Kano모델 기반의 물류 서비스 품질속성 분류와 잠재적 고객요구 개선지수 개발 (Development of Kano model based logistics service quality classification and potential customer Satisfaction Improvement index)

  • Recently, service quality must reflect several demands of customers who show rapid and various changes so as to be compared with the past. So, objective and rapid methods for them are necessary more. For them, first of all, service company must calculate their standard of service quality accurately by measuring service quality exactly. To measure service quality accurately, this researcher collected and analyzed data by survey for customers who are customers of logistics services, grasped potential satisfaction standard(P) by 5 point Likert scale and one survey for accurate classification of quality attributes through weighted customer satisfaction coefficient changing quality attributes by developing the study on Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient, and suggested Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement index(PCSI) for examining the improvement of customer satisfaction so as to utilize them as an index of differentiated and concrete measurement of service quality.

KL-Grade의 정도와 슬관절 통증의 한의학적 치료 효과의 상관성 연구 (The Study on Correlation between the KL-Grade and Improvement of Knee Pain Treated by Korean Medicine Therapy)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to compare the effects between the KL-Grade and improvement of knee pain treated by Korean Medicine therapy. Methods 114 patients who received inpatient treatment from July 2014 to May 2017 in the Daejeon Jaseng of Korean Medicine Hospital were divided into 5 groups by the KL-Grade. All patients received a combination of treatment including acupunture, pharmacopunture, herbal medication. They were compared and analyzed on the basis of improvement between measuring Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC Index), EuroQol-5 Dimension Index (EQ-5D Index) as they were hospitalized and as they were discharged. The statistically significance was evaluated by SPSS 23.0 for windows. Results After treatment, KL-Grade 0 group's Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC Index), EuroQol-5 Dimension Index (EQ-5D Index) improvement was $2.02{\pm}1.69$, $7.50{\pm}9.67$ and $0.11{\pm}0.15$ respectively. KL-Grade 1 group's improvement was $2.09{\pm}1.23$, $11.75{\pm}13.99$ and $0.12{\pm}0.13$ respectively. KL-Grade 2 group's improvement was $1.60{\pm}1.07$ and $14.70{\pm}14.19$ respectively. But In this group, EQ-5D Index has decreased by $0.01{\pm}0.10$. KL-Grade 3 group's improvement was $1.88{\pm}1.31$, $7.81{\pm}13.35$ and $0.13{\pm}0.20$ respectively (p<0.034). In the case of KL-Grade 4, the population was not statistically significant (N=2) and therefore excluded from statistical significance. And there was no statistically significance between 4 group's improvement after treatment (p>0.05). Conclusions The above study showed that Korean medicine treatments showed significant therapeutic effects on knee pain and degenerative knee joints, but there was no significant difference in the effectiveness of degenerative arthritis (KL-Grade).

The Improvement and Completion of Outcome index: A new assessment system for quality of orthodontic treatment

  • Objective: Given the considerable disagreement between the Peer Assessment Rating (PAR) index and the American Board of Orthodontics Cast-Radiograph Evaluation, we aimed to develop a novel assessment system-the Improvement and Completion of Outcome (ICO) index-to evaluate the outcome of orthodontic treatment. Methods: Sixteen criteria from 4 major categories were established to represent the pretreatment malocclusion status, as well as the degree of improvement and level of completion of outcome during/after treatment: dental relationship (arch length discrepancy, irregularity, U1-SN, and IMPA); anteroposterior relationship (overjet, right and left molar position, ANB); vertical relationship (anterior overbite, anterior open-bite, lateral open-bite, SN-MP); and transverse relationship (dental midline discrepancy, chin point deviation, posterior cross-bite, occlusal plane cant). The score for each criterion was defined from 0 or -1 (worst) to 5 (ideal value or normal occlusion) in gradations of 1. The sum of the scores in each category indicates the area and extent of the problems. Improvement and completion percentages were estimated based on the pre- and post-treatment total scores and the maximum total score. If the completion percentage exceeded 80%, treatment outcome was considered successful. Results: Two cases, Class I malocclusion and skeletal Class III malocclusion, are presented to represent the assessment procedure using the ICO index. The difference in the level of improvement and completion of treatment outcome can be clearly explained by using 2 percentage values. Conclusions: Thus, the ICO index enables the evaluation of the quality of orthodontic treatment objectively and consecutively throughout the entire treatment process.

KANO모델을 활용한 커피전문점의 품질분류와 고객만족개선지수 (Coffee Shops' Quality Classification and Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index by KANO Model)

  • 본 연구는 Kano모델을 활용하여 커피전문점의 다양한 품질요인들의 속성을 소비자의 관점에서 분류하였다. 또한, 각 품질요인들이 고객만족 또는 고객불만족에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 분석하기 위해 만족계수와 불만족계수를 산출하였다. 아울러, Kano모델의 한계점을 보완하고 품질요소들에 대한 커피전문점의 품질개선 여지를 파악하기 위해 잠재적 고객만족개선지수(PCSI Index)를 제시하였다. 분석결과, 매력적 품질요소에는 저렴한 가격, 실내인테리어의 고급스러움, 테이블과 의자의 편안함, 무선인터넷 사용의 편리성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 일원적 품질요소로는 매장의 청결 및 위생, 가격 대비 품질인 것으로 나타났다. 잠재적 고객만족개선지수(PCSI Index)를 산출하기 위해 카페베네와 스타벅스의 만족도를 분석한 결과, 저렴한 가격, 가격 대비 품질 등에서 고객만족 개선 여지가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 커피전문점 경영에 있어서 고객만족과 향후 경쟁력 확보를 위해 우선적으로 관심을 두고 개선해야 할 품질요소가 무엇인지에 대한 시사점을 제공해 준다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

  • The environmental changes in the Korean cosmetic medical service industry in the $21^{st}$ century are forming intense competition among medical institutions due to the quantitative expansion of its market. For stable growth of the cosmetic medical service industry, continuous quality improvement is necessary based on empirical research on the quality of cosmetic medical services rather than external expansion. The purpose of this study is to classify the quality attributes of cosmetic medical service using Kano model and to derive the degree of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of each quality attributes through Customer Satisfaction Coefficient (CSC). Through this, the study identified strategic priorities and suggested specific step-by-step approaches and quality improvement priorities that can increase customer satisfaction using the Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index (PCSI Index). Based on SERVPERF, this study used measurement tools consisting of five dimensions : tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. In addition, it was used of measurement items reconstructed into positive, negative, and satisfaction questions for Kano model analysis, CSC analysis, and PCSI Index analysis. A total of 300 medical consumers who experienced cosmetic medical services for the past one year in medical institutions such as plastic surgery and dermatology were collected with convenient sampling. As a result, urgent items for improving the quality of service using the PCSI Index, 'Consideration for customer benefits' in empathy category was followed by 'Immediate help' and 'Sincere response' in responsiveness category, and 'Understanding customer needs' in empathy category, respectively. That is, it is required to improve human service quality attributes such as empathy and responsiveness rather than physical service quality attributes. This study contributes practically in that it provides specific and discriminatory approaches to improve customer satisfaction on cosmetic medical service quality and suggests improvement priorities.

혼합고분자처리에 의한 골판지 원지 및 골판지의 물성변화 (Effect of Mixed Polymer Treatment on the Physical Property of the Corrugated Container Board)

  • This study was performed to investigated the application of mixed resins for corrugated container board. The corrugated container board yields a sandwich structure in which a linerboard material is glued to a corrugated medium . Now, manufacturing corrugated container boards don't provide sufficient strength, and result in box failure during shipping . Therefore improvement of box strength is necessary . In this study, we intend to improve box strength by improving corrugated medium strength with mixed resins and to find the optimum treatment condition of this resins. First, we tried to mixed resins as Starch+CMC, Starch_Irea, CMC+Urea, Second, investigated to applicability of this resins for corrugated medium , and the third, measured tensile index, burst index, and edgewise compression index on liner, medium paper, and single faced corrugated container board. In this test results, we obtained that the improvement ratios of tensile index in liner and medium paper were approximately 80-185%, 60-118% , respectively. The respecting improvement ratios of edgewise compression index of single faced corrugated container board was approximately 91-124%, relatively. In addition, we concluded that optimum condition in mixing ratio was 1 :3 with CMC + Urea and the ap[plication amounts was 9% on materials. Fro manufacture of corrugated container board, optimum condition in mixing ratio was 1 : 3 with 5% CMC +Urea , because of considering to improvement of strength on cost.

A Study on the Improvement of Korean Journal Citation Index Service

  • The KJC and KCI services operated by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) need to refer to the global citation index database to set the service direction that researchers want and develop new functions. Therefore, in this study, the usability of Korea's KJC and KCI web databases was evaluated. In addition, FGI verification was performed for a group of experts on KJC and KCI improvement measures derived by academic information experts. The evaluation committee consisted of the researcher group, the society related group, the publisher (academic information distribution organization) group, and the policy-making organization group. A total of 16 experts performed usability evaluation and service improvement proposals for KJC and KCI services. As a result of usability evaluation of KJC and KCI web database using SUS measurement tool, KJC service was evaluated as 73.44, and KCI service was evaluated as good as 64.38. KJC improvement proposals were evaluated positively with 4 points or more for all improvement items, and KCI improvement proposals were positively evaluated with 3.5 points or more for all improvement items. Overall, KJC and KCI error improvements were evaluated with a score of 4 or more, showing strong affirmations. In the future, it is hoped that the improvement proposals and improvements proposed in this study will be applied to the development of KJC and KCI services, so that more quality services will be used by domestic researchers.

Kano 모델과 PCSI Index를 활용한 공공도서관 노인 서비스 품질 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Service Quality for the Elderly in Public Libraries Using Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index (PCSI Index) and Kano Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 노인 서비스 품질의 품질 속성을 Kano 모델에 근거하여 분류하고 만족계수와 불만족계수를 도출해 서비스 품질의 우선 개선순위를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경상북도 의성군 A 도서관을 이용하는 노인이용자를 대상으로 LibQUAL+의 22개 문항으로 설문을 구성하였다. Kano 모델에 기반하여 LibQUAL+의 3가지 영역으로 부문별 품질 요인들을 분류하고 Timko의 고객만족계수를 통해 각 서비스 품질마다 이용자가 느끼는 만족 지수와 불만족 지수를 산출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 잠재적 고객 만족개선지수(PCSI Index)를 구해 실제 요구사항이 충족되었을 때 이용자 만족이 얼마나 개선될 수 있는지 파악하였다. 분석 결과 서비스 품질 속성은 매력적 품질 9개, 일원적 품질 7개, 무관심 품질 1개, 당연적 품질 5개로 분류되었다. 서비스 품질 개선 순위에서 1위는 '도서관 전자자료의 자유로운 교외접속', 2위는 '연구, 학습에 필요한 인쇄 및 전자저널 소장', 3위는 '필요한 정보를 찾을 수 있도록 하는 도서관 홈페이지'로 조사되었다. 연구 결과는 노인 서비스 제공 시 우선적으로 관리 및 개선해야 할 품질 요인을 제시하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

요추추간판탈출증환자 49례의 탈출양상에 따른 한방치료에 대한 임상적 고찰 (The clinical study on difference of sex, age, medical history, part, or type in patients with lumbar spine herniation of nucleus pulpous)

  • Objective : In treatment of lumbar spine herniation of nucleus pulpous, the different result in accordance with difference of sex, age, medical history, part, or type. Methods : After 49 patients who were diagnosed as HNP of L-spine were grouped by sex, age, medical history, part, or type, they were compared and analyzed on the basis of difference between measuring VAS and ODI as they were hospitalized and as they were discharged. Results : 1. In terms of differences by gender, males' average degree of VAS improvement was 63.92 and females' average degree of VAS improvement was 59.8. Also, Males' average ODI improvement index was 12.36 and females' average ODI improvement index was 12.5. 2. In terms of differences by age, Teens recorded highest degree of VAS improvement and ODI improvement index. 3. In terms of differences by medical history, Most acute or acute patients showed higher degree of VAS improvement and ODI improvement index than subacute or chronic patients. 4. There were no significant distinguishing markscomparing between one diseased part and other. 5. As the research that focused on different type, Extrusion type had better improvement by medical treatment than Protrusion type. Conclusion : This research drew the result as above, but recognizable statistical relation could not be found in the result. Therefore there needs much sustainable research to deduce meaningful result.

뇌성마비인의 균형 능력 향상에 미치는 스케이트 운동의 효과 (The Effect of Skating Exercise on Balance Ability Improvement in Cerebral Palsy)

  • Purpose: This study investigated effect of skating exercise on balance ability improvement in cerebral palsy. Methods: Total five subject with cerebral palsy were recruited from school for disability childen in Daegu, and the skating exercise was conducted 3times at a week during 8 weeks the skating exercise. Balance test was measured using Balance System with overall index, anterior/posterior index, medial/lateral index of balance ability. Results: There was significant difference between 4 and 8weeks training session in the overall index(p<0.05). There was no significant difference between 4 and 8weeks training session in the anterior/posterior index(p<0.05). There was significant difference between 4 and 8weeks training session in the medial/lateral index(p<0.05). There was significant difference between 4 and 8weeks training session in the anterior/posterior index and medial/lateral index(p<0.05). Conclusion: This study showed that skating exercise was effect on balance ability improvement in cerebral palsy. The future study needs more detailed research and comparison about effect of skating exercise on balance ability improvement in cerebral palsy.
