The systematic validation of the ITS devices' performance reliability is very important because it helps their performance reliability to be maintained in a certain level, enabling to assure the reliability of the collected data, processed data and provided information. Although the government's regulation, "Transportation Efficiency Act", which requires ITS devices to be validated, was passed in 2001, no systematic inspection and calibration procedures have been developed so far. Therefore, in this study the systematic and efficient inspection and calibration method or procedure is investigated by reviewing the similar cases and best practices in Korea and overseas and some recommendations are made.

Insulin, transferrin and selenium (ITS) complex is reported to improve in vitro development of oocytes and embryos. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of ITS during in vitro culture (IVC) of porcine parthenogenetic and nuclear transfer (NT) embryos on subsequent developmental capacity in vitro. The electrically activated oocytes were cultured in Porcine Zygote Medium (PZM-3) with various concentrations (0, 0.1, 0.5, and 1.0%) of ITS for 7 days. Also, the electrically activated reconstructed embryos were cultured in PZM-3 with various concentrations (0, 0.1, 0.5, and 1.0%) of ITS for 6 days. Addition of ITS to culture medium did not affect development of porcine parthenogenetic embryos in vitro. To test the effect of ITS on the in vitro development of porcine NT embryos, factorial experiments were also performed for in vitro maturation (IVM) medium (TCM-199) with or without 1% ITS and culture medium (PZM-3) with or without 0.5% ITS. Addition of 0.5% ITS to culture medium increased (p<0.05) the proportion of NT blastocysts compared with non-treated group. In contrast, addition of 1% ITS to culture medium was ineffective or had a detrimental effect. Also, addition of ITS only to maturation medium increased (p<0.05) the percentage of NT blastocysts formation compared with the control group. In conclusion, addition of ITS to IVM or IVC medium could improve subsequent blastocyst development of porcine NT embryos.

This paper examined the relationship among corporate cash flow, its accruals, and its factors with its continuity of profit and corporate value by regression analysis of KOSDAQ based midsize manufacturing enterprises for 11 years from 2004 to 2014 year. Through this empirical analyze, corporate operators can have a chance to find opportunities to improve the efficiency of business operations, and to the potential investors, it can give the perspective through providing the basic information for the rational investment decisions. Through this analysis, its cash flow, accruals and its factors showed continually a significant relationship with its corporate operating profits and its market values. Thought out the relation analysis, its cash flow, its accurals and the factors of the accruals, account receivables, inventories affected the positive(+) impact on its business profits. But, its account payables affected negative(-) impact on its business profit. The other hand, the cash flow from operating activities and accruals related to capitalization of assets and liabilities fluctuations affected a positive(+) effect on the company market value.

The nucleotide sequences of the internal transcribed spacer regions (ITS1 and ITS2) of ribosomal DNA (rDNA), and the 5.85 rRNA gene, have been determined for 13 strains of dinoflagellates in order to analyze the phylo-genetic relationship. The DNA sequences contained considerable variation in the ITS regions, but little in the 5.85 rDNA. In addition, the ITS1 was more variable than the ITS2 in all species examined. The nucleotide length of this region varied from 519 bp to 596 bp depending on the taxa. The investigated taxa were divided into three large groups based on the ITS length, i. e., a group with short ITS region (A. fraterculus and Alexandrium sp.), a with ITS region group (P. micans, P. minimum and P. triestinum) and a with ITS region group (G. impudicum, C. polykrikoides, G. sanguineum, G. catenatum and H. triquetra). The relationship between nucleotide length of ITS1 and that of ITS2 was negative, whereas G+C content and nucleotide length showed positive correlation. In phylogenetic analyses producing NJ trees, the topology was similar cluster and clearly divided the taxa into three groups based on 5.8S rDNA that were similar to those based on morphological characteristics. In particular, G. impudicum was more closely related to G. catenatum than to C. polykrikoides using phylogenetic analysis. From this study, we chew that the length of ITS region contributes to discriminate Korean harmful algal species and ITS analysis is a useful method for resolving the systematic relationships of dinoflagellates.

According to the rapid changing of modern Society, the portion and influence of the industries which are related to IT(Information Technology) have being Increased. Therefore, we need to recognize and learn to the new technologies such as ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) because they are very closely related to our living environments. Unfortunately, people who are not expertized to the ITS have had hard time to understand these systems. In this paper, we introduce a multimedia courseware which requires only simple operations of mouse and keyboard for education of ITS. This courseware includes not only the areas of services for user but also scopes and components, and applications of ITS, which make possible to understand what the ITS are When we apply this courseware to the people who we not specialized to ITS, they can understand the ITS more easily.

This study set out to define a communication environment between an ITS center and field device required to be introduced in the nation in order to guarantee the interoperability, compatibility, and global competitiveness of communication between them in the nation. It also aimed to establish technical and policy plans for its introduction, develop an emulator for information exchange, and apply VMS by way of showing an example, thus testing its validity. First, a standard environment for information exchange between an ITS center and field device required to be introduced in the nation was defined as a dual protocol between DATEX and SNMP. The study also proposed a message definition system including meta-attribution definition and OID introduction. The study then suggested technical and policy plans for its introduction including securing enough feasibility with feedback through a model project of standard introduction, offering education and promotions for the standard in advance, providing methods to introduce and systematically manage OID, developing a hardware standard proper for the information exchange standard, and setting up an integrated management system to introduce a dual protocol.

This study analyzed whether a subway accessibility impact on house price is constant since its operation over time or not. The study was approached specifically to answer two research questions. One is "Are there significant temporal variations in the relationship between subway accessibility and housing price transacted after its opening?" The other one is "How the pattern of its temporal variation in housing price is formed as a function of the distance from the nearest station?" The study area is the subway station areas in the Daejeon metropolitan city, South Korea. Its first subway line has started to be opened in 2006 with 12 stations and then opened its additional 10 stations in 2007. It can be more appropriate to observe its impacts of subway accessibility on housing price because it has only one transit line with more than 10-year reaction term to its operation. The study employed alternative models to estimate yearly variation of subway accessibility on house price for the station areas with 500-meter and 1-kilometer radius respectively. While the study originally considered both a hedonic price model with interaction terms of its access distance to yearly transacted housing and a time-variant random coefficient model, the former model was finally selected because it is better fitted. Based on our analysis results, the reaction of house price to its transit line had significant temporal variation over time after opening. In addition, the pattern in its variation from our analysis results indicates that its capitalization impact on house price is over-estimated in its first several years after the opening. In addition, its positive capitalization impact is more effective in the 1000-meter station area than in the 500-meter one.

To investigate the origin of backyeoncho (Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten), we isolated 685 bp clone using ITS primer pairs. The rDNA consists of the genes coding for the partial 54 bp 185, 162 bp 5.8S, and partial 56 bp 26S. The coding regions are interrupted by two internal transcribed spacers, 193 bp ITS1 and 220 bp ITS2. The ITS2 of backnyeoncho in length was shorter than that previously registered in Cucurbitoideae plants. The GC contents was 66.8% in ITS1, and 67.7% in ITS2. The rDNA of backnyeoncho matched to the previously reported genes and showed a high similarity with the 95% identity with Pereskiopsis porteri (L708037). In the phylogenetic analysis, the backnyeoncho rDNA was clustered with Pereskiopsis porteri (L708037).
