We studied effects by Re$_2$O$_3$(R=Dy, Gd, Ho) addition on the properties of Mn-Zn ferrite. The doping concentration range from 0.05 wt% to 0.25 wt%. All samples were prepared by standard fabrication of ceramics. With increasing the rare earth oxides, specific density and initial permeability increased on the whole. But, the tendencies such as upper result had the measured value on limitation and characteristics saturated or decreased properties after that. In case of excessive addition of additive beyond some level, initial permeability properties of ferrite have gone down in spite of anomalous grain. With increasing the content of additive, both the real and imaginary component of complex permeability and the magnetic loss (tan$\delta$) increased. Because the increased rate of real component had higher than imaginary component, magnetic loss increased none the less for increasing the real component related with magnetic permeability. But, the magnetic loss of ferrite doped with the rare earth oxides was lower than that of Mn-Zn ferrite at any rate. The small amount of present rare earth oxides in Mn-Zn ferrite composition led to enhancement of resistivity in bulk, and more so in the grain boundary. It was seem to be due to the formation of mutual reaction such as between iron ions and rare earth element ions.

This study is about the Characteristic of glass outer skin expressions in space designs of contemporary society, due to the rapid development of information and digital technology. These days, the glass outer skin show the various images and space expressions which symbolize the informations and the society. The contemporary space designers focus on the glass as the structure materials, and purposely use the glass to achieve the structure concept which satisfies the needs of contemporary society. Therefore, it is a valuable work to analyze the meaning of glass, which has been used for the structure. Throughout the work which has been experienced by glass outer skin, theoretical studies have been achieved and recently the 14 examples were chosen as the glass structures based on the experimental research and frequency featured in magazines after year 2000, which we have analyzed in detail. Glass outer skin reflect the phrases of time in modern society, and throughout the meaning of it, we could see that the glass outer skin serve the roles in informations, interface, imaginary modernization, and as a landmark position. Therefore, in this study, we can make a definition of glass outer skin expression based on the situations of modem times by analyzing the symbolic meaning of glass outer skin in contemporary space designs.

In practical engineering, the uncertain concept plays an important role in the control problems of the vibration structures. In this paper, based on matrix perturbation theory and interval finite element method, the closed-loop vibration control system with uncertain parameters is discussed. A new method is presented to develop an algorithm to estimate the upper and lower bounds of the real parts and imaginary parts of the complex eigenvalues of vibration control systems. The results are derived in terms of physical parameters. The present method is implemented for a vibration control system of the frame structure. To show the validity and effectiveness, we compare the numerical results obtained by the present method with those obtained by the classical random perturbation.

Today there are increasing number of internet users. Internet is wide use of banking, shopping, school and studding. Also, internet is used in everyday living and its use is getting larger. Korea has the one of the most use of internet in the world. Most of houses have computer with internet, and there are alot of PC rooms in the streets. anyone can enjoy the internet anytime anywhere. Now, in internet there are group formed by community purpose. The 'dot com' companies was not making much of profit from their goods. However, they came out with an idea "avata" Soon, the avata became a hit and its known for its success. Avata is used for E-mail, name card, post stamp, and chatting. Also, Avata is very popular among chatting service, icon chatting, and 3D graphic chatting. Avata represent the user himself in internet and computer created imaginary space, and it connects between imaginary space and reality, also it exist between real name and nick name. Past years, the internet users were satisfied with their nick name, however resent year users wants to express them more. For the result the "Avata" is created to fulfill the need to express user themselves. There are three different ways to see how Korean react to fashion industry. first, Korea's land structure makes the density of population high, the transmission of information is very fast. Next, collectively is high among Koreans. Finally wide use to internet made the transmission of the fashion information much faster. The User wants to keep up with the fashion at the sametime they want to express themselves, and "avata" is the one that fulfill their needs. New technology and the desire to express themselves made the new term "avata industry". which was never existed before. In addition, the internet markets have potential power. Although, it is in start stage of avata industry. However, the experts say that its possibility of its development is not predictable. In conclusion, watch the development of a situation to analyze the avata industry and develop new avata fashion market.

This paper is a study on city brand development which is increasingly interested as a means to enhance the attractiveness of the city. the previous research, the design of city brand identity was an application from the internal stakeholder's point of view related to the metropolitan government. However, in the present study, we tried to take a external approach that perceptions and designs city brands from the related to the consumer. For the purpose of research, based on previous studies, we extracted three images of leading, stable and amusing city brand images and prepared three scenarios for the imaginary city as experimental stimuli. The results showed that the overall city brand attitude, residence intention, and tourism intention to the imaginary city were significantly different according to the leading, stability and amusement brand image. According to the results of this study, it is necessary to continuously effort the development of city brand image which is perceived by consumers in order to differentiate city.

The purpose of this study is to find out the spatial expression characteristics of Philipstock from a heterotopic perspective in the background of the times of modern people struggling to live in the era of an infectious disease called COVID-19 along with the era of the 4th industrial revolution. As for the research method, a total of 11 places were selected, focusing on the completed works of interior space from 2015 to the present, when they are more active after retirement, to find out the characteristics of spatial expression through literature and case studies. As a result, the spatial expression characteristics of narrative that only space has were the most frequent, and it was found that the characteristics of imaginary space and fantasy, which are the form of overlapping time to express a place, were interrelated. Philip Stock's design method, which uses narrative, fantasy, and imaginary spatial characteristics, can be seen as sufficiently representing heterotopic characteristics and can be used as another design methodology when designing a new space.

The purpose of this study as a research of experience of sexual offenders who are in confinement in prisons and forensic facilities is to theoretically investigate fundamental structures of their experiences and to practically construct basic data to present intervention programs of sexual offenders. This study was conducted by hermeneutical and phenomenological methods invoked of the analytic framework of Van-Manen (1990) about seven sexual offenders. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, and the results of the interpretation are shown as perception that they were victims of public opinion, the mark of Cain, loss of opportunity of examination caused by show window, collective differentiation through distinction, expression of metaphysical being that wants to slip out of the skin, counterplot of scientific management techniques, undifferentiation from the Imaginary, sexual acts shown as inverted communication, discovering dominant domain as forming reaction to being controlled, not being free from capitalistic attributes in which even children's sex is commercialized, distortion in socialization of sexual identity, paternity stamped as embodiment of suppressed desire, recovery of lost virginity of mother through children, and family as a name broken to pieces.

Kate Burns, a disillusioned Irish woman in Quetzalcoatl, has alternating feelings of fear, repulsion, oppression, compassion, and fascination vis-à-vis Mexican people. Together, these feelings are constitutive of a psychic process in which an imaginary appropriation of the other takes place. In this process white subjectivity represents or reconstructs the dark race precisely as its other. At the same time, Kate's feelings register her anxious recognition of the resistant, unappropriated being of the dark people: their true 'otherness,' or what Žižek calls "the excess of existence over representation." The otherness, frequently racial and sexual, evokes mixed feelings in the white subject. Kate's at once amorous and aggressive response to Ramón's body provides a case in point. Kate's emotional undulation is considerably mitigated in The Plumed Serpent, the revised version of the novel in which the theme of 'blood-mixing' is pushed to the ultimate point. Yet the interracial marriage resolves neither the racial nor the ontologico-sexual issues raised in the first version. Kate is still attracted to Ramón in his sagacious sensuality but goes on to get married to Cipriano, a pure Indian, only to find his mechanical masculinity ever unpalatable. This shows, not just Lawrence's wilful commitment to the 'blood-mixing' theme, but perhaps his lingering taboo against miscegenation as well. Changes in the plot entail those in the narrative voice. In Quetzalcoatl, Owen, a spectatorial and gossipy character, frequently competes for narration with the fully participant third-person narrator. In The Plumed Serpent, the third-person narrator becomes predominant, now attempting with greater confidence to present the reality of the racial other immediately to European readership. While such immediacy is illusional, narrative insistence on it implies a struggle to displace racial stereotypes and offer an experiential understanding of the other.

This paper present a unified method of steady state performance analysis and limits characteristics of an autonomous three-phase self-excited induction generator (SEIG) driven by a wind turbine under different types of loads and speeds. The proposed method is based on a new mathematical function to solve for the real and imaginary components of the complex equation of the mathematical model. Performances limits, regulation and characteristics of different configurations will be thoroughly examined and compared. The proposed system will be modeled and simulated and the performance limits characteristics will be compared with variable speed and variable capacity.

The aim of this paper is to present some issues to be discussed in relation to failure rate of a system that has identical parallel units. It is assumed that Time-to-Failure of each unit has the same exponential distribution and all units are repairable with a periodic maintenance of time interval T. Effective failure rate is widely recommended for nonrepairable systems as the reciprocal of MTTF but it should not be applied for repairable systems if delayed maintenance is used. And equivalent failure rate of an imaginary system is taken into consideration, the reliability value of which is the same as that of the redundant system when time interval T is given. With a numerical example, failure rate, effective failure rate, and equivalent failure rate of the redundant system are analyzed comparatively.
