방송 제작 환경은 고품질의 콘텐츠를 빠르고 효율적으로 서비스하기 위하여 IT 기반 시스템으로의 전환을 진행하여 완성 단계에 이르렀으며, 대부분의 방송 콘텐츠는 파일 기반으로 제작 및 보관되고 있다. 과거 테이프 기반에서 파일 기반 콘텐츠로 전환되면서 신호 레벨로 진행되던 전통적인 품질 관리에 대한 새로운 방안이 요구되었으며, 이를 위하여 파일 기반 콘텐츠에 최적화된 콘텐츠 품질검사 시스템 개발이 진행되어 왔다. 이미지 처리에 기반하는 오류 검출 알고리듬의 복잡성으로 인하여 실시간 검사를 지원하지 못하여 HD 실시간 시스템에의 적용에 어려움이 있었으며, 대용량의 아카이브 시스템에서는 품질검사 시간에 대한 단축이 지속적으로 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 방송 환경에서 발생하는 블록 오류 등 다양한 A/V 오류를 고속으로 검출하기 위하여 최근에 급부상하고 있는 GPU 기반의 병렬처리를 이용하는 품질검사 실시간 고속화 시스템의 구현에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

Carbonation depth was verified in 40 points of two 57 years old concrete viaducts. Field testing (phenolphthalein spraying) was performed on the structures. Data obtained were statistically analyzed by the Kolmogrov-Smirnov's test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA's test), and Fisher's method. The results revealed significant differences between maximum carbonation depths of different elements of the same concrete structure. Significant differences were also found in the carbonation of different concrete structures inserted in the same macroclimate. Microclimatic factors such as temperature and local humidity, sunshine, wind, wetting and drying cycles, among others, may have been responsible by the behavior of carbonation in concrete.

We present a patient who developed recurrent angina after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Myocardial single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) demonstrated deterioration in the myocardial perfusion, and coronary angiography revealed an overgrown side branch of the grafted left internal thoracic artery (ITA); otherwise, there were no significant changes compared with previous imaging studies obtained after the CABG. After percutaneous embolization of the grafted left ITA side branch, the angina was resolved and myocardial SPECT showed improved perfusion.

The Law of effective building and operation for the information systems took effect at Dec. 2005. Every government and public agency have to build own enterprise architecture(EA), sometimes it's called the Information Technology Architecture(ITA), by this law. The Ministry of National Defense(MND) built the enterprise architecture(EA) during 2006. 12$\sim$2007. 11 by this law too. We knew the specific characters of the public sector thru the EA project. The public sector is less active than commercial sector and most members of the public sector are just looking on the project as a spectator. So the most of key for the success of EA is how to catch the Sponsorship and Participation of members. In this paper we propose the effective building methodology for the Enterprise Architecture of public agency applying the MND-EA. The other governments and public agencies can build own the EA easily by the proposed methodology.

공공부문에서의 정보화 투자효과의 현실화, IT 중복투자의 사전방지, 개발된 여러 정보시스템 간의 원활한 연계와 상호운용성 확보 등을 달성할 수 있도록 해주는 ITA/EA 도입이 의무화됨에 따라 정보기술아키텍처에 대한 성과평가가 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 한미 양국 정부의 정보기술아키텍처 성과평가 현황을 검토하고, 우리나라 범정부 정보기술아키텍처 제도에 대하여, 합리적 성과평가 수행을 위한 여섯 가지를 제안하였다.
