의복 및 화장유행선도력, 정보원과 지속적 정보탐색에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fashion Leadership of Clothing and Make-up, Information Sources, and Ongoing Information Search)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze clothing fashion leadership and make-up fashion leadership of women's university students and investigate the relationships of information sources and ongoing information search. To achieve the purposes, a questionnaire was conducted to 400 female students from September 21 to October 30, 2011. The final data was analyzed with spss 17.0 program. The results were follows. First, It was found that information sources were classified 3 factors of marketer source, personal source, and mass media source. Second, there were significant differences of clothing fashion leadership and make-up fashion leadership by major and clothes and cosmetics purchasing expenses. Third, there were significant differences of clothing information sources and ongoing information search by major and clothes and cosmetics purchasing expenses. Forth, there were significant differences of make-up information sources and ongoing information search by major and clothes and cosmetics purchasing expenses. Fifth, there were significant relations of clothing/make-up fashion leadership, information sources, and ongoing information search. Thus, it was found that clothing fashion leadership and make-up fashion leadership are related to information sources and ongoing information search.

Using Pattern, Depletion and Conservation Strategy of the Triphala Trees in the Village Groves of Chittagong Region of Bangladesh

  • Triphala is an important combination of three important forest fruits, i.e., Emblica officinalis, Terminalia chebula and Terminalia bellirica. Chittagong region in Bangladesh was once rich in triphala trees presently subject to the depletion. Thus, these forest resources are being threatened day by day. The study was conducted to learn the present using pattern of the triphala, causes of its depletion and the conservation strategies agreed by the villagers. Eight major uses of triphala trees were recognized. It was revealed that 100% respondents used the triphala as fruit tree followed by 71-78% as fuelwod. The present status of growing stock of triphala was found in depleted condition particularly in the Muslim dominated area. It was found that unawareness was the major cause for depleting the triphala trees agreed by the 87% respondents followed by depleting the village groves by 84%. Awareness creation (100%) and induction of social forestry program (92%) were found major recomendations by the vilagers to retard depleting the triphala tree species in the Chittagong region of Bangladesh.

건설공사 품질인증시스템 향상을 위한 품질인프라 및 핵심역량 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the construction quality infra and it's core confidency priority for enhancing construction certification system)

  • This study is for figuring out major components of construction quality infrastructure and suggesting improvement plan by benchmarking global best practice model and analyzing gap between the model and sample practice. Based on improvement plan, researcher could derive major characters and components of construction quality infrastructure, and also about the priority among core competency components of construction quality experts. The result showed that the 'human resource' was ranked the best priority followed by 'method' 'environment', 'equipment' among major characters and components of construction quality infrastructure. Also, for core competency components of construction quality experts, 'number of years in work places' was the best priority, and the 'professional knowledge on engineering' was another priority ranked. Far from general perception on competency components, 'academic education' ranked the last. It may allude that the current education system in this country is not effective in developing competency of quality engineers. In summary, this study shows professionalism of quality engineer is the most important thing in all the components.

일부 4년제 치기공학과 학생이 인지한 현장실습교육환경(FLE)에 관한 연구 (A Study on Some 4-year Dental Technology Students Perceptions of Field Learning Environment(FLE))

  • Purpose: This research was to examine some 4-year dental technology students perceptions of field learning environment(FLE). Methods: This study was conducted from October 15th to November 30th, 2017. 163 copies were used as the final analysis data. We surveyed questionnaire 163 of some 4-year dental technology students. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 22.0 for windows, and frequency analysis, chi-square test analysis, and correlation analysis were performed. Results: Satisfaction of practicing educator 3.88, satisfaction of clinical practice 3.49, major satisfaction 3.34, and university life satisfaction 3.25. Factors influencing satisfaction with clinical practice were clinical practice place, number of clinical practice sites, work done in clinical practice, and difficulties (p < .05). There was a significant positive correlation between satisfaction with clinical practice and satisfaction with major (P < .05). Conclusion: The results of this study, we were able to check the current field learning environment(FLE) and actual condition of students. Through the investigation of the desired clinical practice, it is anticipated that it will be possible to provide a field learning environment suitable for the course of the field desired by the user.

악성코드 확산 모델링에 기반한 확산 예측 도구 개발 (A Spread Prediction Tool based on the Modeling of Malware Epidemics)

  • 엄청난 속도로 확산하는 랜섬웨어, 트로이목마, 인터넷 웜과 같은 악성코드는 인터넷의 주요한 위협이 되고 있다. 이러한 악성코드의 행위에 대응하기 위해서는 악성코드의 확산 방식과 영향을 끼치는 영향 요인을 이해하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 악성코드 확산 모델링에 기반을 둔 확산 예측 도구를 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 관련 연구를 살펴보고, 시스템 구성과 구현 방법을 살펴본 후 확산 예측 도구를 이용하여 워머블 악성코드 확산 실험을 수행하였다. 제안 확산 예측 도구를 잘 활용한다면, 최근 악명을 떨치는 워머블 악성코드에 대한 기본 지식만으로도 거시적 관점의 여러 조건에서 확산 형태를 예측하고 다양한 대응 방안을 모색할 수 있게 해준다.

초경연령과 구강건강행태 및 구강건강상태와의 관련성 (Association between age at menarche, oral health behavior and oral health status)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to examine the association between age at menarche and two major oral diseases. Methods: Data from the 7th Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2016-2018) were used. The participants included girls and women aged 12 years and above. Thedataofa total of 7,420 participants were analyzed. Statistical analyses were performed using complex samples cross-tabulation analysis and complex samples general linear model. Results: The average age at menarche of those aged 12 to 80 years was 13.81 years. The age at menarche was found to be associated with decayed-missing-filled teeth (DMFT) (p<0.05). When the age at menarche was nine years, DMFT was 4.20 when it was 19 years, DMFT was 10.80. The age at menarche was found to be associated with periodontal tissue state (p<0.05). The group with early menarche age had healthier periodontal tissues (17.1%), whereas the group with late menarche age had more unhealthy periodontal tissues (17.9%) (p<0.001). Conclusions: The age at menarche was associated with two major oral diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to provide women with oral hygiene care and oral health education to prevent major oral diseases before their secondary sex characteristics appear.

The Relationship between Information Mind and Academic Performance in University Students

  • 본 논문에서는 대학생들이 정보화마인드가 충족되었을 때 학업성과가 향상되는지를 검토하여 대학의 정보화 교육에 합리적인 방안을 제안한다. 특히 체육계열과 일반계열 학생들 간의 비교를 통해 향후 대학에서의 정보화 교육 전략 마련에 실증적으로 도움을 주고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 전공 계열별로 일부 차이는 있었으나, 전반적으로 정보화마인드(정보화기술 필요성 인식, 정보화 개념 이해 및 활용, 정보화 리스크 인식)는 전공융합능력과 팀워크 및 자기주도학습능력, 학업성적을 향상시키는 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학생들의 정보화마인드를 향상시키기 위해서는 정보화에 대한 필요성을 인식시키고 전공 특성에 맞는 교육과정과 프로그램을 도입하여 실행해야 함을 시사한다.

게임전공 대학생과 게임디자이너의 색채교육 분야에 대한 인식 연구 (A study on the Perception of Color Education of Game Major College Students and Game Designers)

  • 본 연구는 게임전공 대학생과 게임 디자이너, 두 그룹의 색채 교육 분야별 인식 차이에 대하여 문헌조사와 질적 연구 방법 및 모바일 설문조사를 통해 수집된 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 게임전공 대학생은 색채 분야에 대한 인식률이 낮고 게임 디자이너는 인식률이 높게 조사되었다. 인식 격차의 해소 방안으로, 게임전공 대학생의 색채의 인식을 높일 수 있도록 다양한 색 경험을 위한 색채 교육과 게임 디자이너의 색 경험 지식을 전문성 확보 측면에서 인식이 낮게 나타난 색 지각, 색이름, 배색과 조화와 관련된 재교육의 필요성이 시사되었다. 게임산업의 경쟁력 확보에 기여하는 색채 전문성을 지닌 게임 디자이너 양성의 방향성을 제시하는 자료가 될 것을 기대한다.

The Pleiotropic Face of CREB Family Transcription Factors

  • cAMP responsive element-binding protein (CREB) is one of the most intensively studied phosphorylation-dependent transcription factors that provide evolutionarily conserved mechanisms of differential gene expression in vertebrates and invertebrates. Many cellular protein kinases that function downstream of distinct cell surface receptors are responsible for the activation of CREB. Upon functional dimerization of the activated CREB to cis-acting cAMP responsive elements within the promoters of target genes, it facilitates signal-dependent gene expression. From the discovery of CREB, which is ubiquitously expressed, it has been proven to be involved in a variety of cellular processes that include cell proliferation, adaptation, survival, differentiation, and physiology, through the control of target gene expression. In this review, we highlight the essential roles of CREB proteins in the nervous system, the immune system, cancer development, hepatic physiology, and cardiovascular function and further discuss a wide range of CREB-associated diseases and molecular mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of these diseases.

  • 최근 컴퓨팅 사고력의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 여러 학교에서 전교생을 대상으로 소프트웨어 교과목을 개설하여 운영하고 있다. 소프트웨어 교육은 코딩을 기반으로 다양한 문제를 창의적으로 해결하는 것을 목적으로 하나, 공학적 지식이 없거나 정보통신 분야에 흥미가 없는 비전공 학습자들에게는 학습 동기 유발이 어려운 실정이다. 학습 동기 유발은 학습자의 집중력과 학습의 능률을 향상시키는 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 비전공 학습자의 소프트웨어 교과목에 대한 학습 동기 유발 방법을 연구하고 그 결과를 설문을 통해 평가하였다.
