본 연구에서는 안관관리 대책을 수립하기 위해 가장 빈번하게 발생하는 염산 화학사고 사례를 분석하였다. 최근 4년 동안 28건이 발생하였고, 이 중 8건의 인명사고가 발생한 것으로 나타나 사고를 줄이기 위한 효과적인 대책이 필요하다. 이를 위해, 통계분석을 통해 시설관리 측면, 안전의식 측면, 안전관리 시스템 측면에서 문제점과 대책을 제시하였다. 사업장은 세 가지 대책을 이행하기 위해 단기 중기 장기 계획을 세워 적절히 이행하는 것이 중요할 것으로 판단된다.

Recently, as a part of measures against large-scale natural disasters in Korea, disaster prevention matters are strengthened in urban planning. With the introduction of the disaster vulnerability analysis system, plans for disaster prevention are being reinforced in urban planning. However, there are many problems to be solved at the stage of operation and practical application of the law. When disasters occur, we are focusing on response and recovery plans. Therefore, it is not enough to construct a comprehensive disaster prevention system to prevent disasters in advance. The established disaster prevention plan is difficult to plan management centered on disaster prevention due to factors such as economic efficiency, convenience, and comfort. This study is a basic study for supporting disaster prevention mitigation plan. For this purpose, the analysis of the actual situation of disaster prevention plan at home and abroad and improvement plan were derived. ased on these improvement plans, we have developed a method to apply the element technology of urban design to the test bed to reduce sediment disaster. The test bed was investigated and examined in the disaster hazard area of Busan and Seongnam city. And the defense technology is applied to the selected site, and the basis of the disaster prevention plan and design is proposed. If the proven techniques are reflected from the urban planning stage, it will be possible to contribute to the mitigation of sediment disaster caused by the city.

농촌지역의 난개발요소는 농촌경관의 악영향을 미치고 있으며 나아가 지역주민의 생활안전을 위협하고 있다. 진안군 사례를 통해 난개발요소의 경관관리방안을 연구하여 경관적·환경적 개선방안을 제시함으로서 아름다운 농촌경관의 지속가능한 보전 및 향상을 도모하고자 한다. 대상지의 문제점을 분석하고자 주변 환경에 대한 분석과 주민인터뷰를 통한 의견을 수렴하였다. 분석 결과 진안군의 경우 유해시설에서의 악취저감 관리가 가장 시급한 것으로 나타났고, 이에 본 연구는 유해시설의 재배치와 친환경 스마트축산지구를 계획하였다.

본 연구는 지금까지 시행된 환경정비형 지구단위계획의 시행사례인 "건대앞 노유거리, 성신여대입구 하나로거리 이대앞 찾고싶은거리"를 분석함으로써 환경정비형 지구단위계획의 성과 및 한계와 앞으로 나아갈 방향에 대하여 고찰하는데 그 목적이 있다. 건대앞 노유거리계획과 성신여대 앞 하나로거리계획은 환경정비형 지구단위계획이 처음 시행된(건대 앞 노유거리 : 2001년, 성신여대 앞 하나로거리: 2002년) 의미 있는 거리이며 이후 2005년 시행된 이대 앞 찾고싶은거리 환경정비형 지구단위계획의 경우 앞서 시행된 두 환경정비형 지구단위계획에서 확인된 문제점을 보완하여 시행된 측면이 있어 앞의 2개 사업과의 비교를 위하여 함께 분석을 실시하였다. 환경정비형 지구단위계획에 의한 사업은 물리적 가로환경변화에 초점을 맞춰 거리이용특성, 가로시설물, 가로입면의 3가지 측면에서의 내용을 중심으로 분석하였으며, 이러한 계획에 의한 사업 효과 분석은 사업 전 후 현황을 환경정비형 지구단위계획의 시행지침에 제시된 3가지 목표의 (목표1. 상점 및 필지별 개보수와 연계할 수 있는 환경개선, 목표2. 이용방식의 개선을 통한 환경개선, 목표3. 서울시 및 자치구의 공공사업과 연계한 설계대상) 달성 수준을 중심으로 분석하였다.

신설될 복합화력발전소 취수펌프장 계획안에 대하여 수치 및 수리모형실험을 수행하고 순환수취수펌프운영에 문제를 발생시킬 가능성이 발견되면 개선안을 도출하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 수리모형은 1:20의 크기로 아크릴을 이용하여 제작되었고 2차원 수치모형실험은 RMA2모형을 이용하였다. 수리 및 수치모형실험의 결과를 평가하기 위하여 취수로 및 취수펌프장내 흐름에 대한 평가기준을 설정하였다. 복합화력발전소 취수펌프장의 계획안에 대한 2차원 수치모형실험을 통하여 얻어진 연직방향 와도를 수리모형실험결과와 비교하여 흐름평가기준의 하나인 와류발생 가능성을 평가하였다. 계획안은 취수펌프장내에서 큰 규모의 와류가 발생하여 순환수취수펌프운영에 문제를 발생시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 이에 따라서 9개 개선안이 고안되어 수치모의되었다. 9개중 4개의 개선안에 대하여 수리모형실험이 수행되었다. 수리모형실험에 근거하여 4개의 개선안의 하나가 최종개선안으로 제시되었다. 공간적인 제약조건이 있는 순환수취수펌프장 및 취수로 설계의 경우 격벽과 도류벽을 이용하면 순환수취수펌프장의 흐름상황을 개선할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Restricting reconstruction, demand of remodeling has increased in deteriorated apartment. But remodeling process and steps are not taken, it is difficult to advance smoothly. Therefore, this study indicates improvement plans and understands the problems In advancing remodeling. In the result of the investigation the problems are the resident of agreements and legal approval. The goverment must complete laws about remodeling. Also, residents and an association need plans for conversation.

Reliability assurance problem is an important issue in advanced company with good R&D capacity. In Korea, long-term and large-scale project for reliability improvement and certification have been conducted from 2000, 4 years ago. Generally, assurance is composed of system assurance and lot assurance. For reliability lot assurance. it is prerequisite to development reliability sampling plan with time-saving and minimum cost. In this paper, we aim to investigate previous study on reliability lot assurance focused on reliability sampling plans and propose some suggestions for the future study.

The goal of this study is to propose the effective method of investigating the injurious factors and making improved plans that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at an autoparts company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process. A questionnaire were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an ergonomic assessment method such as RULA, OWAS were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace and working posture. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the autopart company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process.

The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement plans of School Green Building Certification System by comparing items of domestic system with those of foreign system. Especially, we focused on school use classification. Use classification of Green Building Certification System must be based on Building Codes and reflect the nature of building use and size. Schools are divided into three groups ; preschool, school(elementary, junior high school, high school), university and ect. Also they must be set up assessment method reflecting the nature of school use and size.
