A Study on Strategies of Smart Green City - The Priority Analysis and Application of Planning Technique -

  • Purpose: The goal of this research is to identify the planning techniques of Smart Green City with Ubiquitous method and carbon-neutral city planning techniques and to induce the main planning techniques through the analysis of relative importance and practical adaptation. Method: First of all, eighteen planning techniques were derived and categorized into three organization systems and six sectors through literature review and FGI analysis considering the applicability of Ubiquitous service for carbon-neutral city planning techniques. Secondly, based on expert surveys and AHP analysis, the importance of Smart Green City planning techniques was evaluated. Thirdly, using case study, six cases related to Smart Green City were analyzed for the current status of application of planning techniques. Lastly, considering the importance of planning techniques and practical aspects, the characteristics of Smart Green City and its implication were estimated. Result: Energy, Resource and Waste and Transportation sector were identified as important sectors for Smart Green City. In addition, 'Construction of Smart Grid', 'System for Utilization of New & Renewable Energy', 'Smart Resource Circulation Management System', 'Establishment of Public Transportation Information System basis', 'Construction of Pedestrian / Bicycle oriented Road Environment' are essential planning techniques to create Smart Green City.

  • This study aimis to identify policy priorities for promoting youth activities through the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). IPA is used to identify policy priorities for promoting local youth activities. The IPA tabulated result is presented in a two-dimensional grid to showing for promoting local youth activities, The require concentrate support part is divided into 3 parts. Problem solve supporting at work development of leisure activities programs, leisure activities programs developing and development of leisure-related professionals. And leisure-related professionals developing. The next parts that require continuous management were divided into four parts. The next parts that require continuous management is divided into four parts. Creating rental housing for young people, support for housing expenses supporting, loans supporting, and Holiday guaranteed. Based on the factors that support youth activities that make up the IPA matrix, the implications of revitalizing local youth activities is presented as below. First, ensuring employment of local youth and efforts to create sustainable jobs. Second, continuous efforts to improve the housing conditions of local youth, and third, policy support is needed for local youth to do various leisure activities.

  • This study aims to identify the dimensions of trade show performance in Iranian trade shows and apply the revised importance-performance analysis. The IPA method integrates two types of indirect importance and a composite I-P mapping using traditional four-quadrants, as well as a diagonal line on a two-dimensional grid. Based on the analysis results, this study presents several suggestions to contribute to the development of the trade show industry. First, it is noted that the dimensionality of trade show performance in a developing country context can be different from that of prior literature. Taking different industry development stages of a show hosting countries, examining the dimensions of each trade show performance with every effort to derive proper exhibitors' implications is necessary. Second, the use of statically-derived importance is recommended while considering respondents' convenience to reduce their time and fatigue when collecting data at the busy booths. Further, applying composite I-P mapping is suggested as an effective diagnostic tool to provide optimal trade show strategies for the exhibitors under the dynamic and ever-changing global business environment.

  • 비대면 거래 활성화로 증권사 간 영업점포 규모나 거래 비용면의 차별성은 줄어들고 증권거래 시스템에 대한 중요성이 높아졌다. 특히 개인 투자자들이 많이 사용하는 모바일 트레이딩 시스템의 거래 비중 증가와 코로나19 이후 개인 투자자의 증가로 모바일 트레이딩 시스템은 더욱 중요해졌다. 하지만 모바일 트레이딩 시스템에 관한 사용성 연구는 문헌조사나 설문조사방법으로 진행되어 사용자 중심의 사용성 연구는 부족하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사용자 중심의 사용성 속성을 알아보기 위해 사용자의 경험적 인식을 찾아내는 레퍼토리 그리드 기법을 사용하였다. 사용자 관점의 모바일 트레이딩 시스템 사용성 속성을 도출하고 사용자 그룹과 개발자 그룹간의 빈도와 중요도 측면에서 사용성 속성 차이를 확인하였다.

국립공원(國立公園) 관리(管理)에 관찰도(觀察度) - 영향도(影響度) 분석(分析) 기법(技法) 적용(適用) (Application of Observance-Influence Analysis Techique in a National Park Management)

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 기존(旣存)에 사용되고 있는 휴양 자원의 관리 및 경영 평가 기법(技法)인 '중요도(重要度)-성취도(成就度)(Importance-Performance) 분석(分析)'을 바탕으로 제안(提案)된 '관찰도(關察度) - 영향도(影響度)(Obserance-Influence) 분석(分析)' 기법(技法)을 월악산 국립공원(國立公園) 이용객(利用客)에게 적용(適用)하여 그들이 월악산 국립공원(國立公園)의 자연(自然) 환경(環境), 관리(管理) 및 시설(施設) 환경(環境), 그리고 사회(社會) 환경(環境)에 관련(關聯)된 30개의 속성(屬性)들을 어떻게 인지(認知)하고 있으며 또한 인지(認知)된 속성(屬性)들이 이용객(利用客)의 휴양(休養) 경험(經驗)에 어떻게 영향(影響)을 끼치는 지를 조사하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)의 자료(資料)는 1996년 여름 550명의 월악산 이용객(利用客)을 대상으로 직접(直接) 설문(說問) 조사(調査) 방법(方法)에 의하여 수집(收集)되었다. 자료(資料)의 분석(分析) 결과(結果) 월악산 국립공원(國立公園) 이용객(利用客)에 의해 관찰(觀察)된 중요한 속성(屬性)들은 물리적/생물적 환경에 관련된 것들이었고 이들 속성(屬性)들은 또한 이용객의 휴양(休養) 경험(經驗)에 큰 영향(影響)을 주었다. 특히 깨끗한 물, 맑은 공기, 그리고 아름다운 계곡의 경우에는 약 77%~65%의 응답자가 중요한 속성이라고 답하였다. 원시적(圓式的)인 실행격자(實行格子)가 작성(作成)되고 응답자의 평가 결과에 의해 각 속성들이 격자의 각 분면에 표시되었는데 앞서 밝힌 이에 깨끗한 물, 맑은 공기, 그리고 아름다운 계곡, 아름다운 산림 등의 속성은 집중적인 관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 산림과 관련된 다양한 식물과 수목, 잘 손질된 산림 등의 속성의 경우에도 이용객의 휴양경험에 긍정적 영향을 끼치므로 관리 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 반면 서비스에 관련된 속성들의 경우 이용객들에 의해 많이 관찰은 되고 있지만 그들의 경험에는 큰 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

CFD를 이용한 덕트 프로펠러 단독 상태에서의 추진 성능 예측 (PROPULSIVE PERFORMANCE PREDICTION OF A DUCTED PROPELLER IN OPEN WATER CONDITION USING CFD)

  • In this study, a numerical prediction on propulsive performance of a ducted propeller in open water condition was carried out by solving Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS) equation using computational fluid dynamics(CFD). A configuration of propeller Ka-470 inside duct 19A was considered. Hexahedral grid system was generated by dividing whole computational domain into three separate regions; propeller, duct and outer flow region. A commercial CFD software, ANSYS-CFX was used for numerical simulations. Results were compared with experimental data and showed considerable improvement in accuracy, in comparison to those from surface panel method which is based on potential flow assumption. The results also exhibited the importance of grid system within the gap between the inner surface of duct and blade tip for accurate prediction of propulsive performance of ducted propeller.

Power Quality Warning of High-Speed Rail Based on Multi-Features Similarity

  • As one type of power quality (PQ) disturbance sources, high-speed rail (HSR) can have major impacts on the power supply grid. Providing timely and accurate warning information for PQ problems of HSR is important for the safe and stable operation of traction power supply systems and the power supply grid. This study proposes a novel warning approach to identify PQ problems and provide warning prompts based on the monitored data of HSR. To embody the displacement and status change of monitored data, multi-features of different sliding windows are computed. To reflect the relative importance degree of these features in the overall evaluation, an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyse the weights of multi-features. Finally, a multi-features similarity algorithm is applied to analyse the difference between monitored data and the reference data of HSR, and PQ warning results based on dynamic thresholds can be analysed to quantify its severity. Cases studies demonstrate that the proposed approach is effective and feasible, and it has now been applied to an actual PQ monitoring platform.

성공적인 IT프로젝트 수행을 위한 PM 역량에 관한 연구 (A Study on the PM Competencies for Successful Completion of IT Project)

  • The revised "Software Industry Promotion Law" has been effective from 2013. This law is to be basis of the domestic public information sector and increases the opportunities for small and medium-sized firms in participating the public IT projects. The shortcomings of this law may be the increase of the risk and the decrease of quality of projects. These suggest that the competencies of project manager (PM) s are critical. Also, in general, an SI (System Integration) project is a one that provides a customer with a customer-tailored system for system integration. Particularly, in an SI project involved in a public institution or a large corporation, the ripple effect of success or failure of a project is becoming greater as the system requires higher cost and more time due to high complexity and large scale. One of the solutions to address these problems is to investigate the competencies of a PM. Thus, in this paper, we derived the major competencies using the RGT (Repertory Grid Technique) and categorized the resultant constructs using the content analysis. In addition, we analyzed the level of importance of competencies by applying the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The conclusion was that Problem-solving Skill and Leadership were the most important competencies of a project manager.

Improvement in Active Power Control Methods for a Wind Farm Based on Modified Wind Turbine Control in Danish Grid Codes

  • The importance of power system stability has been emphasized with an increase of wind energy penetration in the power system. Accordingly, the guarantee on various control capabilities, including active and reactive power control of wind farms, was regarded as the most important aspect for the connection to the grid. To control the wind farm active power, the wind farm controller was introduced. The wind farm controller decides the power set points for each wind turbine generating unit and each wind turbine generating unit controls its power according to the set points from the wind farm controller. Therefore, co-relationship between wind farm controller and wind turbine controllers are significantly important. This paper proposes some control methods of wind farm active power control based on modified wind turbine control for power system stability and structures to connect wind turbine controllers to wind farm controller. Besides, this paper contributes to development of control algorithm considering not only electrical components but also mechanical components. The proposed contributions were verified by full simulation including power electronics and turbulent wind speed. The scenario refers to the active power control regulations of the Eltra and Elkraft system in Denmark.

임상영양서비스에 대한 환자의 인식 조사 (Patient Perceptions of Clinical Nutrition Service)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the patient perception of clinical nutrition service. The research was performed by using questionnaires and conducted from February 14 to March 15 at 42 hospitals (over 400 beds). 41.7% of patients experienced nutritional education and counseling. The mean score of the patients' perception on clinical nutritional service was 4.62/5.00 for "nutrition care is important for treatment of the disease", 4.49/5.00 for "diet therapy is necessary for treatment of the disease", 4.16/5.00 for "nutritional counseling call-centers are necessary", 4.13/5.00 for "nutritional consultation fee is required to apply insurance benefits", 4.12/5.00 for "one-to-one nutrition system is necessary", and 3.56/5.00 for "nutrition services I am willing to pay". The patients who had no past experience in nutritional education and counseling showed significantly higher scores for "nutrition care is important for treatment of the disease", "one-to-one nutritional care system is necessary", and "nutritional counseling call-centers are necessary" (P<0.05). The mean scores for the importance (4.26/5.00) and performance (3.88/5.00) of nutrition counseling service were significantly different (P<0.01). "Nutritional counseling is available whenever I want" had the highest gap score between performance and importance among nutrition counseling service items. The importance and performance grid showed that highly important items had high performance (doing great area) and less important items have low performance (low priority).
