In order to implement e-trade infrastructure through the radical innovation of trade process, e-trade platform which is called 'uTradehub' has been developed for three years. After pilot operation of this platform in 2007, the formal service of e-trade such as logistics, customs and foreign exchanges had been provided in 2008. However, the usage of e-Trade platform is not the level of users' satisfaction because trade-related communities have not actively participated into e-trade platform and several functions with users requirements are necessary to develop additionally. In this regard, there are strong demands to suggest some strategies for application and usage proliferation of e-trade platform. Therefore, this paper would like to evaluate the current status of e-trade platform service and usage by the theoretical consideration of preceding researches and practical analysis of statistical data. Then, it will explore several service improvement ideas in terms of system supplementation and integration, electronic documents standardization, radical change of using fee, global connection, user oriented education and advertisement.

In the modern age. Building is getting higher and larger according to owner and social demands. Now when we are facing the need of the cost down and the reduction of economic loss. In this paper, the characteristics of the present conditions of site management were investigated with the field survey. And The Purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in site management. The method of site management. however depends on experience of a construction manager. in order to solve this situation, it is necessary to create a method of site management that is adequate for the condition of construction. By cultivating excellent sub contractors, we can expect precise construction with a few experts. improvement in qualify of construction from standardization, computerization of each process. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize site management work in Korea.

본 연구에서는 임대주택에 대한 수요가 많은 서울을 중심으로, 최저소득계층을 대상으로 하는 매입임대주택의 공급 현황과 문제점을 구체적으로 파악함으로써 이에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 주거비 부담 문제의 심화로 매입임대주택의 공급 확대가 필요함에도 불구하고, LH공사와 SH공사에 의해 서울에 공급되는 신규 매입임대주택 호수는 2009년 이후 감소 추세를 보이고 있다. 매입임대주택은 지역 거주민을 입주 대상으로 하기 때문에, 지역별 공급 규모가 주거복지 수혜의 형평성 문제를 야기하게 되는데, 전반적으로 저소득층이 많이 거주하는 도심에 공급이 적고, 서울 외곽의 특정구에 공급이 편중되어 있다. 이와 같은 신규 공급 정체와 지역 편중 문제의 원인은 정부의 낮은 지원 기준단가로 인해 재원 구조가 취약하기 때문이다. 따라서 실거래가 기준으로 정부 기준단가를 인상하고, 실거래가 변동률과 정부 기준단가를 연계하는 것이 필요하다. 수요에 기반한 공급물량 배분을 위한 종합계획이 수립되어야 하며, 매입임대주택을 비롯한 저렴임대주택 공급이 많은 지역들에서는 차상위계층 및 저소득 청년으로 입주 대상이 확대되어야 한다.

The rapid increase in the freight movement in Korea demands the improvement of the freight transportation system both in quantity and in quality. In recent studies integrated freight terminals have been suggested as the most relevant physical facility that solves this problem. This paper is aiming at the efficiency of the freight transportation system in Korea via integrated freight terminals. We develop a mixed integer programming model to determine simultaneously the most efficient freight flow patterns as well as the optimal locations and sizes of the integrated freight terminal facilities. The results of the model implication is also presented.

The major roles of Power SCADA System are continuous monitoring of electrical equipments state, real-time data processing and dispatching. Especially, SCADA system demands fast response time in heavy load condition, high reliability, fault tolerance, expansion capacity for the future. According to developing computer system technology, SCADA system is changing system configuration from centralized processing system to distributed processing system. This paper describes operational benefits, problems and improvement (which is studying in theory) in the application of Open System Architecture SCADA which has been installed since 1994, Seoul regional control center in KEPCO.

In optical disk drives (ODD), the demands of high data density and high speed have been increasing rapidly to achieve high data capacity and data transfer rate The use of short wavelength laser and high track following performance are needed to raise data density and data rate. Recent issues in the automotive industries are, improvement of fuel efficiency according to the worldwide $CO_2$ regulation, passenger safety through enhanced crashworthiness, superior design and cost reduction due to price fluctuation of raw material. To meet these demands, steelmaking companies are developing advanced high strength steel and new process technologies such as hydroforming, TWB(Tailor Welded Blank), hot stamping and so on. In addition, eco-friendly and high corrosion resistant coating technologies are getting more attention to comply with the environmental regulations. In this paper, reviews and prospects of recent coating technologies for automotive use are presented.

More and more applications or demands for machine parts etc are expected for AISI 440C (hereinafter referred to as "440C") Stainless Steel because of its characteristic features, i.e. high-strength as well as high-corrosion resistance. This research has enabled us to obtain sintered products with good quality even under a wide range of temperature by utilizing the pinning effect of NbC, improving the relevant sintering feature of 440C Stainless Steel in the MIM method.

The Bidding System of the public IT project in Korea is fallen behind, because of the ordering habitual practice based old system, overcompetition based sealed bid and subcontract practice. To innovate this old-fashioned practice for public IT project bidding, this paper wants to generate a proper improvement direction of the public IT project contract law and the related policy through the literature review about the ordering and receiving system in Korea, the practical survey about bidding marketplace in Korea, and competition between bidding system and/or policy of major countries: USA, UK, France and Japan. As a result of practical survey, many problems of the current public IT project bidding system came out and improvement ideas toward future situation turned up. These outputs implicate that the current law and system related public IT project demands better improvement work for the future ubiquitous Korea. Therefore, this paper, to solve these problems about bidding systems and practice, propose the new public IT project contract law and the related policy, reflecting these improvement ideas by the practical survey and the literature review, and benchmarking points from bidding system of other countries.

This research recognizes the importance of hotel and regular traditional restaurants contributing to tourism industry that goes along with demands of an era that considers traditional culture important, and focuses on searching for possibility by proposing direction of designs that traditional restaurant uniforms should aim. To achieve this study goal, by surveying the problems & preferences of the current uniform, over 60% of both the attendants & customers expected an improvement in the uniform. Most of the subjects wanted the improvement in design, followed by the improvement in functionality. Over 80% preferred traditional design or modernized design where traditional aspects were applied. Also, over 70% preferred a design where a pattern was applied. Among the patterns, over 80% of the subjects said that they prefer traditional patterns or modernized patterns where traditional aspects are applied. We admit that there are some limitations on this study, such as insufficient analysis & study on the attendants' action and their uniform, as well as limitations on restaurant selection. However, Through the study we expect that the Korea uniform can be differentiated from others, achieving World-class competitiveness.
