고객기업의 힘이 공급기업의 고객기업 통합활동과 운영성과 향상에 미치는 영향 (An Empirical Study of the Effects of a Customer's Power on a Supplier's Customer Integration and Operational Performance Improvement)

  • Customer firms exercise various sources of power to influence their suppliers' behaviors or decisions. In this study we aim to examine the effects of customers' sources of power on their supplier's performance improvement. This study posits that a customer's expert, referent, and reward power positively influence a supplier's performance directly as well as indirectly through increased supplier-customer integration. On the contrary, the customer's coercive power is expected to worsen the supplier's operational performance because of increasing distrust, dissatisfaction, and conflict with the customer. Data collected from 1,229 firms from Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the U.S. are used to test the hypotheses. Expert power proves to be the most effective source of customer power in improving a supplier's inventory cost, delivery, and flexibility performance. In contrast, coercive power deteriorates significantly all supplier performance variables. Academic and managerial implications are presented and future research directions are also discussed.

신경망 협업 필터링을 이용한 운동 추천시스템 (Exercise Recommendation System Using Deep Neural Collaborative Filtering)

  • 최근, 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 딥러닝을 활용한 추천시스템이 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 하지만 딥러닝을 이용한 추천시스템의 경우 콜드스타트 문제와 복잡한 연산으로 인해 늘어난 학습시간이 단점으로 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 메타데이터를 활용하여 사용자 맞춤형 운동 루틴 추천 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 메타데이터(사용자의 키, 몸무게, 성, 등)를 입력받아 설계된 모델에 적용한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 운동 추천시스템 모델은 matrix factorization 알고리즘과 multi-layer perceptron을 활용한 neural collaborative filtering(NCF) 알고리즘을 기반으로 설계된다. 제안된 모델은 사용자 메타데이터와 운동 정보를 입력받아 학습을 진행한다. 학습이 완료된 모델은 특정 운동이 입력되면 사용자에게 추천도를 제공한다. 실험 결과에서 제안하는 운동 추천시스템 모델이 기존 NCF 모델보다 10% 추천 성능 향상과 50% 학습 시간 단축을 보였다.

  • 근대5종 경기는 기구 없이 하는 운동과 기구를 사용하는 운동 그리고 동물과 함께하는 운동은 물론 사람과 사람이 경쟁하는 운동뿐만 아니라 정적운동과 동적운동을 포함하는 운동 종목이다. 근대5종 경기 선수들의 윤리적인 문제는 열악한 환경과 경제적 이유와도 관계가 있으며 운동선수의 윤리인식과 태도, 그리고 정신은 스포츠 선수의 심적 환경에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현대 스포츠에서 중요한 문제로 다르고 있는 윤리적인 문제들의 개선 방향을 검토하고자 질적 연구방법을 적용하여 근대5종 경기의 스포츠 정신과 윤리성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 스포츠에서 보상주의는 경기력 향상이나 기록 갱신의 원인이 되기도 하지만 때로는 왜곡된 선수상의 형성 원인이 되기도 한다. 에어도핑은 선수의 건강이나 공정성의 논란과 함께 스포츠선수의 정신적 육체적 손상과 폐해를 야기할 수 있는 윤리적 문제를 안고 있다. 금지약물을 복용하는 선수나 이를 방치하거나 종용하는 지도자나 감독자의 책임과 윤리문제는 매우 중요한 사안으로 다루어지고 취급되어야한다. 스포츠 현장에서 선수나 감독 지도자의 경기실적에 종속된 보수체계가 선수나 지도자의 생계와 연관이 있기 때문에 공정하고 정의로운 경기진행을 위해 성과에만 매달리는 선수육성에서 탈피하여 이념과 논리에서 합리적으로 인식되는 윤리성회복을 강조함으로써 비윤리성문제가 극복되어야 할 것이다.

이중과제 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 및 보행에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Dual-Task Training on Balance and Gait Performance in Patients With Stroke)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of dual-task training (cognitive and exercise tasks) on the balance and gait performance of chronic stroke patients. Eighteen subjects with chronic stroke were divided equally into two groups, an experimental group and a control group. Subjects in both groups participated in an exercise program, performing the same tasks, for 45 minutes per day, three times per week for four weeks. The experimental group also performed additional cognitive task. The experimental group showed a more significant improvement than the control group on the Berg Balance Scale, the Timed Up and Go Test, the Korean Activities-Specific Balance Confidence Scale, and the Functional Gait Assessment (p<.05). The cognitive task error rates in the final week were significantly less than in the first week in the experimental group (p<.01). These results suggest that dual-task training for chronic stroke patients is effective in improving balance, gait, and cognitive abilities.

비대면 중재 방법에 따른 노인성 근감소증의 개선에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Geriatric Sarcopenia by Non-face-to-face Intervention Method)

  • Purpose : This study was conducted to compare two non-face-to-face exercise interventions depending on whether mobile applications and wearable exercise aids are used to find out which interventions are more effective in improving senile sarcopenia. Ultimately, it was conducted to provide basic data for developing non-face-to-face intervention methods to improve sarcopenia. Method : In this study, 18 elderly sarcopenia and possible sarcopenia aged 65 or older were randomly assigned to the digital and self-exercise intervention groups. The digital exercise intervention group performed eight exercise programs with mobile applications and wearable exercise aids to record and manage the elderly performing the programs in real time. And the self-exercise intervention group performed the same program on its own as implemented in the digital exercise group. The intervention was applied for 8 weeks, and before and after the intervention, sarcopenia evaluation and physical function evaluation were performed. Results : In the digital exercise intervention group, arm muscle mass, skeletal muscle index, SPPB, 5TSTS, and BBS were improved, and in the self-exercise intervention group, grip strength, SPPB, 5TSTS, and BBS were improved. Conclusion : It was confirmed that both groups are effective in improving physical performance and physical function, the digital exercise intervention is effective in improving muscle mass and self-exercise intervention is effective in improving muscle strength. Therefore, this study proposes to apply intervention methods separately according to the indicators to improve and prevent sarcopenia, and also simplify the instructions of applications used to improve sarcopenia and to create an environment where users can be trained regularly on how to use it. And, In the future, studies for the development of devices to be designed to help non-face-to-face exercise interventions or studies on the differences between face-to-face and non-face-to-face exercise interventions should be conducted in terms of the effect of improving sarcopenia.

여자 농구선수들의 엽산과 비타민 B12 섭취가 혈액학적 요인 및 면역인자, 유·무산소성 운동능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of folic acid and vitamin B12 supplementation on hematologic factors, immune factors, aerobic and anaerobic exercise ability in Women's basketball players)

  • 본 연구는 여자 농구선수들을 대상으로 4주간의 엽산과 비타민 $B_{12}$ 섭취가 혈액학적 요인 및 면역인자, 유 무산소성 운동능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자를 섭취군과 통제군 각각 9명으로 선정하였으며, 4주간의 엽산과 비타민 $B_{12}$ 섭취 전 후 결과를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 유 무산소 능력 측정 결과 섭취군에서 유의한 효과가 나타났으며, 혈액요인 분석의 경우 RBC, Hct의 섭취군에서 유의한 효과가 나타났다. 한편, 염증 및 면역 분석 결과 섭취군에서 평균적으로 유의하게 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 통계적으로 섭취군과 통제군 모두 유의한 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로, 위와 같은 연구의 결과를 미루어볼 때, 여성 농구선수의 유 무산소성 운동 능력 향상을 위한 엽산과 비타민 $B_{12}$ 섭취는 경기력 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

Gelatinized and Fermented Powders of Lepidium meyenii (Maca) Improve Physical Stamina and Epididymal Sperm Counts in Male Mice

  • Lepidium meyenii, known as Maca, is traditionally employed in the Andean region for its supposed properties to improve energy and fertility. In the present study, we investigated the effects of gelatinized and fermented Maca on improvement of physical stamina and epididymal sperm counts, and on blood biochemical parameters related to fatigue and tissue injury: creatine phosphokinase, aspartate transaminase, lactate dehydrogenase, blood urea nitrogen, glucose, total cholesterol and total proteins. Adult male mice was divided at random into two main groups (resting and excercise groups). The excercise group was separated into three subgroups (exercise only, exercise with gelatinized Maca and fermented Maca-treatment groups). Gelatinized or fermented Maca (800 mg/kg) were orally administered for 30 days. All animals in exercise groups were subjected to daily 30-min swimming for 28 days 30 min after Maca treatment. Daily exercise decreased the body weight gain, and fermented Maca further attenuated the body weight increase. Gelatinized and fermented Maca significantly increased the maximum swimming time on 14 and 28 days of treatment (p<0.05), respectively, suggestive of a long-term stamina-enhancing effect of fermented Maca. Both Maca fully or significantly recovered blood parameters of energy as well as muscular and hepatocytic injuries changed by repeated exercise and maximum swimming performance (p<0.01). Moreover, gelatinized and fermented Maca increased epididymal sperm counts 22.0% and 32.0%, respectively. In conclusion, the results indicate potential benefits of Maca for improving both physical stamina by minimizing muscular and hepatic damage and preserving energy during swimming exercise and male reproductive function by increasing epididymal sperm counts.

Effects of Pinitol Supplementation and Strength Training on Anaerobic Performance and Status of Energy Substrates in Healthy Young Men

  • To assess the effect of pinitol supplementation and strength training for two weeks on the anaerobic capacity during and after exercise, and improvement of glucose metabolism during the recovery period of muscular fatigue with repeated acute bouts of cycling exercise, a total of 24 healthy young men were recruited and randomly and equally divided into three groups; pinitol supplementation group (PSG), placebo group (PLG), and control group (CON). Using a randomized double-blinded design, subjects in PSG were provided pinitol supplement, consumed orally 1.2 g/day, and participated in the resistance exercise program and cycling exercise for two weeks. Subjects in PLG underwent the same protocol as those in PSG but consumed the same amount of placebo. No supplementation and exercise program was given to CON. Before and after the intervention, all subjects were tested for their anaerobic capacities evaluated by Wingate test twice separated by 30 min. During the test, peak anaerobic power (PP), mean anaerobic power, total work, and fatigue index were evaluated During resting and recovery, blood samples were drawn and plasma pinitol, myo-inositol, chiro-inositol, insulin, free fatty acid, glucose, and lactate levels were analyzed After two weeks, PP and relative PP of the second biking were improved from the first biking in PSG only (p<0.05). No changes were found in all other variables of Wingate test in all groups. No statistical differences between groups and pre- and post-intervention were observed in concentrations of pinitol, myo-inositol, and chiro-inositol, but pinitol concentration was higher during recovery compared to the baseline in all groups and testings (p<0.05). Lactate level during recovery was higher than the resting level, but no other blood parameters were significantly changed. In conclusion, two weeks of pinitol supplementation in conjunction with short duration of anaerobic training in healthy young men did not induce any obvious benefits in terms of anaerobic capacity and energy metabolism Individual and/or population susceptibility may be one factor responsible for adopting pinitol supplementation.

비대면 휘트니스 MR 플랫폼 개발을 활용한 운동 수행 효과에 관한 연구 (Study on Effect of Exercise Performance using Non-face-to-face Fitness MR Platform Development)

  • 본 연구는 기존 휘트니스 사업의 문제점을 극복하고, 코로나 시국에 대한 늘어난 수요를 충족시킬 수 있는 휘트니스 시스템을 구축하고자 수행되었다. 비대면 휘트니스 에듀테인먼트 서비스를 위한 플랫폼 기술로써 다양한 신체 부위 운동 및 네트워크형 정보 동기화가 가능한 차세대 휘트니스 운동 기구이다. 휘트니스 장비의 운동 정보를 동기화하여, MR 기반 아바타를 통한 학습형 콘텐츠로 구성하였다. 이용하는 사용자의 누적 운동 효과에 따른, LSTM 기반 알고리즘을 적용한 A.I 분석으로 운동량 분석을 통한 맞춤형 평가 시스템의 적용성을 검토하여 정량화된 결과를 도출하였다. 학계 전문가를 통한, 체계적 운동 기법 적용을 위한 모션 캡처 및 3D 가시화 휘트니스 프로그램으로 이용자의 휘트니스 지식 및 운동능력 향상에 기여할 것이라 판단된다.

10주간의 신체 안정화 운동프로그램이 초등학교 태권도 선수의 민첩성, 기능적 움직임, 균형, 폐기능에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Changes in Visual Response Speed, Functional Movement, Body Balance, and Lung Capacity after a 10-Week Body Stability Exercise Program for High School Male Taekwondo Athletes)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether physical ability is improved by body stabilization, develop training methods to improve physical fitness factors suitable for body conditions, and provide future management and exercise materials to improve Taekwondo athletes' performance, after conducting the Body stabilization exercise (BSE) program on 22 elementary school Taekwondo athletes for 10 weeks to strengthen core muscles and evaluating Visual response speed test (VRST), Functional movement screen (FMS), Y-Balance test (YBT) and Vital capacity (VC). Methods : In order to examine the impact of the BSE program on Taekwondo athletes' VRST, FMS, YBT and VC this study conducted individual evaluations on all subjects, including VRST, FMS, YBT and VC before applying the programs, and compared exercise effects before and after the program, before and after exercise by a certain period. Results : After exercising, strength and quickness were improved significantly and reaction time was significantly shortened (p<.001). The total score of FMS was improved from 10.86±1.17 before to 11.68±0.99 after exercising, was statistically significant (p=.014). YBT was significantly improved from 91.11±4.84 before to 95.68±5.15 after exercising (p<.001). VC improved was statistically significant (p<.001). Conclusion : In conclusion, the BSE athletic program is expected to help Taekwondo athletes perform well by preventing and reducing injuries through the improvement of muscular strength, strength, speed, agility, step, kick, balance, flexibility, full body endurance and the combination of technical abilities.
