재정비촉진사업 구역설정 및 평가에 관한 연구 (Study on the Process of Setting the Boundary in the Improvement Promotion Project)

  • 본 연구에서는 부산광역시를 사례로 재정비촉진사업에 대해 최소한의 고려 변수를 적용하여 후보지 선정과 구역설정 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구는 부산시역내 집단적으로 분포한 도시정비사업 구역에 대한 D/B를 구축하고, 재정비촉진사업 후보지 도출을 위한 기초자치단체의 추천과 자체적인 물리적 기준검토를 통해 대상지를 도출하고, 이들 후보지에 대해 평가기준을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 추진진척도와 기초자치단체의 추진의지가 재정비촉진사업 추진에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 상대적으로 접근성, 노후도, 개발밀도에 있어서는 지역별로 큰 차이를 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of present study is to examine the long-term strength improvement of hardener-free epoxy-modified mortars with steam curing. As a result, strength improvement of hardener-free epoxy-modified mortars is markedly improved with increasing of air-dry curing period. This is improved by markedly increase the degree of hardening of the hardener-free epoxy resin in the epoxy-modified mortars with additional air-dry curing period.

노후아파트 거주자의 리모델링에 대한 인식 경향 (A Study on the Perception Levels among Residents in Deteriorated Apartment about Remodelling)

  • The deteriorated apartments make a social problem in now a days. After all, a new alternative plan for deteriorated apartments such as the remodelling concept must be considered. This study aims to survey the perception levels among residents in deteriorated apartments relating to remodelling. It might be provide the basic data which could be used for the analysis of consumers in the future implementation of deteriorated remodelling projects. The analytical methods adopted in this study were factor analysis, 1-test, one-way ANOVA, post-hoc estimation(Scheffe test) by the SPSS 10.1 for Windows program. Through the factor analysis for the perception types regarding remodelling, the factors were named ‘function improvement orientation’ , ‘property value orientation’, ‘individual-household improvement orientation’, and ‘negative attitude to remodelling’. The analysis of the perception types regarding remodelling, by the family characteristics, socio-economic characteristics, residence characteristics, apartment block variables, resident's value orientation, and resident's satisfaction level, indicated that the perception degree of the ‘property value orientation’was the highest, followed by the ‘function improvement orientation’.

국내 의료기관의 질 향상 사업의 활성화에 영향을 미치는 요인 - 조직동인적 관점에서 (Factors Associated with the Degree of Quality Improvement Implementation)

  • Objectives : To assess the degree of quality improvement (QI) implementation and to identify its associated factors. Methods : A mailed questionnaire survey of the QI staffs at hospitals with 400 beds or more was conducted between September 15 and October 30, 2000. Of the 108 hospitals eligible for inclusion in our study, 79 participated, yielding a response rate of 73.1%. After excluding 12 hospitals that did not perform any QI activities, 117 responses from 67 hospitals were used in our analysis. The degree of QI implementation was measured using the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria (MBNQAC). Factors evaluated for association with the degree of QI implementation were cultural, technical, strategic, and structural factors of the hospitals. Results : The average 01 implementation score across the 7 dimensions of MBNQAC was 3.34 on a 5-point scale, with the highest score for the area of customer satisfaction (3.88) followed by information and analysis (3.59) and quality management (3.35). The results of regression analysis showed that hospitals with a ofter information system (p<0.05) and using scientific and systematic problem solving approach (p<0.01) tended to perform a higher degree of QI implementation. While statistically insignificant, positive associations were observed for the factors of group or developmental culture, the degree of employee empowerment, and the use of prospective strategy. Conclusions : It appears that the most important factors contributing to active implementation of QI in Korean hospitals were the use of scientific skills in decision making, and having a quality information system to produce precise and valid information.

  • In the previous paper [6], the author constructed hyperbolic hypersurfaces of degree $2^{n}$ in the n-dimensional complex projective space for every $n\;\geq\;3$. The purpose of this paper is to give some improvement of this result and to show some general methods of constructions of hyperbolic hypersurfaces of higher degree, which enable us to construct hyperbolic hypersurfaces of degree d in the n-dimensional complex projective space for every $d\;\geq\;2\;{\times}\;6^{n}$.

냉난방도일을 이용한 기준부하추정 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Baseline Load Estimation Method using Heating Degree Days and Cooling Degree Days Adjustment)

  • Climate change and energy security are major factors for future national energy policy. To resolve these issues, many countries are focusing on creating new growth industries and energy services such as smartgrid, renewable energy, microgrid, energy management system, and peer to peer energy trading. The financial and economic evaluation of new energy services basically requires energy savings estimation technologies. This paper presents the baseline load estimation method, which is used to calculate energy savings resulted from participating in the new energy program, using moving average model with heating degree days (HDD) and cooling degree days (CDD) adjustment. To demonstrate the improvement of baseline load estimation accuracy, the proposed method is tested. The results of case studies are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed baseline load estimation method.

  • This paper is concerned with applicability of two-degree-of-freedom controllers to the recently suggested i-PID controllers, in which unknown parts of the plant are taken into account without any modeling procedure. First, i-PID controller with two-degree-of-freedom is applied to a specific model, called Anisochronic model, to confirm the usefulness of this method. Second, using the original examples of i-PID controllers, it is confirmed that performance/robustness of system are to be improved due to two-degree-of-freedom, especially when the input changes suddenly. It is seen that as the desired robustness increases the optimal value of two-degree-of-freedom parameter ${\alpha}_A$ would be negative. It is checked and verified that if this value was limited to 1 or less as is generally known, performance would be degraded.

관통 및 미관통 SCP 개량지반의 압밀거동 비교연구 (A Study on the Consolidation Behavior of Cohesive Soils Improved by Penetrated and Partly Penetrated Sand Compaction Piles)

  • This paper introduced an alternative method called USCP (Unpenetrated Sand Compaction Pile). In USCP, the toe of the sand pile does not reach to the lower supporting layer. Hence it is possible to reduce the amount of sand required. However, the degree of improvement could not be the same as SCP. Effective soil improvement, nevertheless, might be possible by combining both methods. In this paper, an improved method that cross over both SCP and USCP was discussed. And in order to verify applicability to a clay layer, consolidation behaviors with different conditions were analyzed and compared using FEM(Finite Element Method) based on the elasto-viscosity theory. From the results, it is concluded for the characteristic of settlement of USCP that the lower degree of replacement and the smaller ratio of penetration($H_d/H$), the larger is the settlement of the lower part of the clay layer comparing to the layer with no improvement. It is also concluded that the ratios of allotment of stress (m) calculated from the final settlements with 30% of degree of replacement are $1.8{\sim}3.3$ for $H_d/H=lOO%,\;1.8{\sim}4.0\;for\;H_d/H=75%,\;and\;1.8{\sim}3.8\;for\;H_d/H=50%$. Besides, the ratio of allotment of stress decreased as the degree of replacement decreased.

  • In case of the working machine that using in the loud-noisy workplace, as it generates the loud-noise, it is influencing a physical, mental bad effect to those workers. Accordingly, though the noise countermeasure for the loud-noisy workplace is acutely requiring, until now, those methods that wearing the soundproof-protection tool, or restriction the working hours, and minimize the noise exposure volume, were mainly used. However, such noise countermeasures occur many problem points. On such point of view, using the acoustic simulation technique, let the workers to choose the workplace where suffering many damages due to the noise of working machine, and after grasp the physical property of working machine and indoor acoustic characteristic, this Study has attempted to grasp the reduction degree of noise level at before-improvement?after-improvement, through the sound-absorption measure. Passing through such preceding step, using auralizational technique based on the noise of working machine of before-improvement after-improvement, and by conduct psycho-acoustics evaluation, this study intended to investigate the change degree of subject reaction. As the result of evaluation, it is considering that the noise-reduction countermeasure method for the loud-noisy workplace could be much effective, through the sound-absorption measure.
