효율적인 에너지 절감을 위한 센서 LED 스탠드 개발 (A Development of a LED Stand Using Illuminance Sensor for Efficient Energy Saving)

  • In this paper, we present a new lighting control method considering ambient light in addition to the required lighting illumination for efficient energy saving of a LED stand. We estimate accurate environmental illuminance using a cheap illuminance sensor by modeling measured- and actual-illuminance using quadratic polynomial approximation. The relation between PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) duty ratio and illuminance intensity is modeled by a linear model. Illumination of the LED stand is controlled by estimating the difference of required illumination and the estimated ambient illumination. The developed LED stand has reduced electric energy consumption compared with a conventional manually controlled LED stand with the same lighting source. In addition, human subject evaluation shows that the LED stand, which is applied the proposed method, is more satisfactory than conventional ones since the proposed automatic controlled illumination produce more accurately required lighting and it is convenient.

에너지 절감을 위한 자연광과 인공광원을 활용한 유리온실 조도 시뮬레이션 (The Illumination Simulation in the Greenhouse using Daylight and Artificial Light for Energy Saving.)

  • In this study, the Relux program was simulated for optimum conditions of daylight and artificial light sources(LED) in the glass greenhouse. From the results of daylight simulation, the optimum design conditions for the glass greenhouse were established which were 90[o] installation angle and higher transmittance. In this case of growing lettuce in the glass greenhouse, the control method of the only artificial light source was compared that of daylight and LED. The result of illumination simulation produced a power consumption effect of 37.2[%] in the summer and 51.9[%] in the winter, respectively. From this results, we propose to suggest that we grow the lettuce in the energy saving glass greenhouse.

집광채광시스템을 적용한 실내체육관의 신재생에너지 공급의무 분담률에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Supply obligations allotment rate of New Renewable Energy in Indoor Gymnasiums with the Application of a Daylighting System)

  • Under the goal of analyzing the compulsory supply share of new renewable energy according to the application of a daylighting system to indoor gymnasiums, this study conducted analysis of energy consumption and operation schedule at three indoor gymnasiums in the nation through a survey. The investigator did an Energy Plus simulation on Building A based on the analysis results and analyzed the supply share of new renewable energy in the saving effects of lighting energy according to the application of a daylighting system. As a result, When 92 prism daylighting system were installed in the upper ceiling of a stadium, they were able to meet the criteria for the minimum illumination for official games(Min : 600㏓) and optimum illumination for general games and recreations, thus saving lighting energy during the daytime(09:00~17:00). The resulting saving effects of lighting energy amounted to 44.4% for official games, 57.6% for general games, and 66.7% for recreations. In addition, the daylighting systems had a compulsory supply share of new renewable energy at 2.04% for official games, 2.75% for general games, and 2.62% for recreations, recording an average compulsory supply share of 2.5%.

마이크로웨이브센서와 디밍제어를 활용한 조명제어시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design of Illumination Control System Using Microwave Sensors and Dimming Control)

  • 본 논문에서는 지하주차장 조명방식의 효율성을 확보하기 위하여 디밍제어와 마이크로웨이브센서기술을 접목하여 새로운 조명제어시스템을 설계 구현한다. 이를 통하여 기존 시스템에 비하여 성능과 비용 측면에서 효율적인 조명체계를 확립하고 궁극적으로 에너지 절감효과를 얻고자 한다. 기존 아파트 지하주차장의 에너지 절감방식은 대부분 설계 당시 설치된 형광등을 전부 운영하지 않고 격등으로 운영하는 방책에 의존하고 있다. 일부에서는 이와 같은 격등 운영을 원활히 하기 위하여 적외선센서를 설치하여 형광등을 점 소등하거나, 타이머를 활용한 형광등의 점등시간을 조절하고 있다. 이러한 기존의 방식은 단순히 설계된 전기사용량에 비해 소모되는 양을 감소시키는 방식으로 체계적인 에너지 절감 효과를 기대할 수 없으며, 방치되는 경우 지속적인 소모가 발생하는 등 매우 비효율적으로 운영되고 있다. 본 조명제어시스템은 마이크로웨이브센서를 통해서 사물을 감지하여 조명등의 점등 시점을 알려주고, LED 형광등의 디밍제어를 통해 환경에 따라 그 밝기를 조정함으로써, 일정한 조도로 상시 점등되는 기존의 지하주차장 조명체계를 획기적으로 개선한다. 본 논문을 통하여 설계된 조명제어시스템을 일반 지하주차장 조명체계에 적용하여 검증을 실시한 결과 최대 약 81.9%의 에너지 절감효과를 얻었다.

  • 경제성장의 달성과 직선도로의 증가에 따라 터널은 전보다 더 많이 만들어졌다. 이러한 터널들의 입구 조명은 안전하고 편안한 운전을 위해 중요하다. 대부분의 터널 조명은 인공조명으로 많은 에너지를 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 터널의 조명 개선과 에너지 절약으로 반사거울 시스템을 적용하여 평가하였다. 반사거울 시스템을 적용하면 주광을 유입하여 터널 조명 환경을 개선할 수 있으며, 본 연구는 터널 인공조명 에너지의 절약을 위한 선행연구의 일환으로 진행되었다.

  • LED 조명은 IT융합 시대로의 진화에 따라 단순조명에서 인간중심화 및 다기능화 시스템 조명으로 발전하였다. 이로 인하여, 다양한 센서기능, 통신기능 등의 IT기술과 응용소프트웨어와의 융합을 통하여 사용 환경 변화에 따른 조명 제어로 에너지가 절감되고 빛의 세기와 색 조절 등 다양한 사용자 중심의 맞춤형 조명이 요구 되고 있다. 이러한 지능화된 시스템 조명을 위해서는 사용자 중심의 센서 적용 및 제어가 가능해야한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 LED 조명관제를 위한 유무선 통신 플랫폼 및 관제시스템을 제안하고자 한다. LED 조명 관제 시스템은 Bluetooth 매쉬 네트워크를 통해 데이터를 송수신하며, LED 조명 제어, LED 조명 상태 모니터링, 에너지 사용량 모니터링, 에너지 피크점 관리 등의 기능을 제공한다. 제안한 유무선 통신 플렛폼과 관제시스템을 통해 LED 조명의 수명 연장 및 에너지 절약 등이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

에너지절감을 위한 태양광발전설비 연계형 경관조명 전력제어시스템의 개발 (An Development of Landscape Lighting Power Control System with Solar Cell Generator Equipment for Energy Saving)

  • In this paper, we propose the landscape lighting power control system with solar sell generator equipment for energy saving, and also which is included the landscape lighting power transformation device. The power transformation device can check inverse current in the power of the solar cell module and control the power of the battery. And we present the design of landscape lighting power control system. The power control system uses microprocessor with charging system and power transformation device. And also it can control the power of loads under consideration intensity of illumination. The landscape lighting loads are composed of LED(Lighting Emitting Diode) and HID(High Intensity Discharge)lamps. To evaluate property, we installed the solar cell array which generate three kilo watt power. Experimental results show that the proposed system can have stability and energy saving on the mixed configuration of electric loads with DC and AC lamps.

태양광발전 기반의 주광을 활용한 조명제어 시스템의 에너지 절감량 분석 연구 (A Study on Savings Analysis of Light Dimming Control System Using the Daylight based on Photovoltaic Power Generation)

  • In the normal office building, the energy consumption to maintain the reasonable intensity of illumination for the work by using the artificial illumination occupies 30% or greater of the whole building electric energy consumption. If the dependability of the artificial illumination is dropt by positively using the natural lighting from the outside, the large amount of electrical energy can be saved, in addition the more nice visual environment for work can be created. Daylight is lighting source that most closely match visual response of the human, because sunlight and skylight achieve the harmony. For this reason, the daylight of small amount than amount of the artificial lighting source also can give the same effect in work activities of human. In addition, if there is daylight at the window of the building, the energy can be saved by controlling the artificial lighting. In this paper, in the building using the photovoltaic power generation analyze the correlation between the amount of energy generated by photovoltaic and indoor illumination and this was proved through the simulation with Relux 2010. In addition, the amount of daylight inflow in the room and distribution was drawn by the equation and the ratio for the sectional dimming control of each lighting equipment was predicted and the energy saving amount according to this was calculated. As a result, the indoor illumination was satisfied with recommended illumination value of the office and consumption power could be reduced approximately with 20~70%.

  • This paper analyzes the effect of the energy saving and evaluates the economics using High Efficiency lighting. About 18 percent (17,000GWh) of total power demands in Korea m consumed i]l the lighting field. There isa lot of energy potential that can be saved because the power demand isolwer relatively than the others parts. The existing lighting that its length and electric energy are 32[mm] and 40[w] can alternate with high efficiency lighting which its length and electric energy are 26[mm] and 32[w]. Two Lightings is measuring the illumination and the electric energy and then are analyzed into the effect of the lighting saving by measurement.

축소모형을 이용한 광선반의 시환경 특성 평가 연구 (Visual Performance Evaluation Study of a Scaled Light-Shelf Model)

  • According to the recent report, the lighting energy consumption of commercial buildings reaches to $30%\sim40%$ of the total energy consumption. It is more than that of cooling & heating energy consumption and it is the major target of energy-saving policy. It is obvious that they are interested in natural lighting device such as Light-shelf for the purpose of raising the lighting energy-saving efficiency. In most of highly developed countries, a thorough study on Light-shelf makes it possible to propose a practical plan while at home there leaves much to be desired to study a guiding principle of optimum plan in spite of its efficiency based on experiments using scale4 model and analysis of simulation. Aiming at making an optimum plan of Light-shelf suitable for the domestic situation, this study is worked by experiments using light-shelf and analysis of variables using illumination program. The experiments is to analyse the efficiency of Light-shelf on condition of the sky and the analysis is to make the simulation using illumination program. This study is composed of 1) the analysis of light with some variables such as presence of light-shelf and degree of angle using 1/2 scaled model 2) making the simulation using Lightscape, illumination program, In brief, concerning presence of light-shelf, it causes little difference in its efficiency in the overcast sky, whereas it decreases an illuminance of window side and provides inner side with the light, which decreases the ratio of the maximum to the minimum inner illuminance and makes the inner of illuminance to range evenly in the clear sky. On degree of angle, as the daylight increases in proportion of degree of angle, the ratio of the maximum to the minimum inner illuminance decreases, which makes it possible to increase the proportion of inner daylight.
