자궁절제술 부인의 성생활 만족에 관한 요인 분석 (An Analytic Study on Influencing Factors for Sexual Satisfaction in Women Who have had a Hysterectomy)

  • This research was done to clarify the factors related to sexual satifaction in women who have had a hysterectomy, and to idenify which factors had statistically significant influence of sexual satisfaction of the subjacts. The objective of this study was to identify the variables related to sexual adaptation which might be changed by nursing intervention. This was a cross-sectional descriptive correlation study. There were 230 subjects in the study, and they were selected by a convenient sampling method. The tool. for this study was developed by the researcher through modification of the Dergatis Sexual Function Inventory(DSFI). A pilot study was done to determine the necessary modifications. Data collection was done between Sept. 1987 and Du. 1987 using a mailed questionnaire. The characteristics of the subjects were as follows : The mean age of the subjects was 42.3 years and 204(87.4%) of the subjects had nine or more years of education. The mean income of the subjects was 85.8870 won / month, and 179(77%) of them were housewives. The mean number of pregnancies and children were 4.9 and 2.5 respectively. Oophorectomies were included in the surgery for 66(28.7%) of the subjects. Only 12(5.2%) were planning to have more children. Only 88(38.3%) of the subjects had received information prior to the surgery regarding health problems related to the operation and less than half, 111 (48.3%), had received this kind of information before discharge. Lay persons were the source of information about the post-operation status for 196 (85.2%) of the subjects, but the content of the information did not significantly influence the sexual satisfaction score. Only 16(7.0%) of the subjects said they regretted having a hysterctomy while 102(44.3%) said they were pleased to have had a hysterectomy. Ninety (39.1 %) of the subjects reported that their husbands had “stress” and 164(71.3%) of the subjects reported “stress”. The results of this study are summarized as follows : 1. The mean score for sexual satisfaction of the subjects was 34.24 with a possible maximum score of 50.00. Eighty two(35.8%) were responded that they were satisfied with their sexual life but 61 (26.5%) were responded that they were dissatisfied with their sexual life 2. The following 15 factors extracted from the results of the data analysis were significantly related to sexual satisfaction(p<.05) ; support of husband, body image, emotion, knowledge of sex, menopausal symptoms, sexual behavior, the feelings the subjects had about the hysterectomy, stress for both subject and husband, the number of children, health information given before operation, job, age, level of education and income. The five most important factors influencing sexual satisfaction were identified by using stepwise multiple regression analysis. The most important factor was support of husband, which explained 17.83% of the total variance. The remaining factors in order of significance were : Knowledge of sex, income, job, and emotional status. Those five factors explained 35.16% of the sexual satisfaction. In conclusion, for the care of women who are going to be discharged from hospital after having had a hysterctomy, nurses have to work with the husbands to help them to understand the importance of their support. Nurses also need to make sure that the subjects have an adequeate knowledge of sexual life after a hysterectomy. Also nursing interventions should focus on subjects who do not have a job, who are of low economic status, and the subjects who are under the unpleasant mood.

개인정보보호책임자의 특성이 개인정보보호 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of CPO Characteristics on Organizational Privacy Performance)

  • As personal data breach reared up as a problem domestically and globally, organizations appointing chief privacy officers (CPOs) are increasing. Related Korean laws, 'Personal Data Protection Act' and 'the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.' require personal data processing organizations to appoint CPOs. Research on the characteristics and role of CPO is called for because of the importance of CPO being emphasized. There are many researches on top management's role and their impact on organizational performance using the Upper Echelon theory. This study investigates what influence the characteristics of CPO gives on the organizational privacy performance. CPO's definition varies depending on industry, organization size, required responsibility and power. This study defines CPO as 'a person who takes responsibility for all the duties on handling the organization's privacy,' This research assumes that CPO characteristics such as role, personality and background knowledge have an influence on the organizational privacy performance. This study applies the part relevant to the upper echelon's characteristics and performance of the executives (CEOs, CIOs etc.) for CPO. First, following Mintzberg and other managerial role classification, information, strategic, and diplomacy roles are defined as the role of CPO. Second, the "Big Five" taxonomy on individual's personality was suggested in 1990. Among these five personalities, extraversion and conscientiousness are drawn as the personality characteristics of CPO. Third, advance study suggests complex knowledge of technology, law and business is necessary for CPO. Technical, legal, and business background knowledge are drawn as the background knowledge of CPO. To test this model empirically, 120 samples of data collected from CPOs of domestic organizations are used. Factor analysis is carried out and convergent validity and discriminant validity were verified using SPSS and Smart PLS, and the causal relationships between the CPO's role, personality, background knowledge and the organizational privacy performance are analyzed as well. The result of the analysis shows that CPO's diplomacy role and strategic role have significant impacts on organizational privacy performance. This reveals that CPO's active communication with other organizations is needed. Differentiated privacy policy or strategy of organizations is also important. Legal background knowledge and technical background knowledge were also found to be significant determinants to organizational privacy performance. In addition, CPOs conscientiousness has a positive impact on organizational privacy performance. The practical implication of this study is as follows: First, the research can be a yardstick for judgment when companies select CPOs and vest authority in them. Second, not only companies but also CPOs can judge what ability they should concentrate on for development of their career relevant to their job through results of this research. Cultural social value, citizen's consensus on the right to privacy, expected CPO's role will change in process of time. In future study, long-term time-series analysis based research can reveal these changes and can also offer practical implications for government and private organization's policy making on information privacy.

컬러커뮤니케이션이 브랜드 이미지에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 - 기업 로고를 중심으로 (Research about the Influence of Color Communication on Brand Images - based on Industrial Logos)

  • 컬러는 어떠한 다른 요소보다 앞선 단계에서 인간의 의식과 무의식에 영향을 주며 형태보다 강하게 소비자에게 다가갈 수 있기 때문에 긍정적인 기업 이미지 구축을 위한 효과적인 컬러 마케팅을 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 컬러커뮤니케이션이 브랜드 이미지 형성에 얼마나 영향을 주는가를 연구하여 컬러커뮤니케이션의 중요성을 일깨우고 브랜드 이미지의 가치를 높이는 전략방법을 알아보고자 하였다. 효과적 연구를 위해 기존 연구 자료와 문헌을 통해 이론적 고찰을 하고 실증 조사 분석을 하였다. 연구결과를 보면, 신뢰(credibility)와 호감을 갖는 브랜드는 컬러커뮤니케이션 보다는 여러 마케팅 활동으로 인한 신뢰 있는 기업의 브랜드를 선호한다고 볼 수 있다. 또, 선호하는 컬러의 차이는 분명하지만, 선호하는 브랜드 로고의 컬러와 자신의 이미지를 나타내는 컬러와는 큰 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 선호 브랜드 로고의 컬러 보다는 신뢰와 호감을 느껴 선호하는 브랜드가 있으며 이 또한 자신의 이미지를 나타내는 컬러와는 독립적임을 알 수 있다. 소비자의 자아 이미지를 나타내는 컬러와 브랜드 이미지를 형성하는 감성적 컬러와의 영향은 없으며, 선호하는 컬러가 브랜드 이미지를 형성하는 감성적 컬러와의 영향관계는 있는 것으로 나타나 소비자 자아 이미지를 나타내는 컬러 보다는 표적 시장의 소비자 선호 컬러가 무엇인가를 파악하는 것이 중요할 것으로 생각된다. 이 연구를 통해 브랜드 이미지 형성에서 컬러커뮤니케이션을 전략적으로 어떻게 활용하며, 기존의 컬러커뮤니케이션 연구와 달리 각 브랜드 로고의 컬러 감성을 통한 이미지와 소비자 선호와의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다.

웹 기반 가격할인 수준과 희소성이 영향을 주는 지각된 제품 가치와 태도 변화 (Perceived Product Value and Attitude Change Affecting Web-based Price Discount Level and Scarcity)

  • Purpose Product characteristics and price value in website have strongly effects on customer satisfaction. Especially, in the online shopping site, the scarcity limits the customer's opportunity to purchase the product. Thus scarcity has been proposed as a important factor that makes the customer highly aware of the merchantability of the product. The scarcity in the web store is used as an important variable to make purchasing decisions of users easier by psychological pressure. In the case of scarce products with price discounts in online commerce, advertising formats that highlight scarcity value in the web commerce market are very effective in enhancing purchase intentions of consumers. Unlike offline stores, the importance of scarcity becomes more important when reflecting the characteristics of online commerce. Therefore, this study intends to confirm the influence of the degree of price discounts and scarcity information presented by Web sites on consumer purchase behavior in Web purchase behavior. Design/methodology/approach This study conducted a web-based experimental study on price sensitivity and price discount. Therefore, we created experimental web-sites that offer two stimuli according to the discount rate. The 200 respondents were randomly assigned. The stimuli were fictitious based on tourism products. The first stimulus presented the price discount(15% discount) with basic explanation about the package of the tourist package. The stimuli assigned to the second group were used for groups with high price discount intensity(65% discount). In this way, the two stimuli clearly distinguished the level of price discount intensity. This paper conducted t-test analysis and structural equation to analyze the experiemental results after confirming the reliability and validity. Findings The results of this study are as follows. The difference in price discount intensity (15% vs 65%) with scarcity showed the mean difference among all the variables. Therefore, this study concluded that there is a significant difference between the price discount of 15% and 65% for the acquisition value and transaction value of users. In particular, consumers' purchase intention is greater and product recommendation intensity is stronger when the price discount is 65%. As a result, the high degree of the price discount intensity with scarcity exerts a greater influence on consumers' purchase intentions. Product scarcity also have a significant impact on perceived value of users. Therefore, purchase intention of customers increases when perceived value increases their profit and pleasure feeling.

중소제조업 종업원의 직무특성과 조직 공정성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 남동 및 반월 공단을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Influence of Job Characteristics and Organizational Justice on the Job Satisfaction - Focusing on the Small- and Medium- Sized Firms in Namdong und Banwool Area -)

  • 본 연구는 남동 및 반월 공단 중소제조업 생산직 종업원을 대상으로 직무만족과 직무특성 및 공정성간의 관계를 설문조사 형태로 연구되었다. 본 연구는 분배 및 절차공정성이 중소제조업 종업원의 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 II와 구성원이 직무특성을 바람직하게 지각할수록 내적보상 요인에 더욱 만족을 할 것이라는 가설 I를 설정하였다. 선행 연구자들이 제시한 지각된 직무 특성요인은 기능다양성, 과업정체성, 과업중요성, 자율성 및 피드백 등 5가지 차원으로 분석되었다. 유의수준 .05에서 기능다양성, 과업정체성, 과업중요성 및 자율성 등 지각된 직무특성요인은 조직구성원들의 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 과업정체성과 피드백은 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에서 직무만족이 분배 및 절차공정성과 강하게 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 중소제조업 종업원의 조직공정성이 직무만족에 미치는 중요한 영향을 감안할 때, 중소제조업의 인적자원관리에 있어서 공정성 인식을 높이는 노력이 요구된다. 특히 제한된 조직의 자원을 배분할 때에는 공정한 절차를 사용하고 있다는 것을 모든 조직 구성원에게 인식시키는 것이 직무만족을 제고하기 위한 선행조건이라 할 수 있다.

전통경관의 치유특질과 방문경험 - 경주 안압지 방문자의 평가를 중심으로 - (Restorative Quality of Traditional Landscape and Visiting Experience - Based on the Assessment of Visitors of An-Ap-Ji in Kyong Ju -)

  • 의도된 집중력은 환경에 의해 장기간 요구되면 피로하게 된다. Kaplan과 Kaplan의 집중력 회복이론(ART)에서는 피로한 의도된 집중력은 치유경관에 의해 회복된다고 주장된다. 네 가지 치유특질은 탈출감, 경관의 매력, 경관의 공간감, 그리고 적합성이다. ART에서는 다양한 경관이 치유효과를 유발할 수 있다고 인정하고 있지만, 지금까지 경관의 치유효과는 자연경관과 도시경관의 두 가지 차원에서 연구되어 왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 본 연구의 목적은 두 가지로 첫째, 전통경관을 대상으로 한국형 PRS를 개발하고, 두 번째, 전통경관의 치유특질이 방문경험에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구는 안압지에서 수행되었으며, 200명의 안압지 방문자가 설문조사에 참여하였다. Hartig 등의 PRS(Perceived Restorativeness Scale)가 경관의 치유성을 평가하기 위한 측정도구로 사용되었다. 분석결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 1) PRS는 역사지역에 대한 한국인의 평가에 매우 신뢰성 있는 측정도구로 밝혀졌다. 특히, 요인분석에서는 네 가지 요인이 도출되었는데, 이는 ART를 뒷받침하고 있다. 2) 경관의 장소성은 치유효과에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 경관의 아름다움은 비록 경관의 장소성이 경관치유에 미치는 영향보다는 작지만, 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 4) 네 가지 경관치유특질 중에서 세 가지 특질(경관의 매력, 탈출감, 적합성)이 방문만족과 재방문의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 상대적인 중요도의 순서는 경관의 매력, 탈출감, 적합성으로 분석되었다. 연구결과에 근거하면, 앞으로의 연구에서는 PRS의 신뢰성을 재 검증하기 위한 연구가 필요한 것으로 나타난다. 또한 장소성과 경관의 치유효과의 관계성을 밝히기 위한 연구도 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

수직증축 리모델링공사의 효율적 관리를 위한 영향요인 분석 (Analysis on Priority of Influence Factors for Management of Vertical-extension Remodeling Project)

  • 국내 공동주택 시장은 1980년대 이후 급격한 경제성장과 함께 부동산 시장이 활발해 짐에 따라 도시인구의 급격한 증가를 보이며 계속적으로 도시에 공급되어 도시 주거문화의 형태로 자리 잡았다. 하지만 시간이 갈수록 대량 공급 되었던 공동주택은 노후화가 진행되어, 재건축을 통해 환경개선을 이루었다. 그러나 재건축은 진행 과정에서 많은 양의 건설 폐기물을 발생시키며, 도심 환경의 악화, 소음, 교통, 세대수 증가 등이 문제점으로 따라 왔으며, 개발이익 위주로 추진되고 있는 재건축에 문제점들로 인해 각종 규제가 강화되자 공동주택 리모델링이 주목 받기 시작 하였고, 최근 주택법 등이 바뀌기 시작하면서 소규모 중, 고층 공동주택 등을 시작으로 수직증축 리모델링 사업이 추진되었다. 환경개선은 물론 시대적 요구사항에 맞게 변모하고 하였으며, 기존 건물을 사용한다는 점에서 여러 우려와 문제점을 나타내기도 하지만 미래적 방향으로 꼭 필요한 리모델링의 한 분야이다. 이에 본 연구는 공동주택 수직증축 리모델링 시공 사례 분석과 기존 연구 자료를 통해 리스크 발생 요인을 유형별로 조사 하였고, 시공 시행사, 설계 및 전문가로부터 설문조사 와 면담을 통해 관리개선요소 우선순위 분석을 통하여 상대적 중요도를 선정 하였다.

아울렛의 제품 가치가 고객 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Product Value of Outlet Stores on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • Purpose - As more consumers pursue high quality products at reasonable prices, Korean retail companies are increasing investment in expanding their outlet stores. Despite the growing importance of the outlet business, there has been very little empirical research on consumers' outlet shopping behaviors. This study aimed to investigate the relationships between consumers' perceived product value (performance quality, value for money, and social value) of outlet stores and overall shopping satisfaction and the effect of shopping satisfaction on outlet store loyalty. Research design, data and methodology - The authors developed a structural model in which performance quality, value for money, and social value of products are proposed to affect overall outlet shopping satisfaction, thus increasing customer loyalty. To analyze the research model, data were collected from 88 shoppers at suburban outlets. SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were utilized to test the hypotheses. The unidimensionality of each construct was supported from the results of the reliability test with Cronbach's α and confirmatory factor analyses. Correlation analysis was performed and the results warranted the nomological validity of the measures. The fit statistics of the overall model analysis demonstrated an acceptable fit(X2(161)=171.651, p=.000; X2/df=1.546; GFI=.821, NFI=.879, TLI=.942, CFI=.953, RMR=.035, RMSEA=.079). Results - The findings are as follows. First, consumers' perceived value of product performance quality had a significant positive effect on overall outlet shopping satisfaction. Consumers, who evaluate performance quality of the product more positively, tend to express stronger satisfaction and happiness about outlet shopping experience. Second, consumers' perceived social value of outlet products influenced their overall satisfaction significantly. Consumers who believe that products of outlet stores enhance self-concepts are more likely to satisfy with outlet shopping experience. However, consumers' perception of outlet products on value for money was not found to significantly influence overall shopping satisfaction. Finally, overall shopping satisfaction had a significant and positive influence on loyalty. Conclusions - While outlet retailers have traditionally focused on promoting competitively priced merchandise, the results of this study suggest that customers' overall satisfaction with outlet shopping is influenced more by the non-price-related product values. In the context of an outlet shopping environment, performance quality and social value of the products were found to be more critical predictors of customer overall satisfaction. Therefore, it would not be efficient for outlet retailers to highlight economic value of their merchandise. Instead, they need to investigate the performance quality of the products regularly and try to deliver quality guaranteed goods to enhance customer satisfaction. Also, outlet retailers should differentiate their businesses by carrying more unique and prestigious brands and emphasize higher social value and symbolic meanings of their products. As competition among outlet retailers are getting fierce, retail companies need to focus on strengthening customer loyalty with a long-term perspective. With a deeper understanding of the relationship between consumers' perceived product values and shopping satisfaction, outlet retailers will be able to develop customer loyalty strategies effectively and to achieve competitive advantage.

Effects of soaking on a lime stabilized clay and implications for pavement design

  • This paper investigates the effects of soaking on a lime stabilized high plasticity clay and evaluates the implications for pavement design. In this context, the soil was stabilized by 4%, 6% and 9% hydrated lime. The soil was pulverized in two different gradations so that representative field gradations could be simulated. Both soil pulverization levels passed the relevant field gradation criteria. Curing durations were chosen as 7 days, 28 days and 56 days. Two groups of samples were prepared and were tested in unconfined compression test apparatus to measure the strength and secant modulus at failure values. One of the groups was tested immediately after curing. The other group of samples were first cured and then subjected to soaking for ten days before testing. Visual observations were made on the samples during the soaking period. The results showed the superiority of fine soil pulverization over coarse soil pulverization for unsoaked conditions in terms of strength and modulus values. Soaking of the samples affected the unconfined compressive strength and modulus values based on lime content, curing duration and soil pulverization level. In soaked samples, fine soil pulverization resulted in higher strength and modulus values compared to coarse soil pulverization. However, even with fine soil pulverization, effects of soaking on modulus values were more significant. A new term named as "Soaking Influence Factor (SIF)" was defined to compare the reduction in strength and modulus due to soaking. The data was compared with the relevant design guidelines and an attempt was made to include Soaking Influence Factors for strength and modulus (SIFS and SIFM) into pavement design processes. Two equations which correlated secant modulus at failure to unconfined compressive strength were proposed based on the samples subjected to soaking. The results of this study showed that in order to decrease the diverse effects of soaking for lime stabilized soils, soil pulverization level should be kept as fine as possible in the field. Importance of proper drainage precautions in the pavements is highlighted for better performance of the pavements.

웹정보시스템(WIS) 사용지원 서비스의 품질결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quality Determinant Factors of User-Support Service under Web-based Information System)

  • Parasuraman, Zaithmal, 그리고 Berry에 의하여 개념화된 서비스의 결정 요인인 신뢰성, 반응성, 보장성, 공감성, 유형성의 차원이 WIS환경에서 적합한지 분석한 결과 측정척도로서 SERVQUAL을 사용할 경우 반응성과 보장성, 공감성과 유형성, 신뢰성의 3개 요인으로 사용되어 질 수 있으며, SERVPERF를 사용할 경우 5개 요인이 사용되어질 수 있었다. 품질결정요인 중 신뢰성과 유형성이 유의하게 서비스 품질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 컴퓨터 사용환경이 더욱 분산된 형태를 띠는 WIS환경에서는 사용자 지원서비스를 위하여 공식적 정보센터뿐만 아니라 비공식적 정보센터를 효율적으로 활용해야 할 것이다.
