대전 역세권의 산학연 연계 개발 방안에 관한 연구 (A Strategy for the Development of Impact Area Around Dae-Jun Rail Transit Station in Relating with the Industry-University-Institute Collaboration)

  • The Purpose of this study is to find out the renewal methods of Dae-jun railway station areas, focusing on the domestic/foreign case studies of the railway station areas and the possibility of the Industry-University-Institute collaboration in this area. As a result, this study shows that the revitalization for the impact area around rail transit station in the aspect of urban spatial structure, mixed land use, type of facilities and exchanging transit system of mass traffic etc, as well as such non-physical aspects as Industry-University-Institute collaboration and administrative planning. It does so by strengthening ties between hardware and software studies of urban planning and University Facilities planning. Finally this study suggested the strategy for the renewal of impact area around the rail transit stations.

  • The financial incomes of urban rail transit authorities have been only from the fares. In order to increase the customers and expand the scope of enterprise, it is the most feasible mean to develop the area around the stations. Current experiences have confronted the excessive concentration of population and traffic congestion due to the lack of systematic planning and the excessive focus on the business. This study reviewed the necessity of the impact area around the urban rail transit stations by the organizational analysis for the urban rail transit authorities, and reviewed domestic/foreign cases. Finally, This study suggested the strategy for the development of impact area around the urban rail transit stations.

군산시 공원주변의 동물상과 개발에 따른 생물학적인 영향 및 대책 (Fauna of Some Parks Around Kunsan-City and Biological Impact on the Developments of These Parks)

  • This study was carried out to survey the fauna of some parks around Kunsan-city and to establish biological impact on the development of those parks. Among the fauna surveyed, insects consist of 74 species in 49 families and 13 orders. The insect fauna was poor, because the environment was made of simple flora and mostly farmland. Fish in the reservoir of Wolmyong-Park consist of 7 species. Among them, Ctenopharyngodon idellus is an exotic species and characterized with its voracious plantfeeding. This fish severely destroyed the habitats and spawning sites of other sympatric fish. For the conservation of non-exotic fish, birds, and mammals in the area, the integrated biological direction would be needed.

지하철 건설에 따른 공간적 영향 분석 - 서울 지하철 7호선의 아파트가격에 미친 영향을 중심으로 - (Analysis Of Spatial Impact With Seoul Subway Line 7 Construction)

  • In order to account for a price variation of apartment that places near a newly constructed subway station, a spatial hedonic model was developed to examine spacial characteristics that affect a purchasing price of an apartment using a White Estimator. In particular, the paper aims to examine various effects of subway 7 construction on an apartment price in Seoul Metropolitan Area. As explanatory variables, an apartment size, distance to a closest subway station, distance to the Central Business District (CBD) of Seoul, the number of years after building, and a lagged variable of the apartment purchasing price were used. The lagged variable plays a role of representing a spatial weighted average of previous prices of other apartments that locate within 3 km from the apartment. For a precise study, an entire sample was divided into two sets, southern area and southwestern area of Seoul, and two different spatial hedonic models were estimated. Not only before and after analysis, but also with and without analysis were conducted to compare with different effects of the spatial characteristics of two areas. The results show that before the construction of the subway 7, the prices of the apartments in the southern area were more sensitive to the apartment size, the distance to a closest subway station, the distance to the CBD, and the prices of the other apartments locating within 3km rather than those in the southwestern area. After the construction, on contrast, it is found that the apartment purchasing prices in the southwestern area are more sensitive than those in the southern area due to people's expectation regarding a new development around the subway station. In addition, the prices of the apartments locating closely with a transfer station are more likely to go up by increase in the apartment size, the distance to the station, and the prices of the other apartments within 3 km. Compared with the negative effects of the distance to the station on the prices in the other models, the positive effect of the distance to the transfer station might be caused by the characteristics of commercial area in which people are not likely to live.

남양주시 하수발생특성 연구 (Study on Characteristics of Wastewater Flow for Namyangju City)

  • In this study, we performed 8 times of water quality sampling and continuous measurement of flow to identify wastewater flow characteristics for wastewater treatment basins of Namyangju city. The field survey has been conducted 6 times in dry weather period and 2 times in wet weather period. Each survey conducted 24-hr water quality sampling in the interval of 2-hr. From the analysis of flow data and water quality data, the following conclusions can be drawn. For Namyangju-1 station, which represents residential and commercial mixed area, flow rises early in the morning before office-going hour and moves up and down within narrow range, and lasted after office-leaving hour, resulting from continuous commercial activity. In case of Namyangju-5 station representing community and Namyangju- 6 station representing residential area, the flow immediately falls down after rising early in the morning and later rises again at the office-leaving hour, and arrives at peak flows around late evening. In the analysis of wastewater characteristics for weekdays and weekends, without landuse types the flow rate of weekends is higher than that of weekdays because it reflects population, being not contributed to generate wastewater during the working hours of weekdays, stay home and produce wastewater for weekends period.

한국에서 기온상승이 사과 재배지역의 변화에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Temperature Rising on Changing of Cultivation Area of Apple in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라 사과 재배지역을 대상으로 재배면적과 생산량의 시기별 변화를 파악하고, 사례지역을 선정하여 최근의 기온상승이 사과 재배면적 및 생산량 변화에 미친 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 전국 사과 재배면적 및 생산량 자료와 사례지역의 기후자료를 분석하였다. 우리나라 사과 재배면적 및 생산량은 대구 경산을 중심으로 하는 경상북도 남부지역에 집중되었으나, 최근 의성 문경을 중심으로 하는 경상북도 북부와 산간 고랭지로 집중 재배지역이 이동하였다. 사례지역인 의성과 장수는 생육기간의 평균기온은 생육 적온 범위에 포함되어 있으나, 대구는 생육 적온 범위보다 고온을 나타내고 있다. 이는 계속되는 기온상승이 대구 사과 재배에 악영향을 미칠 수 있음을 의미한다. 대구와 장수의 일교차는 감소하는 경향이며, 의성은 증가하는 경향이다.

토지이용 유형에 따른 기온 특성 -서울시 자동기상관측지점 주변을 사례로- (The Characteristics of Air Temperature Distribution by Land-use Type -A case study of around Automatic Weather Station in Seoul-)

  • The influence of land-use type on surrounding temperature was studied the relationships between land-use types and the air condition analyzing AWS (Automatic Weather Station) data of Seoul from KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration). The distribution of air temperature by land-use type has been influenced by the different heating and cooling rates. The difference of heating rates depending on the land-use type was largest at 2~3hours after sunrise and the difference of cooling rates was largest from 2hours before sunset to 2hours after sunset with its maximum at sunset. The difference of cooling rates is greatest in a clear and calm weather situation and the large difference in cooling rates between the green areas and built-up area is up to $1.5^{\circ}C/h$. By season, the difference of cooling rates is largest in fall and in turn spring, winter and summer. In a cloudy or rainy day, the difference in heating and cooling rates on land-use type is not distinct but the tendency is similar to a clear day. In all seasons, the rate of difference occurrence of the daily range of temperature between the green areas and built-up area was large, especially fall. In a fall with a clear and calm day, the magnitude of the daily range of temperature between the green areas and built-up area was largest.

서울시 역세권에서의 토지이용 및 도시설계특성이 대중교통이용증대에 미치는 영향 분석 (Impacts of Land Use and Urban Design Characteristics on Transit Ridership in the Seoul Rail Station Areas)

  • 도시의 무분별한 확대를 방지하고 대중교통 이용을 활성화 하기 위한 다양한 노력이 지속되고 있으며, 그 중 하나가 대중교통지향형 도시개발(TOD)이다. 이는 대중교통결절점을 중심으로 여러 구성요소가 조화롭게 개발되는 계획기법이다. 본 연구의 목적은 밀도(Density) 및 다양성(Diversity) 등의 토지이용특성과 가로망 및 건물형성 등의 도시설계특성이 대중교통이용증대에 미치는 영향을 서울시를 대상으로 실증적으로 파악하는 것이다. 먼저 토지이용특성과 도시설계특성을 대변하는 다양한 계획요소를 고찰하고 서울시를 대상으로 총 32개의 계획요소를 도출하였다. 다음으로 요인분석을 수행하여 7개의 요인을 도출한 후, 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 전반적으로 업무 및 상업중심의 고밀도 특성과 토지이용의 복합화, 그리고 협소한 가로망이 밀집되어 있는 특성은 대중교통이용증대에 매우 큰 긍정적인 영향이 있었다. 그러므로 신도시개발시 또는 기존 역세권을 정비할 때 이와 같은 요소의 반영은 대중교통의 이용을 증대시켜 대중교통중심도시가 형성될 수 있음을 본 연구결과는 보여주고 있다.

경의선 장단역 증기기관차 이전지 기념공간 설계 (Memorial Design for Relocation Site of Steam Locomotive in Jangdan Station on Kyong-Eui Railway)

  • 경의선 철도는 부산과 신의주를 오가던 한반도의 주요 종단 철도로서 한반도 물류, 교통의 중심이었으며, 동시에 분단국가의 하나됨을 염원하는 상징적 의미를 지니고 있다. 경의선 장단역에 멈춰선 증기기관차는 한국전쟁 당시 피폭되었다. 이 기관차는 녹슨 채 반세기 넘게 비무장지대 안에 방치되어 있었으며, 남북분단의 역사적 상징물이다. 본 연구는 등록문화재 제78호인 '경의선 장단역 증기기관차'의 이전에 따라 역사적 관점, 기념공원으로서의 역할 그리고 지역문화 관광적 측면에서 접근하였다. 설계의 주안점은 기본적으로 증기기관차라는 문화재의 정체성을 대변하는 3가지 이슈를 가지고 접근하였다. 첫째, 독개다리 지역은 경의선 상에 배치되는 장점을 가지고 있으나, 부지가 협소하여 기존 지형을 이용한 경사로와 계단 등을 설치하여 일정한 보행환경을 유지하였다. 둘째, 수직적 관람데크를 설치하여 전시물을 다양한 방식으로 관람하도록 하였으며, 관람공간은 관람객의 안전과 문화재의 보호를 고려하였다. 셋째, 증기기관차가 원래 있던 지역적 특성을 고려하여 기관차 내에 자생하던 뽕나무를 이식하였으며, 전시공간 주변으로는 통풍을 위해 초화류를 식재하여 문화재에 영향을 미치지 않도록 하였다.

하절기 관측을 통한 도시의 지역별 공간녹지분포율에 따른 열환경 특성 연구 (Observational Study of Thermal Characteristics by Distribution Ratio of Green Area at Urban in Summer Season)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze the characteristic of thermal environment in the summer season by conducting the field observation of temperature, relative humidity, and globe temperature in some parts of the city. Observation point was divided to a densely populated area, a residential area, a green area, a waterfront green area and a suburban district by the distribution ratio of green area. In this study, the correlation between maximum temperature and globe temperature, study on index for intensity of the tropical night and the temperature distribution characteristic of measurement points by the distribution ratio of green area were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. (1) The difference between temperature and globe temperature by the distribution ratio of green area is confirmed. The difference of nighttime is more clearly that of daytime. (2) The average temperature and globe temperature of the densely populated area($29.2^{\circ}C$, $33.7^{\circ}C$) are higher than that of the waterfront green area($27.9^{\circ}C$, $32.0^{\circ}C$) by $1.3^{\circ}C$ and $1.7^{\circ}C$, respectively. (3) The number of tropical nights has different days of tropical nights by the distribution ratio of green area of 17days for the Daegu weather station, 14days for adensely populated area, 14days for a residential area, 6days for a green area, 2days for a waterfront green area, and 2days for a suburban district. (4) The results of the slope of trend line for the effects of the temperature on globe temperature change and the intercept for the size of the impact of radiant energy gained around by the analysis of the correlation between the maximum temperature and globe temperature can be utilized objective evaluation index of the each point's artificial effects.
