  • Construction companies are trying to apply process management to their business to improve efficiency in business circumstance of high competition and globalization. Since 1990s, construction firms adopted process management to improve internal and external business structure based on process. It however has a few improvement functions. In addition, business support systems for business process efficiency improvement were developed, but separation between business process and IT system occurred because it focused on function-based individual construction and data input/output. To solve this problem, this study proposed business process and IT integration model for supporting user to use business information and system based on visualized business process and improving use of previous business support system. Business efficiency is expected to be improved with this model which based on integration required business condition(stakeholder, business data, functions of business supporting system). This study developved process model, architecture, and BPA of whole construction management business. According to BPA, it analyzed business process stakeholder, detail activities, and input-output data. And also it examined 12 main business supporting system of Korean construction firms. Based on analyzed data, this study developed business process supporting integration model based on business process through PDCA and CRUD analysis.

  • In this study, we developed the Field-Experiential Learning Framework Using the Location Based Mobil-learning System (LBMS) and it is mobile Augmented Reality (AR) for smart learning system which is advanced e-learning. AR is technology that seamlessly overlays computer graphics on the real world. LBMS-AR has become widely available because of mobile AR. Mobile AR is possible to get information from real world anytime, anywhere. Nowadays, there are various areas using AR such as entertainment, marketing, location-based AR. We analysed the result of survey and implemented the functions. Also, for survey about application's effectiveness, we have focus group interview (FGI). Then we demonstrated and explained the application to them. The result of survey about application's effectiveness shows that application have higher utilization in education area. One of the most promising areas is education. AR in education shows lifelike images to users for realism. It's a good way for improving concentration and attention. We utilize only a beacone for image-based AR without other sensor.

  • Information society is dramatically developing in the various areas of finance, trade, medical service, energy, and education using information system. Evaluation for risk analysis should be done before security management for information system and security risk analysis is the best method to safely prevent it from occurrence, solving weaknesses of information security service. In this paper, Modeling it did the evaluation-base CBD function it will be able to establish the evaluation plan of optimum. Evaluation-based CBD(case-based reasoning) functions manages a security risk analysis evaluation at project unit. it evaluate the evaluation instance for beginning of history degree of existing. It seeks the evaluation instance which is similar and Result security risk analysis evaluation of optimum about under using planning.

  • In this paper, we propose a simple and effective vision-based tracking controller design for autonomous object tracking using multicopter. The multicopter based automatic tracking system usually unstable when the object moved so the tracking process can't define the object position location exactly that means when the object moves, the system can't track object suddenly along to the direction of objects movement. The system will always looking for the object from the first point or its home position. In this paper, PID control used to improve the stability of tracking system, so that the result object tracking became more stable than before, it can be seen from error of tracking. A computer vision and control strategy is applied to detect a diverse set of moving objects on Raspberry Pi based platform and Software defined PID controller design to control Yaw, Throttle, Pitch of the multicopter in real time. Finally based series of experiment results and concluded that the PID control make the tracking system become more stable in real time.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the effectiveness of Course Embedded Assessment(CEA) program through the development and application of the Program Outcomes Assessment System. This is a methodological study which is developing the Program Outcomes Assessment System based on Web-based CEA and applying it to assess the achievements of students by professors teaching them The Web-based CEA system has been developed by implementing a software development life cycle. First, a demanded survey was conducted for the system development, and the results were applied for developing the Web-based CEA. The CEA was used for assessing the achievement of students by professors charging them. Finally, another survey was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the CEA in professors who experimented it. By implementing the Program Outcomes Assessment System, it is possible to monitor the achievement of the program outcomes and CQI of individual students at the time of graduation. Also It makes it possible to check the unaccomplished achievements of students, analyze the causes regarding uncompleted works, and find ways to enhance students to improve their ability.

  • The National IT Plan is formulated every 5 years in Korea. Each ministry formulates its own annual IT plans and budgets based on the National IT Plan. Presidential agenda, in addition to the Ministry plan usually come in the budgetary process. A budget view and an IT view are not always aligned consistently in the budgetary process. For more consensus and less conflict between the finance ministry and the IT ministry, it would be useful to have a common framework to examine and review the many IT plans submitted by many ministries. We offer an EA-based framework that considers various views and classifications on IT plans. This framework would make the National IT Planning more efficient and effective.

  • A linguistic case-based fuzzy reasoning (LCBFR) based on standardized parametric membership functions (SPMF) is proposed. It provides an efficient mechanism for a fuzzy reasoning within linear time complexity. Thus, it can be used to improve the speed of fuzzy reasoning. In the process of LCBFR, linguistic case indexing and retrieval based on SPMF is suggested. It can be processed relatively fast compared to the previous linguistic approximation methods. From the engineering viewpoint, it may be a valuable advantage.

  • Two types of carbon fiber based high modulus- and isotropic-pitch were exposed to isothermal oxidation in air and $CO_2$ gas and the weight change was measured by TGA apparatus. The kinetic equation was introduced $f=1-{\exp}(-at^b)$ and the constant b was obtained in the range of 1.02~1.68 for the isotropic fiber and obtained 0.91~1.93 for the high modulus fiber respectively. In considering the effect of the atmosphere for isothermal oxidation, the value of the constant b obtained in the carbon dioxide was higher than that obtained in the air. Therefore, it was found that the pitch based carbon fiber shows sigmoidal characteristic when it is oxidized in the carbon dioxide. In addition, it was also found that $k_f = 0.5$, which was reaction constant at f = 0.5, was a very useful parameter for evaluation of the oxidation reactivity of pitch based carbon fibers. According to the consideration, it is suggested that the conversion-time curves of the pitch based carbon fibers are correlated by normalized equation $f=1-{\exp}(-A{\tau}^B)$, where ${\tau}=t/t_f= 0.5$.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the direction for effective public environment design by becoming aware of the social, cultural and historical values that are inherent to the specific regions once again. Concept of regions' sense of identity, regions' resources and regionality were identified as a means based on the basic cityscape plan and guideline for public design. Sample city was analyzed by extracting the regionality elements, and the results are as follows. First, appropriateness of the direction for the public environment design based on the regional identity was confirmed. The need to establish regional identity in the cityscape plan is specified when it comes to the basic goal, strategy and direction. Second, public environment design should be planned within the context of the cityscape. It is necessary to improve with integrated plan by setting up the consistent goal, direction and detailed guideline based on the basic concept of cityscape plan. Third, 'design city' requires the development of the unique design and planned techniques based on the harmony with the existing resources. It is necessary to uncover the powerful design elements that are exclusive to specific regions, and to search for differentiation and visualization to form consensus. Public environment based on regional identity will improve if the above mentioned research results are used as the basic data when it comes to the implementation of public environment design.
