optimum use of rural empty homes at home and abroad were reviewed by literature and internet searches. From the reviewing results, an tentative set of policy directions for project improvement were proposed ; extension of project scope to all the redundant resources, dual focussing of project objectives on housing innovation and economic regeneration of communities, and systematization of project plan and implementation especially in the statutory aspects.
