Science in the 21st century does not consider participants' welfare, safety and human rights in clinical studies, but modern science puts economic profits in its priority. This leads to a growing concern about social responsibility and professionalism ethics of companies, sponsors and scientists. Specifically, there is no way to control conflicts of participants' welfare with economic profits, leading to simply relying on individual ethics, social responsibilities and audit. This paper helps relevant agencies and people involved understand conflict of interest. Also this study presents the guidelines as well as independence, autonomy, ethical imagination and phronesis required for scientists.

Architecture is a shelter for society whose social pattern requires a specific form to accord with its material and spiritual needs. Providing a truly acceptable architecture requires our deeper understanding of cultural tradition - mythic values - not only because myth is an interpreted and configured form of 'thing' through man's second nature, such as his subjective and objective consciousness -'self-revelation of the absolute'- but also because, in the world of mythical imagination, a fragment of substantial reality -'thing'- becomes an equivalent mode to the signification, and emerges as 'its independent spiritual form' and 'the characteristic force of the logos.' In this sense, myth of place and myth behind tectonic form are the most essential sources for comprehending people's relationship to the world of inner and conscious experience. The recent efforts of modern architects to achieve cultural continuity should begin with re-interpretation and configulation of the myths behind describable material culture, especially artistic imagination inspired by deeper understanding of the myth of place. Myth provide artists with a creative inspiration, as they did in the past.

본 연구에서는 쾌, 불쾌, 긴장, 이완의 네 가지 상상을 통해 감성의 변화를 유도하였고, 생리 신호 분석을 통해 감성의 변화를 변별하고자 하였다. 20명의 피험자를 대상으로 네 가지 상상을 각각 30초씩 수행하게 하면서 EEG, ECG, GSR, PPG, RSP, Skin-Temperature를 각각 측정하였고 측정 종료 후 주관적 평가를 실시하였따. 주관적 평가 분석 결과, 피험자는 뚜렷이 구별되는 네 가지 상상을 한 것으로 나타났고, 쾌도는 “쾌 > 이완, 긴장 > 불쾌” 상상 순서의 3단계로, 긴장도는 “긴장 > 불쾌, 쾌 > 이완” 상상 순서의 3단계로 뚜렷이 구별되었다. EEG 분석 결과에서는 쾌와 불쾌, 쾌와 이완 상상 사이에서만, 자율신경계 반응 역시 약 2.5 단계의 긴장도 감성 변별이 가능하여 정확한 3단계의 감성 변별에는 어려움이 있었다. 그러나 향후 비선형 분석법을 적용하고 피험자 수를 증가시킨다면 생리 신호 분석을 통한 감성 변별 민감도를 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구로부터 쾌/불쾌와 긴장/이완의 2차원의 감성 영역의 각 축을 EEG와 자율신경계의 생리 신호를 통해 변별할 수 있다는 가능성을 확인하였다.

It reflects well feature of slope that is characteristic of city river basin of Pusan local. Process various hydrological datas and basin details datas which is collected through basin basis data. weather satellite equipment(EMS-DEU) and automatic water level equipment(AWS-DEU) and use as basin input data of ILLUDAS model, SWMM model and HEC-HMS model In order to examine outflow feature of experiment basin and then use in reservoir design of experiment basin through calibration and verification about HEC-HMS model. Inserted design rainfall for 30 years that is design criteria of creek into HEC-HMS model and then calculated design floods according to change aspect of the impermeable rate. Capacity of reservoir was determined on the outflow mass curve. Designed imagination reservoir(volume $54,000m^3$) at last outlet upper stream of experiment basin, after designing reservoir. It could be confirmed that the peak flow was reduced resulting from examining outflow aspect. Designing reservoir must decrease outflow of urban areas.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of personal image on self-leadership. The experimental study showed relationship between the variables of personal image and self-leadership by using personal image questionnaires and a revised self-leadership questionnaire both extracted from the literature study. The results of this study are as follows. First, six factors of self-leadership were drawn as the reliability and validity of were verified. The factors of self-leadership and the components for personal images showed a significant correlation. Second, the satisfaction rates of the components for personal image showed significant effects on three factors(performed successfully imagination, self-set goals, as well as belief and assumption analysis) of self-leadership. Third, significant results were obtained from the analysis of differences in self-leadership according to the levels of satisfaction on the components of personal image. These are expected to have effects on self-leadership between the groups for some factors(performed successfully imagination, self-set goals, belief and assumption analysis, self-reward, self-cues).
