지리정보분석시스템을 활용한 공공서비스로서의 도시공원 입지특성 평가 - 충북 청주시를 대상으로 - (Assessment on Location Characteristics of Urban Park as Public Service Using Geographic Information Analysis System: Focused on Cheongju City)

  • The Purpose of this research was to propose positioning strategies of urban park (UP) based on the assessment of location characteristics at cheongju city. To do that, this research found out urban park service area (UPSA) using GIS network analysis and built socio-economic attribute database, UP map, and other public service thematic maps such as public transportation, education, child-care, and convenience services. And this research analyzed spatial and attribute data using Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple linear regression, and binary logistic regression methods. As a result of this analysis, 1) the nearer neighborhood park and children's park, the higher land price and assumption income level (AIL). 2) children's parks were closed to living convenience facilities such as bank, hospital, and convenience store. 3) land price, AIL, population, and other public services level (PSL) in UPSA were higher than that of non-UPSA. 4) The higher land price, AIL, population, and other PSL, the higher urban park service level. The results of this research may contribute to resolve the regional UP unbalance and to improve UP service level as public service.

고속철도에 있어서 접근도의 중요성 분석에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of the Importance of Accessibility for High Speed Railway : Stated-Preference Approach)

  • The introduction of high speed railway system a significant impact on the conventional inter-urban transport systems by inducing a significant traffic from the existing modes as well as generating a new traffic. It is also closely related to intra-urban transport systems as the inter-urban traffic has its origin and destination in a city. In the context of mode choice, for high speed transport systems, it has been argued that the accessibility is the most important attribute conceived by users. Thus this study attempts to analysis the importance of the accessibility for the planned high speed railway systems particularly with respect to the location of Busan Station. For this Stated-Preference approach, which is considered appropriate for such study, is adopted, and disaggregate binary logit models for mode choice between the high speed railway and air service in Busan-Seoul corridor are developed. The elasticities for cost and service variables are also derived. The results disclose that cost is the most important which is inconsistent with most previous studies ; accessibility has considerable impact on the choice ; and frequency however has a little impacts. Concerning location of the high speed railway station the results suggest that the longer the access distance is, the more important the accessibility is. This implies that the connection of reliable access transport services such as underground are essential between the terminal and urban center.

  • 플라스틱 제품의 사출금형을 위한 게이트 위치의 최적 설계는 다양한 설계에 대한 3차원 사출성형 분석으로 도출할 수 있다. 이 논문은 사출금형에서 게이트 위치의 영향에 관한 연구이다. 게이트 위치는 플라스틱 제품의 생산성과 품질에 결정적인 영향을 미친다. 논문의 목적은 사출기를 사용한 자동차 에어 클리너 상부커버의 제조과정 중에 수지충전, 웰드라인, 사출압력에 대한 게이트의 영향을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 따라서 이 논문에서 이러한 문제들을 분석하기 위한 게이트의 위치는 4가지 경우로 변화를 주었다. 논문에서 각각의 게이트 위치 변화를 고려한 CAE 시뮬레이션은 사출금형공정에서 제품에 나타나는 결함의 원인을 예견하기 위하여 수행되었다.

  • Injection molding is a manufacturing method of melting the polymer resin and injecting it into a mold to molding it into the desired form. Due to the short molding time and outstanding formability, complex products can be shaped with high precision and it is the most widely used polymer molding method. However, there may be areas that are not filled depending on the location of the injection gate where polymer resin is injected. Formability is determined by deformation and surface precision due to the impact of residual stress after molding. Hence, choosing the location of the injection gate is very important and molding analysis of injection molding is essential to reduce the cost of the mold. This study evaluated the injection formability based on the location of the injection gate of the vertical machining center ATC tool port using injection molding analysis and the results were compared and analyzed. Injection molding analysis was conducted on filling, packing, and deformation according to the location of the gate of the ATC tool port. From each injection gate location, filling time, pressure, and maximum deformation were compared. At gate 2, conditions of molding time and the location of the gate were far superior in production and quality. Gate 2 produced the smallest deformation of 0.779mm with the best quality.

식생지수와 녹지자연도의 비교평가 (Comparison Analysis of Vegetation Index and Degree of Green Naturality)

  • Vegetation is an important factor in EIA(Environmental Impact Assessment) and it is assessed according to DGN(Degree of Green Naturality) in EIS(Environmental Impact Statement) preparation. But DGN has room for improvement of assessing vegetation Status. This study introduced NDVI(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) for improving status assessment method that subjects to DGN. For the application of NDVI, Landsat TM data of Chunchon on May 2, 1989 and June 1, 1994, and data of Ulsan on November 5, 1984, November 2, 1992 and May 9, 1994 were used. It compared NDVI with DGN according to season and location. The correlation coefficient value for the spring image (1994, 0.7, p=0.01) was proved to be higher than that of autumn (1984, 0.5, p=0.01).

단면 겹치기 접착 조인트의 충돌해석 (An Impact Analysis of Adhesively-Bonded Single Lap Joint)

  • This study presents an explicit dynamic analysis of an adhesively bonded single-lap joint under an impact load. The finite element software, ANSYS LS-DYNA, was used for the analysis and Von Mises stresses were obtained from the analysis. To model the adherents, solid elements were used and a rigid body was assumed for impactor modeling. Three impact heights (1 m, 5 m, and 10 m) were applied to consider different impact conditions and infinite boundary conditions were applied to the end-area of each adherent to save computational time in the analysis. In addition to investigating the stresses in the normal state, we also investigated the stresses in a damaged state (elasticity deterioration), simulated by a change in Young's modulus for 36 of the 3600 elements in the upper layer of the adhesive. The results showed that the location of damage is critical to the stress state of each layer (upper, middle, and lower).

The Impact of Logistics Infrastructure Development in China on the Promotion of Sino-Korea Trade: The Case of Inland Port under the Belt and Road Initiative

  • Purpose - This study investigates the impact of inland port development in China on the promotion of bilateral trade flows between China and South Korea. Design/methodology - The probable association between the establishment of inland ports and Sino-Korea trade was estimated using gravity models. In this regards, two sets of data were collected. The first dataset consists of the baseline variables of a gravity model, while the second one includes variables of logistics infrastructure development. The indicators of logistics infrastructure development include inland ports, the amount of government expenditure on transport infrastructure, the lengths of roads and railways, the number of trucks and the number of logistics industry workforce. Findings - The results show that inland port development has a positive impact on facilitating bilateral trade between China and South Korea. However, the positive association holds only for Chinese regions with a large trade volume and a proximity to seaports. In other regions, the impact of inland ports is not statistically significant. Originality/value - To the best knowledge of the authors, this study is the first attempt to explore the economic impact of inland ports in China. In addition, the findings in this paper provide both policy and managerial implications for the future development of inland ports, such as the strategic location of inland ports and integrated intermodal operations.

강화재파단이 있는 복합재료의 저속 충격특성 (Impact Properties of CFRP Laminates with Initial Fiber Failures)

  • The carbon fiber reinforced/epoxy laminated composites were fabricated with initial fiber failures within the unidirectional fiber pre-pregnated ply. The fiber failures were made intentionally either parallel to and/or perpendicular to the unidirectional fibers within the ply. The pre-made clear-cut cracks were found to be healed partially after laminating process. The laminates were impacted with or without initial fiber failures within the laminates. The force versus deflection curves were compared. The partially healed laminates showed the reduced laminate stiffness as compared to those without any intentional fiber failures. The impact curves were compared with size and the location of the initial failures varied.

  • After many years of proliferation, the nuclear industry is indebted for a formidable consequence, the safe management of spent fuel. Naturally, the high radioactivity involved with such process motivates the development of effective telerobotic systems. Nevertheless, the existing master-slave type of tele manipulators are limited in effectiveness by the human operator's limited sensory and manipulation capabilities. This paper presents the result of a research effort to resolve such problems by assigning the slave manipulator a certain degree of intelligence; sensing and actuation. In the presented system, a perception-action loop is achieved using ultrasonic range sensor and laser distance sensor interfaced with the PUMA 760 industrial robot system, and applied to automating impact wrenching task for unbolting the lid of nuclear spent fuel cask. The perception-action loop performs determination of the cask location, collision avoidance and centering of the impact wrench onto the bolt head. To aid the insertion task and to provide versatility a mounting module consisting of an RCC device and an automatic tool changer is designed and implemented. The performance of the developed system is tested on the model cask and the result is given.

잡음 속에 묻힌 충격 소음원 위치 추정 (Impact Noise Source Localization in Noise)

  • This paper addresses the way in which we can find where impact noise sources are. Specifically, we have an interest in the case that the signal is embedded in noise. We propose a signal processing method that can identify impulsive sources’location. The method is robust with respect to noise; spatially distributed noise. This has been achieved by a beamforming method with regard to cepstrum domain is used. It is noteworthy that the cepstrum has the ability to detect periodic pulse signal in noise. Numerical simulation and experiments are performed to verify the method. Results show that the proposed technique is quite powerful for localizing the faults in noisy environments. The method also required less microphones than conventional beamforming method.
