  • The aim of this paper was to provide basic data on revitalizing traditional markets in 389 undergraduate students who had purchased foods sold at a traditional market in order to understand the current state of usage of traditional market foods and to analyze degree of importance and satisfaction. From September 2015 to November 2015, questionnaires were filled out by respondents. Of the 389 questionnaires that were returned, 343 were used while 46 were discarded as incomplete. In the traditional market, high popularity was detected in foods such as 'Hotteok', 'stir-fried rice cake', 'Korean sausage', and so on in that order, which were mainly simple foods. There was a tendency that 'taste', 'hygiene', 'price', and 'quality' were considered as important, all of which scored more than 4 points for all residence types. In the difference analysis of the degree of satisfaction and importance in traditional market foods according to residence types, degree of importance was much higher than that of satisfaction for all selective attributes. In the results of ISA analysis for attributes of traditional market foods, those selling food in the second quadrant need to make more effort to improve 'hygiene' and 'quality' of food.

To achieve this, 18 eco-friendly design elements related to residential space were selected from the Green Building Certification Criteria and the relevant research papers. These elements were categorized into four areas; the ecological environment area (4 elements), the indoor environmental climate one (4 elements), the energy and resource saving one (6 ones), and the material one(4 ones). On the base of these 18 elements, the importance degree of each element was examined by using 5-point Likert scale. The subjects were 299 housewives living in apartment houses in Jangyu new town, Gimhae. The subjects perceived strongly the importance of eco-friendly design elements, but many of them did not know about Green Building Certification Criteria. • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the perceived importance and the perceived caring of nursing needs among oncology nurses, patients with non-terminal cancer and patients with terminal cancer. Method: A total of 83 oncology nurses, 56 patients with non-terminal cancer and 39 patients with terminal cancer served as subjects. Data was collected based on the 4-point Likert scale using a self-administered questionnaire from Mar. to Sept. 2004. Finally, data was analyzed using mean, SD, paired-test,. and ANOVA. Results: The score of the perceived importance of nursing needs was higher than that of the perceived performance of nursing needs in all three groups. There was also a difference in the degree of perceived performance of nursing needs among the three groups. In contrast, there was no difference in the total score of the perceived importance of nursing needs among the three groups, unlike the importance of informational and physical needs as a subgroup of perceived importance, where a difference was noted. Conclusions: Strategies should be developed to narrow down these gaps between nurses and patients. In particular, informational and educational programs should be designed for patients with terminal cancer.

  • In the era of artificial intelligence, the use of 'artificial intelligence-based services' has been diversified by combining various smart devices, big data, and voice recognition technology with artificial intelligence. From the perspective of IT services, these services are important technology that cause a paradigm shift from display-centered to voice-centered, and from passive to active IT-based services. This study seeks to find a solution to the current situation where AI assistant service is still in its beginning stage, despite having been ten years since its release and having a growing number of consumer touch points. Accordingly, we categorized the functions of AI assistant services and identified the degree of importance and satisfaction of services recognized by actual users. In order to define the 'ideal' services of AI assistant, seven experts from AI assistant-related industry have participated in the interview. Based on this result, we investigated the importance and satisfaction of services perceived by actual users of AI assistant services. As a result of IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). we find out which services are potentially 'keep', 'concentrate', 'low priority', or 'overkill' and provide various implications from the findings.

  • Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) holds the assumption that the degree of physical fulfilment of quality attributes and the satisfaction of that attribute is linear. Therefore, IPA can be applied to the traditional one-dimensional attributes, not to other quality elements such as attractive or must-be attributes. To overcome this problem, several articles introduced methods that integrate IPA into the concept of two-dimensional quality. However, these articles are rather conceptual focusing on the differentiation of quality attributes depend on quality elements in IPA. To provide empirical evidence of the dependent relationship between attribute importance and satisfaction in IPA, this study introduces a weighted importance approach and provides validation method using Bacon's priority model, a regression model. For this, the current research investigates 23 quality attributes of TV set for the results of Kano's model, which are adopted from Kim et al., and conducted a survey of 118 university students for the results of the importance/satisfaction and improvement priority. The result of the proposed approach shows better result than those using the conventional way, based on R-square of the regression model.
