We have analyzed the fluorescence image obtaining from green fluorescence protein (GFP). In order to monitor the fluorescence of specific gene, we used the amyloid precursor protein promoter which has been known to act as a major role in the development of Alzheimer's disease. The promoter from - 3.0 kb to + 100 base pair was inserted into the gene expression monitoring GFP vector purchased from Clontech. This construct was transfected into the PC 12 and fibroblast cells and the fluorescence image was captured by two kinds of methods. One is using cheaper CCD camera and other is SIT-CCD camera. or the higher sensitivity of the fluorescence image, we developed the multiple image grabbing program. As a results, the fluorescence image by conventional CCD camera have the similar sensitivity compared with that of the SIT-camera by applying the multiple image grabbing programs. By this system. it will be possible to construct the fluorescence monitoring system with lower cost. And gene expression in real time by fluorescence image will be possible without changing the fluorescence images.

These days, photoshop and illustrator program can make a fashion illustration express easily and speedily, And they can also express a feeling and sensitivity of fashion illustrator by a tool and effect more than a manual work's media. The purpose of this study was to analyze a visual expression and characteristics in fashion illustration using 2D graphics. The method of this study was to analyze the fashion illustration books using 2D graphics. The visual expressions in fashion illustration using 2D graphics were as follows: Fashion illustration was based on a sketch or photography, and used a composition, drawing, mapping, painting, and manual work's re-touching. Characteristics of visual expression were as follows: First, a image composition was showed discontinuity and heterogeneity of image, new context and composition, and allowance of reality. Second, image transform was showed image overlap, body transformation by image recomposition, and deformed transformation by vector drawing. Third, hyper-real was showed precise touching, mechanical and neutral image, omission of background and focus of an object's characteristic and information. Fourth, following a realistic expression was showed simplified color, shading, dominant view point of fashion illustrator by omission, and daily lift style. Fifth, following a pictorial expression was showed non-fixed and irregular line, natural painting, and drawing and painting by conventional pictorial media. In conclusion, a photoshop and illustrator in 2D graphics will serve as a new media far fashion illustration with a manual work. And they will not only intensify a capacity as a commercial role of fashion illustration but also present a positive motive for students learning a fashion illustration.

This research focuses its study on the expressions of the visual images of the fashion illustration as a part of visual art and utilizes it to formulate the theoretical basis. Main findings of our research are as follows: The structure of communications in the fashion illustration is based on the four elements. They are the expression of the texture, drawings, composition, and the human body and dress. The characteristics in expression of texture level in fashion illustration can be the expression of creative texture in pattern or crease, and also can be expressed as various collage and photomontage by computer graphics. Secondly, the analysis on the characteristics of the drawings show that the drawing skills are imagination and sequential drawings. Thirdly, the characteristics of composition method are mainly shown as the application of plane composition which was previously used in avant-garde arts. Fourthly, most of the human body in the fashion illustrations are shown as the results of simplification, exaggeration and deformation in human body and also expressed or analyzed by the method of the body modification. Based on the above findings of this research we conclude that the way of expression in the fashion illustration is very similar in its composition as in visual art. However, they also show differences between the two in expression method or the method for the image development in specific expressions.

In this paper, we propose a new and simple self-supervised learning method that predicts the middle image of a face image sequence for automatic expression recognition. Automatic facial expression recognition can achieve high performance through deep learning methods, however, generally requires a expensive large data set. The size of the data set and the performance of the algorithm are tend to be proportional. The proposed method learns latent deep representation of a face through self-supervised learning using an existing dataset without constructing an additional dataset. Then it transfers the learned parameter to new facial expression reorganization model for improving the performance of automatic expression recognition. The proposed method showed high performance improvement for two datasets, CK+ and AFEW 8.0, and showed that the proposed method can achieve a great effect.

The Purpose of this study is to classify the life styles of urban residents in apartments and to find out possible correlation with their preferences on interior ambience.The selected samples were 3,000 residents from Seoul, Pusan, Kwaungju and Cheonan, and 2,750 of them were analyzed.'The results can be summarized as follows.1.The life style patterns were classified into S types, namely organized type, decoration-oriented type, self expression type, practicality-oriented type and fashion-oriented type. 2. Interior image were classified into 4 types, namely characteristic image, contemporary image, classic image and rich image.3. The interior preference was correlated with the life style patterns, such as organizd type preferred to contemporary image, decoration-oriented type preferred to rich image, self expression type preferred to classic image and practicality-oriented type preferred to characteristic type.4. The patterns of life style and the interior preference differed significantly according to the size of apartment and the age of owner.

The purpose of this study is understanding modern woman's various aesthetic values and aesthetic sense through observing expression aspects of gender images in the 1990s military fashion and analyzing their aesthetic characteristics and formative factors. Gender images in military fashion have expressed the masculine image of authoritative image and offensive image and offensive image, and the feminine image of conservative image and ostentatious image, sensual image. The authoritative image showed authority and dignity of military uniform by using the classic military uniform's image. This spoke for desire of women to rise their position. Heroism and androcentrism affected as its formation factor. The offensive image destroyed original dignified image of military uniform by that resistance to authoritative image and existing gender identity appeared as way-out form and deconstructive expression. Anti-establishment spirit, resistance to gender identity, and deconstructionism affected as its formation factor. The conservative image expressed military fashion only with slim and soft silhouette, curved line, color, and simple details by magnifying feminity. Fallen man's authority affected as its formation factor. The ostentatious image expressed military fashion with magnifying accessories such as gold button and belt by women who wanted to display ostentatiously their social position and charm. The aspiration for class of elite affected as its formation factor. The sensual image intended to show erotic voluptuous beauty of woman's body by indirect and direct body exposure. Narcissism, desire to show, and sexual amusement affected as its formation factor.

Now various research apply Fractal and chaos theory for natural expression of the fog on the fluid that the present this studies use special tools applicable are possible expression such as nature. This study is intended to observe the meaning, aesthetic formative characteristics of the human body which is introduced and applied to the fashion design. The analysis of the modern fashion design describing the human body refers to the extracted fashion design which expresses the human body appearing in domestic & foreign fashion magazines as well as publications associated with it and published since 1990. The analysis of the way of expression, the image and the design elements in these fashion design works, has had to formative characteristics in each of the three parts. The pursuit of formative characteristics through simplifying the expression of the human body, uprising of anatomical expression, and metaphorical expression with the help of personification and objectification can be thought of as characteristics of expressing pattern. And the op-art, optical illusion by virtue of pointillism, the use of non-woven molding, and action painting technique can be described as expression tools to recognize the human body. Images are presented in the characteristics of being grotesque, humorous, erotic, futuristic and mysterious. The characteristics of designs are expressed in creative detail, trimming, pattern and accessory using the form of human body itself as an item of clothing tends to show the unity of human body and clothing. The human body in the modern era reflects the post human image as well as its meaning as a medium and tool. It is also perceived as a specific object to be self-conscious of in this reality with the loss of humanity, alienation and the confusion of identity. The analysis of the image and way of expression of human body in the fashion design, and the meaning of human body will play an important role of identifying tole viewpoint about human body as well as prospecting what the human being will be in the future.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data of dress design by researching three-dimensional decorative techniques representing flowers, a popular motif in dress design. This study analyzed 44 dresses that were presented in Valentino collection. The result of this study is as follows: First, the detailing expression method can show various patterns and colors through embroidery technique, sub-materials, and bonding techniques in embroidery, beads flower, and ribbon flowers. Second, the fabric flower technique expressed flower image in three-dimension in more various images than do either the ribbon or beads flower technique. Fabric flowers are mostly made from the same material as dresses. The expression technique of fabric flower is classified into the following three classifications: 1) A technique underlying a flower image with one, two and three large flowers, 2) a technique decorating a large area with a number of an identical motif, and 3) a technique highlighting a part of the body or design line by attracting eyes to one point, creating a corsage decorated where a designer wants to emphasize. Third, a silhouette technique realizes a flower image with a silhouette of a dress like sculpted structure and it is thus used less than a detailing expression technique. A flower image is expressed by making use of body lines or emphasizing the face. Finally, flower images on a dress were realized as a full blossomed flower, through visually streamlined shapes and curved lines.

This paper presents an emotion recognition and its expression system of an intelligent robot like a home robot or a service robot. Emotion recognition method in the robot is used by a facial image. We use a motion and a position of many facial features. apply a tracking algorithm to recognize a moving user in the mobile robot and eliminate a skin color of a hand and a background without a facial region by using the facial region detecting algorithm in objecting user image. After normalizer operations are the image enlarge or reduction by distance of the detecting facial region and the image revolution transformation by an angel of a face, the mobile robot can object the facial image of a fixing size. And materialize a multi feature selection algorithm to enable robot to recognize an emotion of user. In this paper, used a multi layer perceptron of Artificial Neural Network(ANN) as a pattern recognition art, and a Back Propagation(BP) algorithm as a learning algorithm. Emotion of user that robot recognized is expressed as a graphic LCD. At this time, change two coordinates as the number of times of emotion expressed in ANN, and change a parameter of facial elements(eyes, eyebrows, mouth) as the change of two coordinates. By materializing the system, expressed the complex emotion of human as the avatar of LCD.
