This paepr presents a secure transmission system for document image using mixing algorithm. For this, we apply DM and RDM algorithm propoposed before. The transmitter embeds secretly the signature onto secure document, embeds it to non-secure document and transfers it to the receiver. The receiver makes a check of any forgery on the signature and the document. The total amount of data transmitted and the image quallity are about the same to that of the original document. Thus, a third party can not notice the fact that signatures and secure document is embedded on the document.

This paper is concerning off-line signature verification using a density function which is obtained by convolving the signature image with twelve-directional 5$\times$5 gradient masks and the weighted fuzzy mean classifier. The twelve-directional density function based on Nevatia-Babu template gradient is related to the overall shape of a signature image and thus, utilized as a feature set. The weighted fuzzy mean classifier with the reference feature vectors extracted from only genuine signature samples is evaluated for the verification of freehand forgeries. The experimental results show that the proposed system can classify a signature whether genuine or forged with more than 98% overall accuracy even without any knowledge of vaned freehand forgeries.
Transmitting visual information over a broadcasting network is not only prone to a copyright violation but also is a forgery. Authenticating such information and protecting its authorship rights call for more advanced data encoding. To this end, electronic watermarking is often adopted to embed inscriptive signature in imaging data. Most existing watermarking methods while focusing on robustness against degradation remain lacking of measurement against security loophole in which the encrypting scheme once discovered may be recreated by an unauthorized party. This could reveal the underlying signature which may potentially be replaced or forged. This paper therefore proposes a novel digital watermarking scheme in temporal-frequency domain. Unlike other typical wavelet based watermarking, the proposed scheme employed the Lorenz chaotic map to specify embedding positions. Effectively making this is not only a formidable method to decrypt but also a stronger will against deterministic attacks. Simulation report herein highlights its strength to withstand spatial and frequent adulterations, e.g., lossy compression, filtering, zooming and noise.
Nowadays, with the development of signal processing technique, the protection to the integrity and authenticity of images has become a topic of great concern. A blind image authentication technology with high tamper detection accuracy for different common attacks is urgently needed. In this paper, an improved fragile watermarking method based on local binary pattern (LBP) is presented for blind tamper location in images. In this method, a binary watermark is generated by LBP operator which is often utilized in face identification and texture analysis. In order to guarantee the safety of the proposed algorithm, Arnold transform and logistic map are used to scramble the authentication watermark. Then, the least significant bits (LSBs) of original pixels are substituted by the encrypted watermark. Since the authentication data is constructed from the image itself, no original image is needed in tamper detection. The LBP map of watermarked image is compared to the extracted authentication data to determine whether it is tampered or not. In comparison with other state-of-the-art schemes, various experiments prove that the proposed algorithm achieves better performance in forgery detection and location for baleful attacks.
In this paper, a new fragile watermarking algorithm for digital image is presented, which makes resolving the security and forgery problem of the digital image to be possible. The most suitable watermarking method that verifies the authentication and integrity of the digital image is the Wong's method, which invokes the hash function (MD5). The algorithm is safe because this method uses the hash function of the cryptology. The operations such as modulus, complement, shift, bitwise exclusive-or, bitwise inclusive-or are necessary for calculating the value of hash function. But, in this paper, an Arithmetic encoding method that only includes the multiplication operation is adopted. This technique prints out accumulative probability interval, which is obtained by multiplying the input symbol probability interval. In this paper, the initial probability interval is determined according to the value of the key, and the input sequence of the symbols is adjusted according to the key value so that the accumulative probability interval will depend on the key value. The integrity of the algorithm has been verified by experiment. The PSNR is above the 51.13db and the verifying time is $1/3{\sim}1/4$ of the verifying time of using the hash function (MD5), so, it can be used in the real-time system.

As taking pictures by using smartphones has become more common in society, there are many incidents which are unexpected manipulation of images and leak of confidential information. Because of those incidents, demands that identify forgery/alteration of image file and proves of the original copy is constantly increasing. In general, smartphone saves image file as JPEG form and it has DQT which determines a compression rate of image in a header part of image. There is also DQT in Thumbnail image which inside of JPEG. In previous research, it identified a smartphone which take image by only using DQT, However, the research has low accuracy to identify the devices. There are two main purposes in this research. First, this research will analogize a smartphone and an application that takes a picture, edits and save an image file by testing not only about a DQT information but also a information of Thumbnail image. Second, the research will build a database of DQT and Thumbnail information in JPEG file to find more accurate image file's origin.

Recently, value added location based service and convergence monitoring and control system is growing. The cases include increasing usage of smart-phone for taking picture, wireless network, GPS and digital map. Especially, Smart-phone is appropriate for using image information and location information. However it is possible to be exploited for forgery and manipulation. So we experimented on transferring modified data on the smart-phone as image and location information in EXIF and researched the technology for data verification. In addition, we have designed security monitoring and control prototype considering axis-address matching analysis used geocoding, watermarking verification, encryption.

Recently, the medical image has been digitized by the development of computer science and digitization of the medical devices. There are needs for database service of the medical image and long term storage because of the construction of PACS(picture archiving and communication system) following DICOM(digital imaging communications in medicine) standards, telemedicine, and et al. However, it also caused some kinds of problems, such as illegal reproduction of medical image, proprietary rights and data authentication. In this paper, we propose the new digital watermarking technique for medical image based on public key encryption algorithm for integrity verification. It prevents illegal forgery that can be caused after transmitting medical image data remotely. The watermark is the value of bit-plane in wavelet transform of the original image for certification method of integrity verification. We proposed the embedding regions are randomly chosen considering ROI, and a digital signature is made using hash function of MD5 which input is a secret key. The experimental results show that the watermark embedded by the proposed algorithm can survive successfully in image processing operations and that the watermark's invisibility is good.

In this paper, we introduce a run-length for wavelet coefficients and present a image splicing detection method using the statistical moments for the wavelet run-length. Various pre-processings for the suspicious image are performed to emphasize the discontinuous edges caused by the image splicing. The proposed scheme has the merit that can exploit the various statistical characteristics of the wavelet transform. We extracted up to 72 features, and performed training and testing using SVM(support vector machine). Experimental results showed that the proposed method generates similar detection results compared to the existing methods. In addition, we showed the wavelet domain run-length is useful to detect the spliced image.
