As soon as plan of product is finished, the purchase of fur raw material has to be started while progress of design products for commercializing the fur clothing. The design of fur clothing is consist of material design, color design and shape design. And It makes a new trend & market as we are developing new & various treatments. The some of imported materials are transferred to the factory for being treated first dressing, fabric treatments and dyeing processing according to the design. The first treated materials are transferred to the sewing factory again for secondary treatments and finally inspected and shipped. During secondary treatments the fur has gone through various manufacturing process for using like fabric materials and it takes long time because almost work is running manually. Unlike fabric clothing, fur clothing's manufacturing method is complicated and various from material process to shape process as per feature. • This study investigates the improvement of domestic compression stockings by comparing and analyzing the characteristics of materials and fabrics of medical compression stockings developed in Korea and domestic imported compression stockings. Among imported compression stockings currently available in Korea, three brands with high sales rates are selected by countries (USA, Italy, and Germany) to measure the physical and mechanical properties of the material. Medical compression stockings to be analyzed were selected as M size pantyhose included in 20-30mmHg. As a result, the tensile elongation of medical compression stockings selected in this study was the highest in Korean products in the ankle, while the highest in the US was in the thigh, and the elasticity of Italian products was low. The recovery rate of the kidneys was similar for all four ankles. The ankle weight was the highest except for Korean products that showed the highest weight of the thigh and difference from products of other countries. US product also showed high shape stability due to high recovery of tensile strength from high value RT. Italian products showed low banding and shear values; however, shape stability was poor with good drapeability. In Germany, LT and RT values were low, but clothing comfort was considered excellent. In Korea, LT and RT values, banding and shear characteristics were high, and drapeability was poor. Stiffness was good, but recoverability was excellent.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the development of personal protective equipment (PPE) for emergency medical technicians (EMTs) during chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive situations. Methods: Body measurements were obtained for adults aged from 20 to 59 years from the data in the 6 th Size Korea national sizing survey. These data were compared to the sizes of protective clothing currently available in the market. In-depth interviews with active paramedics with experiences of wearing PPE were conducted. Results: Most of the imported protective clothing turned out to be unfit for Korean adults. This showed the urgent need for developing appropriately sized protective clothing for Korean emergency technicians. In total, 55.0% of the respondents indicated that the current protective clothing is unsafe, and 71.0% requested the clothing to have level C protective performance. Regarding the design, many people wanted hooded all-in-one type of clothing. Conclusion: Considering these requirements, most of the wearers wanted their protective clothing to be fundamentally protective of their body, be available in various sizes with adjustable parts, and easy to wear and take off. They also wanted the clothing to be secure in clear sight, while not revealing any parts of their body and not interfringe with their ability to communicate with others.

  • It has been since 15 century when Ainu realized themselves as a race. Their folk culture had been formed with the effect of East-northern Asia and cultural exchange with Japanese through the northern trade during 17 -18 centuries. It can be ascertained from the typical festival food and clothing. clothing style and the ornaments of Ainu people. The basics of Ainu people are composed of an unfolding clothes which men and women had wort in one-piece style even though they had lived in the northernmost cold climate. Atousi is their typical clothing which had been made of the grass fiber. Ainu people had imported the old cotton clothes from the trading with the mainland roughly in the late E-do (late 18 century). Ainu's clothing is divided broadly into Aiusi and Moreu pattern. Ainu people had decorated their back, shoulder, collar, burial clothes, waist and hem by changing and mixing them. These are the expression of their desire to prevent themselves from the wicked plot or the devil. There is no similar Ainu patterns or skill in Kimono, while it is known to be rather related to the area of Amur River, Sakhalin, and the distant Mongolia. Therefore, the traditional pattern of Ainu should be the continental conception which had been skilfully shaped through the trading with the north adding the series of Ainu People.
