KS K 0051(2009) was established in 1990 and revised in 1994, 1999, 2004 and 2009. Recently the structure of apparel production and distribution are changing like as small quantity batch production, increase of importing abroad apparel and increase of on-line shopping mall. Based on Social and economic conditions, examine the potential for use of KS K 0051(2009) standard sizing system for female adult's garments are needed. Through which, it was intended to suggestion for the revision of standard sizing system for female adult's garments which can facilitate communication among consumer, producer and sellers. The improvement point was discussed through review of the current KS K 0051 (2009) and abroad standard sizing system for female adult's garments, ISO 3637(1977), ISO 4416(1981), BS EN 13402-2(2002), BS EN 13402-3(2004), JIS L 4005(2001) and GB/T 1335.2(2008). Also, the revision of standard sizing system for female adult's garments was suggested using data of 6th Size Korea. As a result of this study, in the revision, formal wear, casual wear, training wear and under wear were separated to simplify the classification and the classification of body type were excluded. Also, it is possible that size designation was simplified through optional notation and letter code based on bust girth could be marked together in casual wear.

주요 검색엔진들은 확장 및 연관검색어를 추천하는 서비스를 제공함으로써 질의어 확장에 대한 사용자의 검색 편의성을 제공하고 있다. 하지만 많은 수의 사용자가 많이 찾는 검색어 즉, 대중성을 근거하여 제공되는 확장 및 연관검색어 추천 서비스는 사용자의 만족도를 높이는데 한계가 있다. 왜냐하면 사용자마다 생각하는 차이가 존재하며 선호하는 질의 및 관심 분야도 다르기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 정보요구에 적합한 효율적인 확장검색어를 추천하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고 웹 사용자의 정보검색 과정에서 최초 질의어 입력 후 질의어 확장 과정에서 사용자의 편의성을 향상시키고자 하였다. 평가결과 제안시스템은 검색엔진에서 추천하지 못한 구글 41% 및 야후 48%의 확장검색어를 추천할 수 있었으며 사용자의 편의성을 위하여 대중성 기반으로 추천되고 있는 확장 및 연관검색어 추천 서비스의 한계를 보완하여 사용자의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있었다.

Since 1995, the Local autonomy era has opened, local festivals have been increasing throughout the country. Traditional culture festivals are also increasing. Performing traditional culture festivals is effective for maintenance and transmission of traditional culture as well as creation and nurturing of local culture. They are also effective promoting local economy. Depending on realization level of character, place and costume based on historic research, traditional culture festivals are classified as the "Representation event" or the "Reenactment event". But there are two problems. The first is unexacting classification method for festival types made by Central government yearly. The second is unable to meet one of two goals which are protecting traditional culture and stimulating local economy throughout increasing tourists. The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement of classification method for festival types, and to offer two suggestions for ensure successful local festivals. First of all, I suggest advanced classification method for festival types. For more sophisticated collection process of national festival status, local government department should ensure purpose of festivals, and central government department should add 3 steps to existing process. For example professional committee for judgement of festival types should be founded for consulting of local and central government department. The second suggestion is reinforcement of historic research for the Representation of traditional culture event. The representation of traditional culture should focus on protection of tradition, and could be perfect by continuous historic research. The last suggestion is cooperation with local governments each other for the Reenactment of traditional culture event. The Reenactment of traditional culture should focus on promoting local economy by increasing tourists. So local governments who have similar traditional events should cooperate to get preventing loss of resource and overcome weakness of promoting.

The purpose of the study is to improve in-service fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers informative and professional presentation. The sensible solution to this problem is to analyze about the opinion of in-service fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers about Certification Training Program during 10 years. We provide the suggestion about the coming certification training program that satisfy the need of the trainee and that can be effectively applied into practical teaching movement in school. According to these conclusion, it is estimated that in-service fisheries & marine teacher don't have the negative view of certification training program. By the way Combination subject education program was significantly improved by developing the program on the basis of the fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers' opinion.

Deep excavation,1 in the urban areas may cause terrible damages to the adjacent structures. Most damages are due to the settlement of ground during excavation work. This article introduces two actual examples of structure damage in subway construction projects. A through of attempts to find out the factors that are affecting to the settlement of ground was made through site investigations and analyses of measurement data. Some suggestions are given to prevent the repeat of trial and error in deep excavation projects. This kind of attempts are eccentrical to the development and improvement of information-oriented construction method.

The study undertakes an examination of nutrition labelling system and offers a strategic framework for improvement of the system in Korean context. Thus this study includes a review of Korean current nutrition labelling system (NLS), development of a strategy or a further study for its revision of NLS, and a suggestion of revised nutrition labelling guidelines. Participants were 600 university students in Busan and were asked to fill in a questionnaire. The data collected were processed with the SPSS statistical program to produce its frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation with One-Way Anova and Duncan Test. The findings are as follows: the levels of consumer's practical use and awareness of NLS are low, the levels of their trust and satisfaction and their necessity for NLS are low too. Consequently, the consumer's attitudes to NLS are not related to nutrition labelling method(? system).

As the world becomes a global village, national conferences become more frequent, and the language of choice to mediate the exchange of information is English. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to find several methods to prepare L2 students for English communication at conferences. Various studies about discourse markers can be found in this study. Discourse markers are indicators of fluency in spoken language, and indicators of improvement from features of spoken English to more typical forms of formal writing. In this study the presentation styles of native speakers and Asian non-native speakers are compared, and the difference between efficient and non-efficient speakers at conferences are discussed. As a study of conference English teaching and learning method, this research targets suggestion and application of discourse markers for L2 speakers. As a result, the fact that discourse markers are very important in effective writing and conference English is found and accordingly we can see that developing the ability to use discourse markers in writing and speaking are essential for L2 speakers.

Because Self-Adhesive Waterproofing sheet has good constructability, it has been widely used. Also Self-Adhesive Waterproofing sheet is researched based on variety of materials and various of forms. However, producers have recognized about only pass KS quality standard. So, Self-Adhesive waterproofing sheet has been limited about improvement of performance. Therefore, in this research, proposed guideline of Self-Adhesive Waterproofing sheet for disinterested performance grade using probability theory and quality management theory.

전자계산기의 급격한 발달로 비선형방정식의 해가 쉽게 구해짐에 따라 이 방면의 연구가 괄목할 만한 진전이 이루어졌다. 전도(cond uction)문제도 단상은 물론 이상문제나 또는 기.백.고체의 삼 상문제로의 점점 복잡한 문제의 해도 가능하게 되었다.(1-5) 전자계산기도 그 용량이나 속도가 빨라짐에 따라 계산비용이 염가해지는 한편 해를 구하는 algorithm도 소형 computer의 적은 기 억용량으로도 쉽게 해를 구할 수 있는 program이 속속 개발되고 있는 실정이다.(6-7) 따라서 실측실험이 불가능한 영역이나 또는 가능하다 하여도 막대한 비용이 드는 경우에는 우선 수치 계산으로 그 결과를 예측하여 설계나 product improvement을 기해 보는 것이 바람직하다고 사 료되어 삼상이 공존하는 복잡한 영역의 열전달문제에 대한 수치연구 과정의 예로서 이야기 해 보고저 한다.

Ground vibration at Gil-dong in Seoul induced by the 5th ling of Seoul Subway is predicted using various prediction methods and compared with measured vibration. Also, several issues on the improvement of prediction methods are discussed. Furthermore, as an alternative vibration source, measured vibration acceleration level(VAL) on the tunnel wall of the Bundang line of Seoul Subway is applied to the prediction of the VAL at the location mentioned previously. Then requirements accompanied to the suggestion of the new vibration source appropriate to the condition of Seoul Subway.
